Poor Service!!! I approached a waitress that was walking by in regards to getting my family our drinks. She assisted with getting the drinks and stated to me she was not my waitress. She came back to my table to inform me she had alerted the waitress. I also approached the manager asking if it was self-service with getting my drinks being that the waitress had never come to assist the table after being inform there were customers? He came over to my table to clear the table and apologizing for the poor service. ***Horrible Service***Waitress should be Fired for having disregard for customers. It’s obvious she doesn’t need her JOB!!

We’ve been waiting a couple of years for this location to open and finally it did. I was very happy to see that even though there was a line outside they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep the clients safe. Loved that during the line they had dividers to separate people next to you and all the food stations had plastic on top and the best part is they have gloves before entering to get your food to avoid contamination, they are really doing all they can to keep the clients safe. The service was excellent, Sandra and Roxy were amazing. Keep up the great job. We will definitely be going back.

First time eating at a buffet since Covid-19, and I was pleasantly impressed with all the cleanliness guidelines this location has in place. There are gloves to handle plates and utensils at the serving stations. There is a big bottle of hand sanitizer on every table and dispensers nearby. Our young server - Abraham was truly an upstanding man with excellent customer service skills. The entire staff, manager, hostess, cashiers were all very friendly and professional. It was an overall wonderful dining experience with all modern, sleek designs, including a fire place.

I got food poisoning there today. The place wasn’t worth the price they are charging. The meats tasted gross. The grill cook just gives you a tiny piece of meat at a time that I’m pretty sure doesn’t weight not even 4oz. Before they would give you the whole steak, now they cut it and just give you a tiny portion and save the other part for the customer behind you. So I basically paid almost $20 to eat vegetables. The food had no taste what so ever, it was bland. The dessert station was empty. There were no strawberry glaze or whipped cream, no chocolate dipped marshmallows or strawberries, no spoons. The soft serve ice cream machine only had chocolate, no vanilla or the swirl. We almost finished our food when we got the beverages delivered to our table. It was a really disappointing experience. I don’t recommend it at all.

My family and I just recently had breakfast at this Golden Corral location. The chef/meat carver, Sean, was just amazing and knowledgeable. In fact, he was so knowledgeable about Gold Corral cooperation I had to ask was this undercover boss. He was informative, very interactive and very polite. On top of the fact, the omelette was very tasty…

Great price for all you can eat. Employees was super friendly. And they took all the precautions needed for covid. Plates were sterilized and customers had to wear gloves to get food. And hand sanitizer was on every table.

There were gloves provided by the restaurant to serve the food from the buffet but still, they were was a lot of people that weren’t putting them or wearing their mask, COVID 19 still on, and we must keep up the guard; so we decided to leave. If you don’t force the rule to wear the gloves and the mask when the customers are serving their food why you provided them and the warning signs

Great service since we first walked in. Cashier had a smile and very friendly which made you feel welcomed. Food was good, but not great (Some did lack flavor).Dessert though, had a good selection, which made up for some of the disappointing foods I tried. The waitress was also attentive and made sure our drinks were filled and cleared any empty plates from our table. All in all, a good visit.

Everything was great there is something to eat for every one depending on what you can eat. The waitress was always asking if we were fine and if we need anything else. I m a cancer patient so liquid for me I have to use my stomach tube but I felt comfortable. I will recommend any one to eat there.

Went There For Breakfast.The Food And Service Was Excellent. Orange Juice Was Good. But The Coffee Taste Like It Was Strain Through A Jockstrap. Over All For The Price You Cant Go Wrong. Highly Recommend It.

I went there last weekend and honestly it was pretty awesome!Its a buffet people not a 5 star restaurant but its pretty damn good for what you pay for.Far better than the Golden Corral that was in Pines years back.The meats were all tender and cooked perfectly and the sides... were sides!Place is spotless and all the food was really good!A lot of fattys trying to knock you out of the way, but thats part of the game. Stop complaining people!

I really enjoyed my experience at this Golden Corral! On this day, me and my wife went to the Golden Corral on Commercial Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, Florida but the restaurant was closed down with a sign that said that this Golden Corral was closed FOREVER! The only one that was open closest to me was down in Hialeah, Florida. So, we went to it and it was a great experience all around! The servers were on top of us. The food was well stocked, and the restaurant was clean. I guess now my only question is how much longer before they close this one down?

Chilis is always a great place to be unfortunately the chilis in Hialeah the customer service is the worst the table were open and the hostess instead of explaining me why they can give me a table she just said are you gonna wait or youre gonna leave so please dont go to chilis Hialeah

Food is delicious. You get a good variety of entrées, sides, meats and a good salad bar. It has the GC basics, but its more Cuban oriented, which is great! Service was very very good, servers were always in the area making sure that we were doing well. I definitely recommend it.

Very clean and follows procedures to limit the spread of not only Covid but other germs. Family friendly. This is the first restaurant Ive seen with plenty of booster seats and high chairs. Theres a family restroom apart from the regular restrooms. Food temperature was decent. Customer service was good. Spacious location and lots of parking since its in a plaza area.

Youd think the value would excuse the quality of the food. No, this wasnt the case. With close to $20 per person for food and a soda each, one would expect something at least marginally better than cafeteria food. The best thing there was their salad bar, which isnt saying much. Even the desserts werent saved from disappointment, as there was a family who ran the soft serve machine completely dry & made a mess of the entire desert section.The truth is, it really depends on what time you go here for your meal. If you go during lunch time, the food is guaranteed to be a bit fresher since its busy, and its cheaper. Going for the slower, more expensive dinner of time is a complete waste of money. Dont do this to yourself.

Amazing selection, clean and fast. They let you serve yourself but everyone must first don gloves. I dont know what they do to their steaks but many steak houses would be smart to take a lesson as far as flavor. It was busy so everything was super fresh and hot. The server came by often to refill our drinks and remove plates this is a location with the new design with the stone fireplace and sleek designs. It was a comfortable and overall enjoyable experience.

This is the worst Golden Corral ever! The wpresentation of the food is very unattractive! I observed several dishes that were all dried out. You can clearly tell that the food isnt being rotated or replenished as it should. The buffet line is unclean. Who is the manager? Does he or she not notice this

Sunday after church & Long lines for entrance outside. Moved really slow. When my party finally arrived at the cashier, the interaction was less than pleasing. As the 1st encounter with a representative of the business (Golden Corral) the employee was very transactional. No apology for the wait to get in and then further wait just to pay for our food. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive even as busy as they were. The food was fresh and good.

All you can eat buffet. Mediocre food but nobody goes to a buffet for quality. Busy location . Always full. The staff is nice

I came here with friends for lunch who have been regulars. I was so impressed with how busy it was in the middle of the week. The wait staff was wonderful, especially Roxanna, who.is truly the beautiful ruby of Golden Corral. Her inviting attitude combined with her attentiveness creates a family atmosphere for everyone dining there. The manager Jim is great and he keeps a good staff that keeps customers coming back.

I had never been here before. I would go to the one in pines until they closed down. That place bad the worst smell in the atmosphere. I was so happy to visit this one in hialeah. Super clean and the food is hot and they have a lot of food variety and a lot of spacious seating. Not bad at all. I cant wait to go back. Dinner is the best.

I havent been to any Buffet style restaurants since before the pandemic. The Golden Corral Hialeah is the first Buffet that Ive been to & I really enjoyed it. This is a rather new location but the quality it displayed on yesterday really made my day. It is my first time at this location & EVERYTHING........ EVERYTHING WAS G-R-E-A-T. I dine in and 90% of the food it’s old and it’s very unclean but THE WORST PART WAS The bad service I left 5$ for the waitress service and she run to the table to tell me the tip wasn’t included and I tell her I didn’t have more cash so she call the cashier to add more tip without even ask! I’ve been to Golden Corral from Va to Fl..unfortunately this location is below par.. chicken breast was burnt..shrimp tasted like they were cooked in old burned oil and hush puppies were hard. Considering these high post pandemic prices we deserve food we can eat!! Oh yes and soup ?? Was that soup or broth?? Such a disappointment! I love Golden Cirral but maybe not here!😞

My husband and I always love to go have breakfast at Golden Corral and love our breakfast ladies, Sandra and Roxy. However, we decided to try dinner at Golden Corral. We were amazed at how much food was there and the variety.That said, we were blessed with the best waiter ever. ANDREW. He was so nice, polite, energetic and super courteous. I never had to call him because he was always around and near by to provide with whatever we needed or answer any questions. He even made us laugh. He made our dinner experience that much better.Make sure you sit in one of ANDREWS tables - He is awesome.

Two times I had visit this place, I used to like the one in Pembroke, the food and the people I never had a problem. The first time was horrible, we stand next to a table a waited for a long time to get the table clean up and the waitress in charge wasnt around, we had to put the dirty dishes aside to another table and ask whoevers was around for water or soda refills. Second time decided to try again and I received the worst basic customer service while I was paying for the entrance from the cashier Cynthia black old lady, she was very rude and had a terrible attitude, all this was because I had two coupons of $5 off, and I was just trying to get an explanation of why we cant use both coupons if we are two people and theres two coupons. I mean its one coupon per person not per family. Then she got mad at me for no reason, try to show attitude at me and doesnt even let me speak back to her. All she had to do is express herself in a decent manner and not try to fight with the customer. I get out of there very upset after had paid for the entrance my husband decided to talk to the manager, do a refund and go to another place to eat.

We went To eat there and we had a great time I cant complain.

Never going back there again the place looked dirty, my meat loaf was too salty, the food did not taste fresh, and there were no empty tables when we got there and after we had allready paid, the waitress was very nice thats why we tipped her good!!!!

I did not enjoy, The cashier did not explain that you need to put on gloves to serve your self she didnt explain anything. The food was cold. The only thing I enjoyed was the salad. Too pricey I will never go again I do not recommend.

I went here today with my family. There was a small boy who dipped his hand in the corn. When I saw this happen, I went and told one of the young ladies in the front. She pretend to care and once I walked away she continued to retreat to the restroom. I again decided to advise someone so I told my server. She proceeded to call Management. I advised them and the changed the entire tray of corn. If the manager wouldnt have been there it could have possibly been an outbreak. I will never return to this Golden Corral. If you work somewhere you should care about your duties as an employee and care about your guests. The young lady named Lucila didnt care about either.

This place isnt very good. The meat taste like nothing, pot roast doesnt have flavor. Pizza tasted very dry. Burgers very salty, even got one off the grill. Almost thirty-five dollars?! No way!Im not returning to this place. Ive had better food at other golden corrals. Like not even your ribs had bbq in them what gives!?

Got there a couple of minutes late and got charge the dinner price instead of the lunch price but its ok. Theres plenty of tables and a little to choose from. I didnt see any shrimp or fish or they dont carry them.

Ever since I ate at Pines Golden Coral I said never again and then with the Pandemic! Hell no! But my husband said lets try the new one in Hialeah, wow super amazed! Decent food and they follow the guidelines of the covid. Definitely going back. And Michael our server was excellent 👌

The food is cheap here but the service and the food was great. The food was OK, the steak was well seasoned and not over cooked. I personally love the variety of food that was offered here. They followed the protocols for covid they let you use gloves each time you going to the buffet to get food. Even though it was crowed when I got there I didnt have to wait too long to be seated or to get food. Overall I would give this place a 8/10. I would definitely recommend here.

If you are looking to have a good time with your family this is probably not the place the food was not the problem but rather the waiting who kept on sharing her cares about being tipped horribly, as I was leaving I left my tip on the table as gratuity and she did not see it and came after me insisting tips werent included in the fee that was payed at the entrance I came to have a good time with my family not be harrassed by the waiter about her tip that I already left on the table for her time in assisting us never have I felt so uncomfortable in visiting Golden Coral would not recommend

Friendly staff & good variety of foods for a buffet

I go there every Monday and Friday, and I just love this place. As long as they have delicious Pot Roast, and it is ready by the time I arrive there by 3pm, then Im fine. Since I go there all the time, there are some things I can critique on or that needs improvement, but, if anything, I will discuss that with management, instead of posting it on here. I gave them 4 stars because there isnt a perfect place; thats only in heaven.

This Golden Corral food is disgusting. No taste at all. The worst one. Dont recommend it. Besides there is not to many choices to eat.

Great place to enjoy a nice meal.... Buffet with plenty to choose from, pizza, chicken, pork, beef, fruits, vegetables, desserts and many more for fair price for less than$40 my brother and I ate, got refillable drinks and taxes included. Love this place going back this weekend!

Food selection area is small this limiting your choices. Cafeteria area was kept clean and I hive them an A+ for providing gloves for the customers prior to entering the food area.

This was me and my husband first time out since the pandemic and decided to go to the newly opened Golden Corral. It was GREAT!! the server we had by the name of Abraham was really attentive and made us feel really welcome and the quality of food was better than we had at the other location in Pembroke. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast is great especially the white grits. I enjoy a salad in the afternoon.

I love the morning crew because i always have a great experience in the morning time. one day me and my girlfriend decided to come for dinner and it was a complete difference in the wait staff and food. food was cold and had to wave someone down to clean our table and refill our drinks. as of now we won’t be back but if we do decide to come back it’ll be in the morning.
