They did an awesome job on my nails. Their service was great. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The guy I got I could tell he was a natural at nails, or had being nails a long time, because he was fast and good. The place was nicely decorated and pretty serene with the meditation ambiance type music. My only disappointment was I actually came in to get my nails done like #59 and #60 on the display they have right in their front window. They told me they couldnt do that. Im still happy with how my nails turned out and they are very well priced, and I would recommend them but they shouldnt have a display of nails that they cant do.

Not that good pedicure hurts very bad and it shut be a very relaxing experience. Nail polish is old so it takes about 45 minutes to dry. Eyebrows shaping i will give them a 2 because half of my shape was perfect but the ends were bad.

I have been searching for a place for good pedicures and was told about this place by a friend. Kelly did an amazing job very relaxing and making sure she met all my needs. Everyone else was also very nice. I have found my home.

My mother-in-law and I each got a. pedicure and manicure today at Nails on Main. Eric and his wife greeted us. Then we were quickly seated and offered a bottle of water or soda by Isobel and Leigh. I particularly appreciated Isobel’s sense of humor when my PD toes would jump. (I have been very embarrassed in the past at other salons) After a good laugh, she gently padded my feet and said she would take care of me.We enjoyed our pedicures and manicures very much. The salt scrubs. massages and warm towels were nice treats for us. I purchased a gift certificate for a birthday gift before we left. This is definitely our “go to” salon from now on. We like the Main Street location.

I have avoided this place because of a couple of bad experiences in the past. However, they have new ownership, so I gave it a chance. Isabel was an expert. Absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had. The best foot massage, even when compared with massage therapists. Overall a great experience! I will be back!

I had not been to this salon for several years because the previous owner was always so “unpleasant”. I decided to try again today and I’m so glad I did. It is totallly different under new owners. The young girl (Ly) who did both my pedicure and my eyebrows was thorough, she took her time, and did a super job. I will be going back!

This is by far the best nail salon in the Hendersonville and surrounding cities, including Asheville. I went to many other salons before ending up at Nails On Main. I am so glad I kept searching for a high quality salon with the best staff you could imagine. If youre looking for a nail salon, I would suggest giving them a try. It might just keep you from having to look any further.

Great Service, fair price, & even seated immediately! I passed this place while walking down the street, and stopped in to check the availability for a manicure. I was seated immediately and the owner did my nails herself. She was very professional and did an excellent job. Every time I asked for certain corrections to the nail job or specifics on preferred nail shape, she was very attentive to my requests, and did a very careful job. I decided to get a quick eye brow wax after the nails, which was very fast and painless and looks great. I definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Had only been to Nails on Main for quick toe polish change but this morning went for pedicure as my regular nail salon/tech didn’t have opening. Seemed fine until this afternoon when my big toe begin to hurt. Noticed red swollen skin on side of nail and toe. Either she cut too close or the implements weren’t clean!!!!If this infection was there before, I would have gone through the roof when she touch my toe. I probably have a walk-in clinic in my future tonight or tomorrow morning.I have never ever had an issue with pedicures or nails wherever I’ve gone. I hope this was a one-off but I will never be back and will be sure and not recommend. Note to customers to double check everything especially in this salon. They are so-so on customer service which might translate to attention to details in most important areas- sanitary and hygiene.

This place is definitely worth 5 stars. They had great customer service and they did take their time on doing our nails and not rushing and messing them up, definitely coming back. 1st place Ive ever considered coming back to! Very satisfied!!Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. Everyone is so nice and its relaxing. They dont rush even if they are behind.

DO NOT attempt a waxing here!! They have you situated in a half painted, dingy attic with a bulb hanging from the ceiling and no electric outlets. The waxing itself (underarms and half Brazilian) was very unprofessional and left me with tufts of hair that I had to go home and shave (perhaps because the wax was not sufficiently heated. This was despite my having to point out all of the missed spots. They did not apply any aloe or soothing gel to the waxed area and I had to request baby powder which took a while for them to find. The pedicure was just mediocre with little to no leg massage that I am used to receiving at all other places I have gone to in the past. I had a pedicure done five weeks before that still looked good, I went for calus removal for the most part. After less than two weeks I now need another pedicure because the polish was not applied to the cuticle. I will not return and I suggest anyone reading this avoid this salon. The price is not as reasonable as suggested by another reviewer, especially when you factor in the the poor service and lousy atmosphere.

First time there, I went because the reviews were good but my experience was not. The owner painted my nails for a pedicure, Ive never ever had someone paint my nails so terribly befor. If I could have posted a picture to show I would have without a doubt. Wont be returning to nails in main.

I went in thirty minutes before closing today to get a simple regular nail polish manicure. My nails are very short and I told her I wanted them painted for now and when they grow, Ill come back in two weeks for gel nails. She told me that my nails were already painted and they didnt look chipped so I didnt need them painted. She also said drying regular nails takes forever it appeared she was the owner and she was extremely unprofessional and rude to me. I said so will you do them? And she said they didnt need done and to save my money. Keep in mind that painting nails with regular polish literally takes about 15 minutes tops. I will never be back ever. And I left in tears.

I have been there twice. The owner is so rude that she yelled at me in front of all her clients. My nails were crooked and because I tried to fix them myself when the girl couldn’t the owner got mad . Also I requested the French pedicure a little thinner on the white and this made them mad .I had my own business for 20 years.Customer satisfaction is first.. but yelling at a customer is just so so unprofessional ! Hurt my feelings and I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone and I happen to know a lot of people in town.

Part-time worker was great! Regular staff was ridiculously rude to my wife. Once they found out she had a gift certificate, they couldnt get her out the door fast enough. Even sent her out into the rain without drying polish. She will not be revisiting that location again.

Nails on main is a really good place to get your nails done, Tony is the best at making designs he does such a good job every time.

The worst Ive had in 41 years doing nails. I did powder dipping and they still need training on how to do that proceedure. Never going back.

I don’t even know where to begin, the suspicious random old men wandering out of the back room, the unprofessional conversations about sugar daddy’s in front of customers, the time a small fly got stuck to one of my freshly painted nails and the nail tech tried to paint over the fly thinking she was sneaky (I had to ask to have it re-painted). Someone needs to call a health inspection on this place. Another thing, most of the photos on their webpage are crappy google image photos, not actually real work from the salon. Also stop pressuring customers into getting stuff they don’t want.

I have come in every month for the past year and came in today at 2:45. The online posted hours are 1-6pm. The manager was very rude and asked if I had an appointment (I never have had). When I said no she said they didnt have time to do my nails and were closing at 3:30. I then asked if there was time for just a pedicure and she said No, that they were closing at 3:30. There was only one customer in the shop and one technician doing nothing. I have literally given them hundreds if not over a thousand dollars of business on the past few months and wont be back.

I waited about 20 to 25 mins for a pedi. I was set up and my feet were in the water no more than 1 min. 30 sec.. (I had my own polish). The whole pedi took less that ten minutes. Everything was a hit and miss pedi. I am nail tech (retired) and I would never have given such poor service. I will never go back there. I will be sure to tell all of my friends not to go there.

I asked for a full set after taking off my other acrylic gel nails. This lady puts just 2 fake nails on me and still made me pay $50!! And plus she didnt even get all of the acrylic stuff out from under the nails she did do. I wont got back there.
