This is a great workout studio for all levels of fitness. Elijah Askew is the trainer and owner and has had years of experience playing college football, as a recreational leader and is presently a coach at a local Henderson County high school. He is a highly trained and certified TRX instructor. His studio is classed based so check his website for times. TRX uses your body weight for training and you can set each exercise to be easy or challenging depending on your angle in relation to the TRX straps and how you modify the exercise. Most of his classes combine the TRX weight resistance with core and cardio exercise including slam balls and kettle bells and floor exercise. The routines are typically all body workouts but he does do specialty classes like all core workouts. Elijah changes the routines each class so they dont get boring and repetitive; he works all of the muscle groups! The goal is a strong core and proportional strength in both the upper and lower muscle groups. TRX is excellent for improving balance and coordination. Highly recommended!
Great friendly atmosphere of all ages! The owners take their time to teach everyone the exercises and proper form, making the classes easy and fun.
