Website clearly says closes at 8pm. I arrive after driving 30 minutes to walk in an unlocked lobby where it looks as if the employee is getting high on drugs behind the counter and to hear we closed at 7pm. With no signs whatsoever I finally find the time sheet where at one time it did say 8, however today it looks as if a kindergarter got ahold of crayons and colored the wall with graffiti and somehow painstakingly got 7s in somehow.

Great customer service

They have serious customer service problem and very rude staff, especially the African American lady at the front desk.It’s so bad you can’t make your payment online and they got only two stores in the Bay Area. That sucks and you have to come to the store to make cash payment. I am so terribly disappointed.

Absolute waste of time. For small stuffs also they take 1 hour.
