Cindy was rude after I waited patiently for well over 50 minutes Told me I didn’t know what I already had and did it know what I wanted. She had a massive attitude from the start. Ripped my nails up and then told me she didn’t want to finish. Asked her to soak off the gel and instead she ripped my nail bed up telling me they don’t do it there. Zero star rating if possible

I paid $65 for an ombré dip powder set on my fingernails and my nails dont even look finished. Theres huge gaps where she filed off all the color on the tips and every nail looks different. The ombré is chunky and has huge brush strokes where she didnt even bother to blend it. There were huge chunks of dip powder UNDERNEATH my nails where she didnt even try to clean them up and I had to scrape it off myself. I would have asked her to fix them but I dont think there was anything that could be done but to just take them off completely and redo them. I tried to trust the process and now Im left wishing I didnt. The only good thing about the experience was that the staff was friendly but my nails look awful.

Love this place. They really take time to get your nails taking care of.

They were short handed on staff. I had to wait over an hour & then felt very rushed. I went on a Sunday & on Wednesday my polish was coming off. By Friday, I need to go get them done again. Typically my polish lasts over 2 weeks. Not sure I will be going back.

After waiting on a busy Saturday afternoon,I got Ken to do my manicure and pedicure. I was pleased and will be returning🙂

Kim has done my nails for years, since she was at the Blue Ridge Mall in the early 2000s. Ive always been pleased with her professionalism and her care with making sure youre satisfied with her service. Would highly recommend.

The man that works in there does a absolute stellar job! Ive been to Soho, top nails, tv nails, angel nails. None of them compare to this salon! They go the extra mile and they are significantly cheaper!

There is a thief that works here. Went there to do a pedicure with my granddaughter. Always take my own sandals. Sat down took pick out polish and set my sandals down. Went back 10 minutes later, they were gone! No one knows anything. Place is tiny. Maybe 10 people there total including 5 employees. I couldnt believe it. Will never go back there.

Love this place. Ive been going to them for a while but they are very busy which is a good thing but having to wait isnt but I understand. honestly no complaints they always get my nails right on point ! I have tried other salons in the area but always end up coming back to these ladies fixing the damage.

Waited 45 minutes and then left. One of the nail technicians couldnt finish a ladys manicure so they switched her to the lady I was waiting and pushed her ahead of me. So because one woman couldnt do her job, I waited way more than I should have. There was no apology. The ladies were mad when I left because they wasted my time. Worst place Ive ever been to.

No wait, they removed my old set of Solar Nails and new set in less,than an hour! Pedicure was amazing, almost went to sleep! Dont be discouraged because they are in Wal-Mart. Come Visit!
