Both ladies have done my nails. They are great! They do a superb job and their prices are more than fair. I will not go anywhere else.

One lady was super personable and sweet, the other just did her job and moved on with no type of customer engagement and she was seemingly in a hurry. Not super happy with the pedicure service from her, but manicure and the lady who did that was great. Place is big and clean but dont think Ill be back because I get regular pedis and that was what marked off for stars for me. Had my daughters done as well and the polish was chipping off both of us within a week.

Thought I found a great nail place but today proved me wrong. Had an appointment and waited 45 minutes before I finally said I’m not waiting any longer. They blamed it on a lady who had her baby with her at her appt - why would that make the nail tech run that late?? Not so much as an apology or even a look from Evonne (who I really like last time). Guess I should have read the other reviews.

I have been going now for six months and have had a great experience every time. The staff is wonderful, speaks English and makes sure you do not have to wait long for nail services. The major plus for me, they are always willing to listen if there is something I do not like about my nails or toes. My suggestion get a Pedicure and you will never go anywhere else. Loves this place.

Ive been going here for a few months and I love this place! Their prices are reasonable, they do great manicures and pedicures, and are super quick. They have a really good selection of polish and gel colors. Ive always been a walk in, but they do appointments as well.

I have visited here twice . Neither times had appointments. She told me the wait would be about 25 minutes which is fine I knew I would have a wait since I walked in but that turned into an hour wait finally got seated she would not have a conversation with me but would talk to the other customer perfectly fine then in the middle of doing my acrylics went over to another customer who came in after me sat there for another 20 minutes. Awful customer service. Not to mention there was only 1 girl working out there on the floor. Will not come back.

They were able to fix my nails that were done horribly from a previous place. The atmosphere is great and my nails came out gorgeous. I will definitely return!

It’s horrible !!!!!! DO NOT GO! I got a regular simple set and she couldn’t even do that right . I just wanted a coffin set and they were so short they didn’t even look like coffin. I asked before she cut it if she could make them longer I didn’t care about the money and instead of doing it my way the way I LIKE she did it her way and it didn’t turn out good . I’ll never go back

I had a great experience. Very relaxing, No wait, fair price, great mani-pedi. It was very casual, yet professional. I went early on a Tuesday afternoon, and I was the only client. I used a gift card, and was still able to tip on my cc- even tho I forgot my cash at home.

Christie was excellent. A beautiful salon as well as professional & efficient. I was surprised by the great prices!! Ill definitely be back when I make it back up this way!

I just left there from getting my nails done today.I Was trying something & will NEVER go back to this place again 1st the nail tech was on the phone the entire time he was working on my nails, No type of customer Interaction and then the polish job looked like my 6 year old did it and he basically rushed me out the chair. It was only $16 bucks so I guess with this place you get what you pay for ehivj with them is cheap service.

The nail work is decent, customer service could be just a little better, but other than that its not that bad.

Paid good money for a pedi on polish that two hours on would not dry, went back to get it fixed. Months on was going to go back only because my mom bought me a pedi for my birthday, and was told they wouldnt service me because I was rude! Hence if you get your nails done here and ask for it to be fixed they then tarnish your Rep by telling your family members you were rude. I think its rude to talk about your customers who pay good money for a service! I said Id never go back there, but was willing to because it was a gift... but now I definately wont be going back!

OMG. Outdated. Dirty. Worst mani and pedi I have ever had. New to town. Went to Tinas first. Was shocked at the prices. This place charged the same for substandard services. Will not go back. I wasted hard earned money on inferior service. So, so disappointed.

I received the worst manicure Ive ever had here. The manicurist mangled my cuticles and didnt even bother to try to stop the bleeding. She missed places on my nail, in some cases leaving an entire side without polish. And then, by the very next morning, the polish had already begun to chip. I get manicures regularly, but I will never get another one from Mesolite.
