This is the worst nail place in miami lakes. The best person here is the owner. Every single time I’ve come to this place I’ve been disappointed with the nails i received. I would ONLY recommend coming here for a pedicure or simple gel manicure. Anything else is completely out of their league.

Place nice and clean. Had a good massage but my nails were not done properly. Not clean and had to get a few toes and fingers redone bc they were messed up. May give them another chance but with someone else maybe a women since this time was a male.

I have been coming to pretty nails for about 8 years! I have nothing but good experiences from them. They always exceed my expectations. It is clean, they do beautiful work, and the staff is very friendly! I definitely recommend.

The place is clean and the people are nice, but it was a complete waste of money. Not sure what type of base or top coat they use, but my manicure didnt even last one day.

Nail technician did a terrible job on my nails. There is a fuzzy in the gel on my nail. He left gel on my cuticles and side of nail beds. The gel and polish are very uneven. He did not put lotion on my hands or feet. My skin especially on finger tips was so dry! I had to ask for lotion. The manager? offered to have the nail tech fix the nail with the fuzzy on the gel. But I declined after asking myself for him to fix a nail. Afterwards he was so rough with file and his fingernail in the sides and corners of my nail beds.

Worst place ever, went in for my refill and it looks like it’s been 2 weeks since I got them done because he didn’t paint my nail completely. I will not be returningI asked to get it painted completely and he said he couldn’t because it was gel polish and it will ruin. I wish I knew how to post a picture so everyone can see the poor job they did

Please, don’t go to this nail salon if you want a proper “relaxing” spa day . This place was nice and efficient for the community since it’s in a local area. But when owners or people get all in there head about there clientele and the volume of clients they have they start neglecting The customers who were supporting them since way before..... I would go here since I was a kid. Unfortunately the owner has turned into a monster and is ready to ATTACK you since you walk in with questions and ATTITUDE . Also the workers do everything FAST FAST FAST like a butcher shop ready for the next. I always have a bad experience when I go here NEVER AGAIN waste of money and my time !! Ungrateful .

I’m not satisfied because since this place stopped taking appointments it’s impossible for me to get a manicure without having to wait for up to an hour and a half. Even if I call before coming and the artist I use has no client at that time in the short time it takes me to get there she is already booked. Even the owner can’t seem to elicit satisfactory customer service which is forcing me to look for a new nail place.

I’ve been going here for a while now and I was given some rude guy who’s it’s in the back and he was so rough with my poor nails! He even made me bleed. He shouldn’t be a nail tech if he’s not gentle! Waste of money. I went to relax and he attacked my poor nails.

I personally really love the place it is in good condition and everything. Everyone is smiling. But, I do not like how one of the owners where treating me he was a male and extremely rude. But the foot massage and the massages where the best part. It it wasn’t for the owner I would’ve gave it 5 stars.

When you walk in everyone is Smiles everyone is ready to help. They are very quick and they do nails amazing gel acrylic designs anything and everything you might want they have. Wonderful pedicures awesome massages on your feet. Theres nothing negative I can say about pretty nails!!!

The lady that was assigned to do my nail refill literally told me she could not soak my nail in acetone to take off the acrylic on a broken nail because it took too long. They are a freaking Asian factory and could care less of the fact that you are in pain with what they are doing to you. I went to the owner and told him his employee had literally ripped off my own nail along with the acrylic and he didnt seem to care either. He said we dont really soak nails here. They use a spatula looking tool between your nail and the acrylic and yank it off therefore ripping your already debilitated nail off. Let me clarify that I have not used an Asian nail facility in years... clearly some things never change. I had to end up here because my nail lady is out of town. Big mistake!!!!. I left with my nails undone but I will not put up with their disrespect to people. Think about it twice before stepping foot here. Theyre only looking after their dollar. So unless you want to be tortured to get a broken nail replaced...kinda like the CIA would do to get Information from their inmates. Dont come to a place like this.

Have been coming here for almost 7 years! My mother, sisters and I have tried many other places but always revert back to them. Staff works professionally, proffeciently, and overall great quality work. Prices are fair and never make you feel uncomfortable. Even with the amount of clients they have, I’ve never waited longer than 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. The Ambiance is comfy and homey. I highly recommended:)

Wouldn’t go anywhere else! The owners are friendly and treat you as an important customer. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Sometimes they do amazing but sometimes they rush you to the point of doing the work poorly when they get very busy (which luckily for them is very often) or a favored customer is waiting, they do stay on top of all trends and have good prices and services though.

If you want a hygenic manicure & pedicure, this is the place to go! They bag all of their pedicure machines and use tools that come directly from new, unused, unzipped blue bags. They do your nails clean and super quick, effective, and super beautiful nails!

So I decided to come back here because of a friend who had done chrome nails with them. I honestly hated the lady who did my feet. She would slap my leg or my foot whenever it wasn’t in the position she wanted it in. It was the fastest pedicure I had in my life. Not detailed at all. My feet look don’t look any better then when I went other than the polish. There is 0 professionalism. These ladies speak there language in front of you talking smack, clearly you can tell by there facial expressions. I will not ever come here again. I will stick to my usual salon “hot nail spa” in Hialeah! The damn best, y’all don’t even know till you come here what real customer service is.

Q is really good, I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and she did well.

I went for the first time the other day because I smudged my pedi that I did somewhere else that was closed. They were the only salon out of a bunch that I called that a) had the color I was looking for and b) could accommodate me. Once there, k was told that I had a short wait of probably 20-30 min and shortly after, a gentleman called me up and fixed my smudged nail right away. I walk up to pay and the gentleman at the checkout told me that he wasn’t going to charge me since I had to wait. I was so touched with his kindness that I left a tip and went on my way. Needless to say, I’ll be back again!

I visited last week for first time and unfortunately have had to go 2 more times within days to repair nails that were popping off like press on nails. So in matter of 5 days I went there 3 times... first repair was for one nail, second repair was for 2 nails.. even showed owner entire nail that popped off... he said just come back and didnt charge. Which I appreciate not charging, but literally next day I lost 2 more.. I dont have the time or the gas to waste to continue returning. Ive doing dip powder for over 2 years now and never had that happen. I dont know if its the quality of the powder or the technique... but this place is not for me... #dissapointed #nothappy

They always have the latest in trends metalics, mate nails whatever it is they either have it or just ordered it. Just ask! Vybthia and Khan have done amazing job with making sure this salon just keeps getting better and better! Great gel manicure that last 2 weeks even more at times awesome pedicure special treatments the wax is my favorite. They have been my go to for over 7 years and now and there like family!

Horrible service! All we asked was to see if there was an option to add a diamond on my big toe lady flat out with an attitide said she couldnt do it...we waited for awhile to get serviced...i was doing my toes and full set just walked out with my toes semi done..i was horrified with her service

Great place. Been going for years

I had a difficult time getting one of the workers to do the design I had in mind. Overall the quality is bad, my acrylic nails have lifted everywhere and my French tips are all slanted. Will probably have to go somewhere else to have them completely removed and redone. Also a bit pricier then other places.

My regular nail lady canceled on me last minute, so I was referred to Pretty Nails by a friend of mine. She recommended Cynthia who was busy but said anyone would be fine. I had my nails done on a Thursday- gel mani and regular pedi. I got there around 3:05-3:10pm, and my pedicure began around 3:13pm. I paid and was in my car by 3:55 pm, not even a full 45mins. I walked out thinking that was the fastest gel mani and pedi Ive ever received, but it looked nice so I was happy. By Tuesday my nails were already starting to chip/peel. By Thursday (one week since) I had to trim my toe nails and two nails had peeled off. The nail polish right up against the nail bed was peeling and getting caught in my hair. Ive been doing gel mani for over a year now and they always last 2-3 weeks. The next day (Friday), I went back to the salon around 3:30pm and explained that this gel manicure, that I paid $28 for, didnt even last me a full 7 days. I was told it would be taken care of. I was asked if I remembered who did my nails, and since it was so quick, I really couldnt put a face to the woman. I sat with one person, who then transferred me to another lady. Meanwhile Cynthia told me the color I had on my nails had run out and I needed to pick a new color. So I said whatever is the closest to what I have (since that was the color on my toes). The lady proceeded to start fixing one the few broken nails. I asked if I was going to be receiving a complete polish change or just the ones that were peeling, and she explained no just the peeling ones. I was shocked. If my nails were already peeling, then the others were soon to start, and how could she apply a color that wasnt even the same as my other nails?! I expressed this to Cynthia who then told me because I couldnt remember who did my nails she was going to have to fix them herself and I would therefore need to wait between an hour and an hour and a half- time of which I did not have. I politely thanked her for her time and walked out. Unfortunately, I will never be going back to this salon. It was a horrible first experience and truly awful customer service. Not only was it one of the most pricey gel mani/pedi Ive had, but it was also of the poorest quality.

Do not come here horrible service Ive had to come like three times for broken nails, and when they did my refill another nail broke and they fixed it super lifes and ugly I offer to pay to fix the nail but they just sanded it a bit and painted it .I looks even worse now .I WILL be adding pictures HORRIBLE SERCIVE!!!

(The last time I came here they didn’t do a great job with acrylic nails the man painted my nails fast and left dripped nail polish on the side of my nails but I do recommend pedicures and gel manicure here) This nail salon is the best so far from every other nail salon I have gone to, they are clean, have massage chairs, massage your feet, put a hot towel on your legs, they use sugar or jelly scrub for exfoliation and lotion with cooling gel.They use UV light sterilizers to clean they’re tools and always have new buffers and Files to use on you.I am in love with this nails salon
