I had my wedding reception here about 2 weeks ago and it was AMAZING. Ida helped me throughout the entire process and she listened to all my concerns and executed all my requests. Everything was just beautiful and I would highly recommend any event be done here

This place is amazing I highly recommend this Reception Hall to anyone looking for a venue for any event. The staff is amazing my experience on the day of my event was beyond my expectations. My guests loved how everything looked. I was beyond pleased with the whole experience of my event.

I had my daughters quince here, and mid party two rats ran through!! it was totally disgusting and i don’t recommend this place. the food at this place was also rarely cooked. i honestly say don’t go to this place.

The night I envisioned for my daughter was made a reality. From the decorations to the stage to the cake every perfect detail was covered at Forever Reception. The name of the hall was chosen accurately because they truly made an unforgettable night that we will cherish FOREVER. Good service everything was amazing great food and a lot a lot of fun

Yesterday we held my nieces Sweet 16 at Forever Reception. To begin this party was originally scheduled for May of 2020 as Quinces but due to the pandemic it needed to be postponed. Through out the year the hall staff along with their vendors were in contact with my sister to schedule an adequate date due to uncertain times. We were finally able to schedule for May 7th. I visited the hall a couple of times with my sister to see the location and pick final details for the party. From the beginning Ada’s attention to detail is what sold me. She made sure that the details were chosen by niece and it was everything she wanted. On the day before the party, we went to set up the favors and do a small rehearsal. I wish I would of gotten the lady’s name but she is in charge of setting up the tables, chairs, and place settings. She was extremely helpful and kind. She was also the one who decorated the stage and went over and beyond with decor. On the day of the party the place looked gorgeous with the lighting and details. Serving staff was nice and came around the tables many times with the appetizers. During dinner they served everyone’s plate rapidly where it felt like everyone was eating together. I’ve been to parties before where one side of the hall is almost finished with their plate and the other has not received their plate. As far as the bar, my only recommendation is a wider selection of options but not sure what the package included and I do understand it was a sweet sixteens and most of the guests were not of drinking age. Overall from beginning to end I had a great experience. My niece loved her Sweet Sixteens and enjoyed her night. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

My daughters Quince was exceptional at Forever reception Hall, from the decorator Cari who is highly talented in what she does, to the one on one caring customer service provided by both Lilly and Guillermo. This is my 2nd Quinces with Olgas Ballrooms and both of them where a dream come true. I highly recommend their banquet halls for any event you have in mind.

Here’s my experience: we visited 10 banquet halls, got information from every banquet hall, spoke to employees and then narrowed it down to 3. We went for a second visit and absolutely loved the place. When we went to go start filling out the contract to host our wedding next year in October, we’re in the office when a man barges in through the door and says “we can’t do that price”. No introduction, no hello, just comes in and says this. My fiancée and I are puzzled and confused at this point. He says, “this price is for a “Friday or Sunday wedding not Saturday”. I let him know that when I originally visited the location I was given a price, written down by an employee and made my decision based on the information given to me. He says this is a misunderstanding (a $2000 misunderstanding). I question him and say this is not my fault, how am I as a customer, after providing the venue the date I wanted, responsible for this. He answers, “we just can’t do it, this will not pay the rent here”. (As if we would be the only event in the month). He calls in the employee who gave us the price, to which she says, “oh I don’t recall the conversation we had” (mind you, it was 2 weeks ago). I told them, they essentially lied to me and this to me alone, is a dirty business tactic and enough to lose a potential customer. The place was beautiful, but management handled my situation very unprofessionally and honestly ruined our day. I would hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Entrance was not the best.... looked chaotic, and not clean...thats why I minus a star... as for the inside, it looks great, they did an awesome job at my family friends wedding. The servers are great, full of energy, and seem to love what they do in there. Lots of drink, thats was the best part.🤗

I did my wedding on July 14th 2018. Giselle was amazing. She helped me throughout the entire process. All my colors, the food, the decor was exactly like I wanted it to be. I was very happy with the work and effort they put into making my wedding day special. The food, the open bar, the light show, fireworks, dry ice, and flower cannon was phenomenal. My husband and I are very satisfied. Thank you Giselle!

Just got married here July 14, 2018. The reception was magnificent! My wife and I were extremely satisfied. We had over 200 people at our reception and they were able to fit EVERYONE without it seeming crowded or anything. Giselle was VERY organized and detail oriented. I’d do it over again at Forever.

We had our wedding August 26, 2018. Giselle was awesome she made it a painless process for us, everything was beautiful, the food was delicious I felt like a queen. I love Forever and was very very satisfied!!! My quest are still talking about how beautiful my wedding was.

Great service here. Had a baby shower here and everything was beautiful. They cleaned up afterwards which was a great relief. The decor and lighting was perfect. Staff was friendly and more than helpful. Great for birthdays, baby showers and weddings.

I got married in December 29, 2017 in the new banquet hall Forever Reception. I was mind blown with how beautiful everything came out, it came out exactly as I planned and coordinated with them. I received Great service and the food was delicious. My photographers also outdid themselves BALSERA photography made my husband smile and he usually does not smile for pictures they made it to fun for us from beginning to end. My overall experience was Amazing!! I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate such a special and memorable day. Thank you for all the staff in the banquet hall that made this day be simply amazing.

Beautiful place, excellent service, amazing DJ, the MC hired was beyond amazing, very patience understanding and nice. The food was great. Omg I can’t believe this company had copied every little detail that Blue banquet hall has! I’m in complete shock! They need to be more original and not copy other banquet halls! Blue banquet hall has been open for years and I’ve used them multiple times and now “forever reception hall” has opened with their place being almost identical to Blue. Shame on the owners... have originality!

I attended a wedding of 180 people this past Saturday. Of those 180, there are about 40 people who have food poisoning. I cannot make this up. Guests were served stuffed chicken with rice and vegetables. This item is straight from their menu. THANKFULLY the kids were given spaghetti and were not affected. Symptoms guests are experimenting are severe diarrhea, colic pain, cramps, bloating, dehydration, headache, chills and fever. I know quite a few that have gone to the ER because of the unbearable symptoms, I just took my mother today and I have an uncle who is still receiving liquids thru IV. This should not be taken lightly. It wasn’t 2-3 people, I’m talking about 40. Please be aware and proceed with caution.

Their food is so yummy….!!! Waiters are really very polite and nice. The most beautiful venue for your special event. Definitely recommend to all.

The staff is very unprofessional. I needed to change my date and they want to charge me an extra $500 to do so which is insane. Since I have a credit, theres no need to charge. I told the woman that they are very unprofessional and I wont be getting married there. She had the audacity to tell me o no hunny youre not getting married at all! How dare she! I told her that im getting married but not with you and hung up the phone. Do not use this company!

Place hasnt even opened and it has terrible service. I have spoken to the owner for two weeks asking for a date and to see ballroom and up until a few hours before when I last spoken to him and agreed to meet at ballroom for first showing on a Thursday since ballroom does not have first event until this Saturday when I get there and agree on everything he calls brother who was supposed to meet and to everyones surprise the day is not available. My question is why would he have told me to drive 45 mins to see it and confirm date and how it was booked without ever being shown. Worst service and unprofessionalism ever. Im glad to not have been able to book because I can only imagine the service I would have gotten as a customer. Terrible and stay away

The best place I have known, they organize wonderful parties, I recommend everyone to rent this place, they are super those who work the open bar with all kinds of drinks prime the dj good sound good music, and Ill tell you more, I made my daughters fifteen And I couldnt stay better, it was super and if God wants I will prepare my silver wedding. Instead, the manager is called Aida. She was loving, concerned about activity and with a good heart.

This hall banquet exceeded my expectations. It has an incredible staff from the shroud of the limo, eddy photograph, the dj, the bartender, Mariangel who is the master of ceremony, the girl who decorates the room, the waiters and Lili who is the helps you choose the packages to celebrate your event.Undoubtedly very professional and friendly. I met here on February 1, the 15th birthday of my daughter.I have no way to thank this room and its staff for the joy they gave us. Everything was extremely perfect. An excellent place to hold events, a few days ago I held the End of Year Gala at my dance school and everything was spectacular, from the attention given by Giselle, her manager, to the 5-star treatment of all the workers in the place.
