By looking at the way you respond to the true reviews depicts the correct picture of your supremely negative and vicious character. I would stay miles away from you and your hypocrisy and so is the advise for anyone, foolish enough to come to you.

Willy was great, very friendly & explained what was wrong. I was in and out in under an hour, great price! Especially as a young woman, every time i go to get something fixed on my car, they usually try to rope me into buying something else. They didn’t do that here and i really appreciate it. I will definitely be going here from now on.

Willie and his staff are the best. They have gone above and beyond to help me when my tire went flat after hitting a pothole on Route 27 two days ago. I would have been stranded there hours in the cold waiting for tow truck but they helped me changed the flat with my spare and I was able to go home safe. Reasonable charge for new tire replacement and great services. The best in the area!

This is a phenomenal auto shop for all of your car needs! I have gone there twice now- to have my brake pads entirely replaced and for oil changes and I must say these guys do a great job. Whenever he mentions something that needs to be fixed with the car, I know that it absolutely needs to be done because he wont pressure me to get the work done immediately because I have a busy schedule. Willie, the front man is pretty unique . He never makes us boring, me & he was chatting for anything, political, private matter, anything . By the time, for a half hour, my car was fixed & ready to go . They really don’t make up the car problem & honest . Go to Jeffy lube, they will make up ten problems & ask you to fix up there ! I am so satisfied their sincere servise !! And the price is very very reasonable !!

They replaced a wheel hub assembly on my girlfriends car and within a matter of months, in the middle of a turn, the very wheel fell of resulting in her crashing and losing the car.

I absolutely love Quality Auto! The people are very welcoming and I feel more then confident in leaving my car with them. I have an older civid that recently needed a lot of work and Im a college student with low funds. The center was amazing at helping me through the process and making it easier for me to afford. Even when my car broke down on the side of the road they sent people out immediately to look at the car. They got a tow truck to take my car to the shop, and one of the very nice mechanics drove me home. Its not easy finding a mechanic you can trust and thats why Ill never take my vehicles any where else!

I highly recommend this place. I was a longtime customer at Iselin branch and Ketan the manager there recommended this Highland Park branch. Willy is very pleasant and friendly, takes very good care of my cars. Easy appointment and reasonable price for repairs and maintenance service. The new owner never stiffs you, always does quick service that is honest, fast, and high quality. Ive been going here for almost a year now and theyve been nothing but helpful and I would recommend everyone go here. They only charge $80 an hour for labor, you havent gotten those prices since the 90s!

Normally I dont write online reviews. But this place is so BAD! Dont waste your time/money here. The owner has terrible attitude towards customers and he does not care about getting the work done at all. I have owned 4 cars in the past and deal with auto shops a lot. This is the WORST place to go throughout all my car service/repair experience.

I went to Quality Auto Center’s to repair a tire from a flat I had earlier in the day. They were willing to repair and change the tire even though it was close to closing time.

Went in without appointment, done in an 1 hour! Good job!

I had a nice and quick oil change experience here. The owner cares customers needs and ask&explain things in advance.

This place sucks, dont ever come here.I had my brakes replaced 1 year before and it now already had a squeaking voice every time I hit the brake. They told me they had two years warranty when I installed them, then I went back, guess what happened: the technician test-drived and said theres no problem, if I insisted on replacing, they will charge me ridiculous fees for work hours. And they advertise their skills of brakes.Never go again! People, be aware!

In the past 1 year, I always came here since I bought my first car. I trusted them, but they dispointed me a lot! They stole my spare tire to replace with the one I broke when I hit the curb. And the other thing is they did the 4 wheel alignment for me but without a report. I am not sure whether they really help me to do that!To sum, they are very dishonest, and dont come here!!!

They told us for an oil change they may or may not get to out car within an hour

Wonderful people, they just stole my spare tire, didnt properly install breaks clips and offered new caliper for $1000 (but they knew that problem was in break pad clips that they forgot to install plus caliper cost 110$ + 20$ installation).

Dont waste your time/money, specially Highland park / Franklin store. Guy/owner has too much attitude and ignorance like an idiot macho man. Ask for Oil Change and he points to signs. No word at all. Break issue-wont even come out of his ugly chair behind ugly office to take a look. And No, He is not busy at all. really? I walk out in 1 min, to near by 4+ rated auto repairs.

This was the first time I went to this place for wheel alignment and oil change. The Mechnaic has done fantastic job.
