I signed my first lease here at Vantage in April 2018 and moved in shortly after. When I first moved in I was so pleasantly surprised by what a beautiful complex it was. It was amazing, the units are large & modern, the amenities were lovely, the staff friendly, and the community among residents was incredible.Notice all of that is past tense… it WAS. Now however is an entirely different situation. They have completely used the pandemic as an excuse to do almost nothing with upkeep. Our landscaping is half dead through the whole complex. Our new flooring in halls is ripping up after just months due to inexpensive materials and poor installation. Our hallways are dirty, have chipped paint throughout & are rarely a comfortable temperature. Our entry gate is nearly constantly broken. There are constant water pressure & temperature issues. I literally could write 3 pages on the poor maintenance alone but that’s not the worst thing. The worst is the direction the management staff has taken. In just over 1 years time there has been a 100% staff change throughout. All management, maintenance & security staff that used to care & at least try to be accommodating to residents have been replaced. We used to have a manager who lived on site to deal with emergencies that came up after hours. Now everyone is gone home by 5pm & good luck if there’s an emergency because you can rarely find the overnight security officer to deal with it. The staff here now seem overwhelmed by their jobs and the residents are the ones who suffer. It’s a pattern to be told that any part needed for repairs is back ordered and for your maintenance request to then be canceled without completion. On the flip-side of that if you attempt to resubmit claims or make inquiries about grounds maintenance, amenity upkeep, neighbor complaints or anything that a normal resident would be concerned about you then are labeled as being a complainer & of harassing the staff. There has also been an uptick in crime on the property. In just the last week there’s been 1 car theft, multiple cars broken into, criminals caught in the act of trying car door & apartment door handles & a homeless man seen sleeping in the pool cabana. I have personally seen police on site 5x this week alone. Yet there’s been no communication from management informing residents to be on alert. The security is sub par at best. As a widow living alone I no longer feel safe on this property. This is not a place that exudes luxury anymore however we still pay luxury prices and have been subjected to rent increases that are much higher than any previous yearly rent increase we paid before. They also refuse to negotiate on lease terms stating all residents are now offered the same flat fee increase. This is illogical and unfair in a complex whose rental prices can vary by thousands of dollars per unit placing a much higher rent increase percentage on those in smaller, less expensive units. Also not every resident is the same, it’s actually insulting to know that my 3 plus years as a model resident gets me exactly the same treatment as those with multiple complaints filed against them or those with poor payments history.I used to think I had found my forever home here, however the current condition of the property and lack of genuine concern from staff is appalling and I will be leaving after my current lease is up. It would nearly take a miracle to turn this place back into the incredible community…it WAS!
Want to give a shout out to Tanya. She made our move in experience smooth. She was quick and readily available for response with questions. The maintenance staff has been friendly and attentive when issues have arrived. They have shown fantastic follow through. The community is fabulous and the people have made us feel so welcome. 😊
Since moving to Vantage 6 months ago I am already a part of the community with many new friends. The location is excellent for all of my wants and needs. The maintinance staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and the sales management office is always around for answering any questions and assisting with deliveries, any complaints or issues, and recommendations for any place you may think of for things or services you may need. The pool area is super nice. I love living at Vantage.
Bjorn was a great host in showing me the property. This place is amazing. If your looking for a place to live this is definitely the location to be. The sights of the Vegas strip are amazing. The infinity hot pool is amazing and the pools are great. Nothing in Vegas beats this location. The fitness center overseas all of Las Vegas, whats better than watching Vegas sights while working out.
Tania is the best. Beautiful clubhouse and outstanding location with breathtaking views of Las Vegas. Love the modern aesthetic and great group of neighbors. Amenities are very nice and easy to access.
The wife and I have lived here for about a year. MOLD is literally in 50% of the apartments here. It is very sad because this place has so much potential and we love it here.Vantage is amazing but I would give them 2-3 years to get this mold/water problem under control before moving here. These pictures are from my apartment.
NicoleIs always attentive to any issues that may arise!Good environment for living
We moved out about 3 months ago and could not be happier. DO NO RENT HERE. We were charged $160 for cleaning after we moved out and the place was cleaner than when we moved in. Management is ignorant to the state of the facility. Hallways are old and tired. In 2 years of living there we had the microwave replaced 4 times. The appliances are old and in need of constant repair. The windows were cleaned once during our occupancy and the grounds really need attention. We now live in a new community and pay $500 less than Vantage. There are better options out there so just pass on this one.
I really wanted to like the place but I just couldn’t. The staff is unprofessional and rude and the units are dated.Nice looking apartment on the outside but the second you enter you start to see where they fall short. Stinky carpets, stained walls and doors, aged cabinets, dirty windows that I’m sure have not been cleaned in years.
Disgusting lofts,Look great in pictures but extremely beat up the second you walk in.
I’ve been thinking of relocating to Las Vegas/ Henderson and this property really caught my eye! Took a tour and instantly fell in love with several units! Between the well put together model units, the views, and the really helpful agent that we worked with Dominique (she was awesome) this place is at the top of my new home list!!
The worst apartment community in Henderson! DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will be disappointed, definitely not worth the price of rent. The apartments are cheaply constructed! They let just about anyone move in. Would give 0 stars if I could!!!! Don’t be fooled by the appearance..
I’ve lived in the apartment since 2014, I left for a few years when things got rocky onsite with the property renting to almost anyone. The police were often on site and there was even a death in one of the building when I was there in 2016. The property was great between 2014 and 2015 and decided to give it another chance because I loved the units. I became a full time resident again as of January 2020.The building is great, the units are beautiful and you definitely pay for that. The amenities are beautiful however with so many unreasonable rules it’s hard to enjoy them. Like most people who live in Las Vegas our friends and family do not live here. When I have my parents come to visit they cannot use the pool or amenities because I have to accompany them. Not only that but the rule says only 1 guest per resident. Which means I can only take my dad or mom to the pool area not both. When I’m working my parents can’t go to the pool on there own because I need to be with them to baby sit. If your coming from a luxury apartment in Los Angeles this isn’t something you’ll experience. It’s totally unreasonable and maybe I’ll be considering other properties without micro management and where my friends or family can enjoy the pool without me having to babysit them.
I am a nanny and my boss lives here. I spend a lot of time here given its my job to watch their kid here and its a great neighborhood. The pool area is well kept and over looks the strip. The workout area has the basics and is great. The apartment itself is spacious and modern. (which is definitely my style) From my understanding it is not cheap to live here but if you can afford it I recommend it.
Mr. John Weaver the main Owner for Vintage is amazing. Love this property and my unit.
They look like beautiful lofts however, when my roommate and I came in to take a tour all they had was a video to show us. The rent is 1000+ more expensive then other locations in the area and you don’t even have a physical tour to give us? Other locations have a designated unit that is fully furnished to show interested applicants and they are a lot cheaper. On a positive note you could paint the walls whatever color without asking.
Dominique, Bjorn and the property manager have been friendly and warm from the start. They’ve delivered on everything they promised and the entire complex is gorgeous, safe, and very secure. There is underground and covered parking for the residents and a security guard who monitors the premises 24/7! Also, because of how and where the complex was built, there really isn’t a bad view from any unit. The prices are extremely fair. I looked at several nearby apartments and was going to get WAY less for the same price. I’m so glad I drove by Vantage Lofts and had the chance to meet Dominique who immediately helped show me around. I was sold from the start! Oh, and the pool and hot tub are amazing! 🏝⛱🙌🏿
What a beautiful place. I viewed 3 units and all were very different. I was quite surprised at how knowledgeable Dominique was on each unit and its specifics, she was fun and very personable. What sold me most were the amenities, not much more you can ask for. Henderson is definitely helping to sway me on my potential move to Vegas.
I visited a friend and was first excited to visit vantage, but after being on property I realized that this place is a dump. Management couldnt be bothered when my friend, who lives there, took me to take some tours at apartments. They were all chatting and doing nothing. So it looks nice from the pictures, but the management is terrible... so are the finishings. Definitely not a luxury complex.
We LOVE living here. It feels like we are on a forever vacation. The floor plans of the apartments themselves are fantastic.,the views are amazing, the pool and spa divine. Management is 5 star. They make an effort to know everyone and the community events each week are great. My husband and our 3 kids are delighted we made the choice to move to Vantage.
I saw this online and live out of state and am planning to move to Vegas in next six months. The units and pictures look amazing but hearing your reviews on staff and maintenance just made me want to look somewhere else now. MGMT and Maintenance are very important in my book to wanting to move to a community and you struck a BIG NO for me. Its to bad looked beautiful but when lousy mgmt and maintenance is not good
Where should I begin? This place use to be great about two years ago, but now its falling a part. The management clearly does not know how to manage a property. The place is literally falling apart! My boyfriend was forced to pay for carpet damages in his unit b/c of a stain that was there before he moved in. He requested new carpet at move in and management said no. He is still disputing these charges. The management is notorious for making up rules as they go.Dont live here, go down the street or wait until Lifetime GVR is built. You are not getting Luxury for the money you spend here. Until they replace the management, dont live here.
Visiting from the Bay Area last week & wanted to check out some loft feeling properties in Vegas. I didn’t want to look anywhere near the strip so I did some research & the reviews for Vantage came up very positive. Upon my arrival, Dominique (leasing agent)made sure showed me what floor plans were available. She was very helpful and very detailed about each unit. I am moving to Las Vegas in June & this is on the top of my list so far. Great staff, great place & great location right off the freeway.
Where should I start?! Tania is the best thing at the property. She’s very helpful at helping you comfortably spend 3k amount happily because Dominique her co worker is a reflection of Art. The manager Art think’s he owns the place and usely deflects any importance to the ladies. The ladies deflects responsibility back off on him. Hence now your playing ping pong with the properties alleged management. Besides Tania they do not care about you the customer. Art is to important for direct conversation (Queen of England) he say’s he will email you and he won’t. Whoever owns the property best bet is to get employees who care or suffer lose on an potentially cool located property. This is ghetto luxury in its finest form. Anyone can get onto the property. Cracks in ceilings from earthquake. Inexperienced maintenance staff. Everything is outdated for the price. Not to mention how people’s dogs echo throughout the building. 1/3 of the staff is customer friendly. Great view though.
Im going to go out on a limb here and suspect this recent review was written by a man who didnt like the outward appearance of our leasing agent by the colorful verbiage he chose to use. Im also going to suspect that when he doesnt get what he wants in other aspects of life, he chooses to lash out in an attempt to harm people and businesses by writing reviews that speak more to his character than the real issue at hand. Thankfully he wont be living in our community anytime soon. The truth about Vantage is its thee best community you could ever be a part of...and it all starts with this beautiful human Dominique, who runs the leasing office along with Bjorn and John. All three are amazing people just trying to do a difficult job. I, for one, applaud them for the way they do it. Ive lived at Vantage for two years and I cant imagine living anywhere else. It literally pains me to think of not living in this place. Ive had the great fortune of getting to get to know some of the best people Ive ever met, and Dominique is usually at the center of it all. She organizes the best community events that truly bring people together and has helped build relationships Im confident will last a lifetime. Do things always go perfect? No, nothings perfect. Do notices about community-wide fire-safety inspections go unnoticed by certain residents who chose not to read them? Yup. Do we maybe need to respect peoples time and make appointments to walk a property? Absolutely. In real estate, thats protocol. Do young professionals use their cell phones nowadays to conduct business? If you dont, youre irrelevant. But people are so quick to judge because they dont get their way. It wasnt weird at all for me to make the appointment to walk the property, in fact, every respectable place Ive ever looked at requires it. I find if you respect other peoples time by calling ahead instead of just showing up, they usually respect your time back and give you everything you need. I was blessed at what I found when I came to Vantage Lofts; thee hands-down best communitie Ive ever lived in and ever will find, and I cant imagine living anywhere else. Thank you Vantage team for doing what you do. This place wouldnt be what it is today if it wasnt for the three of you. Keep up the good work.
We have a corperate office on Green Valley Pkwy and I was looking for a residential space that was close by, not only for myself, but for a few of our Upper Managers. I found Vantage lofts online. I had the pleasure of meeting Dominique as soon as I walked in. We touredUnit 3222, I believe, but also the Model unit. Floor-to-ceiling windows, lots of sunlight, just a beautiful place. Dominique was extremely knowledgeable of the property and helpful to all of my random questions- I already felt like I was a resident. For me, when I’m paying a higher price-point I’m buying into a culture. I felt like this is a place I would like to call home, especially if I get to see Dominique everyday!
There is no place in Vegas like Vantage!! Friendly office staff, great community events, and an unmatched view!! John, Dominique, and Bjorn are all so helpful and have created a community that I haven’t seen in 3 other apartments in 5 years!! It’s hard to think about living anywhere else!
I am happy I am moving out. I have asked repeatedly for simple and courteous respect when living here and after 15 months I have yet to receive it . I am genuinely confused on why there is so much hostility between tenants and staff. On top of maintenance men walking in on me twice with no consent to enter, there is horrible treatment by staff about it who would not even apologize. And when I told another tenant about it their lawyer told me I was disturbing their business and breaking the lease! Why wouldnt they just do their best with helping tenants feel safe living here.Worst off, the leasing managers lied about my rental history saying payment was not received because if insufficient funds when that never happened. I feel targeted here and I had to get a lawyer for this! I paid on time each month and somehow late charges still accumulate and they act like it is a courtesy to remove them when they need to update their system. Most importantly, when I am now moving out because of such treatment and more, they told me I have until Sept 5th to move, and all of a sudden they tell me that I will be evicted if I do not move out by the 4th - this is not accommodating, kind, or safe for anyone to live here. Especially for renting the 3 story penthouse loft at $3099. Worst of all, my neighbor was filming me with a drone inside my penthouse and they denied that there was no record of this when they knew about it, as they contested that he was only filming the view - WHAT A JOKE. Dont live here!!!
My wife and I recently relocated to Las Vegas. The entire “moving process” has been a very hectic and stressful experience, until we stepped foot into your leasing office. We were immediately greeted by Dominique. She was beyond professional, personable, and very knowledgeable (about not only the property but Las Vegas as a whole). She took time to answer ALL of my wife’s questions and took us on a tour. We were completely blown away by he property. Although we have two other communities to look into, I’m leaning towards Vantage. Thank you so much.
We were looking to move in, the unit was less than perfect and the establishment has some history, but we liked the architecture enough to outweigh the cons. We applied and $100 later were rejected likely because the manager John was having a bad day. Theres no way in the one hour, and fighting with Cox cable he could have reviewed all of of the documents. I took time out of my busy schedule to demonstrate our good rental history and it was likely never even reviewed. I have been in this property three times and have noticed staff arguing with vendors, tenants complaining about management and a host of other issues. I showed the manager I had enough liquid to cover the term of my lease and we were still rejected based on a 5 year old dispute on my wifes credit report. Im concerned the number of open units is reflective of this manager and his attitude. There goes $100.00, hope it helps save your managers job, his attitude isnt doing this place any favors. Beware applying here because they will pocket the fee and make an arbitrary decision based on how many property issues they have in that day.
Current resident. Beautiful property, poorly maintained and mismanaged. If youve rented for a while you know why that could be a problem. Luxury prices for below average living...when brought up to management the only option they offer is to let you out of your lease. Just save yourself a move and keep looking. Youll be leaving as quick as you arrived. When you tour, speak with residents about THEIR experience, and dont be fooled by anything else.
Absolutely stunning views and we are in love with the 2 bedroom loft! Dominique was amazing and really took time to answer all of our questions and give us a thorough tour of the property.
I have edited my review to respond to the feedback below. It is unfortunate that only publically through these reviews, management will apologize. When I informed them that I had three men barge into my apartment in the name of a fire alarm protocol that was not properly communicated to residents, Biorn intentionally stated he would not apologize for that. This is the second time a barge-in has happened and the first time was with the maintenance man knocking once and immediately entering without consent. After dealing with, Cassie Trujillo, the regional manager about this and other issues, I am convinced they want to sweep things under the rug and not help their residents feel safe in their own home. I have presented helpful suggestions like posting notes on our doors but no one has entertained my suggestion. Instead, Cassie wants me to sign a contract for me to take my review down and to not share my poor experience with others - how corrupt! I continue asking, why are you so determined to not provide stellar service with a lovely attitude.Further, the manager on property, John has a reputation for being trivial and petty. He accused me only weeks after moving in that I was mistreating my service animals. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I would wave to him from my apartment when seeing him and he would just stare at me - it was really weird and until I brought it up, he changed superficially, as he gossips severely about residents to other residents he favors. Is it my ethnicity or gender? Because I am genuinely perplexed why I have been treated so poorly, especially renting one of the two penthouses on property. There are several other ill tactics on their part that is inappropriate and unprofessional. If you are a young female, you may feel unsafe living here, as management does not offer protection regarding how they communicate when they need to enter your home.My only complaint is about management - everything is beautiful like the view and the architecture. It is too bad management doesnt value the quality of respect and interaction with their residents. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Great contemporary design! Home atmosphere! I am forced to change my opinion and raiting about your management team. I cant get back my deposit check about 4 months.
You will be required to have renters insurance to pay for damages caused by VANTAGE . Unfortunately this was once a good property. Do not let aesthetics of this property jade you. These are gorgeous but the reviews here, Yelp, and other sites will explain a lot. You will notice that a lot of tentants had the same problem over and over . Feel free to email me for more accurate details. Carryelle.md gmail
This place is absolutely amazing. The staff especially is kind and professional a rare combination. I am personally surprised at how pristinely maintained the grounds and amenities are. There never seems to be a spec of dust on anything, no rusted gates, no soiled pool furniture, it is truly amazing, I do not know how they do it.The Lofts themselves have incredible floor plans and appointments, not to mention most units come with spectacular city views. Located just off Gibson and 215, I can get anywhere in 15 minutes. Also, Horizon Ridge has got some really high end and casual dining and shopping areas. Just a terrific location. It is the best of cool, open modern loft space with high ceilings and huge great rooms, but with a shocking and important detail: private bedrooms, huge master bathrooms with rain head showers and gigantic walk in closets which I have found to be a rarity in competing loft properties. So, in short you get the best of high loft living with the convenience of single family homes. The kitchen are amazing too with waterfall countertop kitchen islands with cooktops and stainless vented hoods ceiling mounted and beautiful real walnut wood 60 cabinets with contrasting wenge wood cooking island cabinets, absolutely stunning!Of special note are the incredible pool and spa area. This area even has a gigantic 30 person infiniti edge jacuzzi with underwater love seat and unobstructed panoramic views of the entire valley including the strip. There is even a his and hers indoor locker, changing room and shower space for post pool side clean up. The amenity my family and I enjoy the most is the impeccable theater room, it is a real theater room with 120 screen, killer over scaled modern lounge chairs situated on multi levels. I lived at Loft 5 and The Modern (Park House), also know Soho and Newport. Hands down Vantage Luxury Flats and Loft Living is the best Loft community in the Las Vegas and Hendersonarea. Tell them Ken Wolfson Interior Design sent you, they will take special care. Good luck with your search! I found my home, I wont be moving for a long while.
The worst management staff on the planet. Dont move here unless you have a few extra dollars each month in additional fees.
Terrible service .. flew in from New York had two days to look at a few apartments in Vegas so my time was very limited ..Waited for Katherine Kim the leasing agent for 30 mins and when she gets back she tells me she’s done working for the day .. I was there from 415 till 437 according to the website and to Kim they close at 5 for all showings
Great people and great place.
Great Property
