If I could give a place 0 stars I would. First, they charged me extra for doing my nails a certain shape (THAT I ALREADY HAD), they made it much worse than what I had. Not only that, it’s bumpy, not cleanly done. I am disgusted on how my nails look. NOT ONLY that, my nails are already breaking and it’s only been 4 days. I used to come here all the time, but now I wished I had never EVER spent money there. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The first couple times at this place was great and everyone was so nice but the last couple not so much. The person who did my nails was obviously irritated and even ended up asking another person to finish them. Then I came in for a repair and several employees asked me what I needed to be done and even the color. Most of them has just finished someone else’s nails and I was next. A repair is easy and would obviously take less time than a full set. Instead about 4 people were taken in front of me and all the employees that came up to me took them in front of me even after they had walked in 20 minutes after me. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes just to fix one nail.

My daughter went on for a repair only 2 people completing their service at the time they took the next 4 people that walked in without appt and just kept asking her what she was getting done 1 hour later she left because no one would take care of her because it was a repair of their work. The gentleman that works there is rude and generally aggressively we will find another place to spend our $160 every 2 weeks

This is the Perfect Place to go! A couple of times I was booked I used tried others and while the job was adequate. They were very professional. Quiet to relax unlike other places love it. Will keep returning here again!

I love coming here early Saturday mornings. They get soooo busy after like 11 lol but I always feel like they spend a good amount of time with everyone they’re with. I always ask a lot of questions and require accommodations but they never make me feel like a hassle. 4/5 I mean it’s not a luxury spot, but if you get your nails done on a regular basis, this is a nice little spot.

Please don’t waste your money. The owner did my nails and they look horrible. Not worth the money. Also extremely rude and it seems like they get very stressed about having too many customers so everything is rushed. I do not recommend this nail salon.

My teenage daughter went here to get acrylic nails. The manager/owner did her nails. She said the lady was watching TV the entire time she was doing her nails. My daughters nails look terrible. They are uneven and blotchy. Do not waste your money on this place.

Horrible!! Our pedicures were rushed so polish was left on our skin and when I asked them to fix it the manager stated “she did the best she could and she has plenty of customers so she does a good job”. Their attitudes are beyond unprofessional and we will never be back! Oh she refused to complete my grandmothers manicure because we asked them to remove the access polish around her nails.

Love, love, love this salon! Unless I’m visiting another city, this is the only place I go to to get my nails done. The staff is so friendly, professional, and personable. The quality of their work is always top notch no matter who you get. I’ve been a happy customer for years! Highly recommend!

Vivian was great.... There was a guy working there though that was rude. Made comments in a different language when people would ask for different things and laugh. Made a face of disapproval when he saw my nails.

Ive found my place! Their service is exceptional, as they take their time to serve you, and they do it thoroughly. I hate being rushed so that was a bonus. Their prices are reasonable. Im so happy its in my hood!

Pretty ok place. Went in for acrylics and they turned out good.I went in at a busy time, so it took a minute to receive service, but that’s expected. I showed her a picture of long, stiletto acrylics (which I found in THEIR OWN review images) and the woman doing my nails said they were too long and would not match the length. Also made them significantly less sharp on the end. And on top of everything, charged me extra for the shape, something I was not told I would be paying for until I was swiping my card.Bottom line, if I had known they wouldn’t give me the same nails as on their reviews, I would not have gone. My mom got a pedicure, and was left waiting with cold water that wasn’t on for too long.If you’re just going in for some simple acrylics, you’ll probably have a good experience. Consider going some place else for anything more.

The woman got the glitter that I wanted on my ring fingers all into the pink I picked out for my other nails. When I saw it She said oh the pink has little glitter in it, No it didnt. She also left a ridge on my thumb. Disappointed because this is for my Christmas nail color. If you mess up just offer to fix it. I wish I had seen the glitter in there before she was done.That would be the right thing to do. I spent good money for a service.

Dear Lora EwellI am the one that completed your pedicure and 80% of your finger nails. You were relaxing during your pedicure. After your pedicure, we took you to get your manicure. Towards the end, you decided to get up and leave. As you were leaving you said, When my mood feels better I will come back and pay for my pedicure. It has been two months since then, and you have not come back since. I am not asking you to come back and pay. I just want you to know that if you are not in a good mood dont take it on someone else. We are people trying to make a living too.

Ive gone to four or five other nail salons, but always come back to this place. Its a cute, family-run place and in the 1+ years Ive been coming here, Ive never had a bad experience. Im not a regular mani/pedi person, but do come 3-4 times a year for a pedicure.

After using this Nail Salon for years, I wont be back! I usually bring my own polish but did not today. When I asked about summer colors, I was told summer is over! I obviously needed help with picking out a new color and instead I was talked down to like a child and then she walked off. There are a couple of ladies who usually do my pedicure but I got a different one this afternoon. She acted like she wished she was somewhere else! The place was packed when I left. Maybe the other people who in will just put up with the rude behavior! Ill find a new place!

Been going here for over a year. They are always so nice!! I always ask for Anna. She is so sweet and attentive. She always does a fantastic job on my nails. They are probably the best Ive ever had.

I will continue to go here from now on. The attention to quality of what they are doing was amazing! Loved it!!

Let me start by saying, the lady that did my nails did a phenomenal job!! I grew up here in Hendersonville and really didnt want to make the drive but, I did and it was SOOO worth it. Thank you! Its been hard to find someone who is consistent.

This is a great place! have been going there for 3yrs now.Manager and staff are always nice and very accommodating. I am handicaped and in a wheelchair so they always take care of me. Cant say enough good things about the staff and the service.

The atmosphere in here is fantastic, all of the staff is super friendly and there are many options to choose from on what you want. You get a little menu and after you pick what you want, sit back and relax.

Fantastic! Friendly, clean, feels premium and relaxing inside, great prices, offered a beverage, and had a great pedicure to top it all off. She was very meticulous to get any extra paint off of the surrounding skin, which isnt always the case.

I went this morning to get my SNS taken off. The guy upfront looked VERY annoyed when I said I only wanted a removal. He was in such a rush, I was so uncomfortable. I left with SNS still on my nails. He clipped my nails all different lengths too. He said it would be $8, but the lady upfront charged me $10 and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. I will never be going back to this place.

So frustrating that they all talk in Vietnamese CONSTANTLY and Loud! There is nothing relaxing anymore about being here. They will yell from one room to the other. If they just talked to someone close it would be ok. Love my nails when certain girls do them!

This nail salon is okay. I frequently find it dirty. I dont like not being able to understand what theyre saying because they speak in their home language. I only go because its so close to my house I can drop in without an appointment. Their work is average.

This place was great for first timer the girls made me feel comfortable. Spoke little English but did great job taking care of me.

Terrible service. I signed in and a lady came in and signed in right behind me. I got seated for a pedicure but no one turned on the water or anything for the foot bowl. The lady that came in after me, she sat down for a pedicure, they turn on her water and make sure she’s all set up. 5-6 workers walk by where I’m sitting and look at me and look at the foot bowl. They can clearly see there’s no water on and not one of them bother to service me. I waited a total of 15 minutes and still no one bothers to turn on the water or anything.Do not support them! Horrible service.

This place says they close at 7:30 and I get here at 7:03 to get a pedicure but they turned me away. Mind you they said they take last pedicure at 7:00. I guess customer service is not worth 3 minutes not to mention I passed a hundred places to get to this one because I was so impressed with them. Wonk wonk

My daughter’s crooked coffin-shape, sloppy layers of acrylic. I said the tech needed to replace several tips she over-filed on one side but she wouldn’t. Sad because Mena did a good job on mine but my daughter is in the car *crying* and I won’t be going back.

I’ve been to multiple nail salons around hendersonville and this one is probably the best and has good prices. Service was great and fast but not sloppy.

RUDE MONEY HUNGRY HEARTLESS PEOPLE:I have never been treated with such disrespect 2 weeks ago I went in and had my nails done very ugly work the man there said come back and I will repaint I said that’s fine Today I went back got a new color plus waited for over 2 hours 15 min finally I’m done go to checkout I Told the kid up front who was taking the money the older man said I could come back and get a redo Then a woman Comes up who speaks English better than the rest of them and said I had to come back in the same week I said I couldn’t because my father had passed that week and we just buried him she says I’m trying to run a business and can’t make money if she gives everybody free service and said it will be 40.00 I said again it’s a redo she said 35.00 in the mean time they are speaking in a foreign language and the rude lady went back to her station and did not acknowledge anything I said She made it clear that she could of cared less I just buried my father it was all about the money$$$ I also find it very unprofessional to speak another language where the people who pay you can’t understand what you are saying Thats a disgrace so the next time you are there and they are pushing you through like cattle stand up for yourself and take your business somewhere else that will appreciate you This place does not need your MONEY

Only gave 1 star because I had to. My daughter paid for manicure and dip today. She expressed she was unhappy with the color left on her fingers and the color underneath of the new dip job. AWFUL !! Went to get a fill in and she started to chip away at my acrylic and then messed them up and tried to tell me i needed an entire new set. So she wanted to charge me to take my nails off AND a full set. Told be a full set was $45 and to take my nails off was $10 ?!!?? told her just to take them off and i’m leaving, she made my nails hurt and bleed, and still charged me $10 !!! never going back.

Took my daughter to get a pedicure yesterday and they looked so pretty yesterday painted. Some of the polish came off today and I realized they didnt even cut her nails😡 That was the whole reason I took her!! Not a happy camper right now!!

Poor consumer service. No interaction. Choose color and the wrong color put on my nails. Very disappointed.😐

Horrible experience. The girl kept knicking me while getting a pedicure, bending my toes. I sucked it up at first but we moved to the nail station and she filed into my nail bed. I literally yepled. Last straw was when she grabbed my thumb so hard she left a mark and bruise. I got up and took a break to try to stay calm. When I said look you are hurting me, you have hurt me too many times The owner actually said that I came in with those marks. Omg. Well I got my stuff, kicked those paper shoes off and left. I feel bad because I didnt pay for the pedicure. I was so mad I was scared I would start crying if I didnt just leave. Im not someone who complains and asks for free services, stiffs servers or is rude to people in service. We all have off days but the owner blaming and lying...what did she hope to gain? Not okay.

Umm no. I asked for lengthy acrylic and they used my own nail length. My hands were left dirty and sticky with glue. They arent very sanitary either the cuticle trimmer had left over skin on it and all the guy did was peel it off and tried to use it in me. I asked for a clean one and he looked at me like I just stabbed him. Yeah Im not coming here again.

This place is awful! I wish I could give it no stars! So unsanitary, my mom and I both got infections and our big toe nail is falling off! Dont go here EVER!

This place is seriously unsanitary. They reuse dirty tools on everyone and dont use liners in the pedi tubs.

Horrible experience, staff have nasty attitudes, they charge for 2 different nail colors (not art, just color), half wax...I recommend no one go here, RUN!
