These new workers they have in there are trash.. I paid for a oil change and new filter. They never replaced the filter and just added new oil on top of old oil. I had to go down the street for the other shop to fix their wrongdoings.. and I was told when I asked questions that it nothing they can do.. And my car sensors was the issue.. I’ll never go to this place again.. I wish I could give it no stars at all..

I would have left 5 stars prior to the ownership change. Victory lane has been in the neighborhood for years and recently sold the place. The new ownership has changed prices and is not black owned anymore. I dont appreciate the price changes including the gentrification. LGBTQ flags as you can see with victory lane has come with the ownership change. This is not the old victory lane we all used to know. Gentrification is slowly but surely making its way into our neighborhood and hiking prices up to the sky making it harder for us. So do not go there anymore youre supporting those who do not support us. If you need an oil change go to PENNZOIL 13703 WOODWARD. Its literally not even 5 minutes away.

The guys here are so nice and know exactly what they’re doing. I had just bought my car and went in for an oil change for the first time- I wasn’t sure where the lever was to pop my hood and they found it for me. Mike did my oil change and did everything perfectly! It happened pretty fast and I’ll keep going back as long as I need. No troubles at all 😊♥️

They forgot to put the cap on my car I drove off and my car stopped..I called victory lane and they came out to try and fix the problem they took me home & said they would tow it back to the oil shop I called back and they claim they dont know where my car is my insurance company is looking into what happened..they stole my car and trying to give me the run around and they also have threatened me so BEWARE OF THIS VICTORY LANE AT HIGHLAND PARK theyre CROOKED AND THIEVES.

Oil change here cost me $47.95. I went here because its located at my corner, for Convenience but never again. The Honda dealer only cost $22.Thanks but no thanksSheila

Not happy. I explicitly said no to the car wash and they charged for it anyway. I was charged for gas additive and engine treatment, I was never asked if I wanted this. Then they ran my card before providing the invoice... after checking my past invoices NONE of these fees were ever added before. To not ask if you would like a service and simply do it amounts to theft. I will never be returning to this location.

Love this place, a bit pricey compared to other oil change places but well worth the money. Staff is really nice and down to earth. They are very professional and courteous.

Ive gotten an oil change from here before and the service was fast and professional. Mike usually changes my oil but he wasnt there this day. This time I felt played. Had to buy my own filter from across the street and by the time I returned, the guy said my oil was changed. Feeling slighted, I was charged $25 instead of $50. My truck seems to start louder like it takes longer for the oil to spread, likely because they skimped on the oil... if they changed it at all. I wont be back if Mike isnt behind the counter and now I have to pay for another oil change for peace of mind.

Best customer service I have had anywhere and because of that Ive made a point of returning for every oil change at this place for almost 3 years. They are honest and always treat me with respect (as a female driver thats sadly not the case with many garages/mechanics). Good value for money and everybody there knows a lot more about cars than just how to change fluids and inflate tires.

They basically just did the job that I paid them to do. Although I will say I believe that all all change need to come down on prices. The amount charged for some things cant be justified.

$39 for an oil change is ridiculous. The Chrysler dealership only charges $27. I complained about the price and the guy first stated it was so high because of the taxes, but I quickly disputed that. So, then he said it was because my car needed five quarts of oil to which I said, I have had this car for over eight years and have never paid over $30 for an oil change. Smh, never again.

I waited a half hour here for my oil change. There was 1 person ahead of me. A few cars came and left after no service but I stayed. At no point did any of the staff address me or try to apologize for the wait time or tell me when Id be service, they just looked at me. I left with no service being done.
