My nails always look great. But you need to make an appointment!

Disappointed that they no longer offer the basic service of nail buffing, which is a HUGE bummer because I prefer to get my nails buffed as opposed to polished. Also, I became super frustrated during my service because the nail artist was extremely pushy about me getting gel nails (she asked me FOUR times, and wouldn’t take no for an answer!). I will have to find another salon that offers buffing because that’s a deal killer for me.

I cannot give enough stars for the service I received today. I came in with tragic, bitten nails. The magic that Tony worked has insured that I will NEVER have anybody else do my nails besides him. Everyone was very professional and kind, employees and clientele both! This truly was the best experience and because of Tony and Top Nails, I will get to show off my new engagement ring with confidence!

Tommy and Emily do a great job. Both are delightful and fun to chat with. Ive been going ONLY to them for the past 2 years. (I followed them from their previous salon to Top Nails)Top Nails is super clean, relaxing (without a lot of noise) and their massage chairs are wonderful. I get a pedicure (gel) and manicure (dip) and they last and last.

I was rushed in and out. 25 minutes for pedicure and there was only one other person in there. When finished the girl said you can leave e now. I said ok in a minute. She stood there waiting for me to get up and go. Now 4 days later I noticed my toe was hurting a bit and it was all red. When I pressed on it, pus came out. Great now I have an infection. Never never again will I go there.

Heavy handed, made small talk when she messed up and did not put any oil. I left with dry nails.Attended to me relatively quick so that’s the bright side.

My Sister-in-law and I went this morning and we thoroughly enjoyed our spa pedicure. They are so nice and friendly. lt was very clean indide with a beautiful relaxing setting.

I have gone here twice with my daughter. I live out fo town and she comes often. Only after one week my nails are catching in y hair and pulling my hair out.My daughter had 3 nails just feel off with the powder.I was here last Feb and was so happy and my daughter uses this salon all the time.I will not be back and as for my daughter, well I do not know.I really want to love it like the first time

Of all the places I’ve been in several states, this place gave the most personal touch!! I was so extremely happy with a pedicure I received! I also had my nails done and they were so pretty and I loved them! Jason, Stacy and Kim took the time to do a very good job!!! I’m beyond happy!!! New in town and this is definitely my new place!!!

Beautiful salon. Was remodeled after new owners bought it. I called and was told to come in. Marlee did my pedicure and did a great job. I liked the fact that she put a fresh plastic cover in the foot bath. Some salons do not do this. The pedicure cost $25 plus tip.

I have always had a great experience. It’s my favorite place to get my nails done because they treat you like family. They always stay busy but are never rushing you. I love Miss Stacy and Miss Crystal.

Alex is awesome! Makes you feel brand new. Takes his time on your pedicure and is very nice to talk with. Wouldnt have anyone else do my pedicure!

I had went to two previous nail salons before this. Now that I have discovered Top Nail, I will not be going anywhere else. The staff was extremely kind, and the service was absolutely exemplary. I was beyond satisfied with how my nails looked when I finish I highly recommend Top Nail.

Crystal gave me a pedicure and Kim gave my mom one and Jason did our friend Emily a manicure 💅 everyone was really nice 👍 and very personal and the place was really well kept and clean and they didnt rush us or speed through time well worth the money and they are very busy so we made an appointment! Strongly recommended this place is your in this area ! Its a family business and did a good job! Will come back !!

I had a traditional pedicure done by Kim and was very pleased with it. She did a wonderful job and didnt rush even when they started to get busy. She took her time and did a great job. The massage chair was good. The big thing that I noted was that it appeared to be kept very clean and sanitized.

Nice, clean nail shop. I had a manicure with a gel set done here. Best set of nails Ive had done in a long time. Jason did them. I showed him a picture for the color and length. And he did a perfect job. Will definitely be back.

The lady hit my toes with the dryer and only painted over it without fixing it and the one that did the dip on my nails had my finger stuck to my nail I will never go back not even to get them fixed I did give them 2 dollars for some of the service

Best pedicure I have ever had in Henderson county. The service was exemplary. The technician paid very close attention to my toenails and did a thorough, yet gentle job with exfoliating. I will never go anywhere else again!

Absolutely LOVE this place! The new owners are very professional, and the only people I trust to do mine and my daughters nails and brows. I am the pickiest person out there, and never stress about leaving without exactly what I want here! Theyre the most gentle with the nail bed, and offer all the newest colors and products! A++++

A fabulous pedicure today. Chose the Deluxe for $36. It was divine. Kim was lovely and very professional. I shall return.

Pedicure was fine. Gel manicure not good. I requested the faded look what I got was half color with too much glitter, definitely not the faded look. Looks like a child painted them.

I walked in and simply asked if it would be possible to get my eye brows waxed. The woman immediately said Go to Star Nails. We busy!......there was one customer. Theres a million ways to send someone away or have them come back at a later time without being rude. I will never be back there ever again.

Everyone was very kind. My mother-in-law and I got pedicures here while on vacation and the employees gave us recommendations for local places to visit. Our nails looked great and we were very pleased with their service and cleanliness.

I got my nails done, color dipped and pedicure on Monday, a week ago. They didnt use any clear coat on nails and finished with gel top coat. A week later, the nails are coming apart and they wouldnt fix their mistake without me paying again! Forget the fact they didnt put a top coat on my toes!

The people are nice . My daughter went in with her birthday gift card they charged her $95 for gel nails and a pedicure even though the price list said $ 30 for gel nails and $25 for pedicure i think he seen a teen with a credit card and took advantage of her

Visiting from out of town - needed a relaxer, this was a great place to stop.

I showed up without an appointment and they apologized for making me wait. Very courteous and attentive. They redid two of my nails that I messed up before I left.

Very good service. It was a really busy time and all folks seemed to be getting timely assistance from personnel. Pedicure was good ($25) but not best Ive ever had since there was not a treatment for moisturizing heels, etc. Ill have to ask next time; perhaps there is an uncharge service that includes that treatment. Recommend.

Excellent, Always go to them daily for eyebrow waxing and manicures. Only people I trust to do the job, they dont thin the real nail too much and make the nails look amazing. Pedicures out of this world. They dont thin the eyebrows too much either, Look great!! And the other reviews from 4+ months ago are from old owners of this store. There are new owners that are very reliant!

I had a great experience today with Kim at Top Nails. She was kind, friendly & did a beautiful deluxe pedicure & gel manicure. The salon is clean & stylish with several TVs & comfortable pedi chairs. I spoke to a young man on the phone who was very pleasant & fit me in at a few minutes’ notice. I went to this salon after showing up for a 10:00 am appt. at a salon across the street. Yesterday I walked in and made an appt. for this morning with a really rude man at a salon across the highway from Top Nails. When I came this morning they didn’t have my name in the book. They didn’t return my greeting when I walked in or act welcoming in any way so I decided to leave. First time in 30 years I’ve done that. Just got fed up giving my business to unprofessional & outright rude people. How nice to have an entirely positive experience at Top Nails a few minutes later. Highly recommend this nail salon!

I found the salon for me. Ive been all over Hendersonville and parts of Asheville and this is the best Salon I found thus far. I can stop looking - Top Nail is a beautiful salon, everyone is nice and Moon & Kim are my favorites!

So I went to top nails for a pedi I get there at 930 theres only one tech in the building shes trying to call other people ft on come in no answer there is a lady in front of me but she let me go first so the tech first off gives me cold water then all of a sudden lots of people pile inside everyone claim they have an appt tech is unaware of the appts but she gets up makes me wait for someone else so thats she can do the appt the next tech tells me the water is cold because they using to much water then ask me to get up and let him do the other appts before he finishes with me the place is dirty floor was nasty just terrible terrible the tech I had didnt even know what he was doing never again will I go there

I have been to many nail salon, Top Nail is by far the best place I have been. Everyone there is very nice and they do an amazing job.

Unhygienic and Non sanitized tools. The nail tech had food all over her top! Unprofessional approach towards the entire pedicure.

Had a great mani-pedi here yesterday from nail tech Crystal. Her attention to detail was a-mazing. Ive lived in the area for years, and this was hands-down the best pedicure Ive received in NC. Ive found my new regular nail salon!

I called in before coming to make sure they had time to do my nails during my lunch break they said they did and made me wait for most of my lunch break and never even had time to do my nails.
