Awesome experience! I hadn’t been to a salon since the pandemic, and I wanted nails for my Vegas trip. Decided to try this salon and was not disappointed! Did not feel rushed and the results speak for themselves!

Went way too fast and felt extremely rushed. Nail polish was all over my toes. When I tried to tell management they brushed it off and acted as if it was not their problem.

This place was so clean. The staff was so nice and there prices were so cheap. But the quality was amazing. They give you massages and give you hot towel leg massages.They even give you white wine and soft drink options. DEFINITELY GO HERE!

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. Henry did both my pedicure and nails. He took his time and made sure everything looked good! Definitely will be back!

My wife went here for pedicure. Her toes look pretty. She got wine too so she was happy.

I LOVE this place! The atmosphere is nice, music is good, and the techs are wonderful, especially Sam, and their color selection is large. Another thing I love is that you dont have to keep calling when theyre too busy to answer. Anytime theyve missed my call, Ive gotten a call back. I always look forward to my bi-weekly visits!

Ive been going to Noire for a few months now, and Ive been overwhelmingly satisfied with my visits every single time. The staff is super nice, and the prices are very affordable! Definitely see Nevo if you want some cool nail art!

My daughter and I came in for a manicure and pedicure today. The pedicure was great! The manicure was fine, but I had the nail dip done and she did not shape my nails afterwards! My nails look really wide and just weird. Overall a good experience.

Jave was so amazing!! She did my wedding nails and I couldn’t be happier! She stayed over their closing time and didn’t rush at all. Will definitely be going back 💙💙

Every time I go, the service is amazing and I love my nails! Reading some of these reviews, it is very disheartening. Noire is always fantastic! Of course they have busy times and may not be able to fit you in right away, but they always offer you an opportunity to make an appointment. I won’t go anywhere else and Jenny is the best! ❤️

I tried to make this my new nail spa. Have been going since November 2020. Multiple times I have felt as if I was more of a burden than an appreciated customer. You walk in, sign-in, and stand, unless there is an open tech; no seating for those waiting to be serviced. Maybe if there were more techs available the owners will be able to focus more on atmosphere / experience.

Never been to this nail shop so me and my daughters thought to give it a try. We walked in and granted the place was full. I was asked what would we like, i told the man we all needed full-sets. He then looked around and said we’re full today can you come back tomorrow This was at 2:30 and they don’t close until 5:00. 🤔

Great place to get nails done. I got acrylic and daughter got dipped. Many ppl were also getting gel. We had appointments that I made this morning for the same afternoon. They are busy, but I think its because they get everyone in that comes in. They were very polite and our nails look great. We will definitely go back.

What a beautiful luxurious atmosphere and service! I am from Oklahoma and when I visit family this is my go to place to be pampered! They actually give you a massage on your pedicures, complimentary beverage, and exceptional service. I love being at this salon! Nevo was fabulous plus the rest of the staff!

This place is not maintained. It has clearly not been cleaned. The bathrooms dirty and the chairs and tables never wiped down.

I am so very dissatisfied with the pedicure i received here today. I actually have to go buy nail polish remover to wipe the excess polish off of three toes. The polish is not smooth and appears clumpy. When I complained about it to the nail tech she said it was due to the brand I picked. Unfortunately you don’t know which brand you’re picking because you’re only provided with nail color samples. Had I known I was using choosing a “bad brand” i would have chosen something different like Opi! She was not apologetic or helpful. My husband said he can’t believe i paid to have nails look this bad!

The best hands down. I have never had this good of a leg massage, normally it’s the rub for two minutes and move on. I got at least ten minutes of massage on each leg and it’s so worth the money. Clean, friendly, timely, and the scrub smells like fresh oranges all for 45 dollars!

Worst customer service ever. The girl in the entrance makes sure that you feel like an idiot in front of everyone. Besides of that, she answers the phone and it’s very sarcastic. I came here because I got a gift card from this place, otherwise I wouldn’t come. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My nails stay on, had only one break at work in two years, can last four to five weeks at times.

Still sitting here in the nail bar getting a pedicure for my birthday. The atmosphere is lovely, relaxing and inviting. They offer complimentary cocktails, wine, juice etc. The idea to separate pedicure and manicure services was genius. I would definitely recommend this nail bar for services and plan to return when I visit Tennessee in the future. By the it is very clean and well kept! Thanks guys

Went in for the first time earlier today & it was pretty busy - I only say that to say I noticed no one was rushed, and they took care of everyone who came in. When I was finally seated I had the pleasure of meeting Joe! He was super friendly & the time went by so quickly just from us talking about life and other things. My nails look great & I left in such a good mood off our conversation alone. I will totally be coming back from now on! :)

Friendly staff. I loved the decor. My fill in was perfect. It also took all of 25 minutes. The wait was not bad either. The only thing that concerned me was that they didn’t offer a service menu and it was expensive. I’ve never paid $25 for a simple fill in.

When I first moved to the area I was worried Id have to drive the 45 minutes away to my normal nail place! But, after finding the amazing Noire nail bar I will never go back!! Every single time I go its a great experience and the staff is great!! I highly recommend stopping in and getting a high quality service and leaving with great nails!!!

The best nail salon in town!!!! Everyone there is amazing, I always go to Henry who is just fantastic! Listens to what I want and executed flawlessly!! The salon is super clean and they don’t charge you extra for the little things, such as shaping your nails in an untraditional style or cut downs! Talented, great pricing, beautiful environment, there’s no comparison!

Wonderful. The massage was the best. Kelly’s? Gel Manicure lasted a full week. Flew to Atlanta the next day, my sister treated me to combo pedi and manicure 3 weeks later. It wasn’t near as good, manicure last 1 day, but it wasn’t the gel.

Not impressed at all. Wanted to try this place out since it had good reviews. I walked in and the lady at the counter wanted to know what services I needed. I told her and another lady was quick to say something. The lady at the counter said, oh Im sorry we are booked for the night. Alright thanks. Why ask what services I needed if you were already booked for the night?

Pedicure with my husband was fantastic, comfortable and engaging techs. We loved every minute! Great color selection. You should be very specific about nail shape when they ask if youre getting a manicure or tips.

Ive been to a few places around Hendersonville and so far this place is my favorite. The staff are professional and friendly, the environment is clean and appears well kept. The prices are decent considering the quality they put into your nails. And these folks do QUALITY work. I was able to pop in and pop out for a simple broken nail once. It isnt awkward at all. Lots of laugher and good energy. Check them out if youre not satisfied with your current place. You may like em more.

Went in for first time this week with my daughter. Pedicures were fine but the manicures were horrible experience. You can’t call it a manicure if the only thing you do for me is put on color! No soaking, lotion, cutical remover....nothing. Can go to to many other places in the area cheaper and better service.Paid $45 a piece for this and our nails looked like a three year old did them.

I had a lovely time. Jenny was very nice and I enjoyed spending some pampering with my future daughter in law. My only problem was as soon as I flashed my toes at husband ...he noticed the left big toes was completely smudged off on the inside. Kind of a bummer. As I paid around 130.00 for the both of us.UPDATE: THE following day, all of the polish from my finger nails began to pull up. After the 18.00 upscale on gel that I was told would be on for 2 weeks or more. Sadly disappointed. My nails are a hot mess and dont have extra time or engery to deal with issue.

I am so disappointed in this place. The girl I had cut me multiple times and when I told her she simply said “sorry” but never took care of the cut. I still paid full price and then talked to someone else about it and she came over again and put antiseptic on it after I complained and then tried to blame me for not “holding my hand the right way”. I called the manager and she didn’t do anything about it but apologize and defend the technician. Ridiculous service, do not go here.

Their customer service certainly leaves much to be desired. Went in on a Thursday for a fill-in and a pedicure and by Saturday afternoon my over lay had disappeared and by Saturday night my toe polish started chipping badly on multiple toes. Needless to say my nails weren’t picture ready for family photos. I went back to the shop to get things repaired and informed them what happened. I wasn’t offered any apology; had to pay for my repair; and was told by the tech that I should have just hidden my nails in all my pictures.I am really disappointed by their apathy and lack of customer service. I can’t support businesses who don’t show appreciation for their customers.

My husband and I got pedicures, Shani, and Nivo are the two ladies that did ours and they are stellar. Can not recommend this place enough! Took the time and the leg massages were amazing.

First time to get a Pedicure here and I will definitely be back. They did an excellent job and I am very picky with how my polish is applied. Saem did my pedicure and she massaged my feet so good. Henry did my friends Mani and Pedi and I will request to have him next time.

My daughter and I came in today for a pedicure. We have never been Noire before and wanted to try it out. We were greeted instantly when we walked in which was great. The woman who did my pedicure was great. The owner, or the man who I think was the owner was very rude. He came back and yelled at the lady doing my pedicure when all she was doing was trying to adjust my daughters chair who is 7 and couldn’t quite reach the water very good. You could tell the lady was aggravated that he said something to her and I don’t blame her! The lady who did my daughters pedicure was rude as well. She finished up and didn’t even help her down to the drying area. She just left her sitting in the seat and went to her next customer. Never spoke to me at all. I will NEVER go back. I paid $51 plus tip for our pedicures and my daughters nail polish is already chipped off. What a waste!

Nail tech rushed the whole time. There was a big hump in my acrylic. She didnt check to make sure the set was straight. I had to tell her to file them down and they still were not straight. The polish was also poorly done. I left there and went straight to another salon to have them fix the set. I will not be going back here.

They do good nails. However, on a day they were to be open the doors were closed. Business shut down. No note or anything. Very unprofessional.

It was as hot inside as outside, and thats really saying something considering my daughter and I were there on a 90 degree day. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait. An hour later we were still sitting there waiting - no service menu to look over, no suggestion that we go ahead and pick our nail colors, no offer of a drink of water or even a magazine to pick up and flip through. We finally walked out, having wasted more than an hour of our weekend.

I love noir I recommend going to nevo but all of there employees are AMAZING

Perhaps this business lacks understanding or respect for schedules and peoples time. Today was my second time here and the second time to wait 30 plus minutes WITH a scheduled appointment. Today I left at the 45 minute mark without being seen. I wont be back. Customer service is still a thing and time is precious.

I used to jump from nail salon to nail salon UNTIL I found Noire back in January. They are amazing! T is doing a great job. I have yet to have a bad experience and I go in every 3 weeks! Thank you!

Within 4 days had to go back and get several redone. After 9 days took them all off and had to get them redone

Update to my previous post. I have been a consistent customer since however the staff hasnt been consistent. They have been very short. I have not been able to get ti Nevo but I had a girl who was very rushed and said she only works there in the summer do my nails and that should have been a red flag but I did love coming here. I now have a horrible fungal infection in my finger nails. I only get gel polish and never have had a drill used on me. I am very disappointed to have these embarrassing fungus infested nail. I will not be returning. I will do my own nails going forward and find somewhere else to get pedicures.Great place! Nevo did my pedi and gel nail polish. She was great very professional! She is a total perfectionist. Loved it!

Was very disappointed called in and made a 2 oclock appt for me and my mom to get pedis informed the lady on phone we was looking for a new place we get there and sign in and we stood for 20 mins noone even acknowledged that we was there so we left will not go back to this place.

Was able to get appointment right away on a Friday! I was very happy with my pedicure!
