Made an appointment for 10 am, walked in 10 minutes early was told to wait. At 10 another customer walked in and was taken right away. Two workers were just sitting at their chairs watching me. Walked out and will never return, terrible and dirty place with unprofessional staff. I saw a staff dump dirty mop water into a pedicure sink and then serve the customer that came in while I was waiting. Do not recommend, disgusting place and unprofessional!

This salon DONT even deserve a star. The nail technician looked like she didnt even want it to do my nails she was very rough. She didnt caught off the acrylic that was lifted and did not sealed it before applying the new acrylic. In the pictures below you will see the bubble air the edges are lifting she didnt Dust Away the excess after filing. Not lying this was done today and if you see the pictures is not from yesterday from a week ago is from today acrylic it already started to lift. She didnt train my cuticle and you can see some product on top of the cuticle to. Please dont waste your money here go somewhere else.

Ive always had a great experience here. I get a basic manicure as my nails are long. Usually a pedicure and my eyebrows threaded. I have never had an issue here the all the girls work diligently. My nails usually last 3 weeks.

My first mistake was coming here the second time much less the third, for convenience. Big mistake. Don’t come to this place, their gel service for nails is pathetic. I got my manicure in gel done and not only did they take over an hour to complete, the gel came off within 48 hours. Their equipment does not work and so the gel was not drying. This happened to me all 3 times, but because it’s close by I kept coming. Never going back.

Had to write another review because it was upsetting. I wanted to give them another try because I felt that maybe things had changed. They charged me $92 for an sns dip gel set. The girl had told me that it would be a pink polish and ended up being clear, which is why she had to use a gel polish. I would not recommend them as the quality is not up to par.

People are not cordial and the gel polish starts chipping very soon

I traditionally do not write reviews but feel like I must here. I went to get a manicure and left with about three cuts on my fingers. I feel like I was butchered and did not enjoy my experience. I gave this place another chance and you would think with no customers there that they would be able to focus more on you and give you the right attention. I left there with abrasions and minor cuts on my nails/fingers. Something I have never really experienced before. I will not be going to this establishment anymore.

The lady who did my nails was very nice and talkative, but it was the worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life. The lines on the French manicure were all different shapes. My nails weren’t the same length or shape. Not to mentioned GEL POLISH PEELED OFF IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. Even the file and block the woman used were on their last leg and barely worked and looked so gross. I wish I could get my money back.

I have been here a handful of times, for acrylics and eyebrows. Eyebrows were decent. Maria is very kind, she did my nails perfect both times. If something is bothering you about your nails you have to SPEAK UP and she will fix it. If you’re very picky about your nails go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE I paid $55 for a very bad job, this salon doesn’t even deserve a one star it deserves NOTHING my acrylic nails Is very lumpy rough and gross it looks like I need to get a new set!! And the lady that did my nails her name is Maria!! She had a very bad attitude and was very hard on my nails, I nicely asked if she can remove my ingrown toe nails and she said it’s state law and she can’t do that, I also nicely asked if she can make the acrylic thin as she can and she was just very rude about it. I DO NOT recommend this nail salon whatsoever. I WANT MY REFUND. Not to mention all of they’re polishs is OLD AND LUMPY

I went there for a quick wash cut and blow dry. The hair dresser was rushing. The owner was watching as if she was a body gurad. Their more aboyt money!

Honestly I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the only reason why it’s been because Joseclyn worked there and I just found out she’s no longer working there. She’s an amazing nail tech. I went on Feb 13 and I had no issue but I only like when Joseclyn does my nails. She knows what she is doing and I’m never disappointed! Where ever she goes I will be going. I will no longer come here.

I gave it one start only because theres no option to give 0 star. This is the worst salon ever. They are extremely unprofessional, and dont know what they are doing. The first time I went to get my nails done. It took them 2.5 hours. they kept gluing and taking them off repeatedly. And by the time they were done, my nails looked fat and ugly. I had to go to a different place just the next day to get them ripped and redone. Such a pain! The second time I went in it was only for my eyebrows. I figured they cannot screw that up. But but was i wrong! The woman who did my eyebrows was clearly lost. She would disappear for 5-6 minutes while I sat with my eyes closed, pulling my eyebrows with two hands. She didnt even have the courtesy to excuse herself. I would open my eyes to see her gone. By the time she was done, my eyebrows looked worse than before. I had to ask her to stop, borrowed their tweezers and cleaned the eyebrows myself. I was there for more than 40mins just for that. They still charged me the whole price. Worst place ever. Please dont waste your money.

Well, after reading these reviews I can honestly say that everything happens for a reason. After passing this business EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR WORK I decided to get my weekly manicure/pedicure combo conveniently near my home. I entered the business unaware that appointments are needed and requested to get pampered. The woman in the front and center of the business almost made me feel as though she was not interested in obtaining my business. She said she couldnt fit me in her schedule (mind you I was there around 3:00PM, nowhere near closing). I asked her if later on would be possible thinking perhaps shes really busy...and to not my surprise she said no. Maybe Im over thinking it but I hope any affiliates to this business reads these reviews and learns the following: when you have a new customer, be kind and allow them a walk-in appointment. Thats how you do business! Anyways, not mad because according to these reviews I wouldnt have had a good experience anyway. Thanks ladies.

I had a horrible experience . the Lady that made my nails Maria the red head. She didnt know how to make nails . she change the color like 4 times made a mess fail my nails so many times that now my nails are so damage and will break . it came to a point that i have to tell her to stop. She gave me attitud even knowing she was doing a bad jod. Im nail technician myself and i wanted to treat myself getting my nails done. And all i had was. bad experience . she was chewing gum and make bubbles in my face. Went to smoke not even washed her hands went she came back not profesional at al. I dont know how she is working doing costumer service . You need to do something about it if you need new costumers like i was. This was my first and last time.

This place has a lot of bad reviews, but today I had an amazing experience with Irma. Ask for her, she did and Amazing job with my pedi & mani and also with my brows.

They look at you and talk about you in another language. I’m fluent in two languages and understand another two and they make you feel uncomfortable. Rude and condescending. Came in with my 8 year old daughter 1.5 hours before closing, yes I was a walk in. Lady told me it’ll be an hour. I said I’ll be right back and went next door to ride-aide, when I came back shortly after I was asked again what I’m there for. I said just for a manicure for my daughter. She snickered and said it was like this last time too, right? - if you care about your business don’t be condescending. I may be bringing my daughter today only but last time I came in I was doing my nails as well and pretty sure I had an appt. This place may be close to me but I prefer to go somewhere better. I had my own appt elsewhere yesterday and left a $20 tip. Don’t assume I wouldn’t give you a nice one just bc it’s a little girl’s nails you’re doing, I guess doing her nails was not worth it because you couldn’t charge a lot for it. Your loss. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Sorry won’t be getting my business again that’s for sure.

Went last week to get manicure ( and I go here every week for mani /pedi/or both) had an appointment at 1 pm arrived with my kids to find out Someone booked over my appointment (purposely) ... guessing it was because the lady was spending more money (full set) . Well Im going to give it one more shot because I really like the nail techs that work there (Ana or Jocelyn ). Hopefully it wont happen again. They should offer complimentary service if things like this happen - its really an inconvenience for customers like myself who rely on appointments.

My nails had chiped two days after getting a gel manicure. I arrived to get my nails fixed, charging me 3 dollars a nail to get fixed is ridiculous. After 1 day after getting it fixed the whole paint came off whole.. on both nails that i got fixed. Not going there again. She rushed it and this was the outcome. Im furious. What a waste of money.

Just listen to the reviews. Came here out of desperation despite what the reviews said and they turned out to be right. The bad service started with attitudes on the phone. When I got there I couldnt get the original service I wanted which was sns powder with extensions. The owner made me feel as though it would a nuisance if she did that so I foolishly settled for less. My nails didnt even last a week. One nail popped 3 days later which I had to glue back on then another popped off later on and I just took them all off and went to get them redone by my job. I also didnt like the way the owner spoke to employees. Shes very condescending to them and I feel thats because they are immigrant women. I wont be coming back here.

Z nails is so good only if you are going for Jen if not the I dont recommend it the owner is so rude and mean when she come she makes everything expansive like the acrylic full sit is 27 but when she comes it starts at30going to50🔫 But its okay

Trying to be loyal to my home towns nail salon was the worst idea ever. I called previous to coming and asked how much was a gel fill in which was $27. Cool. When the lady finished my sister & Is nails, the total came out to $72! My sister got an acrylic fill in and I got a gel fill in. When I asked why it was so much this is what she told me... $27 for a fill in, $15 for gel color, $7 for removal of previous color & $5 for fixing a broken nail. Ive NEVER heard of so much extra add ons just for a fill in. I legit paid more for a fill in than I did for getting them done from scratch! If I knew it was $7 to buff off the previous color on my nails I wouldve did it at home. The lady was also burning my nail when she was buffing the color off, the length of my fixed nail isnt the length of my other nails, under my nails werent clean and I have gel on the sides of my nails.Sorry Znails, this is the last time I come to you for nails. Complete rip off.

Bad experience!!!! I did haircut frim there the lady didnt give me the haircut i wanted secondly i did hair color she gave me different color and my hair looked like i did henna thirdly i went for nail extensions the moment i stepped out of the salin the nails broke down

WORST PLACE!!! i want to give 0 star but no option for it. that why i am giving one start here. i visited this place today and it was totally not worth at all.they are just making money . every single penny was wasted.They really dont know how to treat and give service to their customer.The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was rude and had least interest in her job . i think i can do better job at home that by her.

Lousy job performed by Priscila, that got there 25min late to the appointment I had scheduled a week before! She messed it up a couple of times, which ended it up in my pedicure being totally ruined, before my trip out of town......and she even had the nerve to give me an attitude trying to make excuses why she was so late...... The owner only offered 20% off on my next appointment, when I complained and shew to her the really bad job I had got...... not coming back there ever!
