Be very careful in working with this organization. YOU have to take YOUR time to be sure you have everything in writing or theyll do their very best to rip you off and not make amends.

If we pay for the signature price the least you can do is FIX THE SAUANA! It’s been a month I’ve been at this gym and I haven’t got to use it once. No excuses I seriously don’t want to hear it. This 1 star will turn to a 5 star if you just fix it. Just FIX IT!

Not sure what’s going on with the sauna at this place, it’s been broken for months. I joined this gym for the sauna and I’ve only gotten to use it twice all summer. 1 star. OH GREAT! UPDATE, THE STEAM ROOM IS BROKEN AS WELL! Was going to add my wife to my account but certainly will not be doing that anymore. As soon as I find new gym I’m canceling

I love the atmosphere and the trainers at this gym!! The sales team was great when explaining the membership and showing me the facility! The GM was extremely friendly and made me feel extremely welcomed! Smiles all around when I’m looking around, unless someone’s hitting those heavy weights. Couldn’t be happier! 💪🏼

I’ve been to several LA Fit locations and none are as clean and neat as this one. The staff is also very helpful and friendly always. Special shout-out to the management team, Khris, Geo, Gerardo, Juan and Francisco. Overall a happy customer!

Was nice. As a trans woman the staff were polite and respectful. The facilities were clean. It was nice and relaxing till I had breathing attack in the locker room. Maybe a bit more ventilation in the womens locker room.

Front desk is welcoming and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The gym is very spacious, clean, and has plenty of equipment. Highly recommend this gym.

When I came to this area I visited many gyms, but when I saw the LA fitness Herdon knew it was my place. It offers all the necessary services, all the material and facilities are new, etc., but what would hightlight about this gym is the professionalism and proximity of all the staff. Each of the people who work there from the cleaners, the sales, the personal trainers, all of them always with the best of attitude. If you train every day, I recommend this gym, it has all the excellent atmosphere!

Was referred here by a friend. It’s a big gym but both the sauna and the steam room are not functional. I’ve never been to a gym with both broken before, sort of ridiculous.

The managers are friendly and helpful, especially Juan. Every time I make a suggestion, he takesIt on board and does what he can to implement it. The facility is fairly new (opened in 2020), is spacious andbright (floor-to-ceiling windows in front), and has the latest equipment. My only suggestion would be to have more Pilates and yoga classes.

This gym is the cleanest, neatest, and most upscale LA Fitness I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind, helpful, and attentive. Special shout-out to Ryan Hall and Gonzalo Paulette specifically, they will get you hooked up!

My fiancé and I have been coming here for a year and this is the best gym we’ve joined. Plenty of equipment, the space is clean, and the place is huge. The trainers and workers there are always quick to chat and wish you well on your workout. Love it.

Customer service is 0 out of 10Charging members lots of feesI asked Juan (operation manager)to freeze my membership and he said 20$ for two months then i had to call LAF in Sterling; they froze it for free without asking silly questions like him. He’s absolutely rude and irresponsible for his job.

This gym is amazing, with all the newness machines and there is so much space in the personal training area. Moms Organic Market is one of my favorite places to shop so the fact that there is one in the same plaza as the gym is perfect. Love this place!

Personal training staff at this LA Fitness location are a bunch of cheaters and dacoits. They made me sign a sign a contract saying that its for 1 hr sessions but ended up being 30 min ones and I requested cancellation of the contract immediately. Its been 4 months and they are still charging my credit card. Never ever sign up for anything on this LA fitness club.

The sauna is broken and it doesn’t have a sign on it or anything. Just a room with wood.

A nice gym with an extensive group of equipments. People here are friendly and usually wait time for any equipment is very less to none.During this pandemic, they have been checking the temperature before allowing a person into the gym and not so strict with the masks (which is good since few exercises need mask to be removed due to potential breathing issues ).Overall, a nice location to have gym with grocery market (Lotte) just beside it which makes buying stuff more easier and time friendly.

Great facility! Pricing is competitive compared to nearby gyms but you get a newer upscale facility for the same cost of older gyms with less and failing equipment. noticed a lot of bad reviews mentioning the following but as of last week this is my experience:-staff wore masks to compliance and checked temperatures-sales rep was very upfront about fees, what was due today and what it covered and how cancellation/freezes/billing works. This was backed up by the contract you read on their screen when signing off for the various contract sections. The agreement was in line with most commercial gyms.-equipment was clean and new, they do a very good job in maintaining a safer and cleaner health facility that you’d expect from an upscale facility.-for the person complaining about this, you have to ASK FOR TOWELS AT THE FRONT DESK which is one of the disclosures they give you up front. Also, their locker rooms were stocked and very clean.-they have an operating pool, various studios for cycle and other types of classes and temporarily closed sauna and jacuzzi, plus a circuit training room. They do not have a basketball or racquetball courts. I see someone complaining about this, but I mean you get a tour of what they have so it’s not like you can be surprised that they don’t offer amenities they never advertised until he first place?!?!?

I would give it 5 stars but the cleaning is terrible. There are machines that are dirty since Christmas I realized and they are still the same. Only what each one cleans is clean. There are many machines that spend a lot of time with loose screws. Until they fall off they repair them. It means that they have no maintenance.

Nice gym but multiple people, including myself, had their lockers broken into and valuables stolen. I had a lock on my locker that was broken with bolt cutters. The staff did not increase traffic in the locker room or anything, just business as usual. Your stuff is not safe here and they do not care/ are doing nothing about it to avoid it happening again.

Glad to have a gym that’s local! The gym is kept clean which is what you want to see! You have a great variety of machines to work out from. Plenty of Cardio machines. Awesome customer service! Always professional and very friendly. If it’s your first time there then I suggest you talk to Carlos. He goes above and beyond for customers.

Aerobics room where majority of the classes are barely has lights and not enough of air, room is dark and warm. Complaining doesnt do anything, keep on getting the same response. If the lights in fans do not work must find another solution. You should not be working out such conditions for so long. New gym shouldnt have such issues and situation must be resolved, but management doesnt seem to care since this situation has not been resolved since gym opened up. Lights are finally fixed!

I was so excited when I heard that LA fitness is opening in Herndon next to Sprouts Farmers Market. Before I join, I wanted to check out the gym and equipments. I got the guest pass and I went to the gym. I was told that guests are not allowed right now due to COVID-19. I explained that I just wanted to check it out, but I was told that they cannot allow me to enter. I was really upset but I can’t expect anyone to bend the rules for me, so I joined Crunch Fitness instead because I was given a tour and did the zumba class. Later I got a call from LA fitness that they wanted to check in with me and see if I want to come and check out the gym, but I told them about my past experience and they said that they could have given me a tour and apologized.

Front desk staff are not welcoming walk in from a new client.. Don’t bother yourself in requesting a tour.. If they don’t respect the time of others so why to join !

Such of great place

LA Fitness is a great place to workout, but if you want to use swimming Pool, you have to leave with wet swimming suit because there is no swimming suit dryer. Its very important for swimmers. 🙏

1. Spin class - Choose Anja! Trust me. She’s fantastic. Love her class, she’s really nice and just all around solid. Shell totally beat you down in a really good way and youll have an awesome workout without injury. I don’t prefer Kim personally. I’m sure she’s ok but I’ve had a few bad transactions with her and I have many examples / reason not to choose her class. Anja, right now is Friday night and other locations like Leesburg. We need more of Anja or similar!2. Pool life guards - they are contractors and one in particular was extremely rude. I mean, never heard anyone talk to us like that before. One also fell asleep while on duty. Not a whole lot going on there.3. Customer service - is okie dokie (better than other LA fitness) but you know.4. Really nice facility and very neat and clean.5. Virtual check in is super simple with the app

Checks temperature, but employee wears mask with their nose out!!!And then they talk to you and remind me to keep my mask on???Patrons also dont wear their mask in the gym.No one is around sanitizing the area either. No thanks,

Great space, new machines, pool, lockers and spa area very nice. Great quality. Best part is that it’s the only gym in area that doesn’t attack you in the locker room with loud annoying teenage girl pop rock music. Lifetime and crunch were unbearable with it Blasting in every space in the place. Also the location is in the most comprehensive retail plaza in the area. Management is proactive making it a great gym.

An employee named Carlos was very helpful to my girlfriend and I. When we were struggling to understand how to use equipment he took time to help us and explain how the equipment worked.

No Squash facility available at this location, need to go to Sterling to play. Many of the staff were new to facility as it was new franchise. Need more cooperation from staff. Many of them were not at all helpful and ignorant about the questions we ask.
