I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I’m renewing my lease for another year. There are things I like and other things I don’t. But you have pros and cons every where.There is one individual who stands out from all other persons. Tommy Norris who is new to the Property Management has a remarkable work ethic. The way he speaks and writes is with great character, understanding, poise, acknowledgment of concerns and gets the job done. I never feel attacked nor do I feel like a burden since Tommy has been onboard. Thank you!As for the property itself. For the most part it’s quiet. I’ve never used the amenities here so I’m unfamiliar with the gym and pool. Updates and communication about the property is outstanding.With the complex being purchased I wouldn’t of even known if I wasn’t informed.Lyn

I’ve lived here for a little over a year now, and overall, it’s been a lovely place to live. Safe, quiet, and I’ve always been helped by the staff, who are prompt, kind, and efficient.I’m writing this review in particular to praise the maintenance team and the front office. My AC broke a few days ago, and temperatures were around 113 degrees. A portable cooler was immediately brought for my bedroom, and the problem was quickly addressed. The whole unit needed to be replaced and it was done so in a day. Several people in the front office kept me updated throughout the process, and the maintenance team (Will) did a fabulous job.In short, I would very much recommend living here, due in large part, to the staff (though i also personally love my apartment).No complex is perfect, but for me, there are far more pros than cons here at Firenze.The complex was recently purchased by new owners, and I was a tad worried, because you never know, but so far, it’s been a fairly smooth transition, and I’ve been pleased.

I moved in this apartment on Saturday July 31st and when I moved in I couldn’t take a shower because the apartment didn’t have any hot water in the shower. The bathroom sink was leaking water all over the floor and the washing machine wouldn’t fill with water. I contacted the after hours Maintenance on Sunday morning and a maintenance guys came out and attempted to fix it but couldn’t. Contacted the leasing office on Monday morning which is today and when I hit home from work the maintenance man was working on the water issue and supposedly but a new water in and told me it would take 4 hours to get hot. It’s almost 9pm now and I still don’t have hot water. This is horrible and not happy with this apartments at all. Definitely wouldn’t refer this apartment to anybody.

Due to recent rain storms our apartment has flooded 3 times in a week ! I’m talking the bedroom and most of the living room ! This made it unlivable due to the smell and soaking wet carpet ! We were displaced to a hotel at our own cost ! There quick fix was dry the carpet and replace the padding, for four days we had to stay in a hotel ! The hole outside which lets the water run in has not been addressed ! This totally unacceptable! I’m am handicapped in a wheel chair and my wife has issues with her breathing ! This has happened at least 3 different times in the last 2 years, totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

You wont find better customer service during your apt. hunt; thanks Matthew R.! After narrowing down my top apt choices by typical parameters, I reached out to each property to learn more, ask questions, etc. Firenze leasing agent, Matt, made this property stand out as a superior choice thanks to his knowledge, problem solving, kindness, and overall helpfulness. Many properties in LV are nice, but seldom do those nice properties come with even nicer staff. Not the case here! Thanks Matt for making the move in process easy and pleasant.

If you want to get woken up every single day at 8am by leaf blowers this is YOUR SPOT the leaf blower wakes me up almost every single day at around 8 am and he stays in front of your apartment for hoursssss i would understand if this was a once a week thing but it’s not it’s almost every single day which I don’t understand I’m so glad I only have 2 months left in this place !

I am not one to post long reviews but I feel as this will help someone like myself. My girlfriend and I are expected to move in May. We have toured and viewed more than 7 apartment complexes in the Henderson area (even some in Vegas) and these are best bang for your buck.For one. Matthew was incredibly helpful in showing the complex and the model unit. He was very honest about the complex and was very detailed about all his information. He made us feel excited and comfortable about the unit we were interested in.The process of actually getting a unit was very quick and easy. I do not have much experience renting out apartments since this is only second apartment I have rented but they made the process painless.The manager Sasha was very friendly and quickly answered questions or concerns I had.When looking around, we considered location, price, and the overall layout of the units and this complex won all three. I know every apartment complex has a few bad reviews due to some unfortunate situations but overall I can firsthand say that Firenze and the staff are nothing but professional and willing to work with you.I am excited to move in and will add another honest review once I firsthand experience living there. For now if you are reading this and considering checking this place out, please do yourself a favor and ask for Matthew to assist you and you will not be disappointed.

As my fiancé and I were looking for apartments, Firenze caught my eye of what I was looking for in terms of design. We visited 2 other apartment complexes and this one stood out as by far the best. Although the location was not what I wanted but we couldn’t pass up on what we saw. Mathew was the best leasing agent I could ask for. He helped and worked with us throughout the entire process and for that is the reason I am writing this review. I can’t wait to move in and get a first hand experience with the complex and apartment itself. Thank you Matt!

When choosing an apartment Firenze had many mixed reviews but I decided to give them a chance no property company is perfect but I enjoyed my stay minus a few minor hiccups, I would like to thank Sasha and Matt for going above and beyond to accommodate my issues during covid and always being pleasant to work with they were super informative and always provided detailed information they are one of the main reasons I enjoyed my time with Firenze.

Was there visiting a friend and within 4 hours my car got towed due to not being registered with the complex. I see they don’t allow people how live there to have friends come over. Very rude people. The security officer was zero help. Would highly recommend no one go there.

Ill first off start by saying I personally talked with the leasing office staff many times with-out posting my bad experiences while living at Firenze. But I can no longer be considerate. Some of the leasing office staff are so unprofessional and lack communication skills especially MYKEISA WILLIS. So far I have had 2 different issues with her. Other issues I had with Firenze ranges from my car being broken into (The leasing office saying their camera system didnt have good quality and delete after so long), The front gate being broken for weeks and/or months at a time, criminal activity involving police and gunshots at the apartment below me, them trying to charge me money to switch apartments when I was concerned about my safety due to the gunshots. And to add on this apartment is known for having serious DV situations happen and the police are always called. And the leasing office does nothing really, I only know of one time when they made the resident move, etc due to the DV complaints. But ANYWHO, do better than yesterday people!!! This is your job and how you provide for yourself.To not end so much on a bad note, I will say that the maintenance team goes above and beyond to respond to work orders, etc. And Matt inside the leasing office has the most hospitality and management skills.

The management is wonderful and super friendly, and maintenance is great and will be there to fix something within 24 hours. They also have fun activities to participate in. However, there is a huge cockroach problem. Although they spray for free every Monday if you sign up, we would still find about 3-4 dead cockroaches in our apartment every morning during the summer (which is excessive even for Vegas). We lived here 2 years and it was the same each summer. The area of town is also not the safest. If you are planning to go from work to home, it’s fine. We never had anything stolen from us. However, being a female who likes to run outside, I was always on edge and never felt safe around the area. We would rent again from the property management, but not this location.

We moved out of state here and the process was so smooth and welcoming. We’ve had good experiences with everything from management to maintenance. The Resident portal makes it so easy to put in requests. Every time we’ve needed something done it’s been done in a timely manner. Thank you to Peter as we usually get him. He’s always kind and efficient. Our problems are always resolved. So thank you Peter and Firenze for making our residency comfortable!

Moved in to my apartment in June. I moved from another state and was really worried to move to another state and not know my surroundings. So far I love my new home. I have met a few residents in my building and they have all been very nice. I really enjoy the pool area that I live near by. I also like that my church is right up the street from my apartment.

We have lived here for a little over a year and it has been great! The front office is kind and helpful when ever I go in. The pool and BBQ area is well maintained and not over crowded. The online portal makes paying rent and requesting service easy and convenient. Maintenance has always responded quickly to all of my requests and have done a very good job. They offer free pest control to residents and it is super easy to sign up and I have seen a big difference before and after. The best part is that I have never had trouble finding a parking spot. It is the only apartment complex that I have lived in that I havent worried about parking and that is a huge relief. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone it is a nice place to live.

Came in for a tour and was greeted by the staff. The model home that I viewed was very nice and made me feel at home. I like that they have more than one pool and that the gym has 24/7 access. Still looking around but this is my top choice so far!

I’ve lived in the Firenze community for 2 years now, it’s amazing. The leasing staff was so welcoming and kind from the day I came to tour the property and every day since! I love all of them . The maintenance guys are so on it and and get repairs done promptly and actually take the time to explain what happened and how they fixed it!Love this place!Keep it up guys :)💕

Noel came to my apartment yesterday to inspect my maintenance request and showed up today to replace the microwave.He was awesome and very accommodating. I was hoping for a brand new microwave oven, but he informed me that you’re out of stock. He then told me that he’d do his best to get me a relatively new one and that it will be clean.Noel delivered and the maintenance request was resolved quickly.My experiences with the office staff have always gone well. When moving in and signing my lease, Sasha was particularly helpful with my many questions.

Since selling my house, I looked at many apartment homes. The staff at Firenze were very accommodating. The Maintenance Crew have been supportive and even gone the extra mile. Since Im 71 years old, I really appreciate their prompt and thoroughly professional service. There is a lovely sense of community. I feel like Im on a vacation.

I visited two models. Wasnt impressed with the first model. The second model caught my eye, however, there was a foul odor inside the unit. I drove around and was shocked at the neighborhood. No thanks!

These are by far the best apartments I have ever lived in, and Ive lived in quite a few in Henderson. I have lived here for two years, and just signed for another. I have zero problems here, and its a great place to live. The units are very nice, and worth the price. One thing that sets this place a part is how nice the grounds of the property are maintained. The maintenance staff and office staff are always very friendly and enforce the rules kindly, which makes for a great community. Overall, this is a great place to live for young professionals, or small families.

Wasn’t aware that this apartment complex is part section 8. It all makes sense now though. They constantly have issues with listing wrong information. Units state they come with garage yet when I take the time to do my research, this information is incorrect. It’s not just Firenze, it’s multiple Ovation properties as a whole. They won’t own up to their mistake but will point the fingers at different people stating it’s their responsibility.See picture below clearly reflecting a garage but when I go to lease this unit of course no garage. I ended up speaking directly to the Senior VP of Ovation, Erica Arthur, and she was nothing but defensive and was upset I contacted her directly with these issues. She was mad that I”put it in her lap” as she stated.Highly **** don’t recommend living here ****Make sure you do your research so you don’t get screwed like I did. I’m stuck for 15 months because no way in hell am I gonna pay to break my lease...

Ive only lived here for about a month and love it so far, Catherine in the leasing office is great, the staff responds quickly to service requests. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the security is a bit of a joke. There was a fire in the middle of the street and I saw two security officers walk right pass it and didnt even bother to call 911 so I did. its not Firenze fault for the behavior of security its Triton. Also I do think they should have cameras pointing at the Dog waste areas because Ive been accused of not picking up after my dog even though I pick up other peoples dog poop. Once again would like to thank Catherine on understanding that matter and trying to help find a solution.

Ive lived here for 2 years and my experience has been great. The staff is very polite and aware of anything going on. I love they have gathering for holidays which I had blast at all them. I hate to move out its very quite and safe but its a little out of my price but if I recommend any where to live is here.

Im sharing this review with everyone today so you are aware of the apartment complex you are about to move into and the lack of empathy from management when you want to leave due to roach infestation. Also, when I renewed my contract for a year the year prior, it miraculously became a 15 month extension instead of a 12 month.Im in my third trimester and battling with high blood pressure. Having roaches crawling across my childrens bottles and dishes does not help the situation. It doesnt matter how often I clean, my surrounding neighbors must not.I reported roaches several times to management and they finally sprayed. This went on for months. They finally scheduled a bomb, which meant I had to box up everything, so moved out for 2 weeks to insure it wouldnt harm my baby or myself. Of course rent was due 1st of the month and no prorate for not being able to live there for 2 weeks due to non paying tenets (roaches).I remained hopeful the infestation would be rectified, however no such luck. Within a month I needed the exterminators to come back. During that visit I was told someone in management had cancelled the 2nd step in the original bombing. Their lack of concern or empathy is ridiculous, as they refuse to let me out of my lease. April cant come soon enough. Ovation properties and Firenze will never get my business again.

I been in Vegas all my life this is the second time living in an apartment, so far I love it here it feels more like a condo than apartment & definitely home, ( hope to never move again) itsi quiet, grounds kept up. Ive met everyone in the office including the manager, you all are just wonderful very helpful always! This was a look at move in next day thing for me! I really couldnt be happier. Nothing is perfect but if anything needs to be fixed its done and I do appreciate the maintenance crew, they are very kind as well & do a good job. The property is nice, but over priced. And they have zero compassion for unfortunate life events. I lived there for 5 years. Paid more than $45,000 in rent over those years. When my husband lost his job, less than a year after our first child was born we could no longer afford their high rent. I went to the leasing office. Even spoke directly with the manager. My options were, stay and be evicted or break my lease. Mind you, I only had one month left in the lease. When I explained our situation they were completely unmoved. Well, when I broke my lease they slapped $2500 on our credit. Do not rent here. All they want is your money.

We like the apartment, I think we pay to much for what it is, but its nice enough. The maintenance team is good and they are friendly. The biggest problem for us is the parking. More than a few times weve come d home from being out at night and there is no place to park near our building, and weve had to park up to 6 buildings away and walk home in the dark. Its not safe! Weve reported the problem more than a few times and it never changes.

The first couple of months were fine, but recently Ive noticed the lack of service at this ovation property. Ive made service appointments that get missed on a consistent basis with no call to say they are running late or to reschedule, Ive made calls to the front office about simple problems that maintenance should be able to fix in a matter of minutes, they let the trash cans and pet waste buckets overflow so that people just throw it on the ground. Although the ladies in the front office are nice and polite, things are not running smooth. Not saying it is easy to run an apartment complex, but it should not be this bad. I would not recommend this place to friends or family. Im severely disappointed.

Lived here for 6 years now and the quality of living has gone down drastically. The maintenance, and landscaping, the office staff quality of customer service all gone downhill. I still appreciate living here, but the difference is noticeable.

Ive been here almost a year and I have no complaints. The staff are friendly and any time I have had any issues with my apartment, maintenance comes by in 1 to 2 days to fix things. I havent had any problems with neighbors because its pretty quite here. I have seen a pincher bug here and there but I get my unit sprayed every other week so big deal. Its close to the airport and strip and theres actually a small shopping center within walking distance. I plan to sign another lease and stay here until I find a home.

I had an enjoyable two and a half years living at Firenze. I received maintenance attention when I requested and had no major issues while living there. I want to give a special thanks to Sasha Zaro who was always helpful, friendly, attentive whenever I needed something starting with the first time I stopped by the property before I was even a tenant. I would recommend Firenze Apartments to a friend or family member who was looking to live in the area. One thing I see some people complain about is bugs, well its Las Vegas. All you gotta do is buy some Raid repellent from the store and spray your entrance like once every 3 months and youll be fine, takes 5 minutes!

Ive been living here for 3yrs and I love it! My lease is up in May, but im going to sign another lease, the location is great. Never had a problem, I had one small incident with one of the staff members, but it was resolved nothing to really complain about. I love my boss lady she has help me thru a lot since Ive been here and Im grateful for that. Come check it out, dog friendly, great layout floor plans, gated property, night security and kid friendly environment. (Just in case you think I work for them I dont!)

Ive been here 6 months. Great place, maintenance is incredible.....always fixed same day. Ive had no issues here, no need to move. Great price, great interior, good utility bills. Whats not to like. Ignore all the negativity about this place.

This place is awful we have had roaches from the day we moved in.It is disgusting they are everywhere in the dishwasher, the cabinets, even the freezer.They come out from behind the cabinets and under the kitchen counter.They spray but it doesnt help.I have a daughter with special needs and a baby and toddler I cant have them bomb the place with them here.They made me get rid of my dog because someone said he is aggressive.when someone in here tried to hit him with a metal bar what do you expect.I have seen other dogs in here that are aggressive.I have always paid my rent on time which is too much for the living conditions and I cannot renew my lease even if I wanted too and there is no reason why.they can keep there roach infested place I cant wait to get out of here!Im not the only one that has roaches I saw the list of apartments that they had to spray that all had the same problem because maintenance left the papers here by mistake it was alot.I do not reccomend this place!!!!

The WORST complex I have ever lived in. Ive had about 11 service calls since I moved in 3 months ago. The maintenance SUCKS and the leasing agents are even worse. I pay way too much for what I have. I would never recommend living here.

The property itself is alright, very regular for the Henderson area. The coffee bar is ok, and the pools are alright, thought they close pretty early. That is where most of the good things end. The management here is terrible! And by terrible I mean they re rude beyond belief, they complain about people using headphones while listening to music around the pool area and club house when they have their own music blasting from the TV. They treat people like numbers not residents.

I have lived here for about 5 years now and can give probably the most honest review of Firenze.At first (in 2013) this side of town was great and the rent was reasonable as well.. about $800 a month. They had really good security guards and I knew them all by name as well as saw them walking by almost every other night. It was safe, it wasn’t as crowded, well priced. What more can I say?Now... (Dec. 2017) It is completely different. Russell and Boulder area has gone to the dumps... (Thanks Siena Suites across the street.) There are always bums digging through the trash. Cars constantly get broken into. It is not safe to walk around the complex after 10pm, and god forbid on the the street outside the apartments... BUT thats not all. Besides all the things I mentioned.. it is EXPENSIVE to live here! almost $1000 a month!? and the Office has ZERO COMPASSION, it doesnt matter if you have lived here for a week or 5 years. If anything happens in your life.. ANYTHING at all. THEY DON’T CARE. If you don’t pay the EXACT amount due at the start of the month you are S.O.L.Car broke down the same month your parents, dog, nieghbor and everyone else in your life died and you only have $900 out of the $1000 rent??? THATS TOO BAD. Here is a $75 late fee on top of that plus $10 a day for everyday late.You have been warned, look elsewhere.Edit: In response to the owners response to my review.... It is not about paying rent being “fun” or not. It is about you guys being so darn greedy and providing your long time residents with Zero compassion. Read your own fine print on the leasing agreement all you want. It will not save you from losing yet another good resident.

Pool is green and looks like swamp water. It is summer time and its getting hotter by the day here In Vegas. Stop being cheap pay the bill and get the pool fixed. Theyre going to have to do it anyways so do it now get it over with we pay rent for our home and ammnenties so get it done. The internet speed at the club house is extremely slow, although they do offer free wifi at the club house for the price we as residence are paying for it so give us what we want. I dont think it would put even the slightest scratch budget to spend an extra 25 dollars a month for some quality high speed internet even my phones internet loads videos faster AFTER I used up all of my 4g lte data. I like spending time at the pool area chillin In the spa catching up on my latest shows on Netflix.I have to go all the way to my apartment In the back to enjoy some quality internet speed. They promote cox services so much they can at least make a deal with them use there business sense. Hey cox give us some faster speeds at no extra cost and we will change our wifi name to :provided by cox. People will think damn cox has very fast internet Something jeez.The gym is fair but who ever layed it out doesnt have much a brain. They put the little 27 inch tv on the side of the gym where you can not even see it while running on the tread mill.Same thing with the computer area in the club house. The chairs are turned AWAY from the tv. The tv near their convenient store is always being hogged by the staff to play there own music and what not. I think they forgot that its there for the residence NOT them. They dont even provide a remote for that specific tv because they want control over it.We are paying luxury prices but not getting a complete luxury experience. Shouldve gone with the pollodium down the streetP.s they advertise 2 resort style pools but they should advertise 1 resort style pool and one decent 3 star hotel style pool.Sounds like a lot but honestly these are extremely easy and satisfying fixes. Consider the people and what they want. Make sure the staff knows that the club house was built for its residence and not for them.

Bad service! In the beginning, I thought wow Regina is very nice. But after signing the lease, all the curtains dropped. She would sigh when you call for help about any thing. Its been 3 months now and still no name in the system when guests come to visit. Horrible.

My experience of living here is bad, it is very dirty with dog droppings everywhere and very insecure, they break the cars of the community and steal the cars, the appliances of the apartment are very old and in bad condition the carpet is very worn out there are many vague in the community and the community is very insecure the air conditioning fails a lot it is orrible to live here and they make the contract for 14 months and I want to go from what is a nightmare
