Horrible place DONT MOVE HEREThey charge you for things that dont work and Ive only been here for 3 months and I want to move. They steal here and there is no security and they are not responsible for anything and they do not give you SOLUTIONS, just PRETEXTS. and the property manager IS SUPER RUDE. You can send me an email to show you the proofThey claim to be luxury apartments and they are not. they are super CHEAP. In 3 months everything has happened to my department .. and when I arrived it was dirty, the apartment had pee. Adding drawers to it were damaged, in the laundry room there was a leak which destroyed my laundry detergents ... and damaged a piece of wood which they were going to replace and to date they have not done. This is such a difficult review to write. On the one hand, the staff, the facade, the amenities and the fixtures are all great.On the other hand the walls and floors are paper thin. For all the money spent on the build out, the building itself is cheap.If you are noise sensitive at all, this is not the place for you. If you are concerned that you might have a noise sensitive neighbor, this is not the place for you.We ended up with an impossible downstairs neighbor who hated to hear us walking, our small dogs playing, or any music and any time of day coming from our apartment. And so she complained. About everything. And each time management tried to resolve the issue, despite us taking 14 steps (all documented with receipts) nothing we did was ever good enough for her. And what was an exciting move in become a nightmare situation. Truly, months later I’m still upset by the entire situation. We ended up moving out months early, because we just wanted to live in peace. For the record, we were never given any citations by the building or by the city, because no noise complaint was ever validated by witnesses or recording.That said, the staff and management were great. They worked with us, were patient with the situation, and were very generous in helping us break our lease. Additionally, I’d like to specifically give the shout out to Abby for all the time and work she did attempting to resolve our situation.

Im so glad i read the reviews before submitting an application. More negative than positive for sure. Super thin walls, things breaking down and maintenance is slow to respond. The same company who runs this place is the same company that runs the Sur702, which i applied for before reading their reviews. Wish i would have read their reviews as well before applying. At least i was still in time to get my holding fee refund but unfortunately, not my app fee. Oh well, lesson learned... ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE APPLYING, NOT EVERYTHING IS WHAT IS SEEMS - not luxury living after all!

Nightmare and dangerous place to live. Abnormal thin walls/ceilings/floors. You will feel like your neighbor is more like a roommate. Not only can you hear them use the bathroom (while you’re eating), but you can hear insanely private conversations unwillingly from the center of your room. You can hear a private phone conversation clearly sitting in any room and the person on the end of the conversation. When you talk on the phone giving private information about yourself go talk in the car because you can hear ever detail that it’s dangerous (or talk in your closet with the tv loud). I put a lock on my accounts and social security. This is very dangerous considering it’s a high crime area. With that said think of your daily life and how you will be woken up multiple times in the night from your walls. I haven’t had a proper night sleep for a long time which isn’t good for my health and driving to work. Thankfully I’m leaving soon and won’t have to deal with it.Most everyone has a story about some criminal activity. Regardless of the camera I had an item stolen in front of the door. I called the police living here over a dozen times over issues. No one did anything at the office. There are other issues with the hot water/ac/Vivint.If you had an issues living here please message me I’m gathering passed/present tenants.This company cannot continue operating like this.

Extremely thin walls. Could hear my neighbors and all their conversations amongst other things. Super small parking lot. So if you want privacy these ain’t it. Ac and heater never work. Multiple maintenance request to fix the issue. Still not fixed. At some point i just gave up on trying to fix the ac issue. I am glad my lease is ending soon so i don’t have to deal with this in the summer again. Hot water last about 10-15 mins at most. Overall the apartment is no where near worth the prices shown. They are actually overpriced. If i could give these a zero i would.

Love. Love. Love! Wonderful community, the amenities are amazing! My husband and I needed our own space and we love it here! The entire community management staff has been nothing but friendly, courteous and helpful. The trash valet is a dream, smart home is awesome and everything that is offered here is such a bonus! I love the high quality luxury living feel in these apartments. I do agree that the walls are a little thin but this is a nice apartment overall. I also like how it’s like a villa away from the city! I love the space in my unit and the marble counter tops. Overall no regrets moving here!

High luxury living away from the city. If you want to live here expect to pay at least $1,600-2,500+ but it is definitely worth it. I love the floor plan layouts. Everyone I met here are mostly workaholics and business motivated people. Such a vibe.

Do not move here. This company needs to be reported to Osha on top of everything else. I walk in and no ones wearing masks?! Even though every business public or private has to wear masks mandated by the governor?! But yet my best friend lives at Empire and he told me all the staff is wearing masks. The front desk is nothing but rude, could care less about anything going on in the complex. AND god forbid anything were to happen! No security number to call if you don’t feel comfortable calling the police. The other properties do! For the amount of rent they have you pay you would think the walls would be better constructed. When i decided to live here I specifically asked about sound and was told the walls are thick and won’t be able to hear neighbors and how well and advanced they constructed it. LIES. I work long shifts as a nurse and come home to gaming and yelling and music almost every night?? We all signed the lease stating quiet hours, but i guess no one has to listen. BETTER OFF MOVING OUT OF STATE OR TO A HOUSE!

Revolution apartments are brand new. My apartment is so airy and spacious and I love it.The staff is great. If something is wrong they fix it right away. They are super friendly and forthcoming.The premises are extremely clean. The pool and jacuzzi is spotless.I love living here. Love the staff.

Wow! I love this place. The ladies in the office were so friendly, and helpful when I came in to lease my new apartment. The facility is gorgeous, and my unit is perfect. Sandie and Brittany helped me get in as quickly as possible, and made things super easy. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment with great amenities. I’m looking forward to spending my summer out by this awesome pool! Thank you Sandie and Brittany.

A poor experience for $1,535 a month. I moved out after 5 months. It’s new construction. Many systems didn’t work. Range, refrigerator, a/c, front door lock, smart home system. It took 2 months before all issues were resolved. It was a hassle. Normal level conversation and music from other units can be heard. Even sex and snoring from the adjacent bedroom was heard. I slept on the couch many nights for peace and quiet. The staff is courteous and professional. They offered assistance, but realistically, it’s impossible to stop the guy next door from snoring. I paid the $2,600 early move out penalty and moved on. Perhaps you’ll have a better experience.

We have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex! We move in shortly and the staff have been so helpful and patient with all of our questions. Brittney has been amazing and accommodating. Abby is very friendly and helpful. You cannot go wrong renting from this place. They provide high quality service and it shows.

Everyone at the office is always so kind and helpful. They even remember little details like where I’m from and my dogs name. They keep they grounds clean and all there staff always says hi and smiles. There is two different workout rooms that they keep clean and stocked with fresh towels and water bottles. By the end of the month there dog park will be finished which I’m pretty excited about.!

Best customer service ever! We are so happy with the apartment that we rented! Everything is perfectly clean, maintenance were very nice and responsive! The ladies at the leasing office were checking out with us few times to make sure that everything is fine with the apartment and to see if we need anything else. The office girls are so nice. My neighbors upstairs are disrespectful. They have a kid who runs around and jumps every single day at night and morning when were trying to sleep and still sleeping in the morning. Guess the adults dont care to tell the kid to stop. Also moving furniture and drilling at 3 in the morning. If I lived upstairs my kids knows better. Born and raised in Hawaii we learn to respect others.

I had a top floor, corner unit. I shared my bedroom/bathroom wall with my neighbors same rooms. I was part of the first wave of people in my building as it was finished later. Didn’t have next door neighbors until a couple of weeks in. You can hear normal talking and if it’s quiet in the bedroom at night, I could slightly hear snoring. Didn’t get downstairs neighbors until 3 months in and I could hear everything. People walking/running up and down stairs, conversations, music, tv....made me wonder how loud it sounded when my dog went up and down the stairs when she needed to go out. Most of it didn’t bother me as this is apartment life, but it’s worth noting. I liked the complex much better in the beginning when the units weren’t at full capacity. Once Covid hit, they started offering “free rent” which seemed to bring in a lot of people, All in all, the complex mostly worked for me and I appreciated the fix rates so I knew how much my bills were each month. Awesome place! I moved from out of state so I couldn’t come up to the property to do a tour. However, they had a virtual tour! I can honestly say this place looks exactly like the pictures, or even better!Alexandria in the office was extremely helpful!!! On our car ride over from out of state, we hit some unexpected, terrible 4 hour long, traffic. So we did not expect to be so late to moving in. Alexandria stayed later for us and also had Dylan in the office help. Both were very kind and professional! I couldn’t thank them enough.The amenities here are awesome! I could name them all but there’s just so many.The only issue I have is sometimes I can hear the neighbors through the walls at night when trying to sleep, but they are not terrible. We just hear some conversations and laughing, not anything crazy.If your looking for a place, I say this is a front-runner.I am glad I decided to move here!

Only been a couple months into my lease and already the worst experience any tenant could ever go through. So much for a “luxury” apartment living. I’ve lived in cheap apartments in the past that never gave me the issues I have experienced living here at revolution from appliances to AC. Not worth the 1,500 a month a pay for.

Best apartments hands down and every one in the office deserves a raise!! Unmatched service, and they are always welcoming and attentive. EVERYTHING gets handled quickly. Property is new, clean, and I dont have anything to complain about. Thank you all!!

Beautiful place, very well designed, clean and quiet. Alexandria, Abby and Dylan are exceptional, very helpful, well organized and responsive. The apartments unit is absolutely gorgeous, the marble countertops, the white cabinets, all the lights, the appliances are great, everything is just perfect! The building is very safe and has a beautiful mountain view :) We are so grateful finding this pretty place and so happy that we can call it home!

The only reason I am giving this complex 2 stars is because of the security system. Other than that...Ive almost stepped on broken beer bottle glass numerous times at the pool when alcohol or glass isnt allowed and the office said Oh well. Beer also spilt into the pool, and the office answer was Thats not our problem 20-30 people partying at the pool while Im trying to swim with my kids and no one is wearing masks. Since it gets packed and no one can social distance you have to wear it mandate by the governor which my family does but no one else is. So if anyone gets COVID here you know why. Definitely was a mistake moving in here.

I was the first tenant when this apartment complex first open in late august of 2019! I went to see what would be different about these apartments and I was shocked! From the club house, to the pool (that was barely getting done back then) to the gym, sauna room, and FREE Starbucks coffee daily. The apartment itself was beautiful, super modern style quartz countertops everywhere! I fell in love immediately. The staff here is amazing too, shout out to Brittany, Alexandria, and Abby for being so sweet, helpful and honest in everything. The contract did not have any hidden fees, or mysterious “miscellaneous” charges like other apartments have. I just recently moved out so I could be closer to work, but I miss this complex dearly! From the people, to the coffee, to the hammocks, to the relaxing palm trees by the pool! If you are looking for a place to live in full luxury for not too crazy expensive this is it! I 100% recommend this place! Everything is brand new and beautiful! Thanks for everything ladies! You’re all rockstars! 🤘

Prices on their website are really deceiving. It doesn’t include the additional cost for the tech package. If the unit is advertised as $1,200 on their site, expect to pay at least $1,500-1,600 total per month including all their additional package costs. Pretty pricy apartment but is honestly worth it.

Such a Beautiful property I lived here for 3 months while I bought a house!!

We love this apartment community. Revolution offers so much more as an apartment community, I dont even know where to begin. I love the cardio room with the spin bikes and of course the Starbucks machine.The office staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Alexandria and Brittany helped me and kept us informed every step of the way to make our moving process so enjoyable and easy and everytime I called the office all the staff were helpful. The maintenance staff are so happy and helpful I put in a service request for a running toilet and Christian was here the very same day! He informed me why and how that happens and fix with a smile on his face.We love Revolution and enjoy it as our new home and encourage anyone to come and see what it is we are raving about!!

Totally love my new accommodations, The staff is awesome Love Britt, Abb’s and Alex Dylan is cool too. I can’t forget the maintenance staff Carlos and Christian.... the complex is beautiful the apartments are ultra modern with super trims can’t wait for some decent weather to use the pool and hot tub, mind you they are open and heated all year but it’s just too cold for me. And no I am not getting paid for this review I am a happy resident but if the girls want they can get me Christmas presents lol

Worst decision moving here. I have to deal with thin walls, neighbors private conversations and LOUD music...I figured i’d be moving into a “luxury” apts. You might as well be living on the East side with the people that live here. VERY unsafe and the office doesn’t do anything or care to do anything about it.
