Maria did an amazing job she took a failed color and cut from a previous salon and turned it into a work of art to say I am very pleased Is an understatement. She listens to her clients and kept me informed the whole time I will definitely continue to have her color and cut my hair from now on and highly recommended her to others!!!!

I have been using the mens cuts for several years but here lately its like they dont want to cut mens hair anymore.

I saw Hannah Lawson for an undercut. Was a great experience. She is precious, cute and is willing to give you the cut you want and ask for. I appreciated her kindness and knowledge as this was my first undercut. I was a little nervous in some way but not bc of her. Bc it was my first one so in preparation I divided my hair where I thought I would want the hair cut off and used ponytail holders to keep it all together so that I could see what my hair would look like and feel like without that hair there. I did the best I could and I liked how it felt so I went forward with it.Hannah has a cute little pixie-ish haircut herself so I really trusted that she would know what I wanted because her hair was similarly cut. When I looked up other hair salons I couldnt find somebody who had pictures of a haircut like I wanted so I called around and decided to go with Hannah. I feel I really made the best choice for what I wanted. Shes good and I think you will be pleased with her. I would have taken a picture but I forgot to and since then Ive done a little bit of a different style myself. I will update my review the next time I go see her. If you read this Hannah thank you so much for taking care of my undercut!

I always love the gorgeous, professional nail services of the talented Marlenia Mitchell at Trenz. Her skill with both shellac and dip polish is outstanding, as is her color selection. A nail tech like her is a rarity and I am so blessed to be her client!

Went in for long layers and center parted curtain bangs down to my jawline. Walked out 10 minutes later with side parted bangs that ended at the top of my ear. No wash or blowout, had to ask her to style it, never went to the front to check if the bangs were even. Said the bangs were middle parted but they are clearly not, not the length that I asked for at all, completely disregarded my reference photos in favour of her own knowledge. I have an appointment at a different salon next week to attempt to salvage this awful cut. Not only was the haircut bad, the hairdresser was poorly dressed and stand-offsh. I can’t convey to you in words only how bad this was, folks, both product and customer service wise. Will NOT be returning. I guess you get what you pay for, as it was only 20 bucks, but sometimes you need to pay for quality, as I learned today.

Ive had some really bad hair cuts so I refuse to get my haircut anywhere else but Trenz Salon. Maria is the sweetest young lady. She takes her time and does a fantastic job every time. And it isnt easy to cut my hair because I have so many cowlicks and I wear it in a certain style. But she mastered it! 😁

I visited Trenz Salon for a haircut today. This was my first visit and what a wonderful experience it was! The Salon is beautiful and clean. Jessica cut and styled my hair. She is a very talented stylist & was a joy to visit with. I highly recommend Trenz Salon.

Jordan does my hair and always does an amazing job! I have been seeing her every so often for a couple of years now and she ALWAYS delivers exactly what I want! She is so nice and I can not say enough great things about her. I have tried other more affordable salons and end up with something not even close to what I asked for. I think the prices at Trenz are reasonable for the quality of their work! Anything I have asked for they have done for me. I will only go to Trenz!

I get my hair cut and deep conditioned by hannah every couple of months and she does an amazing job! Shes really nice, quick, and does a fantastic job. Never been the least bit disappointed with my experience at Trenz. Prices are great too.I finally scheduled a massage with Donna, and I cant say enough good things about her! She spent a full 90 minutes on me and worked on all my problem areas and trigger points. It was so relaxing and I can definitely tell a difference. I will be a regular and am telling friends about her. Im scheduling my best friend asap.

Had my hair cut today and it looks great.

So I decided to try something different and get a fade. Went in, asked my questions girl did an amazing job. Heres was my mistake. I didnt get her card. Now Ive ton ein there 2 times now and they havent been able to get it right. Both times the ladies were asking me questions that I couldnt answer. I used a different person both times. This is the last time me, or anyone in my house will be back to trenz male or female.

Im new in Harrison AR, and my hair lady was great! I have her card at my office, but they have an awesome menz side of the salon with sports on TV and all that stuff. Overall she did a great job and it was only 15 bucks for a mens haircut and hair wash after. Ill be going back every few weeks! Highly recommend you check them out, and next time Ill get the name of the lady who cut my hair as well.

I trimmed my hair by accident too much and had to go in for an emergency. When I got there I was turned away and told thereand then when I said I had called ahead of time and they okayed it I was told it would be a long wait. I decided to leave before I got the haircut .. I just viewed it as kind of distasteful . I drove all the way down to their place and then made it out like it was going to be a really long wait when there were two hair stylist there and only one person Im pretty sure

They are the only place in town that pampers your feet with a paraffin bath, included in the pedicures. It makes my feet feel so soft!

The facility is nice and everyone seemed to know what they were doing. I cant say that I felt very welcomed by any of the staff I encountered. Not sure if I would go back again or not.

I had had a blonde ombre done and it had been 9 month of me growing it out and my natural color was showing through i wanted to keep most of my natural color and add some blonde face framing highlights and a couple highlights here and there.. The girl ended up dying my whole head blonde basically. I told the girl I didnt like it she said she would put more brown ontop and i didnt want just ontop I told her I didnt have any more money to pay her to fix it my family lives on a tight income and so this was a giant decision I felt really selfish doing but I wanted my hair done right so I wanted to make sure it would be so i figured paying a professional alot of money at a salon would guarntee me having good hair results. Im glad she offered to somewhat fix it but I wish she wouldve offered to put brown all over my head instead but I didnt even want to bother with it so I just said screw it and bought my own box dye and dyed it myself. My 20 dollar box dyes looked so much better and I honestly never wanna go to a salon again. 130 dollars down the drain.
