I was able to get in last minute this morning at 8am. I saw Tori and she did a phenomenal job!! She gave me the cut I wanted, and nailed the color I had asked for! I will be back! The place is clean and super cute. I would recommend anyone to come here!

Maegan is phenomenal! She was able to make a bad cut grown out look more even and cohesive and she knocked it out of the park with the color! She was able to give me exactly what I asked for and I highly recommend her services. I have never had a bad cut or color at Bellezza!

Tabitha Kemp is amazing. I’ve been going to her on and off for five years now (because I live so far away). She did my hair a few days ago and I’ve vowed to never go anywhere else again, even though the drive to Bellezza is long. She always makes my roots and tone look perfect without damaging my hair. First time at Bellezza and it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, the salon was clean and well kept, and my stylist (Brooklyn) was phenomenal. She listened and really emphasized and advised me on the health of my hair. I definitely will be going back!

Stylist Shannon Cross earned these 5 stars!! Shannon is the best colorist Ive ever had, and Ive had my hair done in LA, NY, and Vegas. Shes very knowledgeable as a colorist and stays up to date on all the latest and best products and techniques. She has also done a smoothing treatment on me and it came out great. Another big plus is how professional she is. She rarely runs late, maybe twice in several years and she was very apologetic. She doesnt rush through her services either. I highly recommend Shannon Cross!

The appointment was with Rachel Carter. She did not let me know that I was supposed to contact her upon arrival. The appointment was at 1:00. At 1:04, She texted and asked if we were there and I immediately said yes. Upon meeting her, we asked if my mother could use the restroom really quick and she laughed stating no, we were already late. We entered her salon room and I had been concerned that maybe I was not permitted to enter the small space because of COVID concerns. However, there was another person sitting under a hair dryer on the same tiny room we entered. I had shown her a picture of my mom’s current hair prior to coming and also a picture of what cut I wanted for my mom. She had stated that it shouldn’t be a problem to do that cut for my mom. While there, I showed her the same pictures again, except that she said she wouldn’t be doing that cut and would do something else. She did not seem especially concerned with explaining or ok’ing it with us. The stylist did not wear a mask once inside her room. My mom is 77 and is at high risk for developing COVID and she had a mask on until part way into the session, until the stylist told her she did not have to wear it. At the end, I asked if we could give her a call if my mom got home and felt she had any spots she wanted Rachel to make a little shorter or fix. She paused as of the question baffled her and rudely stated that my mom would have to make another appointment. At the very end, she charged me $40 for the haircut. I had paid $28 when I went to another stylist there for the same service just a month ago. I do understand the lady is busy, but this was a very negative experience for my mother and I. This was supposed to be a very special day for her, since it was a belated birthday gift and her first time ever visiting a salon.

Roxy Baker worked magic on my hair. She is a doll and her skills are unreal. My blonde hair is so seamless and well blended. Definitely recommend booking with her.

Jordan did my hair. LOVELY girl that did an incredible job. If youre trying to go blonde, ask for Jordan. My hair is beautiful and healthy as ever. Lindsay Cummings is amazing! She did a total transformation with my hair color and cut. I explained what I was looking for and let her do whatever she wanted and it turned out better then I imagined!! She took her time explaining products and carried on great conversation the entire time. I cant wait until my next appointment to see her and what she comes up with next.

Shannon beat my $300 cut and color by a salon owner, hands-down. I had a great time in her chair, we talked and laughed the whole appointment and I’m already looking forward to going back!

Im very disappointed in my stylist. I went a few days ago and it reminded me why I stopped going to salons. My stylist brushed my hair (from the top, HARD) while it was wet and tangled, ripping it out and causing a LOT of breakage. My dye job is uneven and she razored my bangs (I have curly hair) and it just looks awful. I feel like my hair is ruined and I start crying everytime I look at it or even try to style it. I tipped her $20 and regret even walking in.

Hannah is amazing! She listens and does exactly what you ask her to do. She has great knowledge about coloring and I highly recommend her as a colorist/stylist.

I called to become a new client and the front desk couldn’t give prices for color she said all 70 hair stylists have different prices and I would have to text them to find out. That’s weird.

The good- Great price, convenient location, large number and services and providers so scheduling is a breeze.The bad- I was running late for my first time here. When I came in the door, the receptionist gave me vague directions to my stylists suite, which was not even labeled. My stylist was running 30 minutes behind, and made excuses about it the entire time. She was also very keen to cut time wherever she could, wanting to do a dry cut, or sending me out the door with my hair still wet. Her phone was also ringing the whole time, and she acted like it was no big deal.Conclusion- If your preferred stylist is here, go here. If you are looking for a new stylist, good luck, because with the insane number they have, plus the lack of descriptions online, it will be luck of the draw. For a spa environment, I found it very stressful and confusing, not relaxing at all.

Called in to set up an appointment and was offered one at 2:30pm. I accepted and was asked to hold please. When the girl came back she told me that she gave away the appointment slot I just agreed to. Safe to say that I will never be going here.

I recently moved to Gallatin. Since my move I have received hair color/cut here and just recently received Botox. I absolutely love this salon. From the front desk all the way back the employees for both services were awesome!! My go to spot, I will be a regular from now on for both services!

Very confusing with a lack of direction for my first visit. Walking in for my very first the the receptionists just told me shes down the hall. Every stylist has their own private room. When I peeked in the room she had a customer in the chair. So I waited and waited 30 min past our appointment. I finally walked in and interrupted the stylist to remind her that I was waiting. When she finally brought me to the room there were toys all over the floor because she was watching her son too. Were going to do a dry cut right?Even though I hadnt washed my hair in days and I wanted my hair done for New Years I said yes because I didnt want her flying through my cut because she was obviously in a hurry. Technically she was skilled but made no conversation or any inclination that she wanted me as a customer. She ran the round brush through my hair twice and called that a style. She charged my card without telling me the price or giving a receipt. I felt obligated to tip because she was standing over me. I went in looking for a new stylist and I left feeling disappointed.

The stylist was 30mins late and the front desk manager was and is worthless at greeting clients. She and another lady was listening to a video that had cursing in it that we all could hear. Several stylists and estheticians were hanging out at front desk talking loud and being obnoxious and some even eating. It was so unprofessional and not something you expect or even want to see walking into a nice spa. This was my 2nd and last visit. I personally DO NOT like when I am getting my hair done having other stylist come in speaking to my stylist about their own hair and personal issues. I also had my brows done before leaving and she had left wax all over my brows. So frustrating bc this place cld be top notch if owners/managers wld get their employees under control and to be more professional. Nothing like the spa I had visited in Chicago. Very disappointing.
