Mauricio is awesome! He’s so professional and so nice! He always says “yes” to every problem and fixes them right away. He never doubts or questions, and if we do have a question he looks at it and solves the problem right then and there. He remembers you and makes every experience great and comfortable. We’ve only had a handful of minor maintenance requests, but I can say the maintenance crew is quick, very knowledgeable and the best around. Maintenance here is amazing! Sending out a huge thank you!

The Verona Apartments were amazing, we were dealing with Selena one of the property managers and she was so helpful. Gave us lots of information and made us feel comfortable and confident before putting in our application. We truly hope to get approved to live in this community!

Ive been at this complex for several years now and I can definitely say its one of the best values in the south/southeast area. Im not sure whats going on with some of the other reviews, but Ive literally never had a problem with the office staff. Any minor, human discrepancies are always handled professionally, politely, and promptly. Ive worked with Taryn and a few others and theyve always been great and super helpful.I want to give a special shout out to the maintenance crew too, specifically Mauricio. Ive only had a handful of calls in the few years Ive been here, which I think speaks for the quality of their work itself. Mauricio is always there lightning quick, always remembers me, and always fixes the problem. Last year I was having a tricky problem with my AC unit intermittently short cycling. He never doubted me or made me feel bad even though a couple times he showed up and it was suddenly working fine. He still went out of his way to check on everything. The first time it happened while he was there, he instantly recognized the problem and was able to fix it immediately. Mauricio is the best!

Maurico is the best part of Verona apartments. He is always so friendly and helpful when anything needs maintaince at my apartment. Thank you for always being so awesome! :)

Armando was the GREATEST!!!!!! He got the closet fixed and the A/C in under an hour. He cleaned up the dust and made sure everything was set back in order!! I love it when Armando comes to do repairs!!!!!

Our unit A/C had gone out on us midday in the July NV heat and we could feel the whole apartment start to raise in temperature, quickly becoming miserable. I created a service tag for maintenance to come service the A/C system ASAP as my wife and I work from home and have two young children all day inside with us. We were very fortunate that Armando came to take care of the problem for us, and we were even more fortunate to have him show up as quickly as he did. Armando was extremely professional in his positive demeanor and attitude, which is always reassuring when any technician is entering your home. He clearly knew what he was doing, as he explained to me the cause of the issue and also what he was going to do to fix it for us. Most importantly though, he was very thorough in his work, the issue was cleared right up, we havent seen the problem come back at all and we have our cold A/C back in action. Thanks again Armando, our home is comfortable again thanks to you, and my little family truly appreciates you!-William Hampton

Security properties has really run this complex into the ground. I used to love living here now I can’t wait until my lease is up. They have added all sorts of additional unnecessary “services” to add fees onto your rent while consistently closing down the amenities people actually use. When ever you ask the office staff any questions they never have an answer and are always just “really sorry”. Today when I went to the pool on my only day off one of the newest office workers informed me the pool was closed because they had drained a little of the water out and then literally laughed in my face when expressed disappointment. If you are a prospective tenant or have lease renewal make sure to read the contract CLOSELY. They have changed the wording to say that they may increase fees throughout your lease. The maintenance team is awesome though.

Mauricio responded to my maintenance issue quickly while also going above and beyond to make sure it was 100% fixed.

This apartment complex is really nice! I went to visit for a few days and honestly Im jealous. I wished my apartments were this nice. Everything was clean and like new, the pool and gym was fun to use, and the apartment was comfortable. Staff was also very friendly. Maintenance (Mauricio) was in a golf cart once and helped me with directions. He seemed to be a reliable and hardworking man. Also, the place seems to be a quiet and safe neighborhood.

This gated community has transients diving in the dumpsters all of the time. We have had persistent issues with some residents as well. We have reported violations of the noise policies to the office but no action has been taken by management. We are hesitant to go outside of our apartment at night because we dont feel safe! Here is a lovely picture of my neighbors apartment who has managed to shatter EVERY single exterior window... Its been over 6 months and they still live here.

Had a maintenance request that was taken care of very fast and Maurico was very profesional. He took care of my problem and even a few other things that’s I had forgot to mention to the office. As well as he followed COVID protocols which made me feel safe in my unit. Plus he is eye candy!

How can I say this, I love my home. Everyone minds their own business and the neighborhood is quiet. The amenities are very nice, of course due to covid-19 certain things are limited. Amazing!! I was very skeptical on moving from the Bay Area to Henderson. Not knowing where to start I called Erika with Verona Apartments and she was outstanding. I was able to get settled in with in a week. She made the move extremely easy for my son & I. The environment is very family oriented, safe and clean. The management is heart warming, generous and provides excellent customer service. They were able to meet all my needs. Being able to stay here was a blessing for me. I am grateful for the people here at Verona. A plus is its affordable :) Highly recommended!

I been living here in Verona for about 3 years. When I have any issues Mauricio would always come over and fix any issues my unit has. From plumbing to heating issues, Mauricio would always work hard and fix. I really enjoy living here the staff in the office has been so amazing and the maintenance people there to help and support us all has been fantastic especially Mauricio. My family appreciate him so much because when ever there is a problem that the kids caused hes there in a flash because he understands. The whole staff has had this an enjoyable experience.

I recently had a chair taken from my patio and returned broken by maintenance. Management has shown no interest in my complaint nor have I been compensated. I have also requested that maintenance call before coming to my apartment and they continually knock without calling, as well I requested that a certain maintenance worker to not come near my apartment and once again Management hasnt respected my request. I will say when I have spoken to Yalanda in the office she did show empathy and concern unlike management.Not to mention that the replied thats on this review thats from owner but it definitely sounds like the manager herself and Im not happy with the credit that was issued Im not if Im not happy with the manager calling my phone repeatedly back to back not only want that not professional but it was more of a cover her but this is what I did for you since its happened to you not satisfied with the decision that was made for me at all Ive requested not to have Mauricio around or do any of my service request because I felt uncomfortable with him manager Taryn constantly ask if its ok for Mauricio to do the work orders which is a huge disregard to what I expressed multiple times, maintenance is short staff and theres a high turnover of office staff not to mention my rent has increased $400 in a year. The property added a amenity that was given to us and has turned into a non opt out additional bill that only operates four days a week. The apartmeoutside look good on the outside. The patios are horrible and someone is always recording someone with out their consent

I moved in to Verona about a month ago, I am very happy with my choice thus far. Its a very quiet complex, the office staff is very prompt and friendly. Maintenance is fast. Definitely a good place to rent.The staff is accommodating and friendly. Erika is efficient and helpful. My favorite is maintenance. They are friendly and prompt. I feel as though Maurico is my personal maintenance guy. He is the person that always responds to my maintenance request. It doesnt take he forever and if possible my issues have been resolved on the first visit. I would absolutely recommend this property. Good quality for the price.

I been here for a year and I love it here its nice and quiet, the only down side is we have no patio because of apartment we choose. The apartment is nice and spacious its well kept out side the area and around complex, and I like the fact that they communicate with emails regarding any issue going on with the community. So far I havent had any issues with anything here.I forgot to mention maintenance is good Mauricio is very friendly and nice.

Erica got me settled in my apartment very quickly. I saw the apartment on a Friday and was moving in on a Saturday. Maintenance staff seems very on top of things as well. I had a small issue in my place and it was taken care of within 10 minutes.Update: Maintenance is very very quick. I had an issue with my sink. Guy came same day and fixed my problem within 10 minutes. Still very happy here.

This 5 Stars is for Yessica. The Assistant Manager at Verona. Her people skills are amazing. She knows how to communicate informatively and effectively. Her retention time is on point. Youll never wait too long for an email or a phone call, if youre expecting one from her. When renting an apartment, communication with your leasing office is everything. Theres nothing more frustrating than playing phone tag and stalled communication. Thank you for your consistency and attentiveness. Its greatly appreciated.

I would really like to give credit where its due.I’ve lived at Verona for almost 1 year and if it wasnt for Erika, we would have never got the apartment. She was so friendly and helpful since day one. I am so grateful for her help and kindness to helping me get the apartment. Till this day, she is professional and attentive to the residents.Yesica, I have also interacted with frequently and she has been more than wonderful to my family. She is easy to talk to when theres an issue and tries her best to attend to the problem. She is very professional and friendly.Mauricio and the other maintenance staff have serviced our apartment a few times and they are ALWAYS fast to fix the issue. They are professional and make you feel comfortable when they are in your home.Unfortunately, the homeless issue in the area is a problem, however, Verona staff and Corporate have done their absolute best to help the situation. They have installed new gates to ensure safety for residents. They also immediately call enforcement when needed.

Maintenance team is incredibly fast, friendly, and mindful. Armando was able to come in and fix the service requests I’d submitted plus a couple extra things I brought up while he was here, all within 20-30 minutes. Thank you for your great work!

Erika is very accommodating answering our questions prior to settling in Verona. Its very hard on our part since we are in California and we cant check the unit in person, but due to virtual viewing with Erikas help, we were able to check the unit. She made the process easy and quick.

Erika and Yesica have been very helpful through our experience here at the apartments. The apartments are very nice and quiet. The maintenance team is always very fast to respond to any inquiries. Overall we are very happy with our living experience here!

Move in process was easy. Wish there were cameras throughout the entire complex and not just the front gate and office area since our truck was broken into our 3rd week here and we’re pretty sure it was our neighbors. Gated but very low security here still. Aside from that, maintenance is a breeze. Our favorite is Mauricio! Every time he comes in he’s always so nice and never seems burdened to be here. He’s helped us a lot already!

My roommate and I have been looking everywhere for a place and for some reason kept running into obstacles or rude front office people. Maria at Verona was incredibly helpful, positive and explained her answers thoroughly to everyone question we had. We applied the same day, and she helped us every step of the way.She’s a gem! I had a really great experience with Erika. Great customer service very helpful people. Erika was very nice and shared all the information with me. Very patience with and my wife. Very clean and safe.

The staff at Verona are extremely unprofessional and make the living experience awful. Since living here, my neighbors have broken through all of their windows leaving glass by my doorway and garage, they yell and fight all hours of the night, they will aggressively knock on my door until I open the door, they take up at least three parking spots, one of which is has all four tires blown out and is undrivable. The cops have been called weekly and still the Verona team has done nothing. Ive been dealing with these issues for almost a year now and have seen no efforts to improve the current situation. I am also not the only one with these complaints as my neighbors are also dealing with the same daily issues. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else but Verona.

I’ve been living here for a couple months, and recently I had a maintenance problem. But the leasing, Erika and Armando helped me. Once I put my work order in they fixed it right away. Very understanding and patient. I love their customer service...

Had a problem with my shower faucet leaking and Armando with the maintenance team made sure it was taken care of quickly and correctly shortly after putting in the request. He was very polite about entering my bedroom space and explaining the issue to me. He even came by later in the afternoon to make sure everything was still working. Thanks Armando!

I’ve only been here for a week, but so far maintenance has been awesome. Whenever I put in a request, that same day maintenance comes and fixes the problem. Mauricio is the best. Hes knowledgeable and very attentive. I like that the maintenance practices social distance and always wears their mask.

Maintenance Technician MouricioI moved into my apartment a few days ago and my fridge and dryer machine required a minor fix up and Mouricio was very quick and to the point with getting the job done. Even though my request was only for the fridge originally he still took the time out of his busy work schedule to assist me with my dryer as well. Top notch dedication to his client and positive attitude. Thank you so much, both appliances work like a charm!

Armondo and Mauricio were very thorough and respectful when fulfilling a service request at my residence. Both young men are very helpful and knowledgeable about their duties.

Loved our apartment when we came in for the first time. Spacious rooms, bathrooms, and living room. Loved that both bathrooms were full bathrooms and even better that we have laundry in unit. Few appliances were not working but management was quick to fix all issues. I was very afraid about the area and management being rude from previous reviews and things I’ve heard but my experience has been great so far. And the area is just fine. Very happy with our choice and hopefully it stays this way!

It’s an APARTMENT with an attached garage and a view. Location is great. Rent is reasonable. Management & maintenance staff are on point.

We have been a resident here for 2 years now and really enjoy it and what it offers. Recently had our floors cleaned while we were out of town and they did a fantastic job. From the office to the maintenance staff they are awesome and very friendly! Never had to wait more the 24hrs for anything to be looked at or fixed and the grounds are always kept clean.
