I made an appointment the same day and they were able to accommodate me at the perfect time. I got my nails done with Jacob and he did an amazing job. He was also very gentle when filling my nails. I definitely recommend Jacob and Michelle (the lady sitting next to him) I am very happy to have found a good nail salon near my house.

First time coming here and my experience was great. I came as a walk in with no appointment and the wait time was decent, nothing crazy. What I had done was regular pedi and dip mani. Jacob was very detailed and left my toes and hands looking fabulous and feeling brand new. Will be returning :)

I never usually leave negative reviews but I visited this location and i was greatly disappointed. I was cut in not only one or two fingers, but in every single one of them. This has never happened to me before, and i have been doing my nails for years now. The man doing my nails was drilling into my skin and was very harsh. He was using the incorrect drill end for my cuticle and was hurting me. I was bleeding all along in almost every single nail and it has been hurting to even wash my hands because of how many cuts i have. I also kept telling him i wanted glitter on my ring finger, which i repeated over and over again and he never did it. He never asked if i wanted to cut my acrylic nails either or if i wanted any design. The lady who did my toes did a good job and i had no issues. I wouldn’t recommend, i’ve never had this issue before. I’m sure it was not intentional but these cuts could lead to infections. It was also very over priced in my opinion, i just needed a refill and a regular pedicure and they only did one color with no design and they charged me 70$.

I was passing through and needed my nails and feet done. I was at the Verizon store and discovered this spot. And boy am I glad I did?!?!?!?!!! Jacob took GREAT care of me! He was very pleasant and attentive. My pedicure and foot rub was amazing!!! He also did a great job on my nails! I got the colored gel powder. If Im ever back in the area, I will be back!

Its a great place when you receive the right technician. My daughters love the pampering as do I. Best technicians by our choice are Lily and Linda. Weve had others and agree their work hurt and they moved quickly and didnt allow us to enjoy the procedure. Linda and Lily didnt rush, asked questions and took pride in their final results.

I have been to this so called nails and spa 3 times now and I must say the first time I went it was great! They were kind and I felt welcomed - this was roughly 4 years ago.The second time I came, the person who did my nails I believe her name was Lilly had no manners - she was rushing the job which caused two of my finger nails to be sore near the cuticles. When picking the colour it’s like I am being rushed to do so. I didn’t feel welcome and definitely weren’t relaxed during my experience.I went a third time as one of my nails had broke and this was just under two weeks of doing them, I look after my nails - it took grabbing a water bottle to break the nail. I was so disappointed as it broke half of my actual nail to which was painful. The acrylic nails they put on is so flimsy and not firm at all. If it wasn’t for my other nails to still look semi fresh - I wouldn’t have gone back to fix the nail. Whilst I was there I decided to do my lashes. And again I don’t know what I expected but it was another rushed job.They need to do better in making their customers feel welcome - despite the que or how booked it is, no customer deserves to feel rushed when paying for a service.

I have been coming to this nail salon for years! Since they were in their previous location within the same shopping center, and honestly always liked their work. Some techs are better than others, definitely. But I’ve never given them a hard time. I’ve noticed over time though they have lost their touch and service quality… the place doesn’t look as clean, before they had the TV screens on with relaxing music, not anymore. I personally think there’s TOO many people at the same time, it looks like a park with people walking around all over. The nail color samples are all dirty, chipped, and broken. Not to mention they barely have the colors that they show on the samples. And to top it off, they increased the prices… even though the service is not as good anymore. Today I had a horrible experience, had to choose over 4 different colors because they didn’t have any of the ones we wanted. And I complained to the front desk but they didn’t even bother to say sorry, or at least give a discount for the uncomfortable moment, especially in a place where you’re supposed to go relax. I’m not going to mention the fact that it was super hot, because their power was off, but that is probably not their fault, so I won’t blame them. I just feel if you’re not giving a good customer service and one of the customers complains, at least show empathy and try to make them feel better. Well, unfortunately I will be looking for a new place, it’s been too many things already.

This place has changed so much in the last few years, all for the better. The salon is beautiful, the staff is very nice, and their services are wonderful. From now on everytime Im in town Ill be going to Crystal nails.

Ive been going to this place for a while now and I could say that overall I will only go with either Jimmy or Tuan. Jimmy works fast and does a very good job. Tuan is excellent with nail designs. Both allow for relaxation and dont rush. However Ive experienced other nail technicians and I have had terrible experiences. The place is nice, clean and welcoming. They have a variety of different colors to choose from. Overall a good place to have my nails done.

I have been coming here since I was 19 I am now 23 and I have had my nails done by almost every tech in there sometimes I would come out of there disappointed cause some of them don’t know what they be doing (some nails would be crooked, uneven, bad paint job) or they don’t know how to do the design but act like they do know which is a waste of time and money, the best tech there is MICHELLE I love her work she is the one who actually takes her time and make sure my nails are the perfect and even shape and length and she’s really nice too I would only be seeing her now

Ive gone to this spa before to get a set of acrylics done and my experience was wonderful. However, I went again to just get a regular gel manicure and it wasnt the best. I was seated with Sunny and she went very fast, rough, and didnt take her time to perfect my nails. I told her I wanted to keep my almond shape natural nails and half of my nails are square while the other half is terribly filed. She painted the gel beyond my nails, and some nails are even missing nail polish on the corners and sides. Im usually not a picky person when it comes to my nails, but I was disappointed.

Let me tell you something... this place is in Hialeah, and people maybe think is not nice, or that their work is not fine, but this is far from the truth. Ive been doing my nails with them for around 3 years or so, and even though I dont longer live in the area, I rather drive there and get what I like. Also their prices are very very low compare to the job they do on hands, and feet. They are very friendly, and the place just got remodeled so it looks professional, and comfortable for you to take a few hours of relaxation.

Came here because I had an emergency and needed my nails done last minute. The guy who did my nails did them so fast, never had my nails done so fast. He didn’t put a top coat, first time I’ve ever seen that and he didn’t ask me to wash my hands so there’s bumps all over my nails. I am HORRIFIED!!!!! The receptionist was mad rude as well. On her phone non stop. Do not come here!!!

I got a dip manicure with added tips and two days later three nails are broken. I call Crystal nails to see if they can give me a discount to at least do a gel with no manicure and take off the remaining dip and they said no. They want me to pay full price after I spent 50+ dollars on a dip manicure. The manicure itself was awful, the nails were too long and all completely different lengths. Dont go, they clearly just care about taking your money.

Professional, friendly, got a mani pedi for me my 3 kids and my man ... also got a facial and my lashes done and my daughter got acrylics.. took care of us all at the same time and we were out in an hour and a half . Mainly cuz of me . I went in for a simple eyebrow wax and they completely ruined my eyebrows. They ruined my eyebrows made them too thin! They didnt even want to give me a refund, I had to beg them for it. When I told them how horribly they did my eyebrows they banned me from going there again. Completely unprofessional! The reason I wrote this review is so 17 year old girls like myself dont ruin their eyebrows before an important event. They dont care if their customer is unsatisfied they just care that they get paid. What they responded with is completely untruthful, I personally never asked you for any free service I just asked for a refund which you did not want to give me (you say it yourself you did not pay for your eyebrows). I cannot believe you are still mad that I didnt pay, you ruined my eyebrows! You dont have to ask me to never go here again, I wouldnt come back even if you paid me.

It’s a nice place to get your nails done. I know there are bad reviews but honestly I got jimmy as my nail tech and he did an amazing job. He was a little impatient with me because I did not understand what he was saying but he still did a very good job. They are pretty over priced but it’s worth it. (Gel acrylics are 44 and pedis with regular nail polish is 26)

Hi I WAS a customer at your salon I have never writen a review but I’m furious. I was just turned away bc my 1 year old will not leave a mask on I have come to your salon often and spend a generous amount of money for me and my daughters services because I love your work and I thought your customer service was great. today I come in for a polish change and nail fix sinceOne of my acrylics lifted and I was turned away it’s ok for my child to be in your salon without a mask when I’m spending a lot of money but not ok when I coming for a touch up my last visit was 6 Days ago 6! So covid is so much more dangerous now that I’m not spending nearly $200 give me a break. I’m all for safety and wearing masks trust me I have tried to get my one year old to keep one on but that is an impossible expectation. Why wasn’t I turned away the last three times I came and dropped a significant amount of money for mine and my daughters services?

I had a full set gel acrylic & Classic pedicure!My toes are a basic white color which came out pretty good thanks to John! & then starting with my hands my technician changed to Jacob, Im assuming he is the only one who knows how to do ombré. As you can see my nails came out beautiful! I absolutely love them! I will definitely leave this Monday on vacation feeling pretty! This set was VERY expensive but worth it.Thank You John & Jacob ! The last time I came the man was so rude to me and highly over charged.. $93 for very short and uneven mani and pedi. This time, I called ahead and they said they had availability but I have been sitting in a chair waiting for service for over an hour.. everyone else has began work. The place is good for nails, but the lady on the front always give some specific people issue, everywhere in united states you have the right to arrive until 15 minutes after the apoit. Even doctors and in this place for 10 minutes late she made an argument and treat customers like they are not worth to be there, that even my mom wants to leave, and is not the first time she behave like that.

I used to go this salon before but hadnt come back in a very long time. I went recently to do my gel mani, and I am so disappointed and upset. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this one definitely deserved it. The girl doing my nails filed the middle of my nails with the machine down so hard that it hurt so bad. She cut my cuticles super aggressive, and i dont know why considering almost all my cuticles are still there. She missed spots in my nails when painting, filed my nails sideways, painted on top of the cuticles she left, and left air bubbles and bumps in my nails. I did them on a Friday and by Saturday, my nails were already chipped and some even broke. I felt too embarrassed to ask for a refund or say anything especially since I know how difficult these people are, but I guarantee I am never coming back here again. Too overpriced for the bad jobs that they do.

I’ve been to this salon may times, not sure if this lady doesn’t have the proper training but I do a better job at painting my nails than she did. My nails look horrible like if they haven’t been painted in a month. I have parts of my nails without paint and I just did them.

First time doing eye lash extensions, they came out beautifully. I love how John does nails, he takes his time, on point with detail & he’s not ruff handed. Highly recommended.

I went to get my gel done and the lady didn’t do it right because the edges of my nails were not shaped and I scratched myself. My gel also came off after 5 days which shouldn’t have happened. Overall very disappointed especially since I paid so much. Definitely not going there again

I went to this salon for the first time today june 16,2020. Let me start by saying that I rarely give bad reviews. But, I had to warn others to stay away from the WORST salon in Hialeah. Or dare I say in Florida. Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever I’ve ever had. Bad service, the manicure was a joke. The timing was ridiculous. The way they treat their customers is ridiculous. It’s also funny how they respond to everyone’s comment blaming the customer for their bad experience. They don’t do anything to better their customer service. The Client should always be right.

The people in this establishment only care about quantity over quality. They want to run you dry with your money, even charging for filing your nails down after a two-week acrylic refill. Whenever there is an issue they belittle you and try to make you pay to “fix” it. I’ve been here several times and I’ve only been satisfied a good 2-3 times only. Don’t think I’ll be coming here again; most of the people are rude and don’t listen to you when trying to explain what you want done for your money’s worth.

I came to this location because it was the only shop near my job opened late, and I had to go on a cruise the following day.I thought I was somewhat pleased with my dipping powder /coffin and tip which I paid 55$ for; up until the following day in less than 24 hours, 10 hours my nails started to crack and one broke.I dont know if the polish or tips were of cheap quality, but Im dissatisfied. Im going on a 6 days cruise and honestly dont think nails will make it to day 1.My tech was really nice and detailed, but as stated the quality of product are cheap.

I came on the 30th of December with my sister in law and her 2 and 8 year old daughters. The oldest woman who works there did her pedicure and manicure. She wanted acrylics but the woman doesnt do acrylics.My sister in law doesnt speak English so she didnt say anything. The lady was annoyed with the 2 year old. She had no patience, didnt even ask my sister in law what color she wanted. She put on her an ugly red brown color.I had wanted white nails, the girl who did mine convinced me not to cause of course white gets dirty. When I was finished with my refill I went to join my sister in law and the old lady yelled at me to pick up the 2 year old. Of course I told her something and no tip for her.I DIDNT KNOW TILL DAYS LATER THAT MY SISTER IN LAW DIDNT EVEN CHOOSE THE COLOR AND SHE WAS IN PAIN CAUSE THAT LADY AGGRESSIVELY REMOVED HER CUTICLES. THE ONLY PERSON WHO WORKS HERE THATS WORTH IT IS JAY IN MY OPINION.

I came in for a fill in and came out with my nails looking worse than when I went in. The shape was already perfect all they needed was a polish change in my opinion but they insisted I needed a fill so now my nail is lumpy and my cuticles are cut and sore on multiple nails. My nail tech was David

Had an amazing pedicure with Lisa. Normally love coming here because of the attention to detail. Whilst my pedicure was great my nail experience was horrible. The tech asked me what I did and I said “ I do facials, so please do them short.” It was all sweet till the customer next to me ASKED ME “you do facials? Can I have your ig? “ I said I’ll give you my personal page due to professional etiquette (I’m in a full service salon, it would be rude.) I went about my services and didn’t say anything else. The tech was super off put and aggravated. My nails concluded and I tipped generously and paid my tab. Upon paying I was told that they didn’t want me going back because I was promoting another location. Never in this industry have I experienced such hostility and greed. I’ve been to this salon many times and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. I’ve always referred people here. It’s sad to see such behavior. We should be supporting fellow esthetician’s. Not knocking them down. Truly disappointed in how this was handled.

Was not expecting much from the place because I was just following a friend and the ratings did not look very good but man I was so wrong. I think the place is underrated and it is a real hidden gem. Pretty much nothing to complain about. Clean and organized. Good quality products. Staff is very nice and experienced. They are vocal enough that I had no problem telling them what I wanted to do and they did not try to rush me out. Comfortable chairs and they sanitize their equipment after every use. Reasonable price. If you are in the area and still looking for a decent place to have your nails done, you should definitely try this place!

I came for the first time today without an appointment and, I waited. Once they called, I got a worker named Tuan. I loved my nails so much!!!! I was so happy with them. I got acrylics and my total was $45 dollars.

When called back, she said she hung up because my wife stopped talking.Who in their right mind pays $45 plus a $5 tip, for nails that are guaranteed to last you 3 days. I had grown out my nails and came in for a full set of a new set of acrylic powder on my nails and Tammy ended up cutting my nails thinking they were fake. Ruined my whole hand and now my nails are extremely short. If you go you have to do your nails with the same person every time because if not they charge you different prices every time you go. I paid $50 for a set that she ruined because she broke all my nails and didn’t even have the audacity to give me a discount for a huge mistake she made. She ended up cutting me around my cuticles and making me bleed in almost all my fingers.

I’ve been coming here for 3-4 years now! I moved a couple months ago so I stopped coming because of the drive, but I haven’t been able to find a place that has such hard working people, I never have had to wait more than 10 mins MAX. They always take me in immediately! Their NEW and improved salon is beautiful and extremely clean and organized. Wouldn’t go to any other place and the prices are super reasonable compared to other places!

Very bad service here I do not recommend. I went into the salon to get almond shape nails for my daughter and I and both different technicians advised us that Almond nail shape wouldnt look good on us. I have a thicker nail bed but my daughter has smaller nail bed so I dont know how the nail shape wouldnt look good on either of us. None of the technicians wanted to do what we liked instead they wanted to do whatever they thought was best. I ended up getting a regular manicure and my daughter did acrylics which she dint like and management didnt want to give a discount at all. All they care about is making money not about making you feel good or anything.

I will never go here again. Not even 24 hours and my nails were lifting and 3 fell off after 2 days. I did the dip nails. I’ve been doing them for over a year now and his has never happened to me before. It has been 5 days since I did them and 8 nails fell off on its own. By the way I don’t use my hands or wet my hand a lot. This is ridiculous. Don’t go here. On top of everything they don’t even wait until your finished with your nails they come up to you before your done to ask you to pay very unprofessional!
