Have been living here for two months. Nothing to complain. The community is nice and there is a pond nearby perfect for a morning walk while is not too hot. The pools are relaxing and I love the jaccuzi. I feel safe here.

During our visit at the Douglas, it was very warm welcoming coming theu the doors .Page was very professional and was well versed on the community. It was very clear that Page was very customer friendly! Page was able to find a unit that serve us well into our retirement . Page appeared dedicated to assist in anyway possible to provide customer care..Page demonstrated skills of a mod-level manager ! We are now residence at the Douglas. Thanks Page !!Carleto

Just moved in. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. The condition the apartment is in is gross. There are grease stains all over the kitchen walls from the previous tenant and Elysian (now Douglas) management said they cant do anything because its part of the wall now and cant change that. They try to sell you glamorous or luxury apartments with high rent prices but wont even have dignity to do something about these stains before someone else moves in. We also called to have our carpets cleaned because they were super dirty in each room. Who does that? It feels very disrespectful to not have the apartments cleaned before someone else moves in. Save your money, move somewhere else.

This placed used to amazing but it has gone downhill BAD! I was just told by the assistant manager that the amenities included in your rent can be taken away at any moment (which they have been) without notice and you can’t do anything about it. And I pay $1700/month to hear that excuse. Spend your money elsewhere! There’s plenty of other properties that will give you a bigger bang for your dollar. The only thing the management can’t take away is the design element of the clubhouse which is definitely unique and modern

My main home is elsewhere but we were starting a business in Las Vegas so wanted something local. Rented here for a year when it was still Elysian at Stonelake. Staff are condescending.Our air conditioning unit would constantly act up and they never fixed it properly. The gates were always broken. One of these times our car was broken into, but once again, management would not do anything. I called them on many unethical things the year we were there.These are built very cheaply. The cupboard doors kept falling off, the slides would not slide. Our closet shelf came completely off the wall and we found it was never screwed into a stud. when it fell it broke into many pieces as it was just pressed wood. We heard from others that this was common. The bathroom vanity faucet was a joke. When they measured to cut the holes in the countertop, they didnt check for distance, so the faucets would leak all over the countertop since they didnt reach to the sink. We complained but they said they would not fix it, until someone came up with a solution to add a piece of PVC pipe to the end of it and extend in into the sink. BUT we had to pay for this piece, they would not provide it. In checking around, we found that so many of these places are put up quickly and with the cheapest products that will pass inspection. They look really nice at first, but after a couple tenants, the place looks very worn & run down. That is why they sell quite often. Th first company puts them up and runs them for a couple years, then they sell the properties to other companies to put up with the messes.The apartment was used when we rented, but they charged us for carpet spots when we left . We even hired the carpet cleaning company they normally hire, to clean the carpets. We hired a service to clean the full apartment, but management still charged for fees to clean things already done.They allow dogs in the complex that are dangerous. I was almost mauled by a dog for walking down the sidewalk to our unit. The woman acted like it was my fault. The dog was vicious. I reported it and management did not care. we had our car vandalized while living there also. Many times we did not feel safe because the gates would be once again be broken. We were asked to move at the end of our lease. We paid our rent on the day the site opened to pay rents and we did not cause any problems. The only reason we could come up with was that we knew the rental laws better than them and they didnt like when we called them on them. Their staff was not professionally trained as they wanted us to believe and only cared about their own paycheck and having the upper hand.Be thorough and check out these places very carefully. MAKE SURE you get pictures at move in and write everything down on the move in form OR send them a completed form with pictures to the Management company. I found that many of the sites that do it all online do not give you the room you need to notate everything.We will never rent from any Elysian properties again, and will even question other properties by the same rental management company.

A High Tier Gated Community. If youre willing to spend a little extra on top notch amenities, then these apartments are the perfect match for you. Includes a 24/7 community pool, gym, lounge area. Plenty of parking spaces. You can choose to be under covered parking or not. Located around many shopping centers. With restaurants, grocery stores and a gas station just only a walking distance away. As for the interior of these apartments. I am thoroughly impressed. Its like living in a very expensive luxury hotel. They took a very modern yet sophisticated approach at the architectural aspects of this building. Included on our bottom level place is a porch that overlooks the Stonelake. Fantastic views in this quiet and friendly neighborhood. Many paths and areas to walk a dog or just enjoy natures beauty right in our backyard.

I have lived at Elysian for almost 2 years which I think is a great amount of time to have an honest review. I love it here! The maintenance staff is very friendly, they fix any issues within the same day if not the next day. I have had minimal issues with bugs, and if I see any they put me on the list to have my apartment sprayed within the week. They hold a lot of events each month with free food & drinks, they keep up with landscaping very well, and are very responsive to requests and questions. I would say they are a little pricey compared to other locations, but worth the price for responsive staff & maintenance.

Been living here for two years and counting. LOVE everything about this complex. It’s definitely worth spending the extra money because aside from the amenities and apartment itself, the office staff + maintenance are very professional and there when you need it. I get compliments all the time from friends/family on how beautiful everything is. My favorite spot is the grill area facing cornerstone park where you can overlook the strip (beautiful for New Years party etc) I’m so pleased with this place and will continue to stay here. Take a tour and see for yourself, you won’t regret it.

Staff and maintenance are great! The amenities (especially the gym) are equally exceptional. I especially like the apartment walls as I hear little to no noise and the counter with free candy is icing on the cake! They go above and beyond, making the Elysian feel more like a community. A combination of great staff, amenities, and living spaces, make living at the lake a peaceful, welcoming place to stay.

As I write this, Stonelake is the newest Elysian community in Vegas. I got a tour today from Kaitlyn and was really impressed. The location, 24/7 amenities, and public lake next door are all huge selling points for me. Some units have views of the strip, the lake, mountains, or all of the above. Kaitlyn greeted us when we walked in, and after a brief wait in the clubhouse (and self-serve coffee), she was helping us with more information and a very informative tour. Being new, there were some promotional offers if you could complete a lease application on the same day of your tour. Big savings, but for the record I did not take advantage of it. 5 stars.

This is a luxury property and it holds up to that title. The amenities are amazing. Also, the management and maintenance team are also amazing.

Lived here for over a year. Loved my apartment and view but to call these luxury apartments is a stretch. Constant issues with pools being broken down, made numerous excuses as to why they did not clean my exterior windows that I requested be cleaned on day one of moving in, went to go swimming in early spring (beautiful day) and the pool was ice cold and was then told that the budget for heating had been used up because they didnt turn it off during the winter. I didnt see a reduction in my rent because of it so I am not sure how that is the residents problem. Management team is nice but I think there hands are tied on most issues and ultimately you are paying for a newer building with decent location. Amenities are pretty standard.

Weve lived at Elysian for over a year. Initially we had some concerns with amenities changing, but they have resolved any issues. The office staff at Elysian Stonelake was our deciding factor on this property over Elysian west. The office staff here go above and beyond to make every resident feel welcomed.

I have been here for 1 year and feel I can give an honest review. This is a top notch TRUE luxury apartment complex with a diligent and friendly staff. Maintenance issues are handled same or next day and the amenities such as gym, pool, etc are always in good standing (not always broke etc.) The only downside to this (which is not always Elysians fault) is it seems the newer tennants being admitted (by new office staff) need better background checks. But the majority of the tenants seem to be first class people....I guess there are always a few bad apples that squeeze through...

This place shouldnt call themselves luxury living. They charge you luxury prices but are too cheap to heat up the pool, which on top its very dirty! There seems to be break ins quite often and you see cops here all the time! I have lived in other apartment communities where I have paid less, have heated pool and feel much safer. Theres cops here atleast 3 or 4 times a week. Cant wait to move!

Ive toured these units twice. I talked my buddy into renting a 1BR/1BA in March. Cant wait for my lease to be up at The Croix Townhomes so I can rent here!

I was close to renting these apartments. I paid the $300 holding and application fee. They came back and said they couldnt approve me for a reason that I hadnt been aware of and also hadnt been brought up by any of the other luxury apartments I applied for.So One week from my move I asked when I would get my $250 back. They said they had to cut a check and mail it 🤔 (Did I cut them a check and mail my payment? No) They said it would take 7 to 10 business days. I explained that I was moving in 6 days and we all know then youre moving across country every dollar counts, Especially $250. I asked if they could please put a rush on it. They told me yes, but here it is 3 1/2 weeks later and I still havent recived my check. I called several times asking about the status and was told that the finance person who cut the check was out for unforeseen circumstances So the check would not be cut until she would be back. Seems as though they should have someone else in to make sure people get there money when things like that happen.Im now all settled into the View At Horizon Ridge... Great luxury apartments! And still waiting on my $250 from Elysian 🙄 Such an inconvenience and very little care from the staff about it. If you are moving and are not sure you will get approved and you need your money soon DO NOT APPLY here. Check out the View at Horizon Ridge. Or a place where you can pay the application fee separately FIRST and then the holding fee when you get approved. They should set it up like that anyways.
