Highly recommend this program! I have been working with Christophe as my trainer since November 2020 at P20 after lumbar back surgery. I have gained strength, have less back pain, feel better and honestly think I have a better quality of life at this point. Smart workouts with evident results! P20 Herndon is exactly what it claims to be. I have personally felt big difference. In just 3 sessions, I observed that my backache was gone and no more bloating. After 6 sessions I feel and look slim.The trainers are great, highly professional and courteous, with clear communication. I’ve been training with personal 20 for few months now and I am definitely seeing results! I have never properly worked out before so this was a great way to start my exercise journey. I had a pretty bad back pain from years ago and I started to notice I don’t complain anymore about that. The trainers always has a back up work out when it hurts my back and it’s only 20-30 min. I usually go with my husband and they help to schedule us together if possible.Thank you Maddelene, Melissa, and Connie for being so awesome!!!
Great full body work out and amazing results in a short amount of time!!! The shorter work out time fits my schedule perfect and I am seeing results and feeling stronger already after only 8 sessions. The trainers are fabulous and very responsive to needs. I have an old shoulder injury and working out has always caused a great deal of pain, but the trainers at P20 are great at adjusting the workout and changing things up so I am able to strengthen my shoulder without the pain.

The P20 program has worked wonders for me. With a personal trainer and only 20 minute workout, the results are amazing and EASY to achieve. When I hit the big 5-0, I decided to focus on my health and fitness. I’m so grateful to have found P20 because it is a program that I’ve found sustainable for over 2 1/2 years. Past attempts at fitness have faltered after the initial intro period and after I achieved my goal; I would then revert to lazy and bad habits. P20 works because the trainers are wonderful, the workouts are challenging but not miserable, and you do not need to dedicate too much time. A 20 minute workout is short yet so effective. I was able to lose weight and get stronger and toner. A bonus result was mental happiness and carrying myself with greater confidence. When my hubby noticed my great results, he too joined and is equally impressed with P20 - we love it!!!!
I really like how gentle the exercises were while at the same time, how much my muscles were getting worked. I tend to get injured easily & it tends to derail me from being able to do anything but the most gentle types of exercise. This usually keeps my muscles from really building up. With EMS, now I can exercise gently and get my core muscles really strong--all without injury.
Personal 20s been great for me. Ive had knee surgery and have lower back issues both have limited my ability to really challenge my lower body with weights, EMS at Personal 20 allows me to challenge my legs without placing stress on my joints. This year was hard for my physical health - I didnt feel very motivated, struggled to keep a good diet, and wasnt exercising as much as I shouldve been. My parents actually recommended P20 to me since theyve been doing it for over a year now - and they both seem healthier than Ive seen them in years. I have been doing P20 for over a year now and love the team and the workout. It is a very safe place to workout during Covid as the coaches wear a mask and there is just one other person working out which is more than 6 feet apart. They have a very good routine of cleaning the equipment and mats etc. In 20mins, I am sweating and am sore afterwards.
I’ve been training at Personal20 Herndon since August and I’ve been feeling an improvement from the sessions. The instructors are all professionals who know physiology and fitness and make sure that I get a good workout. The facility is sanitized after each member is finished a session and I feel comfortable and safe taking my classes there.

This is a wonderful 20 minutes fitness program. I joined when personal 20 opened three years ago..I do regularly. It is not only good for building muscles. Good for pain relief and good for blood flow.i suggestsed my friends .they also liked the program.i continue doing this.and suggest my friends.
After experiencing a niggling lower back pain for a month (due to strenuous weightlifting) and visiting some chiropractors, i went in for their recovery and pain relief session. In the days that followed, i noticed small but significant improvements on mobility and my range of motion.I would highly recommend P20 to anyone having muscular issues. The staff and trainers are all very personable and friendly but push you during sessions.
I am a person who likes to work out regularly, but recent back issues have limited my ability to have a full, robust workout. Recently my colleagues started going to Personal20 – a company utilizing electric muscle stimulation to enhance one’s exercise experience. At first, I was skeptical. I could not imagine a 20-minute workout meeting my fitness needs. I also did not think electric stimulation would be the best thing for my back.I researched the method and found that there was research support for Personal20, so I decided to utilize the three-session trial pack they offer. The trial intrigued me enough that I decided to not only try it out but to do two sessions a week. I have experienced results in several areas – weight loss, toning, flexibility, and it has been good for my back as well. Ive gone to P20 almost since it started. In my opinion, this is one of the best ways to get and stay in shape, to add muscle, and get a good strength workout without the risks that come from using heavy weights. There are huge benefits from constantly having a trainer to make sure that all the exercises are done properly. The need to schedule sessions in advance also helps to ensure that you will go regularly. I strongly recommend that everyone give it a try. The EMS program really works!
P20 is a great way to enhance your exercise regimen with targeted, intensive conditioning. Because the sessions are about a half hour long, it’s easy to add it to your program, and it’s a quick way to bump up your results.
I have had a wonderful experience with Personal 20. Exercising is not exactly my favorite thing and what attracted me to Personal 20 is the “20”. I thought that it would be great not having to do long workouts. I got a lot more than I asked for: a great personalized workout and a group of wonderful trainers who have become like family. What more, as a diabetic, I have been constantly monitoring my sugars and see a clear drop when I work out here. This is one routine I plan to stick to. Highly recommend it.
At my age, it has been tougher to have the motivation to get back into fitness. I discovered Personal 20 a year ago (thanks, Carmen), I have been constantly focused on fitness and wellness. The exercises are great for me, thanks to little to on impact on joints. All of the trainers are great and will keep you going during your sessions. After my knee surgery, I was limited in what I could do... We had planned a life time dream vacation of hiking and glacier trekking in Patagonia over the holidays. I’ve been using Personal20 for several months but was very inconsistent due to a lot of travel. For the last six - eight weeks, I’ve been able to maintain a consistent schedule of two times a week. I definitely feel the workout is better on my joints and since I’ve been more consistent, I like results in strength and muscle tone that I am seeing. The trainers are amazing!

This training gets results. Great full-body workout in 20 minutes for anyone at any fitness level. Especially great for very fit individuals who may have reached a plateau in the gym doing their normal routine; P20 will leave you sore for days leading to further gains you never thought you could reach! The trainers at P20 are great at tailoring your workout experience to meet whatever needs you have as well, whether it be building strength, increasing muscular endurance, or just overall getting into shape. The workouts are inherently low impact due to the technology used, so there is virtually no risk to injury compared to using conventional gym equipment and movements.
Everything! First, the workout is very challenging; you truly are pushed to a healthy limit. Second, the program design varies significantly each week, so you will never be bored with a repetitive workout, nor will your muscles become accustomed to a particular routine. The variety also helps to keep you motivated. Third, the instructors are first rate, always ensuring that you are properly aligned and careful to prevent injuries. Christophe, my personal trainer, is extremely careful in how he chooses to modify an exercise specific to my needs. Fourth, everyone seems happy to be working at Personal20 and are always warm and welcoming. Last, and very important to me, the space is bright and always absolutely spotless. I am a person with very bad arthritis in my joints. I also have a sit down all day kind of job. I was looking for a way to regain some upper body strength without injuring my joints.I have just started my 5th week. I have had no issues with my joints and my strength is getting better. Interestingly enough, I have also improved my balance.This workout is really good. The trainers are fantastic. I have been training here for now two years, I love it. If you dont have a ton of time like me but want good muscle tone you have to try it. This is for you. I have back issues and they adjust my workout accordingly.
Staff and facility are great. I especially like being able to Pinpoint and challenge muscles without using heavy weights which are hard on my joints. It’s a unique workout and results in great muscle fatigue and therefore definition..
Ed my tailbone and stressed my lumbar. It affected all the muscles around the low back area. Instead of the normal workout, my trainer suggested that I do a 20 minute recovery with the electrical stimulation. I honestly think my recovery has been shorter with this option. I haven’t been slowed down a bit and having similar injuries in the past that have taken much longer to heal, I fully believe the P 20 recovery has been instrumental in my quick recovery.Lastly, I have always been into fitness-obsessively so. I am going back to school as a 48-year-old adult and am so relieved that I don’t have to worry about how many hours/ week I exercise. I now do two P20 Workouts each week and two spinning classes per week and am in the best shape I’ve ever been in. This is definitely the way to go!
The concept is unique and requires 25-30 min of your time per workout. Also, try the lower back relaxation after workout. Had great workout with Connie and Jay. Highly recommend the place. Great team and best wishes..
I am my own toughest critic. Even though friends and colleagues tell me I look great, I don’t share their opinion. Even when I lose weight, I feel like I need to lose more. Also, I am so busy with work and family, I literally do not have time to spend an hour at the gym. Finally, I am a healthy eater who also engages in intermittent fasting, so it is not like a change in diet would be the solution. These factors left me resigned to the idea that I would not be able to meet my fitness goals. That was until I discovered Personal20 and transformed my exercise routine.I learned about Personal20 through my colleagues, and I saw that they were achieving great results, so I asked them about it. At first, I could not believe that I could lose weight, become stronger, and look more toned through a simple 20-minute session. And I certainly did not think that stimulating my muscles electronically would do the trick. Great place for an excellent workout. The 20 min workout use to take me an hour plus at the gym with not nearly the same results as with P20. The trainers are top notch and very helpful with my fitness goals.
I have been doing it once a week for over a year in addition to my regular training .It’s a very intense 20 minutes full body workout, there is no magic, you will sweat. You can replicate a 300 lbs squat with just 20 lbs on your shoulder but you won’t have the aches and joints pain that comes with traditional squat.The trainers are professional and experienced, they will push you!Price-wise it’s a lot cheaper that a 1 hour traditional training session.
This is a great workout. The staff always makes accommodations for my arthritis which I appreciate. I get an intense workout every time.
I can’t believe how effective this program is; I didn’t think 20 minutes workouts would produce results but the EMS technology proved me wrong; I’m able to really work my muscles without hurting my joints, at my age that’s huge

Yesterday I finally entered the realm of Personal20. I had always been curious about it since they set up shop at the entrance of my local gym. But curiosity generally needs prodding to translate into action and that came from my Wellness guru, Carmen Ruiz, and a sweetheart Black Friday deal.I am generally nervous starting a new exercise regime, and since this one involved electrical muscle stimulation the nervousness bordered on apprehension. But rather than throw you into the deep end of the pool, the Personal20 staff, in this case the aforementioned Carmen Ruiz, ease you into the experience. And quite an experience it is. I had to change from my sporty gym outfit into this clingy top and capri-esque pants. Then I am fitted with a vest and “shorts” permeated with electrical connections. Oh, and did I mention that the vest and shorts have to be “wetted” prior to wearing.Now fully outfitted, I am hooked up to the machine. We commence with a warm up that seemed like a full workout in and of itself. Then we embark on a tour of muscle groups – legs, glutes, biceps, triceps – needless to say I was soon regretting the amount of muscle groups my body had. The electrical stimulation is tied to what you can endure, but even at the lowest levels you can feel something going on in your body. Carmen kept asking where I was feeling it but I was feeling it in so many places I could not differentiate.20 minutes later (I presume it was 20 minutes because I lost all sense of time), I am done. I felt like I had endured an hour-long workout. I had done one hour of Body Pump in the morning and I felt this even more. Soreness quickly spread through my body, but it was the type of soreness that you know evidences good things in your body. I woke up this morning and the soreness was replaced with the sensation of meeting muscles in my body that I did not know existed.So now that the threshold of the unknown has been cleared, I look forward to my next session even though I know that the kid gloves will be off, and the challenge will continue to grow especially given the intensity of my trainer. But I know great results are achievable along this journey.
