Great place!! Ive had a jelly pedicure and dip nails which both services were amazing. My dip has been on for 2 weeks and no chips. I had a pedicure today and it was so relaxing. Neither time was either service rushed and Wynn is really friendly. This is my go to place..

The staff is not only very professional but very friendly and very knowledgeable. No matter what I want to have done they have no problem accommodating me. The shop is very clean and comfortable to visit. It has been a very pleasurable experience going there and I Will be going back again.

Today was my first visit here, but I will definitely be going back! I dont always enjoy getting pedicures (although theyre always worth it in the end) but I honestly enjoyed mine today! I also had my nails dipped and am very pleased with the results! Hanna was my nail technician. Thong also did my friends nails. There was a slight mix up in the design we wanted, however, we were both pleased with our end result.

I went in last week for a pedicure and it was a great experience. No wait at all, and they were super friendly. I loved my pedicure and the prices are great as well. This will be my go to from now on.

Went in for a pedicure and eyebrows and lip wax. The lady who did my eyebrows made one of my eyebrows too thin and the other one thick and short. She was rushing and charged 20$ just for lip and eyebrows. Now i have to fix my own eyebrows and fill it in. Now for the pedicure, my lady was so nice but for 55 $, the massage is basically non existent. U get a quick scrub and massage. I should have gotten the basic one since that’s what it felt like.I opted not to polish my toe because from the look it, it’s not going to look right either. but like I stated she was really nice and friendly that’s why y I’m giving them 2 star.

I am so thankful Casa Blanca took care of my gel nails! I went to this place in Nashville and they did a terrible job at the location I was at, but Im so happy that looked at them to see the problem and made sure I walked out with a brand new set! I also had time for a pedicure and one of the ladies there was so nice! Such a wonderful experience! I WILL BE BACK!

I went in and asked for 2 regular pedicures and one with gel polish. The pedicures were listed as $33 ea. I understood that the gel polish would be an up charge the employee and manager did not have it written or disclosed anywhere that it would be an extra $25!!!! JUST FOR THE POLISH on top of the service. I get gel pedicures regularly and NEVER in all my years did I experience a $25 up charge just for my polish especially it being a surprise and the information not being disclosed. NOT TO MENTION my pedicure looked like it was completed by a 10yr old.

My daughter and I came at opening time, and we were seated shortly after arriving. Staff is friendly, does a great job and takes great care of our ingrown toenails!

I would give this place a zero star if I could. I have been coming to this salon for couple months now but today’s experience totally changed everything.I went today to the salon and really wanted to get my nails similar to something that I found on the Internet, it has glitter and a white base in it but stead of helping me, the nail technician said, “I dont know how you can do this, I don’t really like glitter”. I was bluntly stunned because she didn’t even try to offer any ideas to help or make alternative suggestions so that I could have something similar to the picture of the nails from the Internet I showed her.After settling for something I didn’t really want then I realized there was an eye lash-like small, black linear defect in my nail, I asked her if the spot in my nail was an indention that I didn’t notice or it was dust that got trapped? Both she and the owner looked and said “it’s probably something from the dip powder and it’s barely noticeable unless you are looking directly at it.” I told her i wasn’t even trying to look for flaw but it caught my eye immediately. She wasn’t even trying to suggest a solution to my problem; whatever I asked her she just deviated from it, it was as if I was taking too much of her time by asking her for anything that required effort. As concerned as I was I asked her so I will have to wait two weeks before I can have this problem fixed and paying for it? Both she and the owner repeatedly try to discourage me about fixing it only because it’s not noticeable to them!This was the worst nail experience ever. Normally when I go for manicure they would put lotion on me at the end before checking out, but this lady told me to sit in the waiting area to have my nails dried, and skipped the lotion service so they could take another customer while I wasn’t completely done!In conclusion, now I will have this spot in my nail for two weeks before I get it fixed without paying extra to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time, and I have to find a new place to go to now because I’m definitely not going back. Btw, my mother in law owns multiple nail salons in a different state so I know the standard of a good customer service and how it’s supposed to be. Getting my nails done is always something I look forward to; it’s a way I pamper myself but there were so many aspects of what happened in this experience that made it so surprisingly unpleasant.

My daughter had her acrylics filled and I had a pedicure. Her nails came out great but very pricey, $60 for a fill not a new set. The pedicure was rushed, the tech got up to help other people several times, and the polish is spotty. Staff was friendly, salon was clean, and my daughters nails look great which is why Im giving 3 stars.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I went in with my friend and we were told to pick out our colors and wait. 30 minutes go by and the woman in line BEHIND us asks how long the woman tells her 15 minutes. Meaning we should’ve gone in less than 15 minutes. More time goes by and she continued to reassure us it would only be a minute. They finally tell us to have a seat after being there for over an hour, so the guy starts on my friend’s nails. We were not told until we asked that we would have to have them done one at a time. This was a little confusing because there were several other workers getting pedicures done left and right with walk-ins and workers with going outside to take personal phone calls. I asked the price for acrylics because to my knowledge it was not posted anywhere and I was told $70 assuming I would be getting the same style as my friends. I replied I wasn’t paying that with the amount of time we had been there and nothing was said. Not one person was apologetic regarding the wait, they were all very short and rude. At the end my friend asked for a discount on her $75 nails since we were lied to about the wait and it was very obvious they just wanted to keep us there. Another worker appeared to eavesdrop so surely she wasn’t to busy to do my nails right? Anyways, they rudely refused the discount and implied they did not care at all. I sat there for 2 hours and got no service whatsoever. If they had been honest about the wait we could’ve been in and out of literally anywhere else. If they had been honest I wouldn’t have even been upset because it would be a choice to stay and wait. It was clear they knew it wouldn’t be that quick with the circumstances.

Good service, very friendly, and always do and amazing job. Prices in TN are higher than Massachusetts but it wont stop me from coming back! Lol

THEY DONT RESPECT CUSTOMERSThis was my worst nail experience! Their staff had no clue about the pricing. They charged me extra after all the services were done and said we can’t help it, our staff didn’t know the price. They were rude and didn’t let me try the nail color when I wanted to see how it looked on my skin. They kept laughing when I wanted a refund and even told me they will remove my nail color if I get the refund !! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASHY PLACE

Tess and Edward were very nice and good at their jobs. I gave Tess a very intricate nail design and she executed it perfectly and didn’t make me feel odd for doing something different. Edward was very respectful and kind towards my mom during her mani pedi and she really liked how he took the time to make sure that not a single spot on her gel nails was missing a spot of glitter.

I went in last friday, June 4th, to get a full set with dip powder for a Sweet 16 out of town. The woman doing my nails didn’t even file my nails correctly after adding tips, she did not santize her tools for the drill, or the brushes! I had 3 broken nails by the end of the weekend so I called on Monday to tell the manager and she told me to come in Tuesday... I went tuesday and she said that the person who did my nails has to fix them and she said that she wasn’t even there that day.... I proceeded to tell her that 4 other nails had cracks in them and she said I could come in on Thursday to get a new full set. Went back thursday and the woman said she could only replace the ones broken off! Bad service! Would not recommend!

They do amazing work! I always get pink and whites and they last much longer. I was just there on December 26th and the tech was almost done but he noticed a very small black spot in the white on my left pinkie nail and he used the drill to get rid of it but it made a dent in my nail. He took the time to reapply a little white and make it perfect again! You always get what you pay for especially with nail salons. They are a little more expensive than what Im used to but they have business!!

I got a dip manicure and it is FLAWLESS. She was so careful and precise. My nails and cuticles look great! I will most definitely be back for her. (:

These guys have never gotten my wifes nails done right. when we give them an example of what she wants they always get it somewhat right. But for paying over $100 for a mani-pedi, DePaula shouldnt crack and peel after a week.

Honestly if there was a “zero star” option that wouldn’t even come close to how my experience was today (Jan. 12, 2019).I am two weeks away from having my first child and my husband purchased me a gift certificate to help me relax before my due date.My mom and I went into the nail bar this morning to get a simple Gel Manicure. Now, 99.9999% of the time if you go into a nail salon with another person or a group they will sit you together so you can talk and have “girl time” (which was the intention).In the beginning they said “sure no problem” when I asked for us to sit next to each other vs on opposite sides of the room.As I am taking a seat a woman approached me and said that she will be moving my mom’s things to the other side of the room at a different seat. I explain that we were sitting next to each other and there wasn’t an issue as stated by the person who greeted us.The woman reached for my mom’s things to move them, I stated that we would just come back another day so that there wouldn’t be an issue with us sitting next to each other. The woman then grabbed me by the arm and said “No you stay here.” I shook my arm loose and said “No, we will not be staying”. She grabbed me a second time, I told her “Do not grab me again”.As I was about to leave I asked to speak to the manager, and explained what JUST happened. Her reply was “Obvioxusly there is a misunderstanding because of the language barrier” and just left it at that. The woman spoke perfect English.

This location is fairly new and appears to be clean and well-maintained. They use plastic liners in their pedicure basins. The owner is very friendly and seems to treat everyone well regardless of their background. This nail salon is in a great location near a variety of stores and restaurants.

My friend and I walked in this nail place and were greeted very rudely. I wanted to get a full set on, and the lady was very rude to me and rolled her eyes. The lady I had doing my nails was okay, she didn’t get under my nails to get all of the excess stuff under my nails. When I asked to have that fixed, I got another eye roll. As she was fixing my nails underneath, she was very rough and cut my finger. Although those mistakes happen, she could have been nicer or even apologized. I do not recommend Casablanca Nails!

My acrylics were “okay”, they definitely weren’t the best for thirty five dollars, a few days after I got them done my pinky split. (I’ve never had this happen at all, I’m a home schooled student, I don’t do anything but school and clean) it’s a very nice place & the people that work there seem nice but I pay 25 normally and my nails last a minimum of 3 and a half weeks.

Rude after i explained to them my dip nails did not last long like they say they do and she told me i should of came in when it happened and the lady wanted to raise her voice at me in front of everybody getting there nails done today after i clearly told her i live 35 min away from here, So rude about it. gladly i didn’t just drag her. Never will i come again

Terrible!Thong was my tech.I needed a fill with clear coat and some sparkle. Should have only taken 30-45 mins.He started removing the acrylic “stated it was lifting to charge me more”Then when he drilled messed up my thumb that he didn’t take the acrylic off and left a big chunk so I had him take that one off.He was adding the powder and the ladies working were standing over him and he was nervous and speeding up and letting the powder fall onto my nails without it absorbing the other material.When we got to the filing... he took too much off the sides, and I had asked for round well some were round and square and I don’t even know. It was botch. So I took the file while he sat back and watched me file and he told me good job when I finished on the nails that he messed up he had to add more acrylic and then let me file. My nails do finally look okay since I had to assist with them.I was giving him a chance since the last time I was in another guest had an awful experience with her nails being too thick, uneven and another lady had to redo hers.It took from 3:30 to 4:55 and my request were SIMPLE!When I went to check out he said $55I asked if he could take some off the cost since I was instructing him and doing my own work. I asked for a manager and he was trying to argue with me.I ended up paying $50 but most certainly should have not paid that. And told them I would be leaving this review.I managed a nail salon when I lived in Hollywood and our guest most definitely would have NEVER filed there own.If y’all want a GREAT salon go to noire nail because they are great. Also to add, noire was booked, and I had been to casa plenty of times, but they just lost my support.

As soon as my friend and i walked in, we were thorough and polite, explaining what services were needed yet they proceeded to say “I KNOW” in a rude tone, after they asked for clarification and i had repeated myself. i don’t think a paying customer should be greeted as such when walking in the door.my pedicure was outstanding and the best i have ever receivedi needed to remove my current dip color and get a new one and they did exactly such.the friend that came with did not get such a good experience. her nails were not drilled underneath to provide a clean look .once my friend got them fixed and was extremely polite she was happy however they didn’t treat her nails with respect and she is very sorethe owner proceeded to walk throughout the business and be nosy and rudeand i don’t speak their language, however ...her tone used was not friendly in my opinion.i would say a yes for pedi no for full set acrylic.

The lady that did my nails treated me very rudely, complained that the nail color I picked (which was just a gloss) took too long for her to paint on my nails. She constantly complained about everything while she was doing my nails, made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all

Me and my mom went here with my niece today we was able to walk in and have a great experience without having to wait, weve been looking for a new place to get our nails done and I think we may have found it Han and Amy did our pedicures today and was amazing at it we will def go back

She wore classes and had average heightsShe was detailed and took time to ensure that she did my nails property without causing me any discomfort. She ensured that what i wanted was what i got. The lady that we spoke with at the from desk apparently was sleeping, def or doesnt speak English. Later i realize she was rude and arrogant. While my relative nails were being done by the young guy she kept saying that its not being done right and her response was to let him do it and shell fix it. Her imput wasnt any better. The outcome was A TRAIN WRECK. She also had an attitude while doing another relative pedicure and tried to spin it into a joke.YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GOING DOWN TOWN OR DO IT YOURSELF

The first time in there was great! The second time I went back an older Asian lady did my nails and she was by far the worse and moSt hard to communicate with as she would not listen to what I wanted. She wanted to do things her way which led to shotty work! I go back for them to do one nail over as it was messed up and the attitudes I got were not pleasant. Will not go back!! FYI when discussing a problem made by you then have the coustesy to speak in English so we all know what you are saying!!

The price of a fill in changes every time. 3 weeks ago it was $40. Today $60. When I asked why, they said cause on of my nails were broken. Really… my old polish is showing through the new polish. This’ll probably be my last time going there. The shorter lady does excellent work. Not the manager but the other one. She takes her time and has great conversations skills. I do not recommend the manager lady or the guy to do your nails.
