A nice lady by the name of Terry did my Mani she did a great joob. She was very Kind, Sweet and a Great conversationalist. Her work on my hands was very good I didnt feel uncomfortable in the slightest 😊. The man ( whos name I unfortunately didnt get) he did my Pedi. He was very Respectful, Professional and Charming. Also the massage was really nice. Both were very hospitable.The pictures below of my nails are made with SNS powder.

I come to nail plaza because Im not familiar with the other nail salons in the area. The shop isnt anything fancy but I do like the outcome of my nails each time. I came in on a Friday and it was very busy. Luckily they have a lot of nail technicians so I didnt have to wait. I always opt for a solid gel polish so I cant give a review to more intricate styles.

Waited 25 minutes which was only supposed to be a 15 minute wait according to Nicole, that’s besides the point. My bad review is because after waiting they took someone who JUST WALKED IN because she was getting a “gel pedicure” and I was only getting a regularOne.. however I had gel on my toes that needed to be removed so that right there is extra time. My time is everything especially since I went during my lunch break! Doesn’t matter what service i was getting or who was spending more money, I was there first waiting.. Complete waste! They don’t even do a goodJob there anyway and use cheap products . Go Elsewhere!

My daughter and I were looking for a new nail salon. I always read reviews so glad I didn’t listen to these reviews. We had the best pedicures and gel manicures. Nicole was very polite and professional and so was the rest of the staff. My daughter who is a teen and likes all the fancy nail designs showed Nicole a picture and she did such an excellent job at giving my daughter what she wanted. We will definitely be back.

I had gel manicure less than a week and it peeled off. I went back to fix my nails. They want to charge extra $$ plus no guarantees if it will last longer.Poor quality, very bad customer service.

Nicole is great. She always accommodating and does an amazing job on my nails. She is extremely talented on making my nails perfect. She always knows how to make them look amazing. Great place pedicures also Amazing thanks to Maria :-)

Visiting from GA, decided to get pedicures and manicures with my sisters. We sat and waited for service. As we were talking, one of the technicians walked over to me and said “down, down.” I looked down, not sure what she was referring to. She said “you are not at your home, honey.” I didn’t realize that she was suggesting that I was too loud. I don’t know about this area of NJ, but in nail salons people, including technicians, engage in conversation. She was very condescending. This place can continue to cater to the demographic they are use too.

Love this place! They are the sweetest korean owned nail salon. They are very kind and go above and beyond. I always tip!! Because they deserve it. They make everyone feel welcome and whenever i bring my son they make sure he’s good whenever I’m getting my nails done. I highly recommend !!

If I could give a ZERO I would. The worker Nicole is very unprofessional. They change their prices from customer to customer. My mother and I both got gel nail polish they charged my mom $33 and me $38. I guess they didn’t know she and I were there together& I asked her why they charged us different, Nicole gave me this poor excuse of my nail being a little longer than my moms & it’s an extra $5. Nicole got upset that I was asking for an explanation for the price difference got up and stormed off to the back. I waited 50 minutes for her to get up and leave because I caught the discrepancy between my mother and myself. The boss sat there and continued as he was.

Will definitely not recommend this place for pedicure. She did my pedicure in 15 minutes or even less . I can’t call it pedicure, she was so in rush . It’s feels like she only changed the color .Also that place is not so clean

They dont have any type of machine or strong scraper for callus for bottom of feet. they only have the pomice which does not do anything you leave only with painted nails, the bottom of ur feet will still be the same... waisted money!!!

I have been a customer here for years. I always get great results. When I was going through chemotherapy and my nails were sensitive, everyone took the utmost care as to not hurt me. Great service and great people!!!!

I visited plaza nail, in Harrison nj, on. Thursday August 22, 2019, to receive a regular pedicure. I wasnt too satisfied with it, so once everything was done, I preceded to the nail dryer. I was then asked to pay, I gave my card for payment. The person that was handling the transaction name is Nicole, she asked me if she should add tip, I refused, she then became very hasty and said, every time you come here you never pay her tip! I said, I dont come here that often. I thought to myself how unprofessional.

Love these ladies! If you make an appointment, you are always taken care of before any walk ins. These ladies are always so busy but take their time on your nails and do a great job!

Moved to Harrison this summer and was wary about visiting this nail salon due to the reviews. Glad I didn’t listen. I love this salon! I have visited Nicole for my manicure for months. She takes the utmost care when I visit and treats me like family when I come. I always make an appointment because they get busy. My manicures last 3 weeks when I get them done here. Always a pleasure.

Great place. Nice people. Dont let others judgments determine your experience in life.

Ive been coming here for a couple of months and originally was skeptical since they had lower stars but once i saw my friends nails, i had to try them. I loove Terry, she’s meticulous about gel and powder manis. My nails aways come out beautiful and actually last. I hate when gel or powder starts chipping the first week i get them done. Their products are good quality. Terry is sweet and when asked, she gives her honest opinion. Ive had my pedi done as well and The whole crew is great, with massage and hot stone rubs!

Never go there,I got my nails with jimmy and she’s very good, butThere is a person called Nichole I don’t know if she’s the owner or the person who works thereShe was so rude and she was saying since the nail polish color I chose is dark it’s not suggested to put a double coat she just did it because there was an other customer on the waiting list ...my manicure was for less than 3 min overall ..and infornt of me she was saying that it’s just a manicure don’t spend too much time there is a customer waiting for both pedicure and manicure...

So I was skeptical of going here because of the reviews and lack of picture from customers but I decided to go and I love my nails the lady Nicole was very friendly and explain to me a lot of things when it comes to my nails my go to spot now and by the way I love the way she shape them just what I wanted

Only get my eyebrows done there, but they do an excellent job!!!

She said “I am sorry NO TIME!” and hung up the phone when I called to make an appointment for gel and regular mani. Def not coming here. This was the second time she hung up on while I was making the appointment. Sounds like pretty ridiculous people there... would you want them cutting your fingers off and getting infection or something? I wouldn’t.

MARI did a terrible job polishing!! paint was all over my skin even after she supposedly wiped around the nails ....there was still polish everywhere on my skin ... and pedi was by far the worse pedi I’ve gotten MARI needs help or needs to go to a school and get licensed mani was ok gentlemen polished nice but nipped my my skin ....they do not put your nails in water as other nail shops do so that skin softens for cuticle removing and there wasn’t many options for nail polish and shoulder massage was eh ...Luckily my friend paid for the service bc I would have refused to pay .

Worse place to get ur nails done!! The manger is beyong rude. They make you wait forever. Went for a gel manicure and pedicure. Three days later the gel started to chip completely. Went back and the manger said it was my nails fault and she did not want to fix them. Mind you this never happened to me before, i alwsys get gel manicure and they always last at least 2-3 weeks. Had to get rude, loud and asked to speak to the owner in order to get my nails fix. Definitely will never go back to them again!! If you are looking to get your nails done definitely skip this place !!!

She just leaves you waiting as she decides who gets the service 1st, no matter who got there 1st... its even worst cause she doesnt want to make appointments for jusr pedicures.... so, better to just go somewhere else!!

If it’s for me I would not even give 1 star and they getting 1 star only because I need to submit this review and warn others. Worst nail salon in Harrison. They always give priority to most expensive services no matter how long you been there or even if you came 1st before other walks in they will take them first because they are getting gel mani and I wanted regular mani. Asked me to wait 40 mins. I only come here when I have no other choice or don’t time to go anywhere else. After this I don’t think I will ever come here.

I picked Tuesday morning asa perfect day for manicure and pedicure, no busy . What a mistake, Nicole did the gel manicure for me. She charged me $35 for 4 mins and 20 second of her time. Yes, it takes Nicole to do the manicure in only less than 5 mins. She cut and put the base and nail polish and hot towel at the end. Done.Better, she walked around the other lady in meantime.Don’t go there, this place is horrible.

$45.oo TO CHANGE GEL COLOR ONLY!!?? $5 MORE FOR A FULL PEDICURE AND EVEN THAT IS EXPENSIVE. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
