I just had my daughters Quinceaneras here. Our party was at the Sophia Banquet hall March 26, 2021. It was amazing, & MAGICAL! The decorations were Beautiful & elegant. The service was amazing! THE HORA LOCA was amazing & very Entertaining! for our guest. I will highly recommend. It is a little pricey, but at the END it is worth it. Teresa, was the person in charge; she was the best! super nice and attentive all the time in what we needed and made sure all was right for us. the service persons, Marina & Gina, was also outstanding, the ones that greeted us when we arrived very helpful, all personal was polite and friendly in general, we had no complains. Food was good. and the DJ, Henry i love the fact he put all the songs we wanted. We had so much fun! Overall, I highly recommend this banquet hall and I will for sure have it in mind for future parties. My family, my friends and myself enjoyed it to the max. Thank you all for the unforgettable night and memories!

The inside was really fixed up nice. The servers were very accommodating. There was some white dust or something on some of the walls getting on peoples nice clothes though. The outside of the strip mall Really needs some updating as well.

My friends wedding was beautiful 😍. Both the chapel and the ballroom were decorated so nice and it seemed very organized. Such a sweet occasion. 💗

This is the second event that that we do at Tonys. On June 4th I had my daughters sweet 16 party and as always you guys go above and beyond, everything for that night was perfect. Thanks Gina for all your attentions and good customer service also thanks to Tere for all you attentions always very nice and helping me so that night were perfect. the food, music, decorations and the service an A+, also thanks to Barbie the Master of ceremonies was a key person, always helping us so everything gets perfect. The remodeling is amazing from when I was last here 4 years ago.

I just had my wedding here Nov 21 in the Sofia Banquet hall and it was better than I imagined. Everyone was amazing and super nice. Even through this time they made everything super easy. I’m so glad I decided to do my wedding here and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for making this night super special!

My wedding there at Tonys was beautiful back in June 2019; Gina was awesome in planning when I had tons of questions and suggestions, EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL; however; the photography company Marcos Photography in which they contract threw is horrible,pictures were not edited, and you donot receive what you pay for, terrible customer service. Im just receiving my wedding photos 04/28/2021 since June 2019 and how about I still didnt receive all the photos which were purchased. I DONOT RECOMMEND using Marco. Please provide your own photographer when booking at Tonys.

I had my daughter’s quinceañera in the Sophia Hall. I was so impressed with Staff. They were so Helpful and were so attentive with me and guests! The hall was elegant and beautiful. The theme for it was Beauty and the Beast. This is the fist of 3 quinceañeras that I didn’t have to figure out what centerpieces I need to order or make. The way they decorated the hall and stage was simply amazing!

I wanted to share my great experience at Tonys banquet hall. We recently had our wedding reception there in March 2020. Our party was at the Sophias salon which has been recently remodeled. It was amazing, the floors were shiny tiles, which i loved since i never liked the carpet on other banquet halls, the lamps were elegant, the bar was super cool, all was brand new and delicate. The service was amazing! Teresa was the person in charge; she was the best! super nice and attentive all the time in what we needed and made sure all was right for us. The bartender was friendly, great smiling personality, the service persons also outstanding,the ones that greeted us when we arrived very helpful, all personal was polite and friendly in general, we had no complains. Food was delicious and the DJ, i love the fact he put all the songs we wanted. We had so much fun! The ladies back in the office while all the process of paperwork and contract were efficient and friendly too. Overall, I highly recommend this banquet hall and I will for sure have it in mind for future parties. My family, my friends and myself enjoyed it to the max. Awesome place to have a wedding the ceremony

Im in the military and my wife and I were planning on doing our wedding in this place. We requested a quote and came to an agreement because they seemed professional and very organized, we gave a deposit and agreed to make monthly installments to pay the rest. We were ready to move forward and covid-19 hit us hard, I received military orders and my wife lost her job. Im currently getting ready to go overseas with my unit and contacted Tony’s reception palace to see how they would help out with our current situation in getting our money back to get back on track and after several attempts and waiting, They finally agreed to partially give some of the money back, after disputing that we gave them more money, dealing with a manager named “Damain” very rude and unprofessional screamed at my wife and said that he will only give back 350 dollars and If she wanted she can stop by to get her check but nothing more. In reality it was 1,050 dollars we had to get back,apart from the 1,000 dollars of the deposit that they said they will not return regardless of our situation . Luckily we kept a copy of every receipt and forward it to one of the other managers named “marina” and stated that they would keep the entire deposit because thats their policy and they cant do anything about that but finally agreed to refund us 1,050 dollars. Both parties came to an agreement and signed a contract stating we have agreed to only receive back the installments made but not the deposit every 25th day of each month. It is now february 11, 2021 and I decided to call. Damian, one of the managers said very rudely that they have mailed the check and If the check never gets to us then too bad!, that theres nothing they can or would do to help us and hung up the phone. It is very stressful to deal with this type of situation specially when is your dealing to get back your own hard worked money and is now forced to do business with them because they said that the only way of getting our deposit back is to do business with them and If not too bad. Tonys reception palace doesnt care about our service members and families, you will just get told “well too bad!” And hung up on you. Wont recommend this place to anyone of my brothers and family members. If a life situation happens they will use that to their advantage of that and laugh in your face.

They must have recently remodeled the place. It looks really nice inside. They used to have carpet but I see they have nice marble floors which makes it look very big. They also upgraded the ceiling curtains. We came here for a baby shower and it was very nice.

The care of the entire staff at Tonys made my daughters dream quince a reality. They handled a lot of the stress so as a mom I was able to take back and trully enjoy seeing my daughter. Excellent prices for upgraded materials such as overlays, photo booths. Super happy with the excellent care and attention received we from Gina and the entire team DJ bar tender limo master of ceremony. Dont want to forget anyone because all worked trully hard to make sure our guests were satisfied. Highly recommended

This is just the best place you can look for a unique personalized family event. The ladies working at Tonys will make sure to have everything under control for you to make sure your event is a pleasant experience. You can rely on them for a long distance event planning. My Nephew was married here. The set up was beautiful. The food was pretty good nothing to write home about : open bar -the bartender was really knowledgeable and made all kinds of drinks. The appertizers were better than the main course. The sound system was great and the dance floor spacious. We had a really great time.

My wife and I booked our daughters Quinces with Tonys reception palace one year and eight months before the event. One of our biggest concerns after reading some reviews from other banquet halls was that after you give the deposit their attitude changes towards you and they stop being helpful. Our experience has been the total opposite of that with Tonys. Through this entire time we have gone back to Tonys numerous times to get ideas from other events and to fine tune the details of our party. Gina our event coordinator is the best, she has been on top of every detail and extremely helpful, very professional, and always giving us ideas to make our daughters quinces dream come true. We are still a week away from our event, but I wanted to share our awesome experience with Tonys reception palace so far for those of you thinking of doing your event here.

Tonys Reception Palace was such a good choice for my nieces quinces, the room was large enough for our guests to dance and mingle comfortably. The tables and room were decorated beautifully! The food was outstanding and i must say that the staff and bartenders were professional and pleasant to work with. we did have a large crowd so i would have liked to have valet parking offered to me. But everything else was great. I hope i get a chance to have another party with them. Thank you so much.

I booked a party for my daughters Sweet 16 at this venue, I wrote them a check in November of 2017 as part of a payment plan. They removed the amount of the check from my balance due. 30 days before the party I was given my remaining balance which I paid in full. January 14th 2019 they cashed that check from November 2017...When I called they were hesitate to give me any information after demanding someone speak to me they explained they never deposited that check. My complaint is as a business they should have given me a courtesy call to let me know what the issue was and error on their part. My account was overdrawn due to their mistake and lack of courtesy. If I would have been made aware I could have transferred money into this account to cover a check I thought cleared back then.This is terrible way to treat a customer that paid $7,000 for a party...Also the day of the party the food was nothing like the food tasting & a guest cell phone was stolen from the table. There was only close family at the party and Im 100% sure it was a staff member. You can spend your hard earned money elsewhere for sure!!

Had my daughter graduation party at Tonys Reception Palace Hall and it was perfect from getting an quote till the event! Staff did an excellent job and everyone love the decor and the food was delicious! It was worth every penny I spent and plan on using them again in the future!!!!

Perfect experience. They went far above and beyond all of my expectations and made my dreams come true for my wedding day. I have posted elsewhere online as well, because they deserve all of the publicity and regard that they can.The inside is gorgeous, the staff is professional and courteous, and they really make sure that every detail is covered. They even brought us our own mini plate of appetizers and cupcakes, which we didnt think wed have time for.

Originally I was supposed to book my event with Premier Banquet Hall but that date was booked and I was referred to Tonys Reception Palace. Distance wise, it was much further for me as well as, for my family and friends. But honestly, it was definitely worth it all. Tonys Reception Palace completely amazed me for my wedding reception (3.5.16)!! The staff and everyone there was so helpful and understood my vision. They went beyond and it was just beautiful. They took care of my needs before the event and even after the event. I recommend Tonys for their friendliness, gorgeous ballrooms, and their price is reasonable. My husband and I cant thank you guys enough for making our day so remarkable and memorable. Thank you and thank you Yina for all your help!

Its ok for the price. We had an Engagement Party there. The room looked nice, however we had some issues with the service: 1. Although it was open bar, the bartender said we had ordered too many drinks (45 mojitos to be exact); 2. They asked us to get ready to cut the cake, and then they went ahead and cut it without letting us have the first cut; 2. They rushed us through the party and started disassembling the room when we still had 1 hour left of the party. Wouldnt go back.

My wedding is on 6/16/2018 and I’m giving them a 4 because so far I am having a good experience with Tony’s. They answer every question and is very patient. Gina at the front desk is very helpful and creative. After the wedding I will give and update, I just know that things will go well.

My daughters sweet 16 birthday party on 01.10.16 was AWESOME and it all had to do with the service we received from day 1 that we reserved the hall. Salon Sophia was beautifully decorated with the theme being Red Carpet. The staff, the food, the drinks, the photographer - glow productions, the invitations, the photo booth - Julio, the MC - Ramon, the DJ - Henry and the cake were all wonderful. I would recommend this banquet hall always.

After looking at so many banquet halls to have my sons Bar-Mitzvah in, I chose Tonys Reception Palace This is so important to us as this is our only child. The assistance I received from Tonys planners made this so much easier for me. They helped me with choices of caterers, my DJ,as well as my decorations for the room. I was able to get all the staff I needed thru them also, all of which I found to be both professional and pleasant to work with. My party was stress free and affordable . Well Done ! Thank You

Among all of the other banquet halls we searched for to have our wedding in, Tonys made it seem like this would be the best place to have our event and anywhere else would be a mistake. he told us about how his sons owned other halls we were looking at and would talk down on their business and say his was the best out of them all.. there is nothing like tonys was their catch phrase. when unfortunate events occurred and we had decided to cancel the whole reception, we were told that there will be no refund and that we would just give away our contract to someone else. ummm, why would we give our contact and our money to someone else ??? when we felt like in order to save our money put in and try to at least make a smaller party, they said they wont reduce the price because they dont do discounts they were just full of lies from the beginning. the owner reeled us in by saying he will discount this and give us that, but then when it comes to another situation, he now doesnt do discounts which isnt even a discount that we asked for. we just wanted to make our party smaller than what we originally had so that our total would be reduced, being that it will be a smaller party.

We celebrated our Fathers 90th Birthday at Tonys Reception Palace Banquet Hall and it was an awesome experience, from the rehearsal dinner, to the decor, lighting, music, DJ and food the entire family, friends, and colleagues raved about the night. Highly recommend!

My wedding party was in this place, i am so busy with my job so I couldnt go for the contract but my wife did. I never had a chance to see the terms and conditions and whenever i asked them they couldnt talk to me cause they mostly just know Spanish not English. Everything went good until the wedding day and they did good but the photographer had timer in his hand and at the ceremony he said let me take some pictures and I am done. Our dancing and happy moments were not pictured and videoed. now it is 4 month the photographer is supposed to finish my photographer session but he is just postponing and today I talked with him instead of my wife he was so rude to me and saying I give you the session if you cannot make it it is not my fault. I went to read the contract terms and condition, believe me they dont accept any responsibilities. They wrote any failing about photographing and video or Limo or catering .... is none of Tonnys business and they are not responsible for them. And photographer says It is not my responsibility too. Very amateur people, customer is nothing for them. My advice to you, DO NOT go this place because it is cheap, These people are ruining your best moment of your life. Can you believe it My wedding was ruined and they are according to their contract are not responsible. Or if you wanna make any contract with them READ THEIR terms and conditions. You are paying full for no service. My photographer name was MARCOS and I do not have any photographer session after 4 month. I talked to my lawyer he said I can not do anything cause they are misleading you by rules.

We held our wedding at Tonys Reception Palace 2 weeks ago. The service was beyond what we expected. My wife and I loved everything about the hall, the vendors our decoration ideas, they made everything wonderful!! We held our wedding ceremony and reception in the same room. Our MC Ramon, and DJ Mike were awesome! They pulled our wedding together nicely and gave us great use of our time. Tonys made our wedding a dream come true. Thank you soo much Yina and staff for your help through it all!! You guys are the best! We will definitely recommend and use you guys for any future events.

This place ruined my big day. I trusted them to wow me for the amount of money we got charged, but that was the opposite. Its been 2 weeks since I got married and I have no idea what my bouquet looked like smh. They lied about the limo getting into an accident, and I requested the report. Until this day theres no sign of any report. They were so unprofessional.

My wedding is 03/18/2017. So far Yina has gone above and beyond. I had a problem with one of the photographers and she called him up on my behalf. She knew the colors scheme that we wanted and advised us to come and look at another wedding that were using the same color scheme and my fiance and I fell in love with everything that they did. Every time we have gone here to either just stop by or make a payment, we are treated as if it is our very first time coming in. I cannot thank Yina enough for all that she has done. I am looking forward to seeing how wonderful and special she is going to make my day.

I went to a wedding their on 3rd of August. The waitress was rude and the food was horrible. Dont choose this hall. The services was horrible.

I went there because my daughter is getting married soon, the salons are very nice, great for the parties.

Very unprofessional !!! I trusted this place to make our day beautiful and unforgettable, but they did the opposite. They forgot to order the limo for the bride and lied saying the car had got into a car accident. They did not deliver the brides bouquet at the Hotel. we had to wait almost 3 hours at the church for them to get us a ride. They sent an Uber to go get the bride from the Hotel to the chruch . The church charged us extra because of all this. they were very unproffesional and I wont recommend anyone to go to this place. I am getting a lawyer and take this case to court.

Horrible experience, the owner is very rude and he will scream at you and take advantage of you. I felt like i was being abused inside that office when all i wanted was to schedule a special day in my life. Please stay very very very far away from any of these establishments unless you want your blood pressure to boil through the roof. Im really not sure what the owner is used to or how he does his business but he scared me and my family away with his attitude.
