Hey everyone, this is a pretty good little car wash. But what I can tell you is there in a strange location. Bit hard to see from the street. But they could use your business. Every time Ive been there theyve done a great job of taking care of my car. I can tell from the lack of funds they need to upgrade their car wash system that theyre not making enough money to do that. If youre reading this how about you help them out and go get your car washed here? The service has been great the guys do a great job and I think its totally worth supporting small-business.

No one answers the phone. They never have enough help other than the $10 car wash. Last 5 times I wanted the $25 but they discourage by saying it will be AT LEAST 1 HOUR WAIT TIME. The guys running the place dont care as I KNOW theyre not the owners. But if the owners cared they send in a secret shoppers once a month. They current employees seem to like saying it will be AT LEAST AN HOUR WAIT. But as I see it...its a silly car wash...nothing more. Ive since go down on Lake Mead near the freeway....QUICKY CAR WASH and they have a solid self serve car wash. AN ATTENDANT WAITING AT PAY STATION. FREE VACUUM AND HIGH INTENSITY BLOWER. Id rather do it myself. Ill never go to MOONLIGHT again. I have no reason to.

Got the quick detail for interior and exterior only took about an hour with wax application outside. Its a black car and it shows everything but I have to say they did an outstanding job.

It is a drive thru bu then human people dry the car and do whatever extras you pay for. I just got a wash n dry no vacuum. My car looks nice

Took in a work truck to be hand washed and detailed for $45.00, truck was still dirty when they were done, they did redo, but with attitude !

They do a good job. This is our go to car wash.It can get busy here but you can hang out in the seating area and watch tv.Sometimes it can take a while so bring snacks.

This place is not reliable time wise!! I called to make sure they are there and the person who answered said theyre open till five pm. This was around two pm. I drove all the way there found nobody and the place closed!! This was not just one time. Will not recommend it for poor management.

Ive never had a better car wash. Staff very friendly and efficient. The gentleman who vacuumed my car and wiped it down at the end ADAM did an AMAZING job. Thanks ADAM, for actually taking the time to pay full attention to every detail. I will definitely be back and I will also be recommending Moonlight Car Wash to all my friends and family. Very nice job on our convertible! The wash could use just a little sprucing up though! The staff were very friendly and we were overall impressed with pricing and outcome of what we paid for. Will be back!

Excellent customer service! The prices are great and the staff is very friendly. My car was immaculate when they were done with it.

My car sat for over 45 minutes without any attendant walked around looking for a manager and found him in the back of the building on his phone after explaining the situation he immediately snatched my receipt and walked to my car and started cleaning it with an attitude...even his helper had an attitude...no more ever again...this is the second time that manager has done this...

As most car washes, you find great employees that go above and beyond to make you extremely happy.Some just get by.... great service over all.

They wanted to charge me $105 to wash my Honda Pilot and wiper down the three rows of seats. We finally agreed on $55 but then said it was to much work because it had some bugs on the grill. They told me it was to much work and said they would not make any money on it so I left. I went to the carwash on Stephanie and 215. They washed my car for 12.99 and did a great job. Looks just as good as when I paid moon light $150 for a full detail. I will never bring any of my cars to them again.

The quality of service is poor!!! Last few experiences were disappointing and I will not return. Will make the drive further into town to use the other reliable car washes I have used in past. Regardless of the convenience of this car wash being near my residence

Awesome service! Car looks brand new!!! We have traveled through heavy snow and rain till Vegas and car was in a bad state.. They just washed and shone it like mirror!! Very impressed! Reasonably priced! 25$ for interior vacuuming and exterior cleaning!

My favorite car wash. has a area for kids. Very clean. Magazines and a TV for entertainment. Right next to sonic

Staff is usually very efficient and courteous. However, just waited 15 minutes in line because the new guy was trying hard to up sell the car in front of me. Then someone from inside runs out to help the person that had just pulled up.Finally after 20 minutes I raised the white flag and left.Was a regular customer for many years.

They actually CLEANED my wheels, where most other car washes just wipe them and leave water spots everywhere. Im very picky about my vehicles, and these guys did pretty good. If I lived here Id bring it back all the time.

Very expensive car wash $ 25 inside Consol was not vacuumed. Out at all And the outside had was not cleaned around the handles or the fender. I took pictures ... if the weather wasnt so horrible I wouldve done it myself and done a much better job… And I will

Dont go there if your car is dirty. Guy at the check-in told me he needed to do a hand-wash, I asked whether they could do a better job with the pre-pressure washing. He said his guys couldnt get everything off and it would get stuck in their brushes. Bunch of BS to not bother with a dirty vehicle, very poor customer service, will not go there again.
