Nice place, nice people, no frills but good prices. There arent any massage chairs or extra add ons however I got a very good classic manicure and pedicure for $20. Janet was quick and did an excellent job of cutting my cuticles and painting my nails beautifully. Although I got a classic mani, there are many gel and dip options to choose from. It was not easy to get a same day appointment or just walk in. Appointments are best!

I love this place and Antonia is my favorite! Prices are super reasonable and you are in and out quickly. Highly recommend but make sure to make appointment as they fill up fast!

It has been about 5 yrs since I have had my nails done. I just wanted to comment how totally pleased I am with them and the woman who did them, I just wish I knew her name so she can work on me again when I return. I will be back for a fill in, I am loving having nails again.

The place is nice and the ladies that work there are wonderful, the issue there is the new girl that answer the phones and gives appointment, she clearly does not know what she is doing or what her job duties are, she clearly has a language barrier and quite rude towards certain clients, she needs to touch up in her attitude and customer service, sometime Ill call early and confirm my appointment and she calls me later to confirm when I already confirmed it earlier clearly she is not paying attention, about three weeks ago my friend made her appt and I saw her when she made I was there when she made, and when she did not get a call back she decide to call to find out that there was no appointment schedule, so my friend had to make other arrangements, customer lost because she was extremely careless, frankly Ill twice before making appointments for a future party, also they never have change when needed which I truly feel that an establishment should have no matter what in this case I blame the owner, but mainly this complaint is towards the lady in the front either she shapes up or the owner should find another person that actually knows what she is doing

This place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and professional. Its in a nice area in Miami Lakes, very heavy Spanish speakers but I still felt welcomed. They are prompt with appointments and they know Nail care. You wont regret the pampering services they provide, absolutely AWESOME.

I first came to this place because I saw the Add with really good prices and the decor was nice, not your typical nail place. So I made the jump and went to try it. I love this place! The people are very nice, my girl dose my nails wonderful! Thank you Gaby :) I feel like I am at a Spa! Its not a noisy place, people are not loud. Lol You relax and enjoy yourself. If that is what you enjoy, this is the place for you! This is definitely my kind of place. 👍 I highly recommend it. 🙂

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment at 2:30pm didnt get started until 3:15pm. The girl doing my hands/feet was just starting on another customer when I walked in. 4 other technicians standing around doing nothing. I had to wait until the girl doing my appointment was done with the other customers manicure to start my feet. She didnt wear gloves to do my pedicure and did not put cuticle softener on my toes. Very rough on the feet. Most painful pedicure ever. Never going back again. I had been here one time prior to this time and I decided to give it one more chance but never again.

My NAIL HEAVEN!!!! No other place I would take my hand and toes to get pampered. The staff and the environment in there is just beyond. Definitely recommend.

Went into this place as a new customer and they were awfully snobby. the price menu was completely in Spanish and when I asked for assistance the receptionist said hold on and never returned. someone else asked to help me and said oh we cant assist we are booked with appointments. the correct thing to do would have been to offer to book me an appointment but then again not every business is willing to cater to potential new customers. I will not return. I will spend my money where i am welcome.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. I found out about this nail salon through Google, because I confided in many of the 5 star reviews but I can’t say this place is worthy of even one star. The owner is extremely rude and snobby as a person down below stated. No moral character or respect. The nail tech who worked on my hands butchered my nails and cuticles. I honestly can’t believe she is a licensed nail technician but that’s that. Indulge at your own risk, but this place shouldn’t even truly be in business. I’d cheer the day this owner loses her business. That’s all. Thank you.

I came to the nail cottage to get a full set and it was literally the most painful manicure Ive ever gotten. Theres pretty much only two techs that do acrylics & I have to be inexperienced. 6 of my nails are still throbbing til this day from my cuticles being shaved off by a machine. Besides leaving with in pain it also took 2 hours to do a full set and a pedicure. I was just disappointed. I would not recommend them as far as acrylics.

Great staff & love my nails every time, but always takes 2 hours or more? I believe they should just have quicker service but again, I really like this place.

The best nail shop in the Miami lakes area . The nail techs are super friendly !!! The owner is also very attentive!! And best of all $19.99 for regular mani pedi and $36 for Gel mani pedi .. if your like me and you pamper yourself all the time you need to visit them 😉

I had an appointment at the lady that was supposed to do my nails was not even there. I had to wait about 20 minutes for her to get there. I then found out that they charge $5.00 to take off gel polish that is not from their salon. I was not told this over the phone when I made my appointment & told them it was my first time at the salon. The lady was rude to me the whole time and at the end, they tried to charge me $41.00 when in reality it was $39.00 because on Wednesdays gel mani & pedi is $34.00 (plus the $5.00 for removing my gel).

Clean, quick and friendly, along with great value.
