This photo here shows a motorcycle and toy truck that has been parked here for two months as if this is a reserved spot for them. I think this is unfair they should not be allowed to leave this in a parking stall that other people should be using. This should be stored in a parking garage. This proves to me that the management is very unprofessional. This wouldn’t be tolerated at any other property. Management is awful. They are completely lazy and reluctant to do anything. The staff always makes an a excuse about how they are “trying” whenever you report a complaint but that excuse is getting old. Do your job or let someone else takeover. We are not asking you for a personal favor, it’s your professional duty to assist residents and resolve issues. Corporate needs to take a look at the current team that’s in the office because there’s clearly a lot of complaints that aren’t being taken seriously. Edith is an awful office manager and she needs to be replaced with someone with more experience who has more passion in working in that position. Also, these apartments were not built right. They look pretty on the outside but the inside it’s awfully built. The entryway is always fonky and the hallway smells like everyone’s cooking combined. For these to be new apartments they sure do smell very old and nasty. These apartments have potential but unfortunately the leadership is very poor.

Save your money and find something else. I visited my elderly father for the week and I couldn’t help but notice how awful this place was. There is an infestation of crickets throughout the complex! I even had a cricket jump into my sandal as I walked to my car. I am in complete disgust. I also have an electric Chevrolet car and I barely had access to a charge area. They place their charge area extremely far, near the front of the office which is insane and out dated. There are cheaper apartments who offer much more for way cheaper. Corporate obviously doesn’t care, management isn’t doing a good job. I’m an absolutely disgusted and I feel awful that my poor father has signed a lease with this complex. For the price that these people expect you to pay they sure aren’t clean. I would expect that they’d have pest control but they don’t. These apartments aren’t luxury. They are rubbish!!

I love Edith and Desiree soo much !! Of anywhere I’ve lived this place by far the best and so worth it !! I now live in Ohio and want to move back to Henderson just to live at imagine! They’re very clean, professional and understanding and commutative. The neighbors are friendly and the location can’t be beat !

So on Saturday I met with Desiree and she gave me a quote for a apartment which would be in their new building which is still being worked on and I was told that July 15 could be my move-in date only thing I had to do was just bring in my admin fee and my $50 for my application. So here is Monday where I came in and Desiree was out of office so I met with Jennifer now I was not sure right off the top exactly the apartment number and everything because I left my application at home but no problem I go home I get my application I come back I show her she says OK I will work on this tonight I give her my $400 once again which includes the $50 application fee and a 350 for the admin fee she says I’ll give you a call tomorrow and I’ll let you know and she congratulated me and everything and it was for apartment 2307 for 1325. I received a call from her today at work so she tells me that the apartment actually belongs to another set of individuals who were actually applying for the apartment online it was having issues and her and her coworker was working with them and they they finally got a chance to put their information through in it and it went through and Wala I said to her wow that’s crazy that’s unfair I was told that this apartment was available even a young lady at the front desk told me that the apartment was available I don’t know if Desiree to believe that I was going to come back on Monday but she called me this information she wrote it down she circled apartment 2307. Jennifer is now telling me there is no more available units at that rate and she starts to quote me other rates for different other apartments I ask how can a apartment be available and they’re not available all of a sudden and I gave my information in before these people there and I feel like we’re Garlist if they were trying to get on the Internet it was not being held for them just like it wasn’t been hell for me but I gave my information in first and I told her I would be back Monday I said this to Desiree I feel like it just wasn’t handled well …like I’m very upset and I feel like it just could’ve been handled better and it really sucks and I’m not really giving them a great review I don’t like how it was handled.

When I first move in I was a bit upset that a few things in the apartment had not been fixed and thought it would take weeks to fix but I called the front office and with in a few hours Jason showed up and when I tell you he knows his stuff he really does I had about 8 things that needed fixing and he got them all done so fast he was in and out and maybe I thought it was just a quick fix that they needed but when I had a second issued with 3 other things a month later Jason again show up and came in and did a amazing job and I knew that it’s just how good he is I thought would take a long time to fix but he would fix it show me what happen and how to prevent it from happening again I can say Jason has made my family very happy and comfortable to call these apartments our home because of his help with all the issues and being so professional and polite imagine is lucky to have him thanks Jason

This place is amazing! Nice and friendly and definitely make you feel so welcomed!! Jennifer that helped me with getting my new place was awesome, she was the sweetest lady and very professional, attended to any questions I had and definitely made me feel nothing was trouble that I asked .FIVE ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I’ve lived here for a few months so far and I absolutely love it. Its quiet,clean and inviting for friends. The staff has been great as well as the neighbors. I look forward to the rest of my stay here and would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for an upgrade on apartment living !

Great place to live! I enjoy the amenities and my floor plan is nice and open. the staff here is friendly and very welcoming, maintenance is very quick to respond to and the hallways always are always clean. I enjoy the mini events they have had these past few months!

I have been here about 3 months and love it. The maintenance and landscaping people do a great job. The management people are very friendly and competent. Absolutely great! Its great they allow pets and have an area for them to do their business.

I have lived here since my building at Imagine opened in September of 2017. It has been the best apartment I have lived in by far! While Serving as an Officer in the Army Ive lived in my fair share of apartments like this one from all over the country. While those apartments were similar to a degree, my experience living in this apartment complex has been nothing short of spectacular. The Staff go above and beyond whenever I have a request. Imagine is properly maintained. I saw where one of the door stoppers was smashed in from someone moving and it was fixed within 5 days. The gate also was ran in to and that was fixed within 3 days. The community is great with a few exceptions here and there. Some guests and residents can be a little out there but Id expect that from any apartment complex. Not every experience can be a good one, but they really do an amazing job at trying to accommodate everyone within reason. I look forward to the future and spending more time living here!!

OK 3 weeks into living here and so far I am impressed..and for someone who hasnt stayed in an apartment in more than 25 years it is nice. The grounds are kept up to standards...however not all tenants comply with the rules and general respect of the property so if it looks a little messy it is the tenants doing not a reflection of how the property is kept... The commons areas are nice and used by all and are kid friendly as well as adult friendly. The entire staff have been great and attentive to our needs and respond quickly to request. so thumbs ups from me......

REALLY LOVE THIS APARTMENT. The staff is exceptional and friendly, and the buildings are always cleaned and kept nice. The maintenance man Elijah Won is on point and is very polite. I highly recommend staying at imagine apartments!Especially if you enjoy a polite, clean, and friendly environment for family or even bachelors and bachelorettes.

The staff is amazing, Lindy Lou, Krystal and Melissa are fantastic and so friendly. The facilities are top notch; between the pool, grill, roof top areas and game room. What else would you possibly expect. They are very competitively priced and everyone you meet is friendly. PLUS they sponsor community events.. its an incredibly unique atmosphere, couldnt chose a better place to live.

We were referred by my husbands business partner and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Gerson whom so kindly provided us with great service, he was very professional and answered each of our questions. We were looking for something closer to our childrens school since we did not want to move them and Imagine was just at the right location for us not to mention price, get what you pay for. Everyone is Friendly they not just care about the property but they also show how much they value as us residents.

After I left they hit me with a completely nonsensical bill of $300.00 my rent was never late, we left on time, and the apartment was in perfect condition. I attempted to see what this was about but they made no attempt to get back to me. They just kept sending a bill for God only knows what. Like others have said looks great at first glance but the apartments are built poorly and cheaply, yet the prices are up there.It wasnt all bad but i dont deal well with people trying to take money from me with no reasonable explanation. Where I come from we call that theft.

Went to see these apartments and I have to say I was not disappointed! Beautiful and modern. Was lucky enough to be helped by Gerson who was very informative and helpful. Thanks again!A must see!

So happy I signed a lease here. The apartment I chose is so beautiful & I love it! A big thank you to the amazing ladies at the office who helped me, Lindey, Krystal, there was another lady who got me my folder all together she was sweet! I’ve been to quite a few apartments, and they were the kindest I’ve met.

We love living at Imagine, and Krystal is the best manager. She goes above and beyond to make your experience so perfect. The floor plans are spacious and well designed, elevated buildings, nice pool, clubhouse.

This review is only in relation to my current maintenance request. I have not had any other issues in the 2 months Ive lived here.I put in a ticket the weekend I moved in; end of May. My ceiling fan in my room was making a grinding noise. Maintenance came that week and said they fixed it. The noise still remained. I reopened the ticket. They came a month ago and took my fan, damaging my bedroom furniture in the process. No, one contacted me I noticed this on my own. Here it is another month later. Today my ticket was closed the fan is up but it hasnt been wired and definitely is not in working order. I have been more than patient and polite about this entire situation. I am VERY disappointed with the way this has been handled.Update: The issue was resolved 7/29/19

I have looked around many apartment before moving into Las Vegas, but This Apartment is the most beautiful and safe place to me. Krystal from the office was very sweet and helpful. Ariel was also nice.. I only hope they keep all their promises and continue to help their residents!!!

Super high rent! Great views of creepy Strip Ctr, lovely Car Wash & Poker hangout! Pool is not ready for hot Summer. NOT the new Green Valley District area they want you to buy into!

Great apartments. Great location. Great Management. Ariel was very helpful with my search for an apartment! The amenities are great. Need to upgrade their coffee machine immediately, though.

We toured this property last year and the property sold itself! A year later, were finally moving in! Its beautiful, luxurious and everything you would want in a community . The staff are so attentive. Melissa has made our application process a breeze. Were soooooo excited to finally move in!

This place sucks the worst apartments I ever rented at!! The management is Racist at this property an they steal your money!! I’ve been moved out of there apartments for about a two months now in still haven’t received my security deposit Back yet they keep lien to me saying it a be here Friday but for the pass month it’s been nothing but the run around. I’m still haven’t received my check!! If you are black in young but have your life together YOU DONT WANT TO STAY HERE!!!!!!

Poor management. Went here to look and waited for a while before acknowledgment. Listened them to have a personal conversation. Eventually someone said they would be right with me after their morning meeting, at almost 1030. They open at 9. Good management would have that meeting before doors open and if its a morning meeting that means its your employees and that conversation comes secondary to a prospective tenant. If you dont care about my presence as a prospective I can only imagine how youd treat me as a tenant locked into a contract. No thanks.

DO NOT APPLY HERE for an apartment!!! I applied for an apartment and changed my mind within 24 hours (which you are allowed to do) and they are still trying to keep the $350 admin fee which should be returned to me. Crooked, crooked, crooked. Ive had to contact the assistant manager Arielle and the manager Krystal Lozano multiple times with no luck. Now I am contacting the corporate office. Stay away from Ovation Properties these people are scheisty!_______________You people are really dishonest. I requested my refund within 24 hours, and that was precisely the issue. I even forwarded your Asst Mgr the email which was my receipt off payment online within 24 hours and she still told me she would have to see. Lets face it if I requested a refund outside of the 24 hours, you all would have simply told me no and left it at that. So take ownership for where you fell short. And yes, I did eventually get my refund, but I shouldnt have had to go through contacting all the numerous people that I did in order to get a refund.

Update: The staff inside the apartment is still amazing. Love Melissa & Krystal! In the response below, I was asked to call the apartments...I did and nothing have changed. Murphy passed a few days before Christmas. Ive learned from the experience and moving forward I will continue to hope things get more structured at Imagine. The glitz and the glamour only lasts until the first, second, third, up to countless noise complaints turning into bloody fights that goes unpunished. If that isn’t enough, your loyal best friend/four-legged companion can get viciously attacked and the responsible “neighbor” will later go about their way with nothing but a slap on the wrist. Meanwhile your baby will now have to suffer with extreme anxiety and inability to breathe like the carefree pup he once was 😔. •••Great neighborhood, great building, kind staff...doesn’t stand a chance next to terrible decisions and humans via “corporate” and “neighbors”.

Ive been living here for about 4 months now and wow....just wow...The level of service from the management team, the pristine condition the apartments are keep in and the amazing views/amenities makes me feel like im living at a 5 star resort. Krystal, Ariel and Lindy are absolutely amazing, These ladies are like Charlies angels, They are on top of it 24/7. I love coming down to chat with them after my morning cup of joe. It always puts a smile on my face to see Lindys amazing energy, Krystals lovely smile and Ariels flowing orange hair. What an amazing place to live, i couldnt recommend it enough.

Edith, the manager is the WORST!!!! She as no idea what she is doing and I cannot wait to get out of this place. Ovation must get rid of Edith Maldanado or this property will fail, as it already is.

The best luxury apartments in Las Vegas! My parents checked out this apartment for us and fell in love with it. They were impressed how attentive the staff was. While waiting to tour the place, they noticed a common lounge chair was broken and Krystal and her team fixed it right away! The apartment itself is modern and spacious. The amenities are awesome too. Priscila suggested we check out their sisterhood property Elevate ( it is beautiful too!), but we loved talking to Imagine team, Ariel was so patient with us, even when we were asking so many questions. Thank you for that. Priscila was very kind and I appreciate her making sure we felt comfortable in our new home. Our pups are always excited to see her because she gives them the best dog treats :). We just found out Priscila got promoted to the coporate location and we wish her the best in her future endeavours! The community is always spotless and the maintenance is always well kept, thank you Rosa & Gary! We appreciate you always cleaning and fixing the place :).
