Went for the first time today. Professional, clean friendly. Great music. Massage chairs are the best. Dark pedicure room …... Very relaxing. Short wait time. The wait time is worth it. Priced just right for what you get. Get the #4 pedicure. You won’t regret it !! I had Amanda and Carol

Really like this place the nail techs are nice. If I was to recommend one I would recommend Carol for nails & Chris or Marry for pedicure. Its very clean they offer wine, soda or water. They also offer wax services. No appointment needed for services no wait times.

First time here, but will definitely be back. Scott did my nails and they are perfect!I tried 4 other nail salon recently and left disappointed every time. But I left extremely satisfied this time .would recommend to anyone.

This was my first time there and I will definitely go back. Pheona was my technician and she did everything to make feel relaxed and comfortable. My skin is very close to my toe nail. She was very careful not to cause me any pain. My feet look and feel great. I definitely recommend this place.

Very nice staff! Ambiance was kind of cool, except a dark room is only relaxing if it isn’t completely packed with people. If possible give your client the option to spread out and utilize the very large space you have. My nails were shaped perfectly but the polish on my toes definitely could have been better. You guys were really busy that day so I get it. I hope to give 5 stars in the future.

I just got a gel manicure from this place and I can honestly say it was the BEST manicure service I’ve ever received! They were very busy, so it took a bit for them to get started, but they were so apologetic and kind. They did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. The manicure itself was as close to perfect as it could get, and it didn’t break my bank account to get it. I am so pleased with my nails! They also create an atmosphere in their business that is relaxing and peaceful. Thank you all so much!

From the gorgeous architecture and the incredible taste in art on the walls to the quality of work and professionalism this place is absolutely a FIVE STAR establishment. I had the hardest time finding this level of quality and cleanliness anywhere in Hendersonville, Im so excited to have found this gem! You wont be disappointed at the services provided and the customer care you receive! Every single person in this place shows genuine care and ensures you are comfortable and well taken care of! The wine bar is quite the perk too!! During this visit I had my full set and gel polish done by Carol! Her art work is unmatchable! I was so impressed with the amount of detail she put into my beautiful nails! I will be a regular here! No doubt!

Staff very courteous. The complaint I would say is the rudeness of talking to each other the whole service to their coworkers in Vietnamese. The people that I was with commented and complained about the same thing. I would suggest that the Manager have a meeting and talk to the employees and let them know that they are making the customers uncomfortable when they speak Vietnamese during a service! Other than that the services were performed nicely 😊

This nail salon is truly the best I’ve ever been to. They pay attention to detail on a level I’ve never had before. Everything from how the polishes are organized (gel, dip and polish colors all matching each other in the same cubby square so you can match easily instead of a blue polish next to a green next to a purple and the gels/dips in another section they are all together), exquisite pedicure chairs, and wine selection. I have never experienced such a luxurious pedicure and manicure for such an affordable pricing. They really want you to be comfortable and relaxed and it feels like a full spa experience. They go all out with hot stones, sugar scrubs and moisturizing oils and lotions for even just a #2 pedicure. The employees are very kind and make a great effort to ensure you are satisfied every step of the way. Even for a basic dip manicure I received the hot towels, an arm and shoulder massage with multiple oils and lotions. Every single review is 5 stars and this place has absolutely earned it. Absolutely superior to any other nail salon I have been to!!

It was the best nail salon that I have ever been to. It was very clean, and the people were very nice and professional. The prices were amazing as well! There were 3 of us, and we all got manicures and pedicures for under $300. Which to me was a pretty good deal. So if you are looking for a good nail and spa place to go to. I highly recommend Unique Nail & Spa. We will definitely be going back.

Ive been coming to this place since they opened and have never had a bad experience, but sad to say today wasnt so great. I asked the lady to cut my toe nail just a little... well she cut it to short and crooked and then when I said something to her about she had the nerve to get up and just walk away... Im like really??? Wow! How professional is that?? My nail tech always does a wonderful job but the people in there that does the feet need more training or something...highly irritated!!

The atmosphere is amazing, love the decor, variety of colors and treatments available.The technician that did my pedicure cut the tip of my toe, said she was sorry and that was about it, no compensation, discount, nothing. One nail is not smooth and several small areas of nails missed. They also charge $25 extra for gel, where most places charge $5-10 extra. I will not return here.

This place was amazing!! Aaron and Michael were so nice and did a great job. Best pedicure and dip I have ever had! My 5 year old niece was with us and they gave her snacks and drinks to make her comfortable. Couldnt ask for better service. This is definitely my new nail salon!!

YOU GUYS- this salon is BRAND NEW!!!! They just opened this past week of February and let me tell you... this is a GEM of a find. I’ve never met such friendly people who genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable, taken care of, and given a high quality experience. I got a gel manicure and Amanda is the nail tech I will have doing my nails regularly from here on out. So smooth, shiny, beautifully even. She is so wonderful to have a conversation with, too!! The salon itself is so comfortable, clean, well-sanitized, and luxurious. I can’t wait to tell all my friends and coworkers about Unique!!!!!

This will be my new nail place! My mother and I both had pedicures done by Ronnie and she did such an amazing job! She will be my go to from this point out. Carol did my full set and gave me a lot of design ideas for next time . It was my birthday and I got a discount! It was an amazing experience. They offer wine and even have a party room! Fantastic experience !! I feel absolutely pampered and spoiled. I was given the full treatment pedicure. Where they took me to a dark and relaxing room with music, massage your legs with sea salt packets, use hot coals, you get a glass of wine, and then a gel nail pedicure. The man, Chris, who did my pedicure was absolutely fantastic and so nice ! Then the lady who did my nails was sweet and kept giggling because I was fascinated watching my nails be done. I couldnt believe how huge and elegant the shop was on the inside. Absolutely will come back, I have never felt this special in my life !!

I have visited this nail salon multiple times, and I can’t say enough good things about my experiences. They are professional, the salon is very clean and they have online booking to schedule your appointments. If you’re looking for a great nail salon, look no further.

After waiting for over an hour, the lesson learned here is that “walk-ins” are not welcome at this establishment. I was looking forward to trying this new business, but although it says “walk-ins welcome”, I stayed in the waiting room for over an hour with multiple employees telling me that it would be just another minute. But after an hour and 10 minutes, when I finally stood up to ask if I could at last go back, the manager told me how busy they were and that it was still going to take more time. I understand needing to make an appointment, but the manager had many opportunities to let me know that it wasn’t going to be “just another minute”. It is disappointing because getting a chance to go and treat myself is few and far between as a mom and teacher, so it feels like a huge letdown. They could have put in me in a massage chair with the bubbles on! I would have been quite content to sit there for an hour! 😔 My recommendation to this business is to either have a better system to work in walk-ins or tell us that you do not have availability at that time. I feel robbed of the time that I worked hard to carve out for myself. And my toes aren’t even done! 😩

This nail salon was the truth. I have been several places in search of someone to do the perfect pedicure and Rony did just that. When I say quality service....I will be back.

I went in the first time and had to go back because one came off. Jenny redid all my nails for no charge. I just went back today. Jenny is the best. Ask for the deluxe pedi. They use hot stones. Great customer service from Jenny and staff.

While my daughter was getting her hair done, I decided to walk in to Unique Nails & Spa and let me say that I was impressed by how spacious this place is. The employees made sure I was taken cared of and my nail tech Aaron was very pleasant and was able to carry on a conversation without a problem and he did an excellent job and I got exactly what I asked for. I got the dipping acrylic service on my real nails. Ive finally found a good nail spa in Hendersonville, Tn. I will definitely be back.

I have been to just about every nail salon in Hendersonville and I can say without a doubt, Unique Nails is going to be a HUGE hit here! They have done a phenomenal job designing a truly beautiful and relaxing environment complete with a private pedicure room where they actually turn the lights out, play soothing music and have a water feature running over to the side. The pedicure chairs are out of this world.. seriously! Everything about the decor, feel and experience/service you receive is top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way! The staff, I don’t even know where to start... they are all so incredibly friendly and their work is impeccable. Christ, Arron and Carol worked with me and I can’t recommend them enough! Carol did my nail designs and I swear I’m spoiled for life! I will absolutely be a regular from here on out! I also want to mention my husband had a pedi and mani as well and raved about his experience too 👍🏼

I had to walk out today after being ignored and completely rushed through the beginning of my manicure. I had an appointment with Kim at 1pm and by 1:20 she had already left me at her station 5 times to answer the phone or take payment from customers. I’m not sure why I wasted time making an appointment or why they didn’t schedule me when someone else could work the desk. After the fourth time she left me waiting, I asked her if she was covering for someone’s lunch break, but she said they bring their own food and don’t take lunch breaks. I feel bad for her because she was running around so much, but it was obvious they didn’t care about my time or experience. I don’t normally write reviews but this was their third strike with me…
