Moved from out of state so I had to rely on the help of the leasing office heavily during my rental application process. Judy was such a huge help! She’s so patient and kind! Answered all of my questions & concerns and made the virtual experience a lot less stressful. I love my new home. Thank you Judy!!
I just recently moved into The Commons. All the staff in the office have been amazing and so helpful through my move in process. It has felt so easy to make this move with their help. Every time I have called the office to ask a question about something they are very attentive. The community has been very calm and quiet throughout the day and night. It is close to stores and restaurants which makes it a convenient location.

Always quick to respond. They handle all my repairs just as fast and with the urgency that is needed. They even follow up to make sure everything was taken care of. The staff is also very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend living here.
My moving process was very easy & the staff is friendly. Judy & Tayler are nice & professional. TheApartment complex is clean & my apt is bug free! Very important to me! I’m happy with my choice so far

Best thing when i went to the office in the morning to let them know about my water heater, within 30-45 mins someone was at my apartment to fix the issue. not only did they turn it on for me they also brought the case of water up that i’ve had in my trunk for the past couple of days, 😊 … so far a good experience living there.
I had a issue with my sliding patio door. And they did amazing. I called they had a very nice gentleman come out and he fixed it no time.
After seeing a 2 bed 2 bath apt advertised on line, I drove up from San Diego. I showed up with out an appointment at 11 am. I was helped by Judy who explained the terms and gave me a tour of the facilities. After I applied for the available unit and went to a short lunch, I received an email less than two hours after applying that I was accepted! I cant speak for other peoples experiences but Judy was extremely helpful and made my relocation less stressful. The premises is gated with only one entrance and exit, on site security and everything I need is just a few minutes drive.One thing I would like to see more attention to is the trash bins. I havent been here long enough to tell for sure but I suspect some of the residents just fling their trash over the top: some times it lands in the trash bin and sometimes it doesnt. I also would have liked a closer parking spot.So far I am enjoying living here and would definitely recomend The Commons to friends (but not family, I moved here to get away from them). Check back for updates at the 6 month and 12 month mark.
Excellent place to call home! I adore my apartment and the staff are kind sweet and attentive. Customer service is A1! Judy & Taylor are EXCELLENT & the time they took and attention to detail for my move in was top notch I appreciate them the most for making my moving experience one of the best I’ve ever had. I was unable to view the unit in person but Taylor did a virtual tour with me showing me every inch of the apartments to my liking. Judy also took her time with me handling the application and answering all my questions. The property itself is amazing, super clean, nice and well kept. The renovated apartments are lovely, I loveee the huge Roman bathtubs and the accent wall as well as the spacious floor plans and stainless steel appliances. The neighborhood is very quite! You don’t hear much at all but the wind and birds in the morning & night. Very peaceful. Pool makes you feel like your at a luxury resort. I love the dog park as well, very modern and pet friendly! My apartment even has a little doggie night light in the dining room & bedroom, I thought that attention to detail was just too cute ! I give this place 100/100 I have had slum landlords before and this place really makes me feel like I can have hope in these apartments to be safe and give me a peaceful stay while I’m here. So far it has exceeded expectations! Also the neighborhood is prime real estate with literally every restaurant, store ect 5-10 minutes away in every direction. I love being close by everything! BEST APARTMENTS EVER !!!

The office staff NEVER can help you with anything!!! Anytime I’ve ever called they always say they can’t help you that you’d have to contact corporate. I ALWAYS pay my rent. I have paid my rent through out covid and with no assistance unlike more then half of the occupants here. Any time I’ve ever gone through anything the office can not help for example my mother got killed in a horrible car accident and I had to go to her funeral in AZ and I called the office and lmk I would be a couple day late bringing in the rent check since I was out of town could they please not charge me a late fee. They lady said sorry can’t help you and I still was charged no understanding in any way.Example number two I paid online so I could pay early and they didn’t tell me it didn’t go through because of the routing number until half way through the month. So then I was charged a late fee. The next time I did it online it worked just fine. It saves your bank information so I shouldn’t have any problems. Then again with the online paying it did the same thing happen even though I had fixed it. Now I have to pay another late fee because no one let me know till way later why should I be charged for that and when I called to talk to the office the older woman who answered was incredibly rude to me. I said I was tired of the service and she replied well I can’t be I proceeded to tell her she was coming off very rude and I hung up. The girls in the office are very rude!!! I’ve already gotten into it with the young girl in the office earlier last year she had gotten incredibly snooty with me.Example number three I’ve lived here for a year and a half and I’ve been complaining about how there is pee and poop at the end of my stairs it’s ALWAYS smells and I mean since I moved in like fresh dog pee when you walk out of my apartment ALWAYS!! And they have yet to do anything about it. But I get charged fir the maintaining of this apartment complex.Not only is this apartment complex staff completely unsympathetic to anyone’s loss and unaccommodating they are also completely discourteous!! And I wouldn’t recommends anyone to live in this apartment..Also they say it’s 1556 for a three bedroom I pay about 1800 every month even before the pandemic 😷. It’s a ripoff.. it always something extra they charge you for.

She was super helpful from the beginning and kept in constant contact with me letting me know everything that I needed to know before I even had to ask! I am excited to move here! Thank you Renee!
Lots of disorganization! I have always been poorly served by them. A woman named “Zazil Garcia” is totally insensitive and rude. Congratulations! I lived here for a short time, and it was the worst thing Ive ever done in my life.
The entire rental and moving process has been overall really good. I have to sing all the praises for the awesome staff at the commons. Nicole and Renae are the leasing agents I have worked with and they are so fantastic to work with. They are so kind, and super helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The commons loves dogs, and anytime I bring mine in to see the girls they are giving my pups all the love and treats, which shows their big hearts.I would recommend checking the commons out if you are looking for a nice place to live with decent pricing. All the amenities are great, the big pool was just renovated and is really enjoyable.
The constant echoes of motors from the leaf blower ring through the entire first floor unit daily. I also had two children around 9 or 10 open my front door at around 8 at night, it terrified us. They will raise the rent on you substantially.Plus they havent been able to keep their pools maintained properly causing closures during the hottest part of the summer.
I have lived in this community for many years and I am very pleased with everything. Zasil, Tiffany, Renae and Nicole are the best. You are treated with respect and compassion and they go above and beyond to assist in anyway necessary. They are not just collecting a paycheck they are like a family that can and will do anything needed to make your life here comfortable, safe and amazing! THANK YOU ALL!!! Forgot to mention the 5 star rating for maintenance as well. I have never has a situation that was not addressed immediately, great job!!!
Ive lived here for 4 years and I love it. Great environment for my children, super safe, and clean. Lots of improvements throughout the property, from the pools to the gym and the play areas to the road we drive on.. Nicole and Rene are always friendly, greet you with a smile and are always ready to help with any questions you may have. Zazil and Tiffany are amazing at taking care of anything you throw at them immediately. Thank you girls!
Renee represents your company to the max. Shes perfect! And if I owned your company,, she would get a raise and praise. The staff are amazing!!!! We had some minor work orders in the apartment when we first moved in and the office and maintance staff are amazing insuring it gets done. The property is cleaned daily. I am a transplant from Mississippi. Ive lived in apartments since 2006, have been considered an exceptional tenant, and have had very few issues renting even the cheapest apartments (one build in the 1950s costing less than $400 a month).Having said that, The Commons is not a properly run apartment complex, and I can list the exact reasons why. First, let me touch on the good or positive things.+ 1 covered parking space+ All streets and parking were well painted and repaired+ The walled fence was well maintained+ There was not an abundance of garbage (good landscaping)+ The multiple dumpster areas were well placed and fairly well tended+ The apartment complex, overall, is very nice looking.Behind that veneer of proper care lies some real issues you /must/ know about before moving there.- CRIME. In the few months I lived there, I heard of two break-ins, and a stabbing. Our car was stolen, a nearby apartment was broken into, two of our bikes were stolen (the cable cut outside our front door), our car was stolen /AGAIN/ if you can believe that, and a number of known sex offenders and ex convicts moved into the complex. Ive lived in some shady places, but never had this much crime hanging over my head.-FALSE SECURITY. The security features are a complete lie. As Ive said, we were robbed on several occasions. The front gate is often left open at night or opens for several full minutes between cars - letting whoever inside. The back gate, which is supposed to require a key code, a key (to a padlock), and manager approval stands wide open for weeks at a time, letting neighborhood kids wander in, vagrants to poke around at the dumpster areas, and (of course) cars to be stolen from the complex. When the investigating officers asked to see any security footage? There is none. When the investigating officers asked if the security systems for the apartments worked: they do not and havent /for years/. This place is unsafe. Period.- SHADY BUSINESS. Part of the huge cost of living here is the amenities, such as the hot tub, pool, exercise room, community room, printers, computers, and security features (gates, cameras). As others have reported, in the several months I was here, the pool was never once opened: the gates were locked, the pools and hot tub were drained, and no one at the office would ever explain why beyond theres a problem with the pools. I dont swim myself, but many of our guests were excited to enjoy the weather - and locked out. Time and time again.- DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. The staff is NOT pleasant. I get it, were all trying to do our jobs. But I never once spoke to a single person other than Renee who was not condescending, uncaring, and belligerent to myself and my roommates. When the car was stolen, when the guest bedroom reached 98 degrees in September, when the front of our car was sprayed with paint from the fence - we were basically shrugged at.- BEWARE THE LEASE. When you sign in, they will talk sweet and gauge your reactions. Then they will put you in one of two apartments: one of the newer refurbished apartments, or one of the older untouched apartments. The new apartments with dark hardwood floors and new steel appliances look nicer for a much higher price, the old apartments look pretty bland, tan, and uninspired, but are a bit cheaper (with extremely cheap/used carpet). Regardless of what apartment youre shown, read the clauses for breaking the lease and ending the lease CAREFULLY.Chances are you will not get your security deposit back. Period. The lease keeps over $100 worth of fees for cleaning when you depart no matter what, so do not clean at all when you vacate. Not a single thing. Ive spoken to 2 other people who lived there and none of them got a nickle back when they left. One had to pay $80 for the cleaning, and another $60 for power the month AFTER they moved out of the apartment. These fees are in the lease, but not discussed in detail and they /will/ sneak up on you.Between the crime and HATEFUL staff - I cannot recommend this place.
Amazing staff members and very attentive to any issue I bring to them. I’ve lived here a year and 2months and they have ALWAYS been awesome to work with. From Tiffany to Renee to Nicole, these ladies have been amazing. I’ve had a couple issues here and there in the past, BUT they made sure I was taken care of. Aside from the lovely apartments and beautiful landscaping they have here, I’d say these ladies are the reason I keep holding back from moving. They take care of my family very well. I brag to my family’s out of town at how well we are taken care of here and encourage them to consider the Commons Apartment’s in the future if they ever feel like moving to Las Vegas. Mahalo for all that you do. Keep up the good work ladies.
Camden Commons apartments, pools and grounds are maintain to the highest standards and I would recommend Camden Commons Apartments to anyone looking for an excellent place to live. People are very friendlyNicole and her team were outstanding, I couldnt ask for a better management team.If you had any issues with your apartment the maintenance staff were there to assist and ensure your issues were resolved and youre happy with the fix.Again excellent place for families, couples or singles.
This was my mine and my husband’s first place. We stayed there 2 years. The management was always helpful and kind. Any issue we had the maintenance team was quick to fix the problem. No bugs! Thank you ladies who are up in the front desk we’re so very grateful for all you’ve done for us!

The best thing about The Commons, is my daughters school across the street. I agree with EVERY negative comment that Ive read. Zazil (manager) told me that its as good as its gonna get when I reported CONSTANT dog feces in the grass and walk ways. Ive taken pics of the violations in progress and everything. Corporate doesnt return calls. Ive been here 2 years and the first time I decide to enjoy the pool....the key doesnt work. What am I actually paying for? Poor customer service and amenities that I dont have access to. The inside of my apartment LOOKS nice, but so many little problems that just add up. My lease is up soon and Im glad.
Crime ridden, rude tenants. Apartments arent as nice as they say. Maintenance is very lazy and rude, even hateful. Staff is very prejudiced. Rules only apply to folks they do not like. One persons apartment was broken into three times. Another persons apartment was robbed. A two men were robbed inside the complex; one at gunpoint the other at machete point. Security is nowhere to be found. This is kinda ridiculous for a gated community. The only thing good about it is the area.

If I could give zero stars I would.I lived there for the past year...Tiffany and nicole were the only ones that were super friendly and helpful.The property manager ZAZIL GARCIA is the most rude person you could ever come across. She has a major POWER TRIP that she needs to really work on. She harasses and yells at all the kids that are simply playing around outside being kids.She harassed me when my pup took a piss and followed me around all the way to my car because she was accusing my dog of pooping.She is a crazy lady that need to he fired and replaced immediately.
I have to honestly laugh at these Bad reviews of this property and staff, theyre entertaining. Especially the one with the machete, that one is beyond hilarious. Me and my family have been at this property for six (6) years now and have never encountered the amount of issues these people are claiming they are having or have had. The staff is truly amazing and try their best, to their ability, to go above and beyond to make sure their residents are comfortable. Maintenance is amazing and very tentative, when they are busy it makes sense to wait your turn, because your water not being hot enough is not an emergency in the middle of summer when they are working on A/C units. Yes this is a gated community but when the residents invite over there careless friends thats when we have to suffer with a broken gate that wont close anymore, but the good thing is that we have security just a phone call away. When you have an issue after office hours security will be there to help you, like when you have a full party next door to you past quite hours (9:00 p.m.) and cant sleep, its usually quite here but you have a few A-hole residents that think after the office close its party time and people around them dont have jobs because they dont. But also inform the office staff as well, closed mouths dont get feed, and they cant fix what they know nothing of.Six years and my husband, kids nor myself have ever been held up by gun, machete, knife, pepper spray, etc. point and we frequently walk this property at all hours of the night. Beside the riff raft that has moved in and their guest (or illegal resident) this property is amazing. So if your looking for someplace you can afford (because rent is not cheap in Henderson) and a prime location this is your place. Dont let these biased reviews from past resident who owe money to the property, deter you from taking a look and possibly calling this place home.
It is the staff professionalism, attention to detail, and timely response to issues that encourages me to continue extended stays at The Commons. Your office staff continues to perform outstandingly!
Well to start off I am new to the area I moved here the 1st of March from Washington State I did everything over the phone with Tiffany this place is amazing absolutely love it! Tiffany was awesome actually thought we were going to become really good friends lol Tiffany was a huge help to my moving here she made it not so stressful I was able to get a walk through via FaceTime which was so awesome thank you and I really can say that my apartment is beautiful it was clean and well done when I moved in everything works great. I had 1 complaint about a neighbor and that was taken care of immediately and have had no problems sense. if I knew anyone who lived here in Vegas looking for a place to live The Commons Apartments is a nice community to live in. 😊Yes we do have gate issues a lot but that is mechanical and they do take care of it when they are aware of it. The one good thing is that when the gate is broken or stuck open I have noticed security sitting out by the gate so that’s nice also
By far the worst apartment and property management to deal with.Maintenance does not care that your apartment is flooding due to old dishwasher, cockroaches crawling in every day from a cracked balcony door, or bathroom faucet leaking water all day. Since there was no hope of fixing the living conditions I paid the penalty to move out before my lease was even half way through. Not only was the maintenance an issue but even months after I moved out from this place the apartment has still affected me. This place has a “tech package” included in the rent and when I was moving out the leasing office told me to leave the internet modem and cable box in the room. However, 9 months after I officially moved out I get a call from credit collector supported by Cox because I never returned my rented equipment. Not only did this apartment cause me random $400 expense this month, it has negatively affected my credit score. Cox says they tried multiple times to reach me through The Commons apartment which they failed to relay the message to me. Why do they even bother asking for forwarding address upon leaving if they do not relay on such important message for 9 months to me. When I brought up this issue to the manager Tiffany, all she really said to me is that there’s nothing to be done. Or her exact words were “it’s not like we can make the equipment and give it to you.” Obviously, that is true but she could have at least owned up to the mistake of her staff and offered some sort of apology.

We used to live in this complex and loved it. We switched to another one owned by the same company when we had to move back East and it was awful. We looked at a dozen complexes when we came to Vegas and The Commons was by far the best. Great location!We are moving back to Henderson this summer and will be (hopefully) tenants there again. We arent even going to look at anything else because this felt like home to us.Some of the negative comments are so hard to believe. We never had problems with crime, bugs or maintenance issues ever.
I am writing this review as a current resident, and I must say it has been a miserable experience. I just finished contacting the city regarding my complaints. Tiffany P. is awesome and very solution driven the best way possible when it comes to any issues we have, however I have filed formal complaints with upper management and I have been totally ignored for my last two complaints. The apartment is fine, its the neighbors who live directly above is in building 11 that are horrible. They cause so much noise that our pictures have fallen off, the apartment shakes and this goes on from morning until the wee hour of the night. The walls are paper thin so that a huge downside. Still, they purposely create so much noise very loudly and rudely. We call the cops almost every evening, and the next day they either file false complaints with property management to get US kicked out of our lease or they vandalize our personal property. My husband noticed key scratches on his car one morning, we had called the police the previous day. Its not worth moving here when your not supported in your complaints or disrespected by your neighbors, also we started enjoying the pool two days ago and noticed all kind of random teenagers hopping the gate to get inside and not one person came out to look into it from the leasing office. Also, there are a lot of underage kids at the pool with no adult supervision. The property is not controlled, its very obvious. Management needs to do a better job of not allowing tenants to run the place and also there needs to be a clause where residents should live peacefully in their apartment and that it is taken seriously. Think twice before signing a lease here! Once our lease is up and we move, do not move into building 11, they are the neighbors from hell.
They gave our security deposit to a roommate of ours because he was staying in the apartment complex. They completely ignored what it said in our lease that if someone was transfering a new security deposit and application would have to be done and the rude lady with braces who works in the front office said that they did not have to uphold their part of our lease agreement. DO NOT MOVE HERE. the only nice person in the office was Melissa
My daughter live there six months pay rent on time good attend but as the summer came in then the trouble....disrespect rude black black that comment being calle out fight by off duty officer ....report to tiffany and zanail nothing was done to other party but my daughter was kicked out and still looking for apt 9 months later ...who will help the apartment get better... we need to help each other not kick out people and the whole thing was over table in pool where theres not supposed be partys

Absolutely deplorable customer service.Tiffany,Nicole are both completely incompetent.They do NOT return phone calls,they promise services they cannot deliver.There is a reason why these apartments are renting for less than market value...It is because the Management is hopeless.They told me verbatim that they would not run a hard Inquiry on my credit when I applied...Within Minutes I had an alert from Experian with a hard Inquiry.They also told me My application would be reviewed within the afternoon. I waited 6 days.After waiting and becoming frustrated I called Nicole...She was completely rude and combative...She told meI encourage you to find another apartment if you cant wait.I have rented a dozen apartments in my day...I have never experienced such utter and complete nonsense.. Steer clear of this circus.Good riddance.DO NOT LIVE HERE.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! I lived here for 3 years and year one was great after that horrible. They changed management to people who absolutely do not care for you. Key points-vehicle stolen twice-when painting the covered car parking they got paint all over our other car and did nothing-the extra amenities you pay for are never open, example 24 hr pool closed 80% of time- even if you leave your apt in better condition than it was in they still charge a cleaning fee (do not clean when you move out)- bikes that were chained up outside our door STOLEN-cockroaches coming out of tub-people smoking weed it’s all you smell-anytime you go to talk to the staff about issues you may be having they are either rude or just look at you with no solutions.Shall I go on. Not once was my rent late nor did I have any complaints against me. Just a warning to those looking if they want to move here or not. For the prices they charge there are much better places you can find at that price.

WHAT A JOKE! The leasing agent uses a bait and hook tactic to get you there. When you arrive, the advertised price for the unit is $150+ higher. I guess this is a strategy used in LV. Where I come from, that tactic would be illegal. I guess this is what to expect with a town that has no principles and a skill and education level that falls below the national average. Can you say number 50 of 50?
Walk in to look that the apartment and notice the assistant manager was with another customer. Before walking out the room I grab a water and walk around to check out the club house the pool and gym for a little bit, Came back and sat down for about another 20mins while this lady is giving what seem like her life story. Once I was called up I told her Im here to see a 3 bed room she told me they dont show after 530pm. I check my phone it was 540 I told her we have been waiting for for almost 30mins. Then she said well we dont even have a 3 bed room to show. Well can you show me something? If you dont close by 6pm why you stop at 530 while you have customer waiting before that time? That seem really unprofessional. If I was running a business and someone walk in, I would of stop my conversation for a sec and ask what I was here for and let me know that I stop showing at 530 and wont ne able to help. Not have a customer sit for 30mins then say no. Like who does that?
Not worth it...The apartments are outdated, once you enter the apartments you feel like you are in the early 80s. The cost is too high for an apartment that looks that old. The person who helpme was horrible, she simply had no customer service skills. All she did was open the door and let me in the apartment without saying a word. She couldnt comment on the unit or show other areas such as playground or pool the complex has to offer. Since It appeared she didnt want to any business with me, I would take my business somewhere else.
Ive been residing here for almost a year now. I moved in on August 30th, 2017. When I first viewed the apartment I fell in love with it, although when I started living here I began to notice that maintance takes forever to fix a problem, and when they finally come to fix it they complain, and threaten to charge you. For example, my sink got clogged between 5/5/18 - 5/7/18; they not only took two days, and the entire next day to fix the sink. They also came in, and spoke about my house in a very bad way. Saying that the sink smelled back, and they wanted to throw up. I honestly was very annoyed, because its literally your job, so why be rude about it? Im sure theyve smell something worse.Ive also had problem with roaches coming into my house from outside, and not the tiny roaches their massive. Ill attach a picture.I called them on 5/11/18, and ask for them to patch the hole that the roaches were coming through, and they never came. I also requested to be put on the pest control list, so that they can spray the designated areas near my patio, and they still havent came.Two months ago I had to get my gas turned on by south west gas, and when they came in they said that my vent, which is where all of my air was circulating had been full of dirt, and debris, so basically we were breathing in dirt, lint, debris, so basically toxic air, so she refused to turn my gas on until my apartment complex ffixed the issue, which they would have to replace the entire air filter, because she said it was highly dangerous. i will attach pictures, when maintance came in they faked like they fixed the issue when they really didnt, they did not change the entire vent they just simply turned it on and allowed all of the dirt, and toxic air to continue circulating in my house, so once I notice i asked to speak to his manager, and which he let me, and 2 days later they fixed the problem. The main issue I had with this is it was a huge safety hazard for my house hold. They not only noticed the issue, and did not address it, they lied!When I first moved here they did not tell me that if your electricity gets turned off, itll automatically go into their name, so that your power will stay on; and itll charge you 85 additional dollars on top of your usuage. They prioritize which apartments have emergencies, so if they dont get to you theyll come the next day.When I first moved here the alarm system was included in my apartment, and one day maintance came to fix my water heater, and for some odd reason it never turned back on. Later, when I asked them they said the they said they discountined it with the company they were working with. I just feel like a proper notice should have been given, because I moved here for safety, and security. The gates, and alarm system highly sold me, so for them to change their policy without giving notice was very inconsiderate, in addition I have a friendly service dog that I began leaving out of his kennel for security, and I even invested into a sliding door for puppies that allow them to use the bathroom outside, rather then inside when your at work, and they threatened to charge me 50$ additional dollars every time he uses the bathroom outside. So, I quickly took the door down, and sold it on offer up. Its very unfortunate that my dog can no longer be outside when Im not home, but I 100% respect their wishes, and understand.
Ive been residing here for almost a year now. I moved in on August 30th, 2017. When I first viewed the apartment I fell in love with it, although when I started living here I began to notice that maintance takes forever to fix a problem, and when they finally come to fix it they complain, and threaten to charge you. For example, my sink got clogged between 5/5/18 - 5/7/18; they not only took two days, and the entire next day to fix the sink. They also came in, and spoke about my house in a very bad way. Saying that the sink smelled back, and they wanted to throw up. I honestly was very annoyed, because its literally your job, so why be rude about it? Im sure theyve smell something worse.Ive also had problem with roaches coming into my house from outside, and not the tiny roaches their massive. Ill attach a picture.I called them on 5/11/18, and ask for them to patch the hole that the roaches were coming through, and they never came. I also requested to be put on the pest control list, so that they can spray the designated areas near my patio, and they still havent came.Two months ago I had to get my gas turned on by south west gas, and when they came in they said that my vent, which is where all of my air was circulating had been full of dirt, and debris, so basically we were breathing in dirt, lint, debris, so basically toxic air, so she refused to turn my gas on until my apartment complex ffixed the issue, which they would have to replace the entire air filter, because she said it was highly dangerous. i will attach pictures, when maintance came in they faked like they fixed the issue when they really didnt, they did not change the entire vent they just simply turned it on and allowed all of the dirt, and toxic air to continue circulating in my house, so once I notice i asked to speak to his manager, and which he let me, and 2 days later they fixed the problem. The main issue I had with this is it was a huge safety hazard for my house hold. BEWARE. Read before deciding to rent anywhere else. First off, I dont write reviews unless something horrible happened. ( I dont have time). Which I know is bad, bcuz like everyone else I read reviews b4 going somewhere.Okay Ive been here for 5 months and I can HONESTLY say this is a GREAT place to rent.I came from a horrible situation w a Exs. I was scared to Rent by myself as a young female. And so far Ive Never felt Safer. The ladies in the office all of them, but specially Rene & Tiffany have come above & beyond for me w Safety issue. (dealing w the Exs)Another issue I just had the other day. My deadbolt was having a issue. Meanwhile Im freaking out, bcuz I had to leave 4 work in a hour & Im wasnt leaving without my door locked. I called the office. And the maintenance men were at my door in minutes. The door was fixed & better then ever in 15 minutes from my call. Now my Ex who just started Rented a very Expensive apt 2 miles down the road went with a broken microwave along w several other things broken for 3 weeks 😂😂😂😂😂 before he even seen a maintenance man😂😂.Its very clean here. I love my apartment. The ladies in the office are Great. Its very SAFE here. My dogs ( who r my kids) love it here. I walk them around all the time & feel safe doing it. Theres a great gym if your in 2 working out, which Im there everyday.Now this is coming from someone who Hates writing Reviews. But I thought it was great my place was better then the soon to be Ex Husband 😁. And he pays more $$$$$$ then I do😂😂😂
Very very bad management.
To renew our lease, we were informed that our rent will increase by $55 monthly. Renamed as luxury apartments recently, some units have been remodeled, but we dont have one of them. Its gated, but the gate is usually open. Frequent solicitation... Either flyers stuck in the doors or salesmen knocking. Answered the door at 7:30 two nights ago to a Kirby Vacuum rep wanting to shampoo the carpets for free. Ive never seen any security. The pool has been bone dry for at least a month, during August in Las Vegas. The manager has displayed beastly manners every time Ive been in the office. We will be vacating when our lease is up. If moving here, be sure to get a remodeled luxury unit. With the included cable/internet and utility costs, youll be paying well over $1100 a month in rent for a 2 bedroom. Please request Tiffany, she is the only truly polite person in the office. Overall a nice place, but with the pool unavailable, and the nasty, impatient attitude of the manager, acting as though shes doing you a favor by letting you live there.... Raising the rent with no justification was just the push I needed to decide moving was worth the effort.
I would like to start off that I have never missed a payment, made a late payment, nor do I bug the front office team unless it is absolutely necessary. Red flag number 1 was when my husband and I first moved into our apartment 2 years ago, we smelled gas from the stove, called maintenance immediately, they came in and stated they fixed the part and that we did have a small gas leak. The next day we still noticed the smell, they told us sometimes the smell lingers. I took it upon myself to call Southwest Gas to have them come check it out and they said we needed a whole new stove which the office team argued about. We did get a new stove but it was a much older model, thankfully no more gas leak. We should not have renewed the lease after that point because a gas leak is a HUGE deal and they brushed it off as if it were nothing. They have raised the rent over $100 the past year for our 1bed 1bath, we cannot get any renovations or new appliances without paying an additional $$$ increase in rent, we pay extra for a poolside apartment but there is no water in it 11 months out of the year. More recently, the above apartment had a water heater leak which resulted in our outside storage space caving in and growing mold (which I have pictures of). My husband and I are the ones who called the office to inform them, they fixed the upstairs right away yet took a week to redo the drywall in our apartment and who knows what is still underneath the drywall. We come home after a long day of work, it is 90 something degrees, and find that our outlets and A/C unit are not working after the drywall people left. It has been an hour since I went to the office to let them know of the issue, and nobody is here to take a look. This facility is a disappointment, but lesson learned. We WILL NOT be renewing our lease this year and we WILL NOT refer this facility to anyone. I hope major changes are made because for the price of a 1bed 1bath you could buy a 3bed 3bath home. The renovations here are a facade and the staff is absolutely helpless.
Poor & slow response to maintenance requests. Not worth how high the rent charged is. Some office staff are rude. Wouldnt recommend.
I been here 2 months i post 2 photos to show how maintenance fix problemes lol with electric tape to hold the off switch i seen people from out side jumping the fance leaving the pool area called the manager and told me to let them know when i see them i dont think is my job that is securities job i neever seen any of the security people around i dont think we should be callling them when something happen they should be patroling to me thats not a safe place i have some boxes delivered and someone stole them from my door step will not recomend to any one sorry not a good managment im sure they can prevent a lot of the thing that happen looks like npbody care i dont thing the gate should be open at all
I MOVED HERE LIKE IN LATE JULY LIKE THE 21ST OR SOMETHING. I LIKE IT MY APARTMENTS NICE AS HELL WE GOT BLACK, REFRIDGERATOR, BLACK OVEN. AND BLACK MICROWAVE ALL MADE BY KENMORE. WOOD FLOORS, FREE WIFI FREE CABLE, 24 HOUR GYM, AND A BASKETBALL COURT, WITH 2 SWIMMING POOLS AND JACUZZI. THIS IS NOT AN ALL BLACK COMMUNITY IM FROM L.A WEST SOUTH CENTRAL LA I KNOW BLACK COMMUNITIES HAHAHA.! I LOVE THE COMMONS ITS DIVERSE EVRYBODY MINDS THERE BUISNESS AND IS POLITE, THE TWO BEAUTIFUL ASIANS IN THE FRONT ARE THE REASONWHY ME AND MY FIRENDS LIVE THERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DOING LOL. Lived here with my boyfriend for two years and when we renewed the lease, they raised our rent, forcing us to break our lease because it was cheaper in the long run.Dont want to pay an extra $100 in your rent for internet? Too bad. Its a packaged DEAL.Anissa is awesome, the rest of the staff is rude.The washer and dryers are so old and they break all the time. Our rotator broke mid wash and it took maintenance DAYS to show up, forcing us to wash our clothes in the tub. Dishwasher was the same. When I reported it, it took maintenance a week+ to show up after persistant reminding.It broke again shortly after and we didnt even call them. We hand washed our dishes.Random searches in the complexes. And just because they give a 24hr paper notice, they think its okay to enter regardless. Doesnt matter if youre home, or working. They do not give a damn. Not even if you specifically tell them no. No thanks. Its all good.I dont know about you, but Im messy as hell and I smoke weed. Id appreciate an earlier notice. Not hey, were entering everyones home tomorrow!Pretty sure thats considered rude and bad mannered anyways.Tons and tons of unwanted soliciting. Like real life popup ads, only in your doors crack.If you dont like hearing strangers get freaky in the apartment above, beside, and across from you then this is not the place for you.Multiple times, we were woken up with loud music. Multiple times, we fell asleep to loud music. Three buildings down is a guy playing his electric guitar at vol. 10 and above that guy is a guy who plays super loud rap to drown it out........at 11pm.Security does not patrol the actual complex. I saw their security. 300lb, near death pasty white dude. Stage 5 diabeetus. Yah. I felt real safe. *rolls eyes*They drive the parking lot a few times, then park at the daycare across the road and call it a night. Dont even try to call security with your complaints at 1 am. No one will answer.Love animals but think theres a line between normal noises and excessive noises? Camden doesnt. They will straight up put a great dane on the floor above you. Screw your sleep schedule.Air conditioners are loud enough to wake you out of the best sleep you ever had. Yet some apartments have new AC units. How dare you ask for one too!!?The faucets for the tubs come off super easy. It happened twice to me in two different apartments on this property. This causes the water to shoot in a forceful stream to the other side of the shower.Our shower floor made a fiberglass crack noise every time we took a step or moved. We feared falling through the tub on the ground floor. Unlikely, but not impossible. And our tubs condition made it pretty possible. Asked maintenence to look at it. It took them a week to show up, and then they said theyll resurface it. Basically... A car buffer to it, but no actual repairs.Dog poop everywhere. Do not walk in the grass. Not even if it looks nice.Yes, there are poop bins.But do tweakers who dont need pets anyways use them? 😒Some dudes balcony faced the back parking lot and he used to feed the pigeons. Aka, our car was covered in crap 24/7. Actually watched maintenance with our own eyes, using a leaf blower to blow dirt, rocks and pine needles at our car. So dont move here if you care about your car.Its a piece of crap, but its MY piece of crap.Mail doesnt show up until 1-3pm. The mailman has a really bad attitude and takes up to 3 hours to finish his job. He puts a cute little sign up on the door telling people to not bother him. When school lets out and that parking lot is full of people and its hot as BLAZES?.. thats when you can have your mail.They will show you a nice model apartment. 9 out of 10 times, that is not the apartment you will get. Your carpets may or may not actually be new. New to them means they shampood it.Our door jams, yes.. Our door JAMS, detatched from the door frames.Our garbage disposal quit working 2 months in, and went spent weeks AGAIN living in the stench.I WOULD NOT WISH THIS PLACE ON MY WORST ENEMY.

Don’t waste your time or money this place has been a complete hindrance on my life ever since I moved in. They don’t care at all to accommodate there tenants all they say is there’s nothing I can do the staff always has an attitude and there always trying to con you out of more money when there pool doesn’t work and there’s something wrong with there ac system I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE there water isn’t even clear so unless you want to pay to be stressed out and have health issues I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere.
