My visit to this store was amazing!!! CHARIAN, The manager is so on point, she is very welcoming and knows how to treat a client to the best of the best. She did not make me feel ashamed to be borrowing money. Specially during Covid I’ve had bad experiences to these type of places but Charian was delightful. EVERYONE PLEASE GO THERE. NO NEED TO BE ASHAMED.

Omg! I have never experienced such fast and friendly check cashing location. I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now and the teller that usually helps me (Charian) gives such great customer service. I’d pick this place over all the other check cashing locations.

Takes way to long for simple things. Only one teller when there should be at least 2. The lady helping me had awful customer service. To many steps just to cash a payroll check. I was in line behind 1 customer for 15 min. Then on my turn i filled everything out and i was missing one phone # so i stepped to the side for 10 seconds to retrieve the # from my phone. Then the employee helps another customer does not go back to help me and i had to stand and wait for another 20 min to be helped. Then i couldnt cash my check because by the time we got back to me my office had already closed. Took me 45 min to find out relatively quickly i couldnt cash my check. This was a awful experience and i will NEVER go back.

I recently went to this location and the teller was rude, slow, and the wait too extremely long and I have an ankle injury. Standing forever was painful, when I finally got to the window she wasnt very kind and acted as if she really didnt want to be there. After almost standing in line for thirty minutes I reloaded my card and left, I went somewhere else too do business because she was rude. The store was hot as always, they never really turn on the air and I cant stand it for long. Theres not enough cashiers too help you, the lines are so long and so is the wait. This has been a problem way before the pandemic.
