The guy who did my 91 year old grandma’s pedicure did an amazing job! He really took his time and always made sure she was comfortable. He was very attentive to detail and its the prettiest nail job my grandmother’s gotten. The basic pedicure costed $35 and they have a ‘Happy Hour’ where you get free drinks from 10-7pm which I thought was cute. The place seemed clean, although I noticed a lot of the nail polish on the wall were separating.I’ll admit I was a little worried about coming because of the last review posted but I was definitely surprised by the care and work given.

The younger woman there, treated me like she had no time for me and what I wanted done. She made me feel so unwanted in her nail shop I could not wait to get out of there. I spent 90 dollars in there. She does a great job but her attitude is unwelcoming!!!

He rushed and skipped steps. My hands look terrible! The acrylic he used was noticeably different.

My second experience here again was top notch!!! Friendly techs. Very reasonably priced also for all services. Will go again

The best gel manicure every time! Trang is amazing and great at making my nail color look perfect. Her entire family is amazing! Not sure why people complain about having to wait because it has absolutely nothing to do with their ability. Waiting is part of the game, especially if your manicurist is talented.

I love Lilys Nail Spa; Ive been going here for a few years now. The owner is meticulous and thorough. Everyone there is kind and helpful. They are so lovely to talk to or they are comfortable with you zoning out during the service. Lilys is the best.

Deserves one star, but the salon is clean at that. Overall the job I had done on my hands was not worth the $30.00 I paid. The nail polish came off in less then 5 minutes after I left the salon. The nails were poorly shaped and I was hurt about three times with the drill. I do not recommend you spending your time and money in this place.

I am not sure why there are some reviews about the people being rude or your nails being incorrect. They are wonderful people and do an incredible job on nails! The shop is super cute and its always a relaxing experience!

I have been to most nail spa’s from Goodlettsville to Gallatin...Lily’s Spa has one of the best pedicures. The relaxed ambience, comfort of the spa chair, tools used, water temperature, and pressure of leg and foot massage is literally on point. Pricing is comparable to other nearby salons (which is relatively low) and significantly cheaper than the Nashville area. Also, the spa has a variety of gel polishes. BTW I believe my nail techs were the owner for my gel polish and owner’s mother for pedicure.

I had a nail emergency while on vacation in Nashville. I went to Lilly’s nails because of the reviews. While the staff was friendly and got me and my daughter in right before they closed. I was appalled that they charge $20 for gel polish on top of $30 for a full set, & they charge for length. I have never heard of such a thing before. So for a basic full set with gel polish is $50!

A friend of mine recommended trying this place and I am so glad I did because I have found my new nail salon. The whole experience was wondedul! Trang was very kind, honest, and professional. Hands down the best gel manicure I’ve ever had.

I was short on time so I called ahead. I came in to my water already started and some suggested colors for me to choose from. I was in and it with pretty toes in no time!

The acrylics were good but one of them were crooked but besides that it was great.

I have been going to Lilys since it first opened. For the most part, I was happy with it. But my last visit will keep me from ever going back. I brought a friend with me. My friend is the sweetest lady in the world but she has a disease that is taking her ability to communicate away. Its not dementia, it is very rare. When we came in for a mani-pedi, I tried to explain to the mother of the lady who owns the salon that my friend would not be able to respond well. An uncle did my mani-pedi. My friend and I sat next to each other while getting our pedis. The mother would touch my friends ankle to get her to put her foot back in the water or take it out of the water, like they normally do. My friend didnt respond. The mother touched her again. No response. The third time she actually slapped my friends ankle hard, you could hear it throughout the shop, causing my friend to yell in pain. We should have gotten up and walked out right then. The mother finished the pedi and mani in the pedicure chair. The uncle took twice as long on mine, taking me up front for the manicure, leaving my friend to sit by herself in the back after the mother completed both mani and pedi and after I asked for her to be brought up to sit by me and I was ignored. My friend waited over an hour for mine to be finished. She was bored and tried to get out of the chair and was having difficulty. The younger daughter came to her rescue and brought her up to sit by me. When I was finally done, the uncle had put on some weird top coat that turned my nails purple, so the younger daughter came up and took off the polish and quickly put on a couple of coats. They actually said it was my nail color that I had chosen, but since they had also done a pedicure, you could tell that they had done something wrong as my toes were brown and my fingers were purple. The younger daughter was the nicest person in the whole place. However, because the mother slapped my friend, caused her pain and embarrassment, I will never go back there. There was no apology for any of their bad behavior or poor job on the manicure. We tipped well, but Im not sure why I allowed my friend, or myself, to tip at all.

Not even 2 days after getting my nails done they came off they then wanted to charge me full price to fix them.😠

Was not friendly, didn’t make me feel welcome . Rushed the job . Nails were crooked . And not shaped well . This was just a mess ! Did I mention they were rude ! Ugh I’m not happy, please do not come to this place .
