Very responsive and polite front office. The maintenance team is amazing! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Rent is a bit high but I guess thats just life right now, everywhere is pricey.

The gals in the office were so kind in understanding my situation that I needed to move in asap. They got a unit ready for me quickly. Maintenance is very friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Plenty of parking. Honestly the best apartment complex Ive lived in across 3 states.

We took a leap of faith when we moved from Concord California to Henderson. Sight unseen, other than the website, and after reviewing comments on your apartment complex we called and spoke to the amazing team of women who handled our application. Shout out to Jessica and Madison for their outstanding customer service. We love living here, its quiet, clean and the maintenance staff has been outstanding. Highly recommend these apartment homes!

I have lived at Cielo since 2014 and have enjoyed every day. Its a very safe and caring community. Felicia and her staff are very friendly and do their best to keep tenants happy. Maintenance is very professional and respect your home. The cleanliness in the complex is very important and they are on top of it daily. This is a wonderful place to call home.

The office is incredible there Johnny on the spot the maintenance is incredible they are Johnny on the spot my only complaint is they don’t have enough handicapped spot for parking. My parking space is not legal and next to the trash that is my only complaint I love it here other than that

Of the 20-25 apartments Ive occupied over the years, Cielo is by far the best in terms of both the courteous, competent front desk staff and the maintenance crew who are extremely responsive-usually same day, polite, knowledgeable with a humble can-do attitude. Not having to worry about problems is the reason I stay here in spite of this area being out of my budget zone.

The move in process was very easy and they had a great move in deal plus the staff is super helpful. There was a few minor things wrong with my apartment and once I put in my service request they fixed all the issues right away. Also they have been very helpful with my neighbors during this Covid-19 pandemic.

After unfortunate mishap, our apartment got flooded and needed quick repair. Three maintenance men (Craig, Alex, and Stephen) came next morning, called different contractors that specialize repairing damaged parts of our apartment, and made it through their professional attitude liveable again. Their quick response made all the difference.

Lived there for 8 months and everything started wrong, from day 1. Apartment wasnt ready for moving in because they had a problem with scheduling maintenance so had to wait for a day for them to speed up the cleaning.With the carpet still wet and all the cabinets in bad condition I spent the first night in the apartment.Maintenance always showed up and guys tried to help out (trying to save the relationship I guess)By the time I decided to leave I had the manager screaming at me and I had to calm her down. All this while my daughter and wife were listening on the speaker. Probably she had a bad day or something but still dont understand why first reaction is to go nuts.Gates were always open and anyone could enter any time.I left a deposit for my stay and left the apartment in better shape than when I arrived. It has been 2 months since I left and havent get my deposit back but I got a nice bill from Cielo apartments for 18 dollars...Had to call the manager and when I mentioned about my situation the first thing I heard was that I never left a deposit... After sometime explaining, the girl finally decided to check my file and confirmed that I have a check just about to be sent...Thank you Cielo for reminding me that heaven doesnt exist.

Jen is polite but completely powerless due to corporate rules governing some move-in expenses such as the $250 Administration Fee! I do not do the jobs of others nor pay fees or charges meant to puff the bill. According to Jen, when the market is brisk the fees come out in spades. I can find no value for my money at this location so, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Sorry Jen.

I’ve lived at Cielo for six years and absolutely love it here. The staff and maintenance are awesome. I moved here because a friend recommended it and I’m so glad she did.

Moved in two months ago and so far love it. Staff is great and friendly, the one time I needed maintenance they came right away. Its safe, Gated, never seen any problems here. For what you get on the property and the size of the units its an extreamly fair price.

Good while living there. Sent my son to collections over a $67 floor repair bill NEVER received after move out! Only notification was a phone call from the collections agency 6 months later. Bill would have been paid immediately had it been received. They need to sent it certified return receipt for confirmation! Instead they tell us “we only need to send one notice”! What is that! If you are not going send it more than once or call then do it right the first time.. He had a military transfer and his mail was coming to me so I assire you we never got it!! They did not care about ruining his credit!! Unacceptable Cielo!!! Mail it out the right way not the cheap way!!!

I was very impressed with Cielo apartments. Spotlessly clean and the one bedroom is lovely. I would love to live there but they have no elevators. Too bad that they are not a 55+ community. I do not own a car anymore and would find it hard to get around. I WAS really sorry because this was my dream apartment.

These apartments are currently inexpensive as of July 2018 but they are converting to luxury apartments so I am betting the price will go up in which case unless they do major changes they will not be worth a higher price. Their gym is a massive joke which is terrible for Vegas summers when you cant run outside. They have three treadmills which are all fine, ONE weight machine that is okay at best ( they use a NAIL as a peg for one of the weight settings which has to be super unsafe), and they have 2 ellipticals that are hands down the worst elliptical Ive ever dealt with. One of them is stuck on a SUPER hard setting and does not change, I have tried on multiple different occasions to change it, and the other seems off as well, it seems way to hard on the base setting which is very odd and it clanks and shakes very very bad. I have notified the office about this because again, cant work out outside in July and August and my knees are injured so only option is an elliptical so Id like to use the ones I have available for free but its been at least 2 weeks now an nothing has been done to my knowledge, they both still are terrible. So trust me, do not move here if you want a functional gym beyond treadmills. Which if these apartments go up in price you should get a functional gym for that price. Fine its small but it can at least be fully functional. They also have a tanning room... which if you ask me they should knock that wall out and expand the gym, who really needs a tanning room in Vegas anyways... just go lay outside.

For a few months stay this place is ok. For 3+ years not so much. Very transient place.The apartments are very cheaply built with cheap everything: carpet, cabinets, toilets. Etc.The staff is very friendly and is quickly to respond to any need.If you rent here avoid getting an apartment on the south west side of the complex, it was very poorly designed so there are never any extra parking spots open. People parked in our designated parking several times.Also a punk has been keying cars, including my van four times, and three other neighbors cars. This happened in the last 8 months. Hopefully the bum moved to another place to torment other people.For the price you are better off renting a house which would include a garage (they are $100 a pop here). And would include better everything and privacy.

Lived here for a year and a half! Front office staff is awesome and when I had to break my lease early for a job opportunity, they waived the fee because they found a new renter who wanted to move in a little earlier. Good quality apartments, not to fancy, for a reasonable price!

I lived here a few years ago. Can not wait to move back. No roaches or bugs in my apartment. I repeat, not one Roach or insect ever in my apartment. The grounds are clean. They had put new carpet before I moved in. The paint job was excellent inside. Very good professional work from maintence. Leasing staff a beautiful, kind and down to earth. Definitely recommend and these are by far the nicest safest apartments I have lived in since moving to southern Nevada. Never should have left.

My mom lived in these apartments for around 8 years. At first She was a bit nervous living here, as she moved from the other side of town, since she had been widowed. Anytime there was any issue, it only took 24 hours at the most, usually less to get a response. Her neighbors would come & go, common among apartment dwellers, but ALWAYS enjoyed whoever they were. At the end of her residency here, she had failing health & was forced to leave to an AL facility. The management waived the 60 day notice to a 30 day upon the Drs request & were sad to see her go. Whenever my children & I were there visiting, all employees treated us as family. Whenever they put on an event, they would always encourage my mom to invite us to join them. Thank you, Cielo Apts for giving my mom such wonderful memories!!

Working on my second year here, been going ok and things with the bugs improved quite a bit when the new management bought the place. Peaceful and nice place to live.

Been here 14 + years and pretty happy with the complex and the area.

I will give 5 stars in Cielo apartment. Becuasereally love it here. My parking space is very close to my apartment. We are and the second floor. I love my meduim size in the balcony. I love everything in here. The mail box is safe, the gym is a little bit smaller bit that is fine. They have a computer room. The pool is so nice. So lucky to get this apartment. Staff and manager i forgot there names. They are friendly. Maintainance are awesome!

I lived in the same unit at this complex for 8 years. When I first moved in, the carpet in my unit was threadbare and hadn’t been cleaned. They shampooed it, but the carpet had been in the unit for several years prior to me moving in. This didn’t matter. I was a poor college kid. Everything else seemed fine. All of my neighbors were elderly, so it was very quiet in my building. I also felt safe.Then my neighbors moved away, and I started getting new neighbors every couple of months. Suddenly, I had an ant infestation that was coming from the unit below me. It took me two years to kill the nest on my own because maintenance did NOTHING.With one of these sets of neighbors, I had a strange man sitting at the bottom of my stairs. He was so drunk that he puked all over the bottom two steps and the walkway. I had to clean it up. This is the quality of people they rent to now. My other neighbor, who moved in toward the end of my time there, used to have loud sex every night with different men. You could hear everything through the wall like they were in your bedroom with you. She never went to work, so I’m pretty sure she was using the unit for clients and was actually a prostitute. The smell of her weed smoke used to seep through the medicine cabinet into my apartment. My downstairs neighbor was a heavy smoker and that came up through my kitchen sink.Skip ahead to last summer (2017) and my air conditioner breaks. It’s 116-118 degrees outside and these people didn’t see it as a priority. For a whole MONTH, during the hottest part of the year, I had no air conditioning. I had to go to the office every day and call emergency maintenance every day before it got fixed.I left my apartment in great condition. Everything was clean. They sent me a check for $60 as my deposit refund, even though I put down a full months rent for deposit. The paper with the check said that there was no damage and no charge for damage. I want to know how that equates to me getting back only $60. When I called them I was told by the new management that they lost my file and paperwork, and they told me they would call me when they found it. How convenient. Still haven’t heard back from them and it’s been a few weeks.Don’t waste your time or money. Rent goes up $50 every six months, even if you have a lease. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal, but it’s none of my business how they run this place. I’m just glad to be done with them.

Horrible staff in the office. I practically has to do their work for them just to get maintenance to come. Very poorly built. Bad carpeting and seals on the sinks. We had to spray for bugs on our own. The front gate always seems to be broken. And when you as a renter do one tiny thing wrong it seems like they just write you off. Its like pulling teeth just to talk to someone in the office with out getting snapped at. Luckily we are moving soon.

They are EXTREMELY POORLY BUILT; weve been here about a month & maintenance has had to come fix numerous problems; theyve been here over a dozen times! The seal on the front door had to be replaced after telling maintenance many times it was shot & bugs were coming in; every morning we were sweeping up bugs!! The maintenance guy, Richard is ABSOLUTELY the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH and/or met. He has flat out told us he wouldnt deal with the continuous bug issues and has told us several times he has too much on his plate to deal with all of our issues. We have had to have maintenance come to spray twice for bugs so far. We have also been buying cans of bug spray for in the interim of the exterminator they send. The carpet wasnt cleaned before we moved in; they said theyd clean the high traffic areas once were settled in. The dishwasher has backed up water all over & has been attended to 3 times for 3 separate issues and were still waiting for a final problem to be fixed on it. The toilet in the 2nd bdrm had to be fixed twice; once because the bolt(s) were completely broken & the toilet was not stable & a second time because of the seal, it was leaking a puddle on the floor. Richard caulked it & said it should fix the problem. The master bathroom has MAJOR WATER DAMAGE to the linen closet which we were told would be ordered & replaced but itd take a month, no mention of it or installation of it yet. The linen cabinet is where part of the bug issue is and bugs mainly under the sink where there is and inch & a half gap under the cabinet that could easily be sealed but Richard insists thats how all cabinets are built and refuses to do anything about it. So, Richard just caulked the general areas that are water damaged & said thatd fix the problem; it definitely hasnt! There is an infestation issue which Richard refuses to believe/admit & said were the only apt. in the entire place 2 have this issue!? That does NOT MAKE IT ACCEPTABLE!! They are accountable & should address the issue!! We also have paint bubbling every time it rains & rain is leaking into the master bedroom window. Our apartment WAS DEFINITELY NOT MOVE IN READY; NO ONE SHOULDVE BEEN PLACED IN THIS UNIT, IT WASNT EVEN CLEANED PROPERLY! We had to clean all the surfaces & inside cabinets etc. I rate this DUMP at ZERO STARS; once youre moved in youre treated as an inconvenience if you have any issues. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOURE CONSIDERING IT!

I hope this is the last time management gets switched out. I know if I need anything I can count on the girls in the office. Felicia, Maddison, and Jessica thank you ladies!!!

If I can give this place a ZERO, I would. I lived there for 1 year and 4 months and NOT ONCE was I LATE on my rent ($915 for a 1 bedroom). I caused no problems, there were no issues. My lease was up in October so in AUGUST per the leases 2 months AHEAD requirement I went to the office to let them know my lease was up and I was going to be moving out. The girl pretty much dismissed me and said that was fine, it would just go from MONTH TO MONTH. I BLINDLY listened to her figuring that well she worked there. She might know what she is talking about.When I went to turn in my keys the girl at the front told me I would be charged 2 months rent because I didnt give a written notice. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT. She said it was in the lease. I GET IT, BUT SINCE THE 1ST GIRL TOLD ME THAT WAS FINE I FIGURED SOME RULES WERE CHANGED OR SOMETHING AND I LISTENED TO HER SINCE SHE WORKS THERE; I FIGURED SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. NOONE EVER GAVE ME THAT PAPER!Well apparently I was wrong. It does not matter if you have been the PERFECT TENANT. They dont care. I can barely pay the 915 for ONE MONTH. What makes them think I can pay 2 months?! The office does not even care, all RoseMarie kept saying was IT IS IN THE LEASE, IT IS IN THE LEASE. Well great RoseMarie. Thanks for that.On top of that, the apartments are MEDIOCRE. My microwave was extremely old. My carpet was old, it started coming apart. The lightbulb cover from my FAN in my bedroom fell on top of me while I was sleeping! But i never complained! I should sue.

The Worst,most Unprofessional, Bug Infested, filthy Uncleaned Carpet,&Water damaged, place Ive EVER LIVED AT! And for the rent amount, NONE OF THIS SHOULDVE HAPPENED! We were STUCK THERE FOR 7 MONTHS! Everyday some new PROBLEM HAPPENED! I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to this dirty, dump of a complex! On top of the Cockroaches, Earwigs, Spiders, and btw Rats, yes Rats, running around outside our door, Nothing was taken care of until I called several times to several different so called workers their; and even then the Minimum was done. The head maintenance man lied and argued to me until it got done or I had to leave 2take care of my Dying Father who I lost while fighting while trying to keep my Apartment safe for my family! Water leaks, spider infestations to the point we only could use the guest stryin&bathroom, & the tip of the ice burg of PROBLEMS, whom I argued with the supposed head maintenance nit/person, we were breathing black yes black air thru the smoke or fire smoke infested a.c.&heat system. The people who finally, after 6 months of complaining, attempted 2clean the ac/heat system, said this system needs replacement not cleaning bcuz they could Not clean it properly due to too much grease, smoke dirt heat&GOD only knows what else was inside the ac&heat system! There was and is NO Talking to the front desk people or most of the maintenance people. There was one and only ONE person there that cared and tried helping his best and did as best he could&it was the 2nd in charge maintenance man who was a Kind&Professional maintenance I do not remember his name, unfortunately; but I can say it Was NOT RICHARD! I have never in all my life been so upset frustrated &helpless,until I lived@Cielo Apt.s in Henderson, NV. I still cringe at the thought of that place. If I were the owner Id start over and clean&fix all issues before Id rent out anymore Apt.s. Thanks but no thank you. Good luck is all I have more2say to Anyone looking2live there.

Very nice short visit today. The young lady who showed me around - her name is Alex - was simply wonderful, polite and showed interest in the possibility of my daughter and I becoming renters. NO LOYALTY TO THEIR LONG TERM RESIDENTS!They rent out short leases and that bring in people who dont care about the place. The front office is cynical and non-empathetic bc the turn-over is so constant they have become desensitized. My next door neighbors are a bunch of young traveling sales men who are only here for a couple of months. The management office bent the rules & allowed very large German Shepard in. They havent been picking up after him and leave him unattended on their patio (on the first floor).The other apartment by me just evicted the tenants after 2/3 months due to violent behavior and never-ending cops showing up.We had to put security guards on our windows and sliding glass doors.I renewed my 14 month lease has asked them to provide me with a closer covered spot. I walk past an entire building and down half the block to get to my spot with a 3 yr old & groceries. I can park closer in an uncovered guest spot but during the summer I have to choose between walking in 120 heat to the covered spot or leaving the car in an uncovered spot. Im not trying to be a diva here. When your son is crying because the seat buckles are so hot they can fry an egg and Im carrying 4 bags of stuff ...it sucks!! I thought I had a compelling reason but every time I go to discuss it they have brushed me off and said I asked too late, all the spots are assigned to residents. I asked them to let me know if that spot or something similar can be made available to me when it becomes unassigned again. Finally after the fifth time they finally stopped evading and told me it was never going to happen. Here were the reasons they gave me: 1. Its a rule we never break. If we do it for you then we have to do it for everyone. BUT at the same time they say that no one by me has ever asked for a parking swap in the history of the apartment complex. 2. The parking was assigned before any of the managers worked there but was decided by a parking expert so therefore, my issue with my covered spot cant be valid bc this unknown expert knows better. 3. Its on the lease so I need to deal with it and if I left it wouldnt matter because they have a waiting list and Im only upset bc I didnt get my way & not because Im looking at another summer where I have to deal with this parking hassle.The more you implore them to treat you as a loyal tenant...the more insulted you get and the more they remind you that you are replaceable. And my rent went up $50 after the first year!

This place sucks they will Tell you you didnt tell them that you are leaving after lease is up they will make you pay an additional amount of money they will try to have your car towed away if you have more than one car They suck at their jobs in the office they seem friendly but theyre just badd at their jobs

They tried to milk us for a lease termination fee when we moved out, despite our lease being up. We even have 60 days notice we were moving out when we were paying month to month with no lease. Awful business.
