Just got a oil change and some how they wasted oil on the motor...now my car is smoking. The 😡

They were pleasant and very quick with the job. Nice place and workers treat and greet you as you do them. If you come in with attitude thats how your service will be or they will ask you to leave and wont serve you. All in all they are great.

They do pretty good oil changes and they are reasonable with the price.

Tony is the BEST...The only place I go to get my oil changes😄

Tony was particularly friendly and customer service focused- His customer service focus is top-notch. Overall, this shop and their staff deserves five stars. I would absolutely recommend this shop to my family and friends!

Absolutely pleased with the friendly service I just received at Pennzoil (Woodward, highland park) He explained with what he’s doing. Very courteous and conversative while working on the car. Quick and efficient service. I definitely recommend!

Poor service and tried to over charge me for an oil change. I called to speak to a manager and the gentleman was rude and was cursing at me. I never disrespected him. I cant say that this a Michigan thing because Ive met really nice people here the last 5 years but I think its all about the neighborhood. Im good thanks! :-)

Took my car there two days ago to get oil change told me i had a oil leak my car was fine before i pulled in there ended up buying lucas oil leak then asked them to check antifreeze he just started pouring antifreeze into my reservoir without checking it i was suppose to spend 17.99 and spent 35$$. i pulled off and barely made it home car immediately ran hot n now my car wont go three miles without over heating i called the older guy say its an older car it was already messed up. before i came there that is a lie !! i am so disappointed i dont hve money to repair my car and i know that theyre gonna b rude

Attendant was extremely rude from the start, and didnt give me any options or pricing, and tried to charge me $73 for a standard oil change. He would not give me the name of a superior or the owner when I asked, and threatened to call the police. He was angry, aggressive and swore and me. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Well the employees are friendly. Tony the Manager knows my vehicle pretty good For the last 5 years they has service my 🚙

When I have my truck, They been doing a excellent job.

They could treat women customers better. But its okay.

They did a tune-up and oil change and a winter flush on my car this week and my car has been idling funny ever since and cutting off I went up there the next day after the tune up to let him know something was wrong he asked me to bring it back this weekend I took it back yesterday and was treated rudely told to get off the property that my truck was raggedy and a piece of junk he was not going to repair what was wrong and he even brought up his fist and ran up to put his hands on me in front of my family members my sexuality was questioned I was told I was ugly and I was demeaned as a female Im very dissatisfied with the service and I plan on taking action as soon as possible the type of disrespect will not be tolerated he also called the police to have me removed from the facility the police went right on about their business after talking to him I had my family bring the receipt up there I took video and audio of his behavior and I also have it on video him saying he wont honor his work and fix what he messed up he kept saying I needed a sensor never send your car up there if you wanted to work right after I will be sending my truck to the dealership Monday morning my next step will be to a lawyers office this does not in here.

Rushed and do not re-set the car after oil change.

Because the guys there are always hustling and trying to get your money they are Crooks you go for one thing they always trying to get you to get something else once I paid for oil flush went back the next time and they told me I needed it again I told him I just had one done last month or so they say it dont look like it I figured that I didnt get one they hustled me for my money this is what they do
