My first time at this place an it was amazing. The gentleman done a great job. I called an ask if they had availability they took me right in. Very friendly. I found my new Nail place. Price was good as well compared to the other Nail shops I called.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.I went and asked for a specific French nail with black tips. It came out horribly. I hated the way it looked, so I asked if I could get them done over again or just a refund but they will not give you your money back. Do not waste your time going here. I will NEVER be back. I will be telling people not to come because the nails look so cheap afterwards. The manager was EXTREMELY rude to me and told me she liked my nails. Theyre not hers; I dont care if she liked them; Im the one paying for your horrible service apparently. Would not give my money back and then had the audacity to charge me to get them removed. I went to Hendersonville Nails and Spa instead; and they are MUCH BETTER. Im someone who cant throw around $65 like its nothing. Wont be coming again.

My 97 year old mom will not go anywhere else. She loves the care they give her. Her 97th bday is tomorrow and we are hoping to get beautiful nails today for the first time since COVID for her birthday party tomorrow.

Jen’s pedicures and toe polish changes are the best! Great variety of colors and styles, including chrome wraps, along with the best base price in the area $27 for basic pedi.

This place has gone down hill since since the old owners sold it. New owners dont even to try to keep customers coming back. Had an issues with the paint on my toes, went back the next day, and she didnt offer to fix the paint. The worst job Ive ever seen. I wont step back in there and Ive been going there over 14 years. Insane!!! I suggest you find another place. They will soon do this to you.

I went to this place no more than 4 times, and every time I went I was treated like they were doing a favor! Like I wasn’t paying to Them or given tip for the employee. I’m a good costumer, I usually leave 18%, so I expect to be treated good. Super bad costumer services. Specially Lena, she is extremely rude to the costumers, she was extremely rude with me, I specially told her not to cut my nails down, and yet she did! She doesn’t have idea fo costumer service. She got mad when I asked for water, she got mad when I told her the shape I wanted for my nails, the nails that I was paying for! If you are given a services to people please considere to hire good employees and let them know how you want your costumers to be treated.Last time I was here I was so frustrated and angry that I left in the middle of the service, I even told her what she was doing wrong and she said “do you want your nails done or not?”What an awful place.

LOVED my experience here!! I came once before a couple of years ago but my experience was alright.. my cousin told me it was under new management recently so I thought Id give it another try and SO glad i did!Was greeted immediately right when I walked in. I got a pedicure and manicure. They use the plastic bags in their pedicure tubs which was a plus! Ive been to a lot of places that do not use them. I got the deluxe pedicure which I HIGHLY recommend if you have the time- it included the wax and hot rocks and felt amazing.The lady did my dip powder and you can tell she knew what she was doing! It looks perfect. Overall, very clean, friendly, and great work!Will definitely be back! 5 stars!!

I always get nails done with Lena and she does a wonderful job. Prices are very reasonable AND they are open seven days a week... nice to get a pedicure on a relaxing Sunday! everyone in the salon is extremely friendly and accommodating - will not go anywhere else!!!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Two employees in particular made my pampering day a nightmare. They rushed through my pedicure, anytime I asked for my nails to be done a certain way, the male employee would say something smart in his native language and the female employee had an attitude as well. They act as though they can not determine what an Oval, Square, or Coffin shapes nail is. I requested numerous times that I have my nails done a specific way, and they disregarded me, was very nasty towards me and made me very uncomfortable. They have not only lost me as a loyal customer, but several of my colleagues have decided not to ever go to this place again as well. Nice place. Bad employees

They did an amazing job, I asked for an uncommon nail shape for an acrylic set, and they nailed it! I love how thin they are, and the guy who did it was very communicative on what exactly I wanted. Love this place.

Cant say they wasnt any good they was great. Nice people but for the price i paid my nails shouldnt be broke in a day.. Very very thin 1 broke while putting a hair tie in my hair. And the other as i put my shoes on.

Extremely rude. I wanted to get my nails repainted since I was tired of the color but the lady told me that she liked them and they didnt need to be painted a different color. Then told me it would be $30 to take my polish off and paint....I dont think so...I can do it myself. Also, my daughters had their nails done but they were put on crooked and had lines in the polish. I had to take them to my usual lady at Madison Nail to get them fixed. The girls went for a birthday was the only reason they were there and not at my usual place....NEVER AGAIN!!

I frequent the salon regularly for SNS dip powder services. This salon is a 30 minutes drive from my home; therefore earning my loyalty was no easy task. I tried numerous other salons with unsuccessful results. This salon initially impressed me and the owner Lena asked me to complete a review. I was more than happy to oblige. However, this is my review edited from 5 to 1 star.My original review raved about the care and quality given during visits. Lena usually does an excellent job on my nails but after I told her I submitted a positive review she seemed to be concerned less about providing quality service and more about getting me out of the chair. Not only did she rush the drying process, she blamed me, then was hesitant to repair the smudges. I was insulted that she expected me to accept nails that were less than what I paid for. I am paying $45 and isn’t okay to do mediocre work and receive a 5-star rating. If you want a salon that will mistreat you then choose Crystal Nails. Needless to say I am no longer a loyal customer.

Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly people who work there, but i feel as if they over charge. i got a full set and paid $28 which is normal but i went back 2 weeks later for a fill in and ended up paying $28. i guess they tackled on an extra $10 for the tiny design they put on my middle fingers. also, my friend got a fill in with polish that was metallic. she ended up paying $50!! there’s no way it is an extra $30 just for some metallic polish... just seems like they try to nickel and dime you to death.

A friend of a friend came here to get his nails done. He had already booked and confirmed an appointment before he showed up. When he arrived they said they wouldn’t serve him, told him to leave, and slammed the door in his face. I’d like to add that said friend of a friend is a person of color. They had no problem taking the appointment over the phone from a male, until he showed up and they could put a face to the voice. This isn’t a gender issue. Do better.

The staff at Crystal. Ails and Spa were great! I called a few weeks in advance to make an appointment for my bridal party and myself. They welcomed us when we arrived. Had everything ready when arrived for our appointment. They are very professional. The chairs were all so comfortable. Its was the first or second time for most of us and we all loved it. I highly recommend this salon!

Okay Ive been going to this nail salon for a few months and Ive never had any problems before. Ive always had the one guy do my nails ( I cant remember his name but I know its not the guy that wears the glasses) Anyway this time around Lena did my nails because the guy was busy. I walked out of there happy because everything looked good. I got home and realized that on my right hand she forgot to put a second coat of polish. (I did gel) no big deal things happen. Okay well this is when I started getting really upset it has not even been 2 weeks yet and Ive already lost one nail, which I lost that a week after getting them done. I went out of town after I got my nails done so I could not go back and get it fixed. Then 2 or 3 days later the acrylic nail started chipping away Along the sides of my middle and ring finger also on my right hand. My left hand still looks pretty good however the polish is now starting to chip away which I have never had happened to me before. Im just annoyed I paid $46 for my nails to be done and thats not including tip and I tip good. Now here I sit disappointed with my nails. It makes me question to go in and try it again and just not have her do them, or go to a completely different nail salon.😣

Ive gotten my nails done at a couple different places in Hendersonville TN but i wont go anywhere else now that Ive found Crystal Nails and Spa! They are the most consistent! Reasonable prices. Best pedicure Ive ever had! Ive never been unhappy leaving this place .Been coming here for about 6 months regularly. Very friendly staff as well. Theyre fast but efficient! Definitely recommend!

By far the best nail salon Ive been to in Hendersonville! Lena and everyone was so nice and did an awesome job. The costumer service was excellent they are very polite and professional. They offered beverages and had a wide selection of colors and services. Will make this my go to nail salon!

The place looks cheap, it’s only two older men in there and two young girls. The one older man always smells like cigarettes. They offer wine in a plastic cup and it is extremely cheap and bitter .I’ve been getting dip for over 2years they’ve always done 3 coats minimum I always have to ask them to do more then 2 my nails are long and need the extra support.This was the most I’ve ever paid for my nails and the worst experience when I left my thumb nail was so misshaped I had to go back. They then put a gel top coat on my dip which I’ve never had done. I have two nails that are naked now because the gel coat peeled off .By far the worst experience I have had since I have moved to Hendersonville.

Great experience! The guy that did my nails did a wonderful job and was friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable especially for the great service they give. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely will be back!

I’ve been here several times and I’ve never had a bad experience. But I have to brag on I believe he said his name was Phillip! He was so kind and through. I came in and 1 1/2 hours before they closed, but acted like he had all the time in the world. My feet have never felt or looked better. We found out we were from the same area of CA so we reminisced about “home” together ❤️

Very courteous staff. The first place I went to for my first pedicure was using tools from a plastic bag that looked like had been used for a long time. At least the tools used for manicures and pedicures are all in steralized pouches. Place is very clean. They make sure you are satisfied. Will continue to patronize them.

They are not accommodating at all. They are prejudice and they have really bad attitudes. They treated one woman so bad one night and it was disgusting. I see why they are losing a lot of customers and their reviews are going down. They are the worst. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The workers are sure to turn you off from even stepping foot in there again.

Originally had great experiences at this location. Even referred several of my own clients here (I am a hair salon owner). Today however I had two big toes mess up and got to see the true colors of the staff. I was yelled at repeatedly and told my toes were fine. I was almost in tears the way the manager spoke to me. I will NEVER be back!

I got a manicure last week and I love it! Looks amazing! The place and the people were so great, I went back today for a pedicure. It was a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back!

I love Crystal Nails and wont go anywhere else! Lenas attention to detail on my SNS (dip/powder nails) service is always amazing, and Jackies pedicure was equally amazing. I just cant say enough. Ive tried two other places, for convenience sake only, and it just wasnt worth it. I left those places feeling disappointed and sad that I had wasted my time and my money on a poor outcome. I always feel pampered and well taken care of when leaving Crystal Nails!

Ive been going to Crystal to get my manicure done for a while now. The environment is clean, friendly and Inviting. I got a pedicure for the first time there and was wowed when I was done. Leena who do my manicure was so professional and sweet. Thats my one stop shop for manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing

Great place! I drive a little further to go here, but it’s always very clean, they have a lot of chairs and can get you in quickly. Good prices too!

I didn’t have an appointment but when i came in there were only one person before me waiting and shortly after they were called to get their nails done. Then another customer came in without An appointment and i don’t think she waited 10 mins before she got called to get serviced. Needless to say i waited over an hour before I was told i had to wait longer because now someone came in for an appointment! I had been there a couple times before so i was shocked that they would do that!!! I’ll never go back again.

I just got a set of acrylic nails with the gel polish from here. Tom and Lena were my nail techs, and my nails have never looked better! I have been to 3 or 4 other nail salons around Hendersonville, and they have never looked this good. The salon was very clean, the staff incredibly friendly, and my nails look fabulous! Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience and will only come here to get my nails done.

I usually like to wait until I’ve given a salon a few tries before I write a review but this salon has been so consistent with my dip powder! It looks perfect every time.

I just left from getting my first manicure since moving to HVille a month ago, and after reading all the reviews for all the different nail salons here, I was so worried about finding a good salon. I had an old pair of acrylic nails taken off, my nails underneath were thin and damaged, but my manicurist was so gentle and nice! He helped me decide what I should do - whether new tips or gel to protect my damage - and he was patient! Hand massage and hot towels, good calm music and atmosphere, and my nails came out absolutely amazing! I am so happy and relieved to have found a nail place my first try after only a month here. I will definitely go back.

I went here got acrylics, went to Krogers bumped the side of my nail on the cart as I was reaching in to move some stuff around and the edge of the right side of my nail lifted...so I went back and I showed them this and instead of repairing it they put some gel polish on top of it and in two days all of my nails had lifted around the back of the nail. I will tell you I personally will never go back there.

We stopped while traveling to kill time before we could check in to hotel. Visiting from florida for business and did not have time before I left.My husband got a manicure and pedicure she did a wonderful job! (Young girl) very pleasant and friendly!!On the other hand (no pun intended)I got a pedicure and full set. I currently have an infection on my big toe which has never happened before and my full set were not shaped to my nail, he ended up cutting them extremely short and not even 4 days in the acrylic started lifting and the gel polish is peeling off. So, for me that was a huge waste of $70.

If you are looking for exceptional, excellent, professional, friendly, accommodating, personable and more service, then come here. The place is lovely, clean, spacious, reasonably priced, and with a calming atmosphere. I have had pedicures from Vee and a senior friend has had manicures and pedicures from Vee which were all wonderful. I highly and unreservedly recommend this place. It is very easy to get to and there is ample parking close to the building. Youll be glad you did.

Lena does a great job with pink and white, shaping and fill ins. Make an appointment with her to ensure you don’t have to wait because she is always being asked for.

Disappointing visit since the reviews were the best in town. The fan messed up my pedicure. Got halfway home before I noticed the waves in the polish. We back and the woman scraped it off with her fingernail then reapplied the polish without removing all the polish and did not reapply the base coat. Lukewarm personalities, at best. Wont be going back.

My daughter and I went this past Sunday because it was our only time available. Early in the pedicure, we did talk polish colors for the manicure and everything seemed to go well, until they forgot we came in for manicures too. The older lady, who took care of me, completely butchered my finger nails with the manicure sanding block. When I pointed it out to her, she said it was because your nails tear. She painted the jagged remnants and went on to another customer. After spending $150 for both of us (which I dont mind paying for a good job), I had to go home and take a fine file to my nails and smooth them down so they wouldnt get caught on clothing and such. Since they were done in gel, my top coat is now compromised and my polish is already starting to chip (2 days later). I am not one to make a scene in public or blow up the internet with complaints, but the 4-star rating was deceiving to me. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my daughters nails are fine and the pedicures were good. We wont be going back, though.

The address is wrong on this page. It is actually West Main Street, next to McDonalds. I got my nails done here for my sisters wedding along with the other bridesmaids and it was awesome! They did a great job and the facilities were really nice. I would go back for sure.

It was good but the man doing my nails did them Crooked and gave me a color that I didn’t really want and he tricked me into getting But other than that I totally recommend this place but my nail is chipped so if you don’t want your nails to be easily chipped then I wouldn’t recommend but other than that it’s a really good place to get your nails done at Although he did charge me $70 to add a few Diamond things and a little triangle thing that he put on my nail and saying it would look better he tricked me don’t let that happen to you

Just got the worst pedicure ever. The guy kept looking at the clock acting like he had somewhere else better to be and did not even file my nails or hardly scrub my feet at all and did a terrible paint job. I will definitely not be back.

I went in to get a jell polish and a color change for my toes and waited 30 minutes because they were busy, during that time some other customers came in and waited another 10 minutes and the lady walked up and took all of those customers (5) and left me sitting there. Even when the customers told her I was there first. I will never be back! I used to frequent it before the new owners (which the old ones did a better job) and I still went there about once a month but I will never be back.

I have my dip powder done by Mr. Anthony 5 days ago, now it started cheaping out. I paid $50 it supposed to be good for 2 weeks or longer. This is wasted money to get the bad quality service, also this nail place it seem like all these worker being rush and hurry up to get you out asap. The owner lady sat up-front she seem like she has a body language attitude look and talked to her worker something like she is mad in their native language. This place is unprofessional business. Please yall dont need go to this place it a wasting your money and time.

I have going to this nail salon about few month now, since new owner by the name Lena. This establish is owner by family, the owner has 2 daughter by the name Vy and Jen. Ms Vy she is so rude with her body language toward me and other clients. This nail salon seem like nice, but is dirty and unsanitary their equipment to do your pedicure, I have developed toe Fungus from get my pedicure here. Please folks carefully not to get your Fungus and not do business with them at all, I willing not come back to this place again.
