They meet you at the car window when you drive up. I explained that I was in a hurry, they performed an oil change and vehicle inspection concurrently. I was out quick. Great service, very professional and knowledgeable, most of all very quick and efficient. Oh and reasonably priced...hint- sign up for the e-mails, the coupons and reminders are great!

Man I’m reading some of these reviews and it’s not making me feel any better about my situation with them right now. The last thing I want to do is write a negative review on them. Because from what I’ve been reading and seeing online about them it sounds like a management problem at this particular location. Where I’ve had my Jeepserviced for atleast the last 4 to 5 years no problems. UNTIL a recent purchase of a battery(that wasn’t the correct size that my Jeep called for). Now I’m out EASILY $1,500 to $2,000 of my own money and that’s on the low end. Now my situation is still not yet over so I’m trying not to bash the place but we will see tomorrow. I really hope that they do the Right thing and do what they said they would do and that was just help with out of the cost of ALL the stuff I’ve had to replace since the bigger battery debacle. If they do 5 star place and they will still have my business and this will be deleted and behind us. But the reviews have me a little ehhhh.

Took our vehicle here for an oil change and a brake inspection. I’m not sure how you can inspect the brakes without taking the tires off. Also stated they checked the cabin air filter and said it was good when there’s actually not even a filter in it as I took it out myself before the service. Now I’m questioning if they even changed the oil. I’ll be taking my business else where from here on out.

They over charge you. They charged me over 90 dollars for a simple oil change. And claiming that the package is only for 5 quarts and the extra quart they where charging me 10 dollars for that. And they didn’t put a new sticker on the window or clean the windows or anything. I will not be going to that establishment ever again.

Well everything went quickly I thought all was well customer service impersonal then a month later the filters that they replace blew out all my oil underneath my car due to they didnt replace a gasket that goes with it they just put the new one on top of the old one . I tried to call and talk to management they werent in at the time and were supposed to give me a call back the next day never returned my call I had to pay to have all that stuff cleaned up from underneath my car and now my car is knocking due to being on a long trip in my car when this happened. I do not suggest this place.

My boyfriend took my car in for a oil change about two months ago and my skid plate wasn’t put back on correctly (I was told when I took it back that the pins weren’t put back on) so a piece of it tore off. I went up there and explained to Tabor what had happened and he so far has been the only helpful person and didn’t make me feel like I’m a nuisance. He told me to come back and speak with Rick at 9 the next day and even apologized for the phones being down that day.. So I went back to speak with Rick when I got off the next day and waited since they were busy for him to look at my car. He did and then informed me that it was something on them and that he was going to take the piece that had been torn off and make a report and send it up the chain to get the money from corporate to replace it since it was from them not placing those pins back correctly. Great! I felt pleased that this was going to be quick and easy! LOL that’s what I get for thinking. I’ve now called 3 times up there asking for an update and I never seem to be able to catch Rick even if it’s early and a week day. I get other random guys and when I ask they say “oh yeah the red car, let me get your info and I’ll have one of my managers or Rick give you a call with a update” so then they proceed to take down the year, make, model, and my info for another time. What’s the point of asking for our phone numbers for the “account” if every time I call for something that I thought was “handled” and every time they either can’t find it or need to take everything down again??? Some of the absolute worst lead management I have ever seen. Literally no one can call me and just say “hey it’s on it’s way!” Or even just some sort of update.

Told they would take 30 minutes for oil change and inspection. Took 90 minutes. No member of staff talked to me until it was ti.e to pay

We brought our BMW 528I in for an oil change Saturday. Staff were friendly, I trusted them, they did a prompt oil change, we payed and headed home an hour away. A few days later we noticed oil pooling in our garage. We thought it was just a spill and it would eventually stop it didn’t. We called and scheduled another visit to have them look at it. I respect that they are a friendly staff, but this is unacceptable. I expect this problem to be remedied free of charge, including the lost oil, and I hope the cause is something simple and nothing that requires additional servicing. Really not happy.

They ripped us off g or our oil change and they tried to rip us off by saying that we needed store when out tires where 5 days old.tjis jiffy lube was the biggest rip off we had ever been to. We do not recommend the jiffy lube in weatherford Texas. I repeat they are a rip off.

Normally I’ve never had any issues at this location but I was having serious car problems and ended up stalling down the road from this jiffy lube so I pushed it there to see if there was anything they could do. I got there at 7:30 right as they opened and was the first costumer. The radiator was leaking among some other things and I cost about 600$ to fix it to get the car running again. It took my entire paycheck and I was very upset and the guy was very nice and understanding with me I will say that. However I waited at that jiffy lube for 4 1/2 hours before I finally decided to get a ride to work. I left my car there at 12 and was told it was going to be another hour and half before it was finished and they offered to drive it to my work. I was very grateful and gave them the address and left. Then I didn’t hear from them until 6:15 after the 10th time I had called and FINALLY gotten through to someone. They had my car sitting in the parking lot. Zero communication. I had to find a ride home because they did not bring me my car nor did they reach out to me to tell me it was finished. Everytime I tried to call I got a recording to leave a message, and I left tons and got no word back. The lack of communication from their end was extremely disappointing.

Have used this place for my daughters oil changes in the past. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Was there for a long time waiting to get in.( this was a few days ago). I understand if your busy, but you had one worker out of the many that were there that seemed like he knew what was going on. He apologized multiple times for the wait and helped explain things to me. He also said he was newer to that shop. My family brings alot of cars through there, from now on, IF we go back he is the only gentleman to touch my cars... that gentleman deserves a raise. I believe his name was Taber or tabir. If you use this place do yourself a favor and ask for him. The rest of the crew there looked lost and looked like they were trying to be something they are not. Personally watched this man work on my vehicle and he did nothing but work while the rest watched

Been going for years. Worse experience ever. Took along time while other vehicles came and went. No communication except new guy in pit. Workers standing around on phones!! No sense of urgency!! No communication from management!!!!! No apology for length of time it took for simple oil change. Took vehicle to another shop afterwards to ensure everything under vehicle back in place securely. Will never go back!!!!!!!

I visited here to get an oil change done on Monday. They tried to make me get my brake fluid changed. I said no. On the drive home I received a low brake fluid warning. They had not screwed the brake fluid reservoir cap back on.

Customer service is amazing and service top of the chart! I will always come here as I have never had a bad experience. Even if I ever have a bad experience I will keep coming as the amount of great experiences would have far surpassed and doubt. This place always shows hard work, dedication, team environment and exceptional customer service!

I personally will never use Jiffy Lube again. I visited the 1807 S. Main St. Weatherford, TX location in December of 2019 to have the oil change on my 2018 Silverado with 19,000 miles. During the oil change, one of the techs came up to me and told me my brake fluid was low and that he had “topped it off”. Roughly 3 weeks later, my brakes locked up while driving and my truck had to be towed to a dealership for repairs. The dealership informed me that my brake fluid had been contaminated and the roughly FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS in repairs would not be covered under warranty. Since the hood of my truck had not been opened since Jiffy Lube changed my oil and topped off my brake fluid, I assumed whatever the tech used to top off my brakes was the source of the contamination. When I brought this to Jiffy Lube’s attention, they denied their tech topped off my brake fluid (even though he told me he did), and they refused to accept any responsibility. After having my claim denied by their insurance company (where Jiffy Lube again denied topping off my brake fluid) I ended up taking them to small claims court. I unfortunately lost my small claims case due to lack of evidence/witnesses, and because Jiffy Lube again denied topping off my brake fluid.

Quick and efficient.

Great service! Pulled up and left the keys in my truck. They checked me in as they walked me to the waiting area. They asked if there were any concerns, and verified the service I wanted. Checked in with me after their complimentary inspection and let me know what they topped off. Cashed out as they finished up and pulled up to the door for me. 20 mins from start to finish and there were 2 cars getting serviced when I pulled up.

Taylor was super helpful and polite very courteous and he made the experience a great experience they were quick to get the work done and very efficient.

Steven and Chase are working hard as new management. If you have left, come back and give them a chance to do it right. So many different services available here to save you time and money. It helps that the guys here show you quick details on the computer and allow you to make the choices you need based on your time and budget.

Fast, reliable service makes this Jiffy Lube my first choice for oil changes and vehicle inspections at registration time.

No attention to detail. Didnt vacuum, didnt check air in the tires, only put the milage tag up after I went back after leaving and realized they didnt put it up. When I went back I mentioned vacuum and air specifically, still was not done in a satisfactory manner. Previous visit same thing, accept the previous visit I had to pay $66 because they said they didnt take the MPP oil change plan I got from my dealership, this time they said they take it. I realize there was an issue with authorization that was out of their control, and they did work with me on that. That is why they get the one star instead of Wish I could give them zero stars. Expensive oil change with none of the additional services that most places, including Jiffy Lube, normally offer. I will not be back to this location.

This shop is usually good but today they left grease finger prints all over my seats and took twice the normal time to change oil because they were talking with each other instead of working.

I went here because they were one of the only shops open after 5 when people get off work. The men there were very friendly, pulled my car right in for me, and were super fast. They vacuum your floors and top off your fluids as well with an oil change. The guy at the counter was nice enough to explain their oil options as well, since they offer a blended oil as well as a full synthetic. Definitely going back!

All of the employees weve dealt with here have been very courteous and professional. We both took our cars here for a state inspection and we were both very satisfied.

I needed my truck inspected . This place was amazing. Employee met me in the parking lot as I drove up. I told him what I needed. He checked my insurance and then walked me into the waiting area. Extremely pleasant. The waiting area was very clean. It only took about 30 minutes and I was ready to go.Its nice to do business with people that seem to appreciate you as a customer.

I brought my old ranch truck into town to get it inspected. Fluids were low so I asked them to check them. They topped off all the fluids and had to add a lot of coolant. The inspection guy got back from lunch and finished things up. They gave me the keys and said thanks. I told them I still needed to pay. They said no charge because I had to wait too long. It really wasn’t very long. I’m a loyal customer now.

My wife just had the oil changed on her Mazda 3, that clearly states on the oil cap 0w20, no they used 5W20, wrong oil, there is oil leaking everywhere in the engine bay and on my garage floor. The covers for the oil filter that go on the underbody are missing. Will be backup there first thing in the morning. Will not be going back there and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

The only place thats been able to find the issue and fix my boyfriends car. For years he hasnt been able to find the problem and had spent thousands of dollars on unnecessary things. Then we come here and they diagnosed the issue very quickly. Ill drive out of my way to go here rather than use another place.
