I went here on a whim because I needed my nails done. Having my nails neat has always been a must. I arrived for my appointment and was attended by what I believed was an experienced manicurist. While she did my feet, I was a little concerned as it was a little painful and she was really doing in with her tools. I disregarded it as I thought maybe there was something I didnt see before. When she got to cutting my cuticles she spent a whole 20 minutes going back and forth to each nails cutting and cutting more. I pulled my hands back twice because of the pain and I have never had to do that before. I felt as if my hands were being cut up at this point. Even as she placed the product on my nails, my cuticle area was stinging. This is a call for infection. I would think that in a time such as this pandemic, employers would teach their employees to be more careful! How can I even be sure that what she used was clean before CUTTING me and causing me to bleed in at least two nails? On top of that I was there for almost 2 HOURS which is so ridiculous. I called the salon this morning to explain what happened and they could only say that the manicurist did not do it on purpose and that maybe my cuticles were sensitive? This has NEVER happened to me. Yes, I have been cut once, but not 5 times in one sitting ESPECIALLY after letting them know I was hurt? This is ludicrous and unprofessional. I do not recommend. Gross.

I like this place! Ive been here 3 times and each has been a pleasant experience. It is what you woyld expect from a Spanish nail salon. Last times I was there I was offered water or lemonade. This time I was not. I did gel nails and they didnt get it as close to the edge as I wanted (especially the right thumb). I know you cant get too close, and Ive done my own gel before, but this was a little too far. My other 2 times before were great though and the girls were willing to go above and beyond. The girls are always super nice. Love how close it is to my house too and they always do a great job of cleaning cuticles well and buffing feet etc. 💕💕💕

Everyone is very friendly. The place is clean and they are on point with appointments. I do my nails with Yanelys and she is awesome! She takes her time and does a great job.

Was so excited to try this place out. They just moved to Miami lakes, right next to my house and I follow them on instagram and see all the pretty work they do so I decided to give it a try! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an older lady at the reception desk and right from the minute she looked at me I knew that it was gonna be a problem. She sized me up and down and asked me if I had an appointment, I told her no and explained I needed a soak off and a full acrylic set & a pedicure. The place was practically empty. she told me They would do my nails but the pedicure she wasnt sure about that if they had enough time they may or may not do it. Who would want to leave a nail salon with just A half a job . I explain that to her that I didnt want to start if they werent going to do everything I Needed. So in other words she practically asked me to leave. She looked at me and she laughed and said I understand bye ! That has been hands-down the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. They gave me such a bad impression, I wouldnt go there for anything in the world. This place Is A stuck up nail that obviously doesnt take customer service to seriously!

I loved this location due to it being right next to my home, good prices, and of course the person who did my nails Olinda! Is great! She made me very happy with her work and I will be returning back; however I did not like the fact that they charge you to use your credit card? What type of place does that anymore? This is 2019 and we are charging our clients for using our credit card. I believe the owner needs to change this and not make us pay a ridiculous fee just because nobody uses cash anymore. Bad experience for my daughters first time. She made an appointment yesterday for a specific shape and this morning the girl who did her nails said she couldnt do that shape for whatever reason and on top of that she was upset she had an appointment so early. I wish my daughter told me this before I tipped her and I wish I was there since I dropped her off because she didnt deserve anything. Dont go to this place. Very unprofessional and you dont get what you pay for. I wanted to go back so bad and tell her off but my daughter was like no please. They dont deserve one atar. Please see why they have a 3.6. Trust me dont go there!!!

Nail tech couldn’t file my nails evenly. Had to tell her three times to fix it. She used the wrong top coat on my nails and has a completely off color to the original nail polish. Not worth going there to save 10 dollars.

I did a gel mani and regular pedi which was $39 I got a massage on one hand the other hand the lady didn’t even bother to even put cream on, the gel polish the lady did super thick looks like the tip of my nail is round and when she got to my feet she did it super quick because she was hungry and massages my leg not my foot. You would think for the price that they would do everything step by step. It was my first time going and I was very disappointed.

This is an amazing place. Unfortunately, I moved away and the drive is like an hour but it is worthy. The staff is friendly, they will serve you coffee and sangria. However, I must say there are a lot of Hispanic ladies talking really loud, lol, so if you have a problem with that dont even bother going. On the other hand, if youre like me youre going to love it. Oh and its cheap.

Be careful even if you have an appointment . I had one and arrived on time but my manicurist didn’t . They had me there sitting for 45 min telling me she was late because the rain but that she will arrive soon. Total lie ...Never arrived, no one else could do my nails, they didn’t even apologize when I walked out of the door, I will make sure none of my friends go there ever.

Went to this Nail Spa for the first time and I must say that from the moment I called in for the appointment I felt the professionalism and great customer service from Lizbet not to mention the amazing job Janitza did on my nails!!! What a nice personality sweet and friendly. Very friendly staff. I WILL DEFENETLY BACK!!

They have several locations and I made the appointment in the wrong place, even though they received me and gave me a shift, place is very clean and organized. the prices are excellent and the girls are very kind. Whenever I am going to relax, have a manicure and pedicure done, I leave STRESSED since it is super uncomfortable, put your hand in and out of those lamps that are already asking for change, it is a criticism with a lot of respect, you should also invest in nail paints, Colors new as there is not a great variety to choose from. Going to this place was a nightmare. All nail techniques are very unprofessional. The person at the front desk does not know how to work with the public, sweeps over the clients, begins to collect without the client having finished her nails, shouts as if he were in a park on top of the people. The lady who sits next to the front desk is the same. Screaming, singing, dancing (how unprofessional). Techniques are shouted from corner to corner of the store. They never offered anyone the spawn, least of all the chocolate. You can tell that the owners are not overseeing their own store.
