I went through the car wash today Sunday 05/30/2021 with my brand new vehicle with 600 miles on it and a chunk of my alloy wheel was scored. My vehicle is garage kept and hasn’t really been driven I went just to get the dust off. I guess I will have to call the number on my receipt but my goodness. I called the number on my receipt and was hung up on twice. So I will file with the BBB. Horrible place. I will pursue a case with them. It shouldn’t have been that big of a deal and we could have worked it out. Horrible car wash and horrible customer service.
Great place! Great prices! They also had given everyone in the car cookies! Seriously, they are doing it right!
The app technology is a little bumpy but overall a decent car wash with free vacuums
