I’ve been coming here since I learned how to drive. These guys are the best. Honest, friendly and fair. One of the best family owned businesses around. The shop hasn’t changed in 20 years.

They got me in short notice and the final invoice was below the estimate. Its always nice when the owners treat your money as if it was their own.

They have better prices on tires than ordering on the internet and much more convenient than what I was doing in the past. Now my car goes straight down the road!

Best auto service on the entire north shore.

I brought my vehicle in for service to address a gas smell and jerking motion when stopped at red light. I picked up the vehicle the next day and later that evening noticed the same issues. I brought the vehicle in again a couple of days later and exactly the same occurred. I dropped by a 3rd time and drove around with the owner to experience the issue first hand. Owner told me he would need to investigate further and I would have to pay for the additional labor to investigate. Owner also said newer cars are complicated to diagnose given all of the technology. Please note I have been a client for 15+ years and consider them friends. $400 down the drain! Beware!

Wont take appointments, was told I had to call midday and see if they had time for me... Did this multiple days, never got in. Unprofessional, avoid.

Fantastic mom and pop garage (and I mean that literally -- its run by mom, pop, and a son). Picked it off a blind web search and brought my vehicle in, happily surprised as I walked in to find a close colleague from work sitting in the cramped waiting area waiting for her car to be finished. Ive been coming here for years - youre not going to find a better, more honest place than this, is what she said (after jokingly enjoining the mom/receptionist not to trust this mans credit, haha). She may have been joking about me, but she wasnt joking about them: I got a call a couple of hours later with a report and diagnosis for each problem I was having with my 10-year-old, 160,000 mile van, and a range of solutions from do nothing to rebuild/replace part x -- and the chance to ask questions and get real answers. Not one unnecessary fix was pushed on me, and for what I ended up choosing to do, the final costs were very reasonable. All the problems I brought it in for are solved, and I am happy as a clam driving it now. Am planning on bringing all my vehicles here for service now. Thank you!!

Had my car there for two weeks. He charged my battery and changed my oil but he didnt do what he was supposed to which is check for things to fix about the car. What a waste of time.
