I waited an hour to get my eyebrows waxed, nails and then my toes polished with gel polish. I paid $48 total. My brows and toes are fine but I hate my nails. They started chipping after two days. I also had to pay the nail tech $40 (one $20, one $10, one $5, four $1 and four quarters 25¢ because the wax lady broke my last solid $20.) I tired giving the nail tech my money and she just looked at the money like she didnt want it then at me, then asked if I had a solid $20 I said no the wax lady took it and then she took the money with a attitude and tossed it in her drawer, I think thats why she did a half job on my nails. I wont be back.

Wanted to charge me 18 dollars for a soak off. I sat for 3 hours soaking off. When I complained someone would come and drill off a layer.Finally I walked out,she followed me saying you pay you pay,for what Ill give you 5 or 10 dollars but definitely not 18 for 3 hours of my time

They want $80+ for a long fullset but it was giving very much $35. I just went last week and ALL if my nails are off! Layed the acrylics real thin and didnt do enough top coat because its chipping. Yall are horrible Ill never come back

Nail was crocked didnt do a good job and nasty smart mouth... her name is Tina and she never have to worry about me again and I hate she cut my toe nails so short!.. since this covid the Korean PPL been very nasty towards customer

Horrible experience. My nails are HORRIBLE! The husband did my nails & my friend nails. Hers has already fell off & Im right behind her smh. Never again. Dirty sheets on the lash bed & you have a man walking around mopping with a dirty mop.

I found nail salons from google maps when I seach saw them first.Beautiful palace spa. Friendly staff, great prices. Currently my favorite spa in Highland Park.

The nail tech got upset because I wanted her t to use sanitary equipment. She asked me, what did I want. Dont go here, they are NOT clean.

Love it There. They do eyebrows, lashes,all of the good stuff.

They were extremely rude. They dont communicate with the customers. They try to over charge black women. They tried to put me out before my tor nails were dry instead of saying they were closing soon. They took my money and wanted me to wait outside in the cold and dark. I will never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.

Went a few days ago service was ok should have been way better but then I paid and she didn’t even count the money right I had to go back to tell her she owed me money, then she tried to check my pockets and purse when she knew she didn’t give me all my change but I wasn’t having it I made her give me the rest of my money and left, I will never be back and also my friend got her nails done there they made her nails bleed and had polish all over her nails and did not clean them up very unprofessional need to be shut down asap.

Always a nice experience here. All of the nail Techs make sure to accommodate your specific likes. Its affordable and the results are satisfying. I would recommend nails by us.

After MULTIPLE chances that I have given this place, I am always disappointed. They will flood your cuticles with acrylic and will refuse to clean it off after. I wish I could attach a pic of the tragic job they did on my nails the last time, 2 weeks ago. My cuticles was once again, COVERED with acrylic, nails were flat with no arch, and overall tragic. Plus I do not like the way that they treat black people. They will destroy your nails and get offended if you ask them to correct them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
