I have a condition called trichotillomania. Due to my PTSD from the past 2 years. I unconsciously pull my hair out. I have bald spots from this and am in therapy to help. I bought a wig to help boost self esteem and keep me from accessing my hair. I called around to several salons to find someone who could trim the lace and cut the wig to fit my face better to no avail. I called this salon as a last resort and they were able to not only do it but to get me in in a timely manner! I am truly thankful! They really dont know how much this means to me 🧡
