The older gentleman did a good job on my nails. He took his time and did them just how I asked. I came in with my mom and the younger man who did her nails did not do as well on hers. I suggest communicating more with clients to make sure their wants are met.

My first time there and wow the man who took care of my nails was extremely gentle and was very precise...he took of the horrible nails I got at another salon....and gave me the exact look I asked for!!!will definitely be making the trip from Landrum SC to see them again!!!Editing because I just went back for a new set and color..Daniel did my nails again and OMG...they turned out exquisite...exactly what I wanted. A red ombre !!!! Will be visiting Daniel again!!!!!So I made an appointment for Saturday May 22 with Daniel again because his ombre work is incredible.I had found a design on pinterest I loved and pulled it up to show him..I asked if he could do that design for me but with hot pink tips instead of the lavender...omg they are my absolute favorite so far......thanks Daniel

Daniel was the best! These are by far the best dipped nails Ive ever got. He did it differently with a brush i was a little worried, but they feel so naturally and beautiful i a ill forever be his client!

Place is so unorganized and so unmanaged went in for one thing came out with another theyre always pushing higher services doesnt matter what you get theyre always pushing you to get something else and when you get out of there your bills over $200 completely ridiculous I dont like to be feel pressured and thats exactly how they make you feel there why cant you just give someone the service that they came in and asked for from the very beginning no they keep on and keep on to you get to the point to where you dont even want to go back which I will not. I didnt even want to give this a one star they are plenty of other places that I can go to get the service that I want and not feel pressured. My nails was okay but definitely not worth what they charged especially when thats not even what I wanted I asked for!!!!

Came over here a lot for several years. Today I had the worst experience with a very rude person who had a bad attitude towards myself and my daughter. My daughter got very upset which made me mad. That person just carried on being attitudes and rude. Hope they will run of business. Hope people will read this and not come here

Just wanted to say thanks so much to Ken for the OUTSTANDING service. My four year old daughter had her fingernails and toe nails painted and he treated her like such a princess. He was so gentle and kind to her. He even gave her a ride in the salon chair from station to station! We will make this a routine treat for her. Thank you, Ken!

Is it possible to give a negative 5 stars. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I also have pictures of the terrible nail job they did. Including the blood on my fingers where they cut me with the electric drill.

Walked in for a spur of the moment gel manicure last Saturday, tech and service was good. But yesterday 5 days later the gel naturally just started peeling off my nails. I’m so sad I could literally cry! I’ve had my nails done many many times before at other salons and this has never happened anywhere else. I won’t be going back!

They do a wonderful job on dip nails. The pedicures are amazing! There are lots of options to choose from. If I hadnt moved from the area I would be using them still.

As many times as Ive been, the ladies know the products, what looks best when I ask and always listen to me when I tell them how I want my nails done. They make conversation if youd like but I dont mind not talking much. My nails always look like they were done with care and time well spent. I enjoy coming here and Ive yet to have a bad experience.

They over charged us as well has they did not do what the packages said. Then when we got to looking at my nails we noticed big gaps at the nail bed, they ended up saying they would re do them but when I came back on to get them redone they just wanted to add polish so you can still see the gap. Also my mom got a french tip done and her paint is all off within 4 days, along with my daughter got nails put on and they are all off within 4 days. Not a good place to go.

Ive been coming here for almost three years for manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. It is a very low key and relaxing salon. There is rarely any young children running around. The salon chairs are my favorite and I manage to sneak in an extra 15 or so minutes. I dont have a favorite nail tech as they are all great. My favorite service is the premium pedicure that includes a wonderful soak in aromatic gel beads (lavender is my choice). We take our elderly father in for toe nail clipping and they are most gracious in their care of him. This is a very clean and hygienic salon. Walk-ins and appointments welcomed.

My pedicure was great but the SNS dip manicure is a joke. My nails aren’t smooth, very clumpy looking. I won’t return. My tech was very nice, but this is a typical shop where they go so fast that they don’t care about the quality. Save your money, there are much better shops in the area.

Tommy & Kelly are absolutely the best! they have been there for 9 years. How they can remember all their customers by name, how they like their nails, and so on is beyond me! Unprofessional and waste of your time coming here. If you like Wal-Mart quality of work done to your nails, then this is your place. Dont waste your time coming here if you want your nails to look professional. I could have painted my own nails at home and they would have look better.

My wife and I have been coming here a couple of years now. Im retired military and spent several years overseas. The owners are the nicest people on the planet! The staff and family atmosphere here, is top notch! The place is always clean and their attention to detail is superb!! I recommend Angel Nails to all!! 🤗

My sister and I came here on a Sunday to get our nails done and Hanna was so attentive and welcoming. It was my first time here but my sister and her friends always come here and after todays experience, she will be my go to manicurist too! My sister and I are extremely busy people so we like things done perfectly and efficiently. After 2 hours (with her working on other clients in between) our nails were exactly how we wanted.

This place was fantastic. I got a super deluxe pedicure and it was the best. Was very pleased.

I wouldnt and wont recommend anyone to go here. Customer service isnt a service they use. My first visit getting a set of nails was a nice experience, no waiting and a very nice technician. Went back to get my fill-in had to wait about 10 mins to be led to the same chair #5 that I had the previous. I was happy that it was going to be the same tech but wasnt to be! He literally screamed what do you want! at me, I told him a fill-in. He then started speaking or screaming, in his language, to someone at the front desk, grabbed his jacket off his chair and left the building. Needless to say once the shock wore off I got up and told them I was finished. They were very apologetic but never offered anyone else to do my nails. Could be I was too quick in leaving and saying a few things I dont remember.

I’ve never had an issue with them breaking or popping off because as I said, she took her time to know what I do and makes them thicker so they last. Yes times are a little longer if you walk in but it’s worth it!! She has my business for as long as she has her shop open and if she ever goes to another, I will follow her! Thank you Tina for always doing an amazing job!

Specifically told multiple nail techs what I wanted and even showed them the sample and at the end I ended up having to pay full price for something that I didnt want. They never mentioned they no longer carry the product when I showed them the sample at the beginning. Wont go back. No apologies or anything was even offered. They just shook their shoulders and went on about their day.

Friendly, fast, good service and avg prices. Seemed to be many regular clients ( they greeted people by their names, so I assumed they were repeat client). I had to come back in for a touch up (few hrs later) did not try to charge me.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and told the lady I just wanted to shape my brows. She scratched my top eyebrow with her finger and then took off the end of my right eyebrow. I had went before to get my eyebrow waxed and the younger lady was much more professional and had done an excellent job. Though, this time was such an awful experience.

Had a Powder dip manicure for $35. Thought I would have my cuticles cleaned up and a hand massage, but it was take off the old polish and put on the new (not done very well). At the end he brushed on cuticleoil, that he toldMe to rub in. Not very impressed. ☹️

I love Tommy and Kellys shop! They are very professional, yet act like family. I have been going to their shop for years and always get good service. They left my feet soaking in cold water for forty five minutes before anyone came to do my pedicure. Their customer service was extremely poor, and quality of work was subpar compared to other local salons. To top off the visit, they refused to honor my gift card. Golden Nails is the worst nail salon in the entire county.

I went for a waxing which they did a really good job on. The only reason for the 3 stars is that they kept pushing for other services even though I had said no at least four times. I became uncomfortable and probably wont go back.

Their pedicures are to die for! She does a fantastic job massaging and you wont want it to end. You never feel like you are being talked about behind your back - which I HATE! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Angel Nail Salon over any where else.

I got the powder dip full set and within a week I had 3 break off.my daughter received a manicure and the gel polish has already came off. Will not be back

I wish I could post photos of my nails :(Horrible job. Kevin used electric trimmer for my cuticles ...I never had done this way so I didnt know if it works. I told him I dont like him using this thing. I have to point few times that he miss cutting my cuticles. He was very rough to. Now when my nails are growing it looks bad very bad :( I will not recommend this saloon. This was my second time visit, I thought I will give them second chance. I have no idea why they have good reviews.

After a bad experience at Nails on Main I was a little skeptical about trying another local nail salon. After reading reviews on this place, I thought Id give it a shot before driving further out toward Asheville & Im glad I did. Their new technician, James, made a point to take his time & ensure I was happy with how my nails turned out. I definitely plan to return.

Beautiful atmosphere, but Horrible experience. Called to receive a manicure for my friend and I at 12:30. We get there a little early, but wasn’t seated u til after 12:30 I sat in a bowl of acetone for almost an hour, I got so irritated from waiting, I scraped the gel polish off myself. The technician was very rough with my cuticiles, I have so many cuts on my cuticles and they hurt so bad. She did a rather poor job woth the color. Was offered white wine and never received it. Lots of nasty looks from other customers. I’ll stick to the nail salon in Arden. I won’t be returning here.

Went and got my nails done a couple days ago. It was my first time getting my nails dipped. The lady who did them used the mechanical drill to file and took of my cuticle 4 out of 5 fingers in each hand. I was bleeding. Noticeable chunks gone. And she didn’t even clean underneath my nail bed, I had dirt from before and then powder stuck underneath my nails. Poor service, it was rushed and now I’m hoping I don’t get an infection because they don’t clean the drill bits...

Dont go here, I have been having S & S done for over a year, lived it until I came here, four nails came off in first week. They would not fixed or give my money back. VERY RUDE, LAUGHED AT ME IN FRIBT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, before here had never had a nail come off until it was time to have redone, about 5 weeks. Dont waste your money like I did!!!!!!!

Literally didnt want to come because had a bad experience before but my regular place was booked. lady was very rough with my hands, it was painful actually and I can honestly say thats never happened. I had a nail missing and she picked a nail out that was to big for my nail and it was glued to my skin and it hurt. in the end I had cuts on my fingers and was bleeding. the price seemed off to me 40$ for a fill in?? my regular place does 35 $ fill in with a design. I told a woman that seemed like the owner I was bleeding and my nail hurt and she seemed annoyed and fixed it herself and I ended up bleeding more due to her creating more cuts on me. never going back.

Over the past 5 years, the quality of work at Golden Nails has gone down hill. The nail stylists are distracted and my nails show it. The last manicure is the LAST I will ever get there. They removed my gel polish by using a course burr on a rotary tool and it destroyed my nails. After the first nail, I asked the stylist to try not damage my nails. She destroyed them and didnt even buff them out after filing gouges into the nails. NEVER GOING BACK.

I have been coming here on and off for the last two years for different services and have had sns done in the past (from this nail salon and others). Today is the first time I have ever had a nail salon peel off my sns. I am pretty sure it was the owner because he is usually always there and he only took my sns off until someone could do my nails. My nail tech was great. I feel like also the last few times I have been in I have also had to wait a long time. Instead of telling me there is a wait they get me back and make me wait in the chair 20-30 minutes. Tell me it’s going to __ amount of time and I’ll come back. Also my last pedicure I got I was going to write a review because it was not great either. I’m typically not one to write reviews. They ask which pedicure you want I had chosen the most expensive which is the one with extended massage. The lady had sent me home with one of the lotions she was suppose to use... I was really unsure because I have had that service before and never had a Lotion given to me to take home to apply. She told me to take home and use 😂 I had given this place a second chance after the pedicure but after my sns was peeled off never again. The tech that actually did may nails told me not to peel my sns off because it will damage my real nails and I told her the man peeled it off before she saw me had done that and she said he took a short cut. This is the last time I do business here sorry!

I have been coming here every time Im in town for years. It is the only time I treat myself to a pedicure. I brought my daughter this time for her very first pedicure. There was a lady and a gentleman waiting for us and I assumed we could choose who did who. I wouldve felt more comfortable with the lady doing my young daughters pedi but they didnt seem to care what I wanted and made me sit in her chair and my daughter go to the gentleman. The lady who barely spoke any English at all except to ask if I wanted additional services seemed irritated when I declined. Then she seemed distracted and rushed. They work on a timer and the new management walks around looking over their shoulders but does not greet clients or even acknowledge them. While at the drying table I was glad we didnt get manicures because that part of the table looked like it had not been wiped down in quite some time. Also the trash cans on either side were full and one was swarming with fruit flies. I let them know and they looked at me with shock and disbelief but did change that one basket. Then proceeded to pick through the other basket rather than empty it. The floors and bathroom were also very dirty. I did not feel welcome or feel like they valued my business as I have in the past. It was a very strange vibe. Service and cleanliness are not what they used to be. Free drinks do not make up for the lack of cleanliness and friendly service. Will not be back.

My daughter and i went for a manicure for me and gel tips for her. First they wouldnt allow only a manicure, it had to be gel. Then my daughter told him she wanted tips and he said her nails were too short (as he proceeded to cut them down)and just kept on with the manicure. He also ripped off her brothers memory bracelet. Very rude $70 later we left there and came straight to Nails On Main who are the BEST in Hendersonville....should have came here first.. lesson learned!!

Had a great pedicure, gel soak off and gel redo with no appt. My toes and nails look great and the price was good too. I wasnt pressured to get the most expensive pedicure although I think they were shocked I just wanted clear gel lol. My girl had to switch out bc she had an appt at 6 but I should have gotten the toe and the nail girls names. Oh and the smell wasnt high either!

Wanted powder and to keep my nails, cut my nails off and applied fake. Didnt ask my name or speak to me the whole hour and a half I was there. Overcharged. Ive never paid 50$, so I hope they understand the reason for no tip. The only plus is that they are open on Sunday but I wont be back.

Love this nail salon... they do amazing work.When you make an appt with who you request thats who does your pedi or nails.They dont pawn you off on other people working there. You dont sit there for hours like in the last place i used to go and they do an awesome job.Im not going anywhere else.....

Then she blamed it on me and when I went to check out the owner asked if I was okay and when she saw my finger said oh honey Im sorry but then charged me $50 which is more than the person next to me getting the same thing done was charged.I will never go back!

This place is great!!!The only negative comments on here must be from rich people who expect a maid wherever they step foot. Or from people who pay too closely attention to stuff that doesnt matter. Im sure the trash at your house gets full too. If it was a restraunt, that would be different. This is Hendersonville, not LA. I have been going here for 2 and a half yrs and always walked out happy. If you dont like it then they will fix it! Simple as that 😊 Some places wont even do that! SO GREAT JOB GUYS🤗
