Customer Service Could Really Use Some Help And Seems Short Staffed And Slow On Most Days, But Ive Never Got A Checked Turned Away Or A Problem Cashing My Checks...

Im upgrading my rating now. The wait times have been improving and for the most part been good. The trick is the date or time of day you go in. We dont go on the 1rst, 15th, or on popular pay days if we can help it, and try to get there before people get off work. They need to do western union and some other stuff separate and just have a check cashing/money order line separate.

This place is Fantastic.

Worst place ever too bad there’s no -5 stars to rate them.The girl on the front make me wait 10m to help me out Even though there was like nobody in front of me, she then said me about 20 questions to Finally said. what can she help me with? So I said I wanted to cash a check ( about 15mins now) Then she says I would have to verify the check hold on a second(she went in the back I could heard a lot of people talking laughing around ) she came back and said I’m sorry it’s Sunday we can’t do that right now.

Make u wait a whole hour just to serve you... without even acknowledging your there. No sign stating they don’t take online baking!!! Horrible experience!!!!!

They was very helpful I didnt have a check book but had an account so they was still able to help me and give me the funds I needed

This place is busy everytime i come here and they always have 2 ppl working with a long line!. It shouldnt take almost an hr just to be here to cash a check either have 3 or more ppl working or tell the only 2 you always seem to have working here pick up the pace.

There is never enough staff to support the amount of customers. Loooonnnggg wait times. Add all of that to a horrible smell of dirty dish rag. Someone in upper management needs to fix this.

VERY BAD SERVICE HONESTLY THE FIRST DAY Q I WAS AVIA MANY PEOPLE AND IT TELLS THE MANAGER I CAN TAKE CARE OF A SINGLE CASHIER AND I SAY I CANT AND OPEN THE DOOR AND GONE AND THEN THE CASH SAME VERY BAD ASKED MY INSURANCE MY AID AND NO I KNOW SO MUCH TO BE ABLE TO SEND A MONEY AND TODAY I RETURN TO CHANGE A MONYORDER. I WAS CHARGED 40 DOLLARS.
