I asked for a specific dip manicure design and got a French manicure instead because of the picture I showed them. The picture of the design I wanted the nails were circular and I wanted mine square. They told me they couldnt do the same design as the nails were not cut the same. My nails look nothing like the photo I showed them from the beginning. Im not happy with my nails at all. I left very disappointed.

Horrible!!! This has to be the worst place to come for a mani/pedi. Tim is extremely rude, Staff does not speak nor understand English. I am a pregnant woman and I was treated so badly. Tim has an extreme attitude problem, the location is dirty and the wait time is ridiculous. I sat down asked for Tim to match a color he threw the colors at me and rudely told me to decided fast. Overall super disappointed and saddened with this service.There’s another nail location behind this shopping center, they provide amazing service with no disrespect.

This is an absolute gem of a business, family owned and very professional my technician is Tim and I absolutely adore him, I have very low pain tolerance and pedicures are a nightmare for me and only he knows how to treat my feet! I would follow him anywhere love it!

Dropped off my daughter here for a manicure, Tim was rude and disrespectful. Screamed at my 9 year old daughter and brought her to tears. Unacceptable behavior, my little girl came out in tears. Won’t be coming back to this location EVER.

I ended up at Noire Nails as a coincidence after a bad experience in my forever place and I cannot be more grateful for that. Delina is the BEST! Very calm, delicate and detailed on her work. I do dip on my hands and regular Pedí. I love it!!!!!No waiting time, just make sure you book in adnace!

Unfortunately only painted the main part of my nail. They didn’t paint the edges nor anywhere near the bed of my nails so it looks like I’ve had these nails for a week and they’ve grown out. The sides of most of my nails are unpainted as well.

This is the worst nail spa Ive ever been to ...the tools they used were dirty got a infection on big toe.. I wrote a review and took pics cause I want everyone to be careful the next day I went to ER to drain wound and recive meds went back spoke to management and was called a liar and kicked out please stay away!!! The main salon I go to is only by appointment so I’ve been going here because I can walk in and wait when I get a chance. I don’t blame wait times on them, it’s just about how busy they are at the moment. And yes, they can come off as “rude” because of the language barrier and their culture isn’t as happy friendly as were used to. Should they try a little harder, yes, but I’m a busy lady, I just need my nails done and done well. This is definitely one of the cleanest asian salons I’ve been to. And I really haven’t had any issues with any of their technicians until the last time I went and the new guy did my nails. I don’t know his name, but he was pretending like he knew what he was doing and every time I questioned him, he would say “trust me I’m good, I don’t what I’m doing”.... He did a pretty bad dip job. I called and complained and they offered to fix it but I was so upset that I just went somewhere else and redid them. Ever since then, I just really don’t want to go back, which is a shame because everyone else was good at what they did.By the way, they also don’t seem to think it’s important to ask the customers if they want an actual manicure (cleaning cuticles, etc.) when their doing dip because apparently if you just say you want dip, they won’t give you a manicure. If you want the manicure it’s a few more dollars and you need to tell them BEFORE they start.

Noire nails salon is the one of only nail salon that I have seen that have really took the right precautions with out new realty the covid-19. Nice touch with pixie glass, face-shields, mask,gloves, and proper cleaning. Great example for our communities to follow.

My daughter had a 12:00 appointment to get her nails done for an event later that day. They called me at 11:45 when we were on our way there to tell me the nail tech was running very late and our appointment would have to be changed to 1:45. Really?? That is almost 2 hours later which we couldn’t do. This is the 2nd time they messed up our time. We will not be going back. I’m sure they would not be happy if we did that to them. Very unprofessional

This nail salon has some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I called for an appointment due to the fact that I waited over an hour and a half on my first visit. Once I was finally started they sat me in the pedicure chair and said they would be right with me. 35min later I finally got a 10min pedi then my dip.Its been two weeks, was satisfied with the dip so I decided Id give them another try. After calling two days in a row for an appointment, the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude! Not helpful at all and did not care that I was not helped what so ever. They must have plenty of business to keep their doors open with that kind of service. I will not be going here ever again.

I got acrylics with gel on top and they came out AMAZING. I showed them a color I really wanted and the lady matched it perfectly. The only thing is that I was being a little bit rushed because of an event and I asked some questions nicely because I know she was focused on my nails but she seemed a little impatient. Nothing major though and my nails came out beautiful! The color was like a green-blue? Color and I tried to post them here. I wanted them super long and coffin shaped and it came out just as I had hoped!

By far one of my favorite nail salons, I usually do my nails with mike and he always does a great job! I went to another place because Mike was on vacation and I had such a bad experience, it really made me appreciate how amazing Mike and everyone at this salon are. I totally recommend this nail salon! Call ahead to schedule an appointment though, they can get full real quick.

Fell in love with this place!! I live about 3 minutes away from this nail salon and had been traveling almost 20 minutes to my usual spot that was more expensive and did less then half what this place did! They are super detail oriented and SUPER clean! All the tools come from a sterile pouch and everything is sprayed down with rubbing alcohol. My pedicure was superb! Almost fell asleep. And their new dip acrylic powder system is the best! No fumes! Definitely recommend you visit, their prices are great!

I dropped of my daughter there today and when I picked her up and we get home she tells me that TIM the owner of this place treated really nasty, This was obviously because he did not see an adult there with her, her nails came out horrible she said someone else had to fix them. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. My daughter is 14 and the sweetest girl, shame on you. You lost me as a client and many people that go there because of me.

Stopped by due to the reviews. Drove in from Orlando and needed a pedicure. Very clean and nice!! The pedicure chairs were AMAZING. Probably the best Ive experienced. They give you the option to get a 10 minute leg/foot massage and I was greateful after the long drive!! Nice staff as well :) when Im back in town Ill definitely return.

The main guy, usually sits first on the left side of nail seating station, has an attitude..quite rude because it seems they are too overwhelmed, and so answers in a bad mannerheres some advice: BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEYRE THE ONES THAT FEED YOU!Take courtesy lessons from the owner @ Nice Nails.

I reviewed this salon about a year ago with 5 stars and a glowing review, but had to change it because their service and quality has declined so much lately.They disregard appointments and the wait time for walk-ins has been over an hour (when they say they’ll be right with you). If you want your cuticles done, you have to specifically request it, and they don’t clean up under/ around your nails after you get dip manicure.I’m so sad about this because they were so good in the beginning, but after my last few appointments, I’ve decided not to come back :(

My fiance lost her ring there and we found it. The lady kept it in drawer. We are grateful to her and the staff. My respect to you folks.

Double booking appointments, what’s the point in making one?! After YEARS of going here and never missing my appointment, never canceling, or showing up late, same day, same time, twice a month. I’ve brought family, friends, co-workers etc.. it’s unbelievable to me the way I was treated when I asked why my appointment was skipped and told I had to wait over an hour, after knowing I come religiously like clock-work. I was so upset, yet treated them, and spoke to them respectfully and was YELLED at by the “Owner” and told, he didn’t care if I ever came back.. what kind of service is this? No loyalty to the people that keep your store open, your clientele. Ridiculous.

8 days ago I went to get dip. This is the first time I’ve ever done it and I was told by the person doing my nails that they would last a long time. Eight days later, and three of my nails have fallen off. I even paid extra for him to put the tip and cut my cuticles. $45 down the drain. This is so disappointing.

Im done with these people. Rude, unprofessional and you only get a decent one hour manicure and pedicure if you get lucky. Not everyone works well and the few that do is almost impossible to get an appointment. They act like if customers need them instead of the other way around. Very arrogant to say the least.

Made an appointment for 1:30pm didn’t get seen until 3pm then the girl who did my nails didn’t know what she was doing not one of them were licensed it looks like a 5 year old did my nails and feet. They hurt me when cutting my cuticles and they made me bleed on both my hands and feet. This whole place is just horrible they all have nasty attitudes this place needs to be shut down ASAP

The girl who worked on my nails was extremely rude, It was my first time there. She insulted me when started my pedicure and I told her it was my first time coming to this salon, She refused to cut my toe nails and she barely filed them. I had to ask her to clean under the nail and her response was Ill try. I spoke to the manager and told him what happened and he was absolutely no help, DONT BOTHER COMING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO BE DISRESPECTED BY THE STAFF OF THIS NAIL SALON
