First visit here today and was most impressed. Pedicure tech practiced excellent COVID precautions, concern about water temp for me, gentle & relaxing hot stone leg massage & a really nice guy. I appreciated the quiet & relaxing hour and will return!

Called for acrylic nails and Joy responded yes they do these. I walked in at 3ish and they took me right away for a pedicure which was wonderful! Joy replaced a couple of fingernails & then did a pink & white fill. I’ve worn acrylic nails for many, many years and I’m very particular. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how well my nails turned out. Same price as what I am used to paying when at home. The facility was clean and everyone seemed happy and efficient. More than a dozen more walk-ins came in after me.

Would not come here again! Worst experience from any nail spa Ive been to. She sneezed on my feet and rub it in, I was so irritated!!!!

Very clean and well-run nail salon, with courteous and gentle nail technicians who make sure that their customers are comfortable and relaxed while having their nails trimmed and feet pampered. Hot towels on the calves are the perfect finishing touch at the end of the nail service. Guys like to be pampered once in a while too!

In the post covid era, star nails was doing a wonderful job keeping everyone safe! A million color choices for gel manicure, reasonable prices and quick efficient service. Will be back.

I come here to do my eyebrows, i never have to wait more than 5 minutes .they always come out perfect and the woman that does them is so nice

I came in for an acrylic manicure and everything was fine at first. Nice, clean and quiet environment. The nails look fine at a glance but if you really take the time to look at them they look really unprofessional. The acrylic is uneven and my natural nail is still peaking out around the edges. The polish color I picked is patchy, streaky and lumpy. They only put two coats, when clearly they saw that the polish needed an additional coat. They didn’t even wait for the polish to dry before putting on the top coat, which further made the color even more streaky. Then I was told to sit under the hand dryer and my nails didn’t even fully dry. I went home with streaks and smudges. I feel like it was a waste of my time and my money. They were rushing, and didn’t even try and make them look the best they possibly could. I won’t be coming back.

Will never go anywhere else! Friendly, clean and sanitary. Ive been literally burned before getting my eyebrows done and it was hard to start at a new place, but the ladies over here have never let me down! I love my pedicure! Gentle and no cuts!! I jokingly mentioned they would have to throw me out of the massage chair and they let me hang out in the chair while the person I came with was finishing up! Prices are great!!!

The nail tech was absolutely horrible..she had a very hateful and nasty attitude. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I had to ask her to put something on my finger which she made bleed..and to shape several nails correctly, which she did not..She did not ask me if I liked my nails or did she say Thank you I always tip but she did not deserve the cost for the service nor a tip.

The woman that did my manicure and pedicure was very nice. I was disappointed that she didn’t put a clear finishing coat on top of the color on my toes. There was only one coat of clear on my fingernails, again no top coat.

They never charge for length. There is only charges for other additional service (ex. Acrylic and gel would be 2 different charges). If you would like to come in to discuss this please feel free at any time.

The lady that did my nails was horrible and couldnt understand what I was telling her and she was rushy,s definitely didnt take the time and make them look nice . Real unprofessional.

Look at the reviews on fb as well because if I did I wouldnt have gone. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had getting my nails done. The nail technician was very rough and didnt listen. My service was completed so quickly it was rushed. I have one nail considerably shorter than the others and they are all shaped differently. My polish is already peeling off my thumb and I had them done yesterday but I wont be going to back to get issues fixed.

AMAZING place. Some of these low ratings are from people that think they can just walk out with free nails. Ive sat there while getting my nails done and some of these clients are utterly RIDICULOUS. Literally got full service and refused to pay for any of it and had called the cops on these asian ladies that worked so hard to satisfy her. Cops came and told her she had to pay and she said no she was just going to leave ( with a new full set of nails) without paying. Cops ended up saying salon ladies had to cut and take off this womens nails. On her way out, she cussed out all the ladies and promised she was going to leave bad reviews. I was so upset for these ladies who have always been nothing but nice to me and the rest of my friends and family that go here.

I love this place Ive went here for probably at least 9 years, I love the staff, the atmosphere, the prices and of course always the outcome of my nails whether its fingernails, pedicure or eyebrows..always over satisfied and beyond

Charge you for how long you want your nail. I have never been charged for how long you would like your nail. Guy had no idea how to do nails good and the spinner machine cut my finger around my nail several times. Awful experience.
