Don’t go here. I paid $60 for a $20 gel fill in. I got orange polish and there were obvious streaks in the polish and debris sealed under the coats of paint. I asked for a manicure and had to remind the tech for my massage. I don’t even want to talk about the design. Just please don’t.

Called prior to arriving for a mani pedi session for 6 women for a wedding. They said yes come in. We waited all different times, didn’t get to sit together and the service WAS AWFUL!!!!!! Legit never go there, save your $$

Been coming here for 2 years or so.Around 2016. Service was much friendlier & quality was better. I now feel rushed, move um in, move um out. Asked to warm water for pedicure. Twice it was still lukewarm. It wasn’t warm to start with. Manicures, I do the SNS system (powder). Most of time it’s ok. Was better when first started coming. I believe friendly service and attentive service means everything. But there’s no personality or great customer service is not there. The vibe of this place is blah. For the money I spend and to be a regular customer, it needs to be addressed to a higher up management. I’m seriously thinking about going somewhere else. And this is so close to my home. It’s a shame.

Andy and his wife run a marvelous business. They are dedicated professionals. I have never seen anyone work harder than these two people do. They are very caring and personable. And their care and detail to your nails are absolutely stunning!

So, usually when I get a pedicure it lasts a couple months. After one week it had already chipped in 3 different areas. The young girl who did my pedicure did not care and was done so quick. The lady sitting next to me was getting a pedicure as well. She was there when I arrived getting serviced and was still there getting a pedicure when the lady was done with mine. Will never go back to this place:/

Best manicure Ive ever had! The salon was very clean and the guy who did my manicure was careful to do it well. The service was awesome and they got to my nails pretty quickly considering the place was packed. If I could give it 100 stars I would!

Love Tracie here at Victorias. She is sweet, gentle and reliable. Her work is great. Gel polish lasts for two weeks easy have pushed it to 3 weeks before. Andy, owner, is very nice and pleasant as well.

Im in Atlanta and wanted to buy Mom in Hendersonville a certificate for mani-pedi, etc. and they say I have to come in to the store! Fine example of customer NO Service!

I took an elderly friend to have her nails done at Victorias because had a good experience there in the past. She needed extra care but received a hurried, sloppy service. They did not speak much to her or help her get settled in the chair and turn on the massager, I did that and helped her with her shoes. I was embarrassed because I had highly recommend them to her and to many other people. The attitude was cold and uncaring nearly rude. I was frustrated and disappointed!

I came to this salon 1 week ago after my regular nail tech was on vacation. It was my first time at victorias. The place is nice and clean, but the $28 acrylic nail set I received was mediocre to say the least. The nails were over lapping on the side of my fingers, the nail polish look like it was done by a 10 year old and within 3 days one nail had broke in half. I never write bad reviews but this was not acceptable. I hope you will understand that sometimes taking an extra 10 minutes to go slowly and do a good job is better than rushing and doing a mediocre job. after 7 days i have to remove the nails. waste of money

Pedicure is less than acceptable. The foot/leg massage consisted of rubbing lotion into my skin. Chairs were unclean and massage feature cause loud annoying sound. Ill go back the rude owners of nails on main before wasting money here again.Edit - owner contacted me to assure me chair was now fixed and offered to provide new pedicure. I appreciated the offer but would prefer to take my business elsewhere. Because of this communication, I have adjusted my rating from 1 to 2 stars.

My almost teenager daughter and I stopped in late one afternoon to get our nails done before leaving her at summer camp for three weeks. A deluxe pedicure (at $35.00) and basic manicure (at $15.00) for both of us. We didnt have an appointment.Kim was my nail tech and Alex was my daughters. Friendly and polite, I requested our nails to be cut short and short they were. Instructions were followed precisely. Salon was clean and didnt reek of chemicals like other places Ive visited.I had checked around before visiting Victoria Nails & Spa and found them to be the least expensive of five different places checked in Hendersonville. They have plenty of parking, but some of its shared with a small strip center next door. Be careful where you park.Offering three different types of pedicures, we opted for the deluxe - their middle package. Services were provided exactly as advertised in the brochure and we didnt leave disappointed. No color for me and some crazy combination for my daughter.Were in Hendersonville, North Carolina, a couple of times a year and would definitely return to Victoria Nails & Spa.William E. After a friend was telling me how wonderful the pedicure was, I decided to make an appointment for one. I was told the price was $25. When I went to pay, I was charged $35. I said I thought it was $25 and was told I received the deluxe pedicure. I dont know what the difference is, but the massage portion was pitiful. I will look elsewhere, if I decide to get another pedicure.

Customer service was okay but they are way too Overpriced!! I paid 50 dollars for full set with gel polish. And they were short plus they were not even nice the size of both hands were off & I just didn’t like it at all I wanted to take them off but I didn’t want to waist what all I had paid . Honestly the nail salon in Walmart is better! Never coming here again!

This is NOT my new regular place. New to the area and tried the deluxe pedicure and manicure. The pedicure left my heels sore, the massage was week and the manicurist cut my cuticles twice. Add to that the frustration of my color being put back and unable to be found for my mani. Sadly, I am still ISO a place in Hendersonville.

I always feel satisfied with my results and the staff is so friendly.

I go there regulary but al a carte items on gthe pedicure should be included in the regular price

I made an appointment for brazilian waxing a week ago.I was calling them to change the hour of the appointment.I couldnt find them to change my hour appointment after 2 days and 13 phone calls. The lady began to snip the hairs instead launched putting powder. She left at the middle of the procedure to finishing a costumers manicure. She came back and finished my wwaxing with a razor.At the end she asked me for $45 and a week ago she asked me for $25 when I asked her at the very beginning. Anyway I dont recommended to anyone!!!!It was more than disappointed!!!Ugh!!

NEVER get your eyebrows done here. Left with one full okay looking eyebrow and the other one just wasn’t fully there.. literally one third of it was gone.

I had my nails and a pedicure done. Never again. My nails looked so bad that I had to go to another salon to have them fixed. I also found this place to be very dirty and not friendly.
