I’ve been coming to Kiwi for many years, they are very professional and high tech. Sanitizer at every station, temperature taken at walk in, pixie glass and social distancing. The quality of the manicure and pedicure is excellent and they have a wide selection of colors. You will feel safe and at home at Kiwi. Highly recommended.

I have been consistently going to Kiwi Nails for the past seven years. Even when I was living in Connecticut I would take the drive down to Harrison on the weekends to get my nails done at Kiwi, they are that good! I always leave happy with the way my nails look! During Covid the owner and staff have been doing an amazing job of keeping their already clean establishment super safe. If you have not checked out Kiwi Nails yet I highly suggest it!! They all do a wonderful job with gel manicures!

I have an used this nail salon for 15 years. They are excellent, caring and always on time. This salon is the cleanest place I have ever been in and I never have to worry. Each of the technicians has certification by Barbicide in COVID 19 training. I cannot praise them enough.

They do decent work but they’re always trying to get an extra buck out of you! They charged me $34 for a regular pedicure. When I asked why so much, the owner replied, “You chose the longer lasting polish”. Cindy’s is so much better but impossible to get an appointment!! I really wish there was a nail salon in Westchester, NY where someone spoke English!!

I have been going to Kiwi Nail Salon for many years. They are always accommodating and now with the pandemic - very conscientious to adhere to safety measures.

This nail salon is very clean and well lit, filled with a nice friendly group of ladies who all do a nice job. I had the color stay manicure once, it was very nice and they had a great selection of colors. The best things are the reusable nail files, equipment and cleanliness of the store. There is a bit of a wait if you don’t have an appointment, so it’s best to call ahead. But the extra few minutes wait time is worth it for a great experience. I would recommend Kiwi Nail to my family and friends.

Ive been going to Kiwi Nails for years and Ive gotten waxed, manicured, pedicured, massaged and most recently began getting UV gel. Whenever I go, the place is spotless, the tools are immaculate, and the girls are warm and friendly. Ive been to places with a lot of personnel turnover; new girls working or familiar girls leaving. Kiwi has had a steady, reliable staff since the get-go. And very accommodating when Im trying to make last-minute appointments.

Came here for a last minute mani, pedi, and wax for my sisters wedding. They had lots of colors to choose from and the wax was fast and clean. Definitely recommend this place (just try avoiding going on a Saturday afternoon, it was insanely busy)!

Clean with nice massage chairs, but thats about it. I came with a party of two and both of us got mani/pedi that were done with little care. Both ladies were relatively nice, but didnt seem to care much about doing a good job. The foot massage in our spa pedicures used less pressure than my toddler uses to give a massage. She was technically rubbing my foot, but just barely. And then I was asked if I wanted to pay for an extra 10 minutes - as if the first 10 minutes included in the pedicure were worth it. Same for the 15 second neck massage while my nails dried.My main complaint is the use of subpar polish. I watched her thin out the white polish for the tips in my french manicure (though she tried to hide it below the desk). And not surprisingly they are horribly chipped within 24 hours. On top of that, both of us picked OPI polish for the color and were told it was an extra $5. I have never heard of being charged extra for certain colors. The manicurist went and picked replacement colors for us that didnt have an up-charge and they are somewhat similar, though neither of us really like the color.They did get us in on a busy weekend (day before Easter), though we had to wait quite a while. My regular place couldnt get us in for 90 min, so I do appreciate that. However, the apparent regulars who were there ruined the experience. A woman brought her 3 year old and let her run around, yelling at her to stop and laughing that she wouldnt listen (but never actually parenting or making her listen). She even kept loudly commenting that they wouldnt be allowed to return. (And before you assume Im judging too harshly, I also have a toddler and actually reinforce what Im saying to her instead of laughing that she doesnt listen.). Quite frankly the 3 year old was cute and pretty well behaved - it was her mother yelling at her that people were trying to relax that made it impossible to relax.

The salon was full but I wasnt very happy because instead of taking time wich each customer, the salon ladies were in a rush(specially the lady that worked with me) my manicure was done in no time, my hands were not even soaked in water to soften the skin/cuticules.... Although the manicure was 10$ and it looked ok, if you are into receiving great customer service, this is not the best place.

After making an appointment, they kept us waiting for 15 minutes past our appointment time. They cut several cuticles too short, causing them to bleed, and one of them (on my toe) seems to have gotten infected.
