Lisa and Lori were amazingly sweet and kind. I was late to my appointment, but still surprised it took 3 hours to get a set soaked off and new put on. I noticed her putting the wrong size tips and mentioned she would need more glue to hold it on. I also had to ask for her to straighten the nails more than once. Some of the nails look fat and ball shaped... At that point my Autism wasnt going to allow my brain to be present and upset in public so I just kept thanking her and gave her a tip. I then went and bought acetone to soak them off at home because I didnt want to look like this for my sons birthday party... Sorry ladies

My sister made our appointments over the phone. 4 adults 1 child. She called twice to verify she had the right place date and time andtst it was for 4 adults 1 child she was told yes every time she called. We showed up was told that the appointment was for 4 children and 1 adult. And they couldnt do are nails because their was miscommunication. So probably not going back here every. There was no attempt to fix the problem just we no do. Im not sure who owns this business but they need to learn customer service and need to make sure the people working in their knows customer service.

I got a full gel/acrylic set here the other day, I was weary at first because it didn’t seem busy and I just moved here from out of state, but omg - when I say Julia did a FANTASTIC job.... out of all the places I’ve been to, this was hands down the best. My nails are literally perfect, she puts SO much care and thought into the product she’s giving you and it’s just amazing. Thank you so much Julia, you really blew me away and I’ve never been so happy over my nails before. It was 50$ and worth every penny, I’m only coming here for my nails from here on out!!

The Best of the Best! From the second you walk in you feel like youre sitting in a room with all of your friends, never uncomfortable... And their work is absolutely amazing! I went in for acrylics on my first time but mint with the dipping powder oh, I cant believe what it has done for my nails! no tips on the next appointment my nails have grown so much I just did the dipping powder. Super clean environment, wonderful people, and amazing work!

I will not ever come back. I called a week in advanced to make an appointment. I walked in and she told me she did not have me down. Very annoying because EVERY other place was booked and I did not have time to come back.

The service I had was very slow even after making an appointment and some employees were pushy. I understand you want to have more customers, but you shouldn’t try to talk someone into something after they have said a direct no. Also, my acrylic nails were uneven and loose.
